The Angel Sea was very beautiful. Thanks to the thorough explanation and practice time for snorkeling, I was able to swim to my heart's content during the actual event. Fortunately, a sea turtle that had been resting in a coral cave came out, and I was able to swim with it.

I had given up on making a reservation through the official booking site, but then I found this tour and signed up. Since I didn't have a rental car, it was really helpful that they provided transportation to the hotel. The rental equipment was properly arranged, and the driver was a fun person, which was great.

公式予約サイトで予約が取れなかったので諦めていたところ、こちらのツアーを見つけて申し込みました。
レンタカーしていなかったので、ホテルに送迎してもらえて本当に助かりました。
レンタル道具もキチンとあり、ドライバーさんも楽しい方で良かったです。

At first, I struggled with snorkeling, but gradually I got used to it and was able to calmly enjoy the beautiful sea. I was able to see dolphins and sea turtles, and at the end, I even saw a mother whale and her calf from the boat, which was incredibly exciting! The staff were bright and friendly, making the tour a lot of fun! I want to come back after preparing for seasickness!

最初シュノーケリングに苦戦しましたが、徐々に慣れて綺麗な海を落ち着いて見ることが出来ました。
イルカやウミガメを見ることができ、最後に船から鯨の親子も見ることができて大興奮でした！
スタッフの皆さんは明るくフレンドリーで楽しくツアーを満喫できました！
船酔い対策してまた来たいです！

First, before departure, we enjoyed drinks and delicious cake, followed by an explanation from the captain, and soon after, we set sail. As soon as we departed, I went up to the deck and was greeted by the stunning views of Waikiki that are usually not visible. With explanations from the captain in Japanese, we were able to see whales about five times from various angles: the front of the boat, the port side, and the starboard side. It was a quick two hours that flew by.

まず、出航前にドリンクと美味しいケーキ、そして船長からの説明があり、程なくすると出航です。
出航してからすぐにデッキにあがり、普段見ることができないワイキキの景色が目に入ります。船長からの説明および日本語で説明を受け、船の前方、左舷、右舷様々な角度からクジラを５回ほどみることができました。
アッとゆう間の２時間でした。

The wind felt nice, and the sea was incredibly beautiful, but the main dolphin watching only allowed us to see them small and far away. The canoe group from another tour got much closer to them. I was really looking forward to it, so it was a bit disappointing. The time spent watching dolphins was short, and most of the time was spent snorkeling, but since we were swimming in deep water, there were hardly any fish, so it felt like there was no need to go on the tour just to swim.

The staff were very cheerful and wonderful, and the final "Harasho" was fun. However, I ordered some products from a Japanese staff member on the bus, but when I realized I hadn’t received them after getting on the boat, I informed them. They told me to wait a bit because it was shooting time, and when it seemed like they weren't in a hurry to get it, they later asked how I would like to pay. I was like, "Well, I already bought it..." The impression I got was that the Japanese staff were kind to those who ordered commemorative photos, but not so much otherwise.

風は気持ち良かったし、海ももっても綺麗でしたが、メインのイルカウォッチングは遠くに小さく見えるだけ、別のツアーのカヌーの方達はとっても近くまで行っていました。
楽しみにして行ったので、少し残念でした。
イルカを見る時間も短く、ほとんどの時間がシュノーケリングでしたが、深いところで泳ぐので、魚もほとんどいなくて、わざわざツアーで泳ぐ必要はなかったなといった感じでした。

スタッフの皆さんはとっても明るくて素敵で、最後のハラショーも楽しかったです。
ただ、バスで日本人スタッフの方に商品を注文したのですが、船にのってから受け取るはずがもらっていないことに途中で気づいて伝えると、撮影時間だということもありちょっと待ってくださいといわれ、急いで撮りに行く気配がないとおもったら、ひと段落ついてからお支払いはどうしますか？と、
いやもう買ってますけど、、となりました。
日本人スタッフの方は、記念撮影を注文した方には親切だけど、、という印象でした

We went as a family.
The clear sea, I couldn't believe we could see sea turtles! It was moving!
Since the family was there, the kids especially enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding!

家族で行きました。
透明な海、まさか、ウミガメが見れるとは！感動しました！
家族来ていたので、子供達は、特にシュノーケリングやSUPも楽しんでいました！

I participated with my 4 and 6-year-old children. I was worried they might not enjoy it since they are so young, but they seemed to have a great time seeing lots of dolphins and riding on a boat that we usually don't get to ride on! They were especially excited about the tattoo stickers they got at the end, which they had been looking forward to even before we went! They lasted for three days even after taking a bath, so it was a bit challenging to remove them (laughs).

