I found this tour while looking for a morning tour of Diamond Head. It was great that we could visit various places not only in the morning but also further east and north.

Accessing Diamond Head early in the morning is difficult for individuals, so the transportation service was very helpful. They also provided handheld lights, which made the climb much more reassuring. I was deeply moved to see the sunrise.

During the trip, we stopped at various dining spots, and I was able to discover many delicious places that would have been hard to find on my own.

I was very satisfied to see various beaches and coastlines. I was also thrilled to unexpectedly see a sea turtle.

In addition to nature, we had a reasonable amount of free time for shopping, which I enjoyed.

Along the way, we received interesting information about the scenery from the car windows, making the sightseeing experience much more enjoyable than if we had explored on our own.

朝だけでなくそのまま東や北の方まで色々な場所を回れてとても良かったです。

ダイヤモンドヘッドは朝早くからアクセスするのが個人では難しかったので、送迎もあって助かりました。手持ちライトの貸し出しもしてくださり安心して登頂できました。
日の出が見られてとても感動しました。

移動途中にも色々なご飯スポットに立ち寄ってくださり、個人ではたどり着くのが難しい美味しいお店にもたくさん巡り会えました。

A tour that allows for efficient sightseeing during free time. It's enjoyable to just hop on the bus and explore without thinking too much! Although it was a bus tour, it was very efficient and offered plenty of free time, so I was able to go around without any stress. Our driver, Chris, was fluent in Japanese and even though it was an English tour, he provided guidance in both English and Japanese! He drove skillfully, so there was no worry about motion sickness. The conversations during the tour and the explanations at each landmark were excellent, making the travel time enjoyable!

At the Dole Plantation, we had pineapple soft serve, which was quite a large portion, so sharing between two people is recommended. After about 20 minutes, we arrived at Haleiwa, where we had two hours of free time and received a recommended map, making it easy to explore! We enjoyed both the pineapple burger and garlic shrimp recommended by our driver before heading back. It was a very fun time!

The view from the bus is breathtaking. I was very satisfied to enjoy both the photography spots and recommended gourmet food in one day. It's great that the participants are from various countries. The guide was very entertaining, providing explanations in both Japanese and English, and was a great storyteller. A noticeable small bus welcomed us at the meeting point. There were a total of 17 tour participants, with only 3 Japanese, and all explanations were in English. There was a self-introduction time, so we needed to briefly introduce ourselves in English, mentioning where we were from, how many times we had been to Hawaii, and what we were looking forward to on this tour.

Now, although it has been corrected, I was worried because the tour course I signed up for was supposed to go directly from Honolulu to Haleiwa Town, but it deviated from the course midway. We switched from Freeway H1 to H3, passed through Kaneohe on the east coast, and headed north along the coastline. After passing the famous filming location Kualoa Ranch, we took a restroom break at Tropical Farms. Here, we could sample macadamia nuts and had the experience of cracking the nuts out of their shells with a stone. After a break at a fruit stand, we went to Sunset Beach. It was November, and surfers were challenging the high waves.

Then, the morning activities began, and we chose to take a walk at Waimea Falls Park. The entrance fee to the park was included in the tour price, and the guide paid for it. The course to the waterfall was rich in nature and very relaxing. The water volume of the waterfall was abundant due to the rainy season, which was enjoyable, but during the dry season, the water volume is low, so it's something to be cautious about depending on the date of your visit. We could swim near the waterfall, but it was murky, so we didn't swim. Since we had some time before the meeting time, we had lunch there.

After that, we moved to Haleiwa Town, and in the afternoon activity, we tried SUP (stand-up paddleboarding). The location was behind a shop called Surf & Sea, and life jackets were available at no extra charge. The tour guide provided instruction, and while it was easy to get on the board, standing up required some skill. We could also paddle while sitting on the board, which was enjoyable, and I was thrilled to encounter a sea turtle up close.

Although I was worried because the tour was in a language I didn't understand, I was helped by a friendly guide and friendly tour companions.

さて、現在は訂正されていますが、申し込んだ時のツアーコースはホノルルからハイレワタウンへ直行だったのが途中からコースから外れていたので心配しました。フリーウェイH1から途中H3に移り、東海岸のカネオヘを通過し海岸線を北上。映画のロケ地で有名なクアロア・ランチを通過後、トロピカルファームでトイレ休憩しました。ここではアカデミアナッツの試食ができ、また殻から石でナッツを取り出して食べる体験ができました。その後、フルーツスタンドで休憩した後、サンセットビーチに行きました。行ったのは11月で、サーファー達が高い波に挑戦していました。その後、午前のアクティビティが始まり、私達はワイメア滝公園での散歩を選択しました。公園へは入場料はツァー料に含まれ、ガイドが払ってくれました。滝までのコースは自然が豊かでのんびりと楽しむことができました。滝の水量は雨季だったので豊富で楽しめましたが、乾季は水量が少ないので行く日程によっては注意が必要です。滝壺近くで泳ぐこともできましたが、濁っていたので泳ぎませんでした。集合時間まで時間があったのでここでランチを済ませました。その後、ハレイワタウンに移動し、午後のアクティビティではSUP(スタンドアップパドル)に挑戦しました。場所はサーフ&シーという店の裏で、ライフジャケットは追加料金なしで利用できました。指導はツァーガイドが行い、簡単にボードに乗ることはできましたが、立ち上がるにはコツが要ります。ボードの上に座ったまま漕ぐこともできるので十分楽しめましたし、至近距離でウミガメに遭遇したのに感動しました。なお、貴重品ボックスと荷物を入れるロッカーは簡易なものだったので盗難を心配しましたが、特に問題ありませんでした。集合時間になったらバスに乗り、途中でトイレ休憩後、ホノルルまで送ってくれました。
日本語が通じないツアーだったので心配しましたが、親しみあるガイドと友好的なツアー仲間に助けられました。

