Yuki and the entire team are a fantastic crew. It’s clearly one of the best activities on the island. Highly recommend them! The volleyball on the sandbar, turtle sightings, and snorkeling along with all the food and drinks were very well coordinated.
I’ve been to around 6-7 different snorkel tours and the experience at Bob’s tour is by far the best. The tour is well planned, faculties are pretty new and the crew attend to a lot of details - like you’ll get a shower right after you get out of water which helps a lot if you don’t like the sea smell & want to get warm and dry quickly. The lunch is also really delicious. They even provide hot chocolate after the snorkeling, not to mention the beautiful white sand, dozens of turtles and tremendous view at the snorkeling point. Mahalo for the great experience!
The experience was more than worth the price paid for admission. If you’re loaded and wealthy with a family of five, then yeah spend on the ATV experience. But this 90 minute bus tour was well worth the money. Our tour guide, Haydn, was awesome! We’ve been on a number of guided tours in Hawaii and Haydn is energetic, funny and knowledgable. He even offers to take great family photos or individual pictures, too! I don’t know of any tour guides that will do that. I own an RV, so driving around and talking would be difficult, especially at this ranch. Haydn does a great job navigating turns and difficult terrain. He manages to do this while cracking jokes and recalling detailed information and trivia. This tour stops and allows passengers to get out and take great pictures. You still have access to look around the grounds including the ranch history exhibit, horses, and gift shop. This tour is highly recommended.
Kaneohe bay is so beautiful. Everyone was very nice. Snorkeling was super fun. Volleyball on the sandbar was also really fun. Seeing the turtles off the sides of the boat was really cool too.
We all hand wonderful time watching majestic sharks. Crew was very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Chris and Team! Keep up the good work!
This tour had an amazing jam packed day. I was very happy to get to see the Byodo-In temple, as well my family loved the Waimea Falls swim!

The whole reason we purchased this day trip was for the USS Arizona Memorial. There were issues with the dock, so we were not able to go out and view…

An amazing experience! It’s so well organized and they give you all the information you need to have an amazing time! It’s a wonderful experience and the crew is fantastic! Hanging out at the Sandbar is a unique experience, and as an added bonus, saw lots of turtles and lots of beautiful fish! Absolutely recommend it to anyone thinking about it!
What a neat idea to use wet & wild for this event. I expected more for $155. The food was cool & the lime was closed by the time I wanted to go back for more desert. The piece of cake was so small. )1”inch square)
The show with the dancers & fire eaters was pretty good

The activities were great and the crew was helpful and friendly. It was a great experience! the volleyball game before the snorkeling was fun and helped everyone get to know each other, and the snorkeling was terrific. Highly recommended!

The tour was beautiful! I’d say my favorite part was the Farm tour. They showed us some beautiful nature moments and we got to taste some of the food. The Jungle keep expedition would’ve been my favorite part however the portion where they visit the bunker was quite unsophisticated and it really cheapened the experience for me. It was extremely dated and looks like it hasn’t been changed in a decade or two. There we’re some portions we’re it looked like an artists graffitied some movie art to make a section exciting but in my opinion it looked unprofessional and naive.
The charm of the ranch is the beautiful moments in nature and the warm stuff. All the staff were so sweet and caring! However, if your going for the movie portions, it’s not really as sophisticated as you’d hope. For example the skull mountain bones have been taken apart by visitors of past and don’t look as good as they did in the films.
Overall I really enjoyed myself and would recommend all to visit! I just wish there movie portions we’re more sophisticated and were updated with technology of this decade.
We enjoyed our visit to the Bishop Museum. The Hawaii Hall has so much information about the culture, from people to plant use to gods. We also used the QR codes to access additional information about the exhibits and found this information very helpful.
This was my 2nd time on Captain Bobs snorkel and sandbar tour. I will be back to Hawaii in May and will be booking my 3rd trip with this amazing crew`. This trip was a bit cool with rain (December which we kind of expected ) but how can we have beauty without rain?? The lunch is wonderful. You can not find a better crew and trip. Do yourself a favor and book Caption Bob’s sandbar and snorkel tour. You will not be disappointed…unless you are a Karen. Hahah

Highly recommend! Snorkeling, playing volleyball, taking amazing photos with amazing views was priceless! The food was awesome and had plenty for leftovers! We even got a complimentary guitar performance at the end! So much fun, so much knowledge and so much to see and do! Lovedddd this tour!
The shuttle service was phenomenal. The food was decent 8/10. It was what we expected but not beyond expectation. The performance was good. The performers were enthusiastic.

Our tour guide is very candid making the trip entertaining and as we head our way to Pearl Harbor, he was able to make us feel and re-lived the day of the attack and its so full of emotion. We were happy he did this as we didn’t realize they closed out the theater to watch the documentary and move it outside so we weren’t able to watch it. Thank you again for such an excellent tour
Experiencing Germaine’s Luau is a must-have on everyone’s bucket list when in Oahu. It’s a True Polynesian experience, Hands down. The professionalism of the entertainment is nothing less than Beautiful. Everyone was beautiful and they set the tone of a family environment when I was there as well as my entire time on the island.

The tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience top notch. The views were amazing and beautiful and honestly could just spend all day staring at the mountains. The combo tours were definitely worth it!!
The greenery is the prettiest I’ve ever seen! Don’t focus on making it to the top and seeing the waterfall…the best part is the experience getting there!

It was fun! Waited a long time for food though. We missed a hula hula class or some activity that allowed people to dance and participate more.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I'm so sorry that it took so long for you to get your food. It's been a little challenging for us with all the safety guidelines in place during this pandemic. Even the dinner process takes a little longer because our Servers have to pre-plate the items on each plate, and set them up for guests to "grab and go", and so it takes a little longer to serve everyone. We don't do any audience participation type activity while guests are going through the dinner line, but I believe what you heard was our "People of Polynesia" presentation, where our dancers come out and present each of the costumes that represent, Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, and New Zealand with a little dance for each native island. Now that some of the restrictions have been lifted, things are slowly getting back to normal, so I hope you will be able to come back and visit us again some time in the future.!! This is the best way to get to & from Pearl Harbor when staying in Waikiki. They handle getting the Arizona Memorial tour tickets, plus you enjoy a drive through Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery and a drive through downtown to see the Iolani Palace and the King Kamehameha statue. We were picked up around 8am in Waikiki and were back in Waikiki by 1pm, so had the afternoon free. If you also take in the Battleship Missouri, then you will return to Waikiki later. Our driver/tour guide, the bus and everything were great. A taxi alone would cost you this amount just to get to / from Pearl Harbor, but with this tour, you get to see more.
Took the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise with my sister to celebrate her birthday and we could not have asked for a more enjoyable evening. It was such fun with non-stop, great entertainment. You are well taken care of from start to finish. The entire crew and entertainers were top notch. The sunset and views of Waikiki from the ocean at night are so pretty - many fantastic photo ops. I would highly recommend this dinner cruise, you won't be disappointed.
I had a wonderful time with our day at Pearl Harbor! Lines were a bit long which is to be expected. Once we reached the memorial it was beyond worth it! The staff really knows everything you need to know about the history there.
Captain Bob’s is awesome and must do. Kids enjoyed snorkeling and Sand bar. The staff was excellent. Surely recommend this tour to all.