As for snorkeling, it seemed difficult for them to breathe through the snorkel, so they quickly came back up from the water. I think I would like to try that again when they are older! They ended up going down the slide by themselves, and they had so much fun that they went down three times! (laughs) Also, they loved the lemonade they could drink on the boat, and since returning home, they've started drinking lemonade regularly!

The crew members were very kind, and we had a truly wonderful experience. Thank you!

4歳6歳の子どもと一緒に参加させていただきました。
子どもたちが小さかったので楽しめるか心配でしたがたくさんのイルカがみれたり、普段乗ることのない船に乗ったりととても楽しかったようです！
特に最後に貼ってもらえるタトゥーシールは行く前から楽しみにしてたのもありすごく喜んでました！！
お風呂に入っても3日は余裕でもってたので剥がすとき少し大変でした（笑）

肝心のシュノーケリングはシュノーケルをつけて口呼吸するということが難しかったようで一瞬で海からあがりました。
これはまた大きくなったら再チャレンジしたいなと思います！
なのでスライダーは自分ひとりで滑ることになりましたがとっても楽しく3回も滑りました！笑
あと子どもたちが船で飲めるレモネードを気に入って帰国してからもレモネード飲むようになりました！

クルーのみなさんもとても優しく本当にいい体験をさせていただきました。

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was my first visit to Kualoa Ranch. The tour of famous movie filming locations was enjoyable, but the scenery was absolutely stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful ocean, mountains, and nature. I especially want to highlight the buffet-style lunch. It even included delicious cookies, and I was very satisfied. I want to go again.

ハワイには何度も行ってますが、クアロア・ランチには一度も行った事がなく、初めての参加でした。有名な映画のロケ地めぐりも楽しかったのですが、何しろ景色がとても良いです。キレイな海と山、大自然を満喫しました。特筆したいのはブュッフェスタイルのランチです。美味しいクッキーまであって大満足でした。また行きたいです。

The first time I couldn't see any whales, but I received a return ticket and went back later for a second chance. That day, I spotted a whale as soon as I boarded, which was great!

初めての時はクジラが見られなく、再上船券を頂き後日リベンジ、その日は乗船してすぐにクジラ発見よかったです。

The weather was great on the day of the trip. It seems that the mountains can sometimes experience rain compared to the town, but we had clear skies throughout the entire journey! (Though the water volume was a bit low...)

Climbing up and down was excellent exercise!

The lunch sandwiches were exquisite! And the view of the town from Tantalus Lookout was amazing! The guide was also very kind, and if I have the chance, I would like to consider participating in other programs offered by the same company!

当日は天気が良く恵まれました。山は町に比べて雨が降ることがあるらしく、全行程快晴！（その分水量がちょっと少ない…）

登って降りて、とても良い運動になります！

ランチのサンドイッチも絶品！　そしてタンタラスの丘からの町の景色は最高でした！
ガイドさんも親切で、機会があれば同社のほかのプログラムも参加検討したいです！

This is my third time. I always participate in the program where I can touch dolphins, but this time I stayed by the poolside (the previous two times I went into the pool).

I got to see the dolphins. Since I was by the poolside, I didn't need to change clothes, which was convenient.

I would love to go again if I have the chance! (The garlic shrimp was delicious.)

今回は3回目。いつもイルカに触れるプログラムに参加していますが、今回はプールサイドから（過去2回はプールの中に入るもの）。

会えました、イルカ。プールサイドからなので着替えは要らないし楽でした。

また機会があれば行きたい！

I arranged for a pickup to the port, making the travel easy.

After the ship set sail, I enjoyed the view from the boat and thought, "I wonder if they'll come out today? When will they come out?" I had seen something like a spout once, so I was hopeful, but they didn't show up for a while. Just when I thought it was over, they jumped out in succession.

I'm really glad I got to see them. I appreciate the captain for extending the trip a bit since they came out towards the end!

港まで送迎付きにして楽に移動。
船が出航してしばらくは船からの景色を楽しみ、「今日は出てきてくれるかな？　いつ出てきてくれるのかな？」なんて思っていました。
一度潮吹き、のようなものを見たので期待しつつも、その後もなかなか出てきてくれず、最後ダメかなと思ったら、連続でジャンプしてくれました。

とにかく見られて良かったです。
最後の方に連続だったので、少し運行を伸ばしてくれた船長さんに感謝！

I saw whales about eight times in total... I wish I could have seen them a bit closer.
I was very happy to see dolphins and sea turtles as well.
The meeting place was a bit hard to find, and I would have liked to go closer to Diamond Head if possible.