There are a lot of circle tours to choose from, we picked this one to see turtles and have lunch at the food trucks on the North Shore. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and gave us as much or as little time at each stop as we wanted. Even our teen and pre-teen loved it, which is a huge endorsement! We all liked that it was a small group. The guide's microphone wasn't working at various points which was disappointing since we couldn't hear in back. This was a great way to spend our first full day on the island, it was a really good experience.

18 of our group of 24 went on this excursion. A few things- SAM was absolutely fantastic! So much knowledge- loved it! The fruit stand was awesome, the macadamia nuts stop was great, we were able to get great souvenirs at the best prices, treats, coffee- delish, bathrooms were clean and staff provided an excellent experience. We did the Waterfalls (definitely recommend) in the morning and had lunch at the cafe/bar there. Everything we ordered was delicious and the drinks were amazing. Then we did kayaking, SUP and some exploring aka shopping and tastes of local foods, LOL. So glad to have taken this excursion. Sam even had ice in the cooler.

The tour was fun! Our Drivers gave us information about sites as we drove along! We stopped at the macadamia nut farm and fruit stand!! He gave us options about what was available for us to do! I was with a big group, we chose hiking to the waterfall and kayaking/paddleboarding!! The hike was along a paved road so not much hiking but swimming in a waterfall was worth it!! Make sure you wear water shoes that can tolerate walking on rocks if you get in at the waterfall! And while paddle boarding, I saw a turtle then ate gelato at one of the vendors near the lake!
Overall 9/10 experience!!! Would have loved to have gone to the beach as well but time didn’t permit

The tour with our guide Susumu and driver Mahia was bright and fun! The meeting time was strictly adhered to, and we never experienced any delays in departure. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sea turtles due to nature's unpredictability, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, it was a gourmet-filled tour from the moment we got on the bus until we got off! We enjoyed a day's worth of Hawaiian cuisine! For those considering participating, please join without having breakfast. There are various reviews out there, but in my personal opinion, the tour's success depends not just on the guide but also on the participants finding joy in the experience, which can lead to a wonderful journey!

Diamond Head Hike & Oahu Island Tour - North Shore, East Coast & Dole Plantation

JUST RIGHT!

My son and I had just a few days, and wanted to see as much as we could without wearing ourselves out. An early morning hike up Diamond Head, and a subsequent tour of the island seemed like a good option, and it was great! We had enough time to climb and enjoy the view from the top, and then the van ride was wonderful. We both felt like it was the perfect balance of riding time and stops around the island at well-chosen locations. We never felt rushed, and never got bored. Our guide, Stephanie, was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great day! BTW, the hike is not an easy stroll, but neither is it too strenuous. I'm 68, and didn't have a problem. If you're not in great shape, take the easier trail, and not the demanding stairs when you get to that point. But take the hike. It's worth it!

I think it's a great plan to easily enjoy B-class gourmet food in Hawaii. The guide's stories were interesting, and time flew by. Since we had some extra time, we also stopped by the Hawaii Izumo Taisha and Dole Plantation, which was very satisfying!

Overall, the tour guide was amazing. Renting a car and driving around casually is nice, but having a local guide explain the highlights and enjoy local cuisine was fantastic. Recommendations for steak houses in Waikiki are definitely something only locals would know. We were also taken to a turtle point, and although we unfortunately didn't encounter any at the famous turtle beach, we were able to see turtles swimming perfectly at a special spot we moved to. My wife was very satisfied as well.

レンタカーを借りて気ままにドライブもいいですが、地元のガイドさんにポイント、ポイントを説明してもらい、ローカルグルメも満喫できました。
ワイキキのおすすめステーキハウス情報とか、やはり地元の方にしかわからないですよね。
ウミガメポイントにもつれていってもらいましたが、有名なウミガメビーチでは、あいにくと遭遇できなかったものの、とっておきのポイントに場所を変えたところ、バッチリ遊泳中のウミガメを見ることができました。妻も大満足していました。

Our Tour Guide, Jon, was an outstanding storyteller and kept us entertained with background, legends, history and personal observations of the stops on the tour. He was treated us as Ohana and made sure we had water and juice, delivered our lunches to us, checked that every one was comfortable. At the waterfall trail, my knee acted up so I found a shady spot to wait for my husband. Jon had rented a scooter to go down to the waterfall to check on everyone else. On the way back Jon insisted I use the scooter to return to the bus. I nominate him for employee of the year.

Thd Dole pineapple tour was only gor thd morning. At the end of Dole tourr we were a pineapple each!! We an awesome lunch by thd beach and visited local shops and pints of interest.

Our guide was very friendly and informative.