We celebrated my birthday on this sunset cruise. It was a well organized event. Wonderful entertainment and the food was excellent. Our table was on the side of stage so we did not have the best view for picture taking. So much fun, beautiful views, I highly recommend.

I thought the water level was about ankle-deep based on the photos, but due to the season? It was up to the waist of an adult (around 170 cm)…
My daughter was scared and refused to go into the sea, so in the end, we decided to wait on the boat. The weather was bad, so it was a bit chilly. (╥﹏╥)
My husband enjoyed paddleboarding and snorkeling by himself.
It seems that it wasn't suitable for my 9-year-old scaredy-cat daughter.
By the way! The restroom near this tour was really dirty… and the faucet for washing hands didn’t have any water!!

写真で見て、足首ぐらいまでの水位だと思っていましたが、季節柄？大人【170㌢位】の腰上ぐらいまでありました…
それを娘が怖がり海に入るのを拒否したので、結局私と娘は船の上で待機することに…お天気も悪かったので肌寒かったです。(⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)
主人は1人でSUP、シュノーケルを楽しみました。
9歳の怖がり娘には合わなかったようです。
ちなみに！このツアー近くのお手洗いはすごく汚くて…手を洗う水道は水が出なかった！！

The underwater scenery is great, but I was moved by being able to see the diving and surfacing up close. Since submarines are long, the view of the seabed differs from the front to the back. If you're confident in your English, it's better to be near the guide.

海底も良いが、潜水、浮上が近くで見ることができて感動した。潜水艦は長いので前方と後方では海底の景色が異なる。英語に自信があるなら、説明者の近くが良い。

There was a meeting point about a 10-minute walk from the hotel where I was staying. I was able to reach the meeting point relatively smoothly. Once on the submarine, I was able to see sea fish and a sunken ship, which made for a very satisfying experience.

宿泊していたホテルから歩いて10分位のところに待ち合わせ場所がありました。比較的スムーズに待ち合わせ場所までたどり着くことができました。潜水艦に乗ると海の魚や沈没船を見ることができ、大満足の体験となりました。

We played in the shallow waters offshore where the water was just deep enough to stand. It was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP)! I was worried about balancing, but I managed to ride it well. I was able to see sea turtles in the distance. My child was too scared to go snorkeling and see the fish, but it was still a fun memory.

足がつくくらい浅い沖合の海のところで、サップや浮き輪で遊びました。
サップは初体験！うまくバランスを取れるか心配したけど、うまく乗ることができました。ウミガメは遠くの方で見ることができました。魚たちを見るシュノーケリングは子どもが怖がってできなかったけれど、それでも楽しい思い出でした。

I didn't get seasick, perhaps because there were no waves. I also enjoyed the scenery of Waianae. Since it takes quite a while to navigate to the whale watching point, it's better for those who are prone to seasickness to take medication beforehand. Check-in is just before departure, so if you arrive early, there’s nothing to do while waiting.

波がなかったせいか、船酔いはしませんでした　ワイアナエの景色も堪能
クジラのポイントまではかなり航行しますので、船酔いしやすい方は薬を飲んで行った方が良いです
出航間際にチェックインです　早く行くと待ち時間まで何もすることありません

I took a special By One Get One ticket deal for the early bird whale watching tour and it was phenomenal. We had the pleasure of standing by the naturalist, Alyssa for most of the trip and she was very informative and a joy to be around. We saw a momma and her calf breach, and several fluke tail breach’s. The star itself had a ton of space to allow families to spread out and was clean. What a great experience!

My family and I had a great time during the tour and enjoyed all the places we visited, except the Dole plantation which we think they should take out of the tour and visit Haleiwa town instead.
Our guide, Kainoa, was fantastic. He knows a lot about the history of Hawaii.

I was with a small child and an elderly person, but the staff were very kind and provided appropriate assistance, which was very helpful! I had a great time.

I made a reservation because it was stated that there would be a Japanese-speaking crew, but there was no Japanese-speaking crew. However, the crew members did their best to entertain us, and even though I'm not good at swimming, I was able to swim with the sea turtles and had a great time. It was nice to swim with the sea turtles and the crew (who only spoke English) were kind, but it was a bit disappointing that the information was incorrect.

日本語クルー確約と記載があったため予約しましたが、日本語クルーはいませんでした。
しかし、クルーの方が一生懸命楽しませてくれたので、泳ぐのが苦手な私でもウミガメと泳ぐことができ、無事に楽しむことができました。
ウミガメと泳げたこと、クルー(英語のみ)が親切だったので、良かったですが、情報が違うのはちょっと、、、

I was not good at entering the sea, or rather, I was scared, so I had never gone underwater. However, I decided to participate while I am still healthy and celebrating my 70th birthday. We encountered a pod of dolphins offshore. I forgot their name, but they were small dolphins, and there were some with their young. After that, I had my first snorkeling experience near the shore. I was taught how to use the equipment and jumped in. Once I got used to my breathing, I felt more relaxed. Unfortunately, I ended up taking out my contact lenses. I was worried about seawater getting into my goggles, but the inside of the goggles didn't fill with seawater. I could see the fish clearly when they came close, but the ones farther away were blurry. Thanks to our guide Ken, I was able to enjoy myself without drowning. I also enjoyed a turkey sandwich and corn chips. Next time, I am thinking of trying snorkeling a little closer to the shore. The boat, the new Poseidon, had a warm shower and the view from the upper deck was fantastic.

海に入るのが苦手というか、怖いのもあり海中に入ることがなかったのですが、古稀を迎えて元気なうちに体験しておこうと参加しました。沖合でイルカの群れに遭遇。名前は忘れましたが小型のイルカで親子連れもいました。そのあと岸の近くで初シュノーケル。使い方を教えてもらい、飛び込みました。息使いになれると余裕も生まれました。残念だったのはコンタクトレンズを外してしまったこと。水中眼鏡に海水が入ることを心配したのですが、眼鏡の中が海水だらけにはなりませんでした。魚が近づいてくるとよく見えるのですが、遠いところの魚はボンヤリ。ガイドのケンさんのおかげで溺れることなく楽しめました。ターキーのサンドイッチ、コーンチップスもおいしくいただきました。今度はもう少し岸に近いところでシュノーケリング体験を考えています。船は新しいポセイドン号で温水シャワーや上部のデッキからの景色が最高でした。

From the boat, I was able to see sea turtles up close, and I also saw several while snorkeling. They scattered food, which attracted many fish.
It was a bit disappointing that the sea was a little murky, probably because it was an afternoon trip.
The staff were very kind, and it was a fun experience.

船の上からも海亀が近くで見ることができ、シュノーケルでも何匹も見ることができました。エサをまいてくれたので、沢山の魚が寄って来てくれていました。
午後便だからか、海が少し濁っていたのが残念でした。
スタッフの方々もとても親切で楽しい体験ができました。

The Star of Honolulu crew knows exactly what they are doing. The night before our trip they called to ensure that we knew exactly where to begin our adventire. At 200 feet, the Star is steady in the morning sea. The crew is knowledgeable and helpful. We were given a brief lesson in whale anatomy, diet, and behavior before we set out. We understood the challenges and likely outcomes of our trip. We did see whales. We would have liked to have seen more, but we were well prepared for the visit we received. This was a a grest start to our vacation

Everything ran on time, the boat was clean and functioned properly. The crew was great; very fun and engaging. The crew provided a lot of local information/history. The water is just a little on the cold side, so a sun/swim shirt or a wet suit top may be a good idea. If you don’t want to use community snorkels, you may want to bring your own.

I checked the tide forecast and went at the time when it was supposed to be 0m, but the water depth at the site was 50-60cm. I had a decent time with the floaties and SAP. The staff was friendly, and there were explanations in Japanese on the boat, so I had no worries at all.

潮位予測をみて0mの時間に行きましたが、現場は50-60cmの水深でした。
浮き輪やSAPでまぁまぁ楽しめました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、船内では日本語での説明もあり、何も不安はありませんでした。

Captain Bob's was great and the crew was fantastic. Volleyball on the sand bar was so much fun!

The pick-up and drop-off to the hotel were handled by a reliable driver, which gave me peace of mind. The goggles, snorkel, and float wetsuit I borrowed were also easy to use. I am very satisfied.

お迎えも返りのホテルまでの送りも、あんしんしまかせられる良いドライバーでした。
お借りしゴーグル、シュノーケル、フロートウエットスーツも、使いやすかったです。
大満足です。
