On my first trip to Oahu, I made a light reservation to see the major tourist spots listed in the travel information, but it turned into a memorable tour of a lifetime thanks to our tour guide, Jonah, who took us to places I had never seen or heard of before.

Along the way, he provided explanations about upscale neighborhoods, beaches, buildings, and facilities. At the Kahuku Sugar Mill, he introduced us to delicious eateries and clean restrooms, and at the North Shore Marketplace, he highlighted famous stores.

Additionally, he made stops at photo spots not included in the tour schedule, introduced us to them, and took photos. He even stopped the car so we could see seals and sea turtles, always making an effort to keep us entertained. At the coffee factory, he even brought samples for us to taste.

初めてのオアフ島で、観光情報に載っているメジャーな場所を見ておこうと軽い気持ちで予約しましたが、初めての見聞きした場所までツアーガイドのジョナさんが連れて行ってくれて、一生の思い出に残る周遊ツアーとなりました。

道中、高級住宅街やビーチ、建物、施設等の説明をしてくれたり、カフクシュガーミルでは美味しい店や綺麗なトイレの紹介、ノースショアマーケットプレイスでは有名な店舗の紹介までしてくれました。

また、ツアースケジュールに含まれていないフォトスポットでの停車・紹介・写真撮影や、アザラシやウミガメを見るために車を停めて見に連れていってくれたり、常に楽しませてくれようと努力してくれました。コーヒー工場では試飲まで持参してくれました。

The guide was really greatduring the whole day checking in on my family and knows so much on Oahu

The Xplore ride was really fun and brought out the kid in me! If you know a little about VR and Mixed Reality, this experience starts off with Mixed Reality with nice fish and marine life around you and some light educational sections on Waikiki and the beaches. The ride does transition into full VR at times with underwater volcanic vents, above ground volcanic eruption, a 360 visual aerial view above the islands (nice!), and an underwater route with all sorts of aquatic creatures around you, known to be local to the islands and some nice coral (this was my favorite part). There is more light educational pieces dispersed in these full on VR parts as well. The movement of the bus really gives you the sense of “traveling” through the VR worlds and even the fish “swimming” through the bus in Mixed Reality was enhanced by the movement. Our host was wonderful and really explained everything well! The driver was very friendly too. The experience can be heard in Japanese or English. Too me, the only negative, though the headsets are of very high quality, was the pass through video of the outside was a bit unfocused when it was too far in the distance (like the ocean views near Diamond Head). Final thoughts are that it is definitely worth it and please consider supporting this business and others that bring the beauty of nature and the immersion of technology and imagination together!

I participated with my daughter from early morning. We had a private tour and were taken to a delicious garlic shrimp restaurant, where we were able to take a lot of photos. Thank you, Jonah!

VR has advanced. It felt like I was traveling between the surface and the deep sea, which was a strange sensation. I was also glad to see Diamond Head up close.

VR often makes me feel nauseous, and I'm not good with it, but this time I was fine.

First of all, the support at the meeting place was very polite. Above all, Koa, our guide, made the tour more enjoyable with his extensive knowledge, storytelling, and attentiveness. The content was truly packed with amazing experiences unique to Hawaii, and we were very satisfied with the scenery throughout the day. The guide was fluent in Japanese and made some great jokes, which was a wonderful start! It was a tour that took us to places we wouldn't have been able to go on our own. The guide provided detailed information about each location's features and recommended shops, and after giving us a thorough tour from the car, they dropped us off, making it very convenient. I was really happy to see turtles in a place that wasn't even on the tour route. I would love to join again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

It was a day of sightseeing, but it really flew by. The freshly fried masala was incredibly delicious! The garlic shrimp was also tasty, and I was moved to see the sea turtles! Above all, the guide was very kind and funny, and I'm glad I participated.

1日の観光でしたが、本当にあっという間に終わりました。揚げたてのマサラダはめちゃくちゃ美味しい！ガーリックシュリンプも美味しくて、ウミガメも見れて感動でした！

I used this service for my honeymoon trip on July 28, 2025.

First of all, our driver, Jonah, was incredibly kind and spoke Japanese very well. It was enjoyable to hear little local insights while we drove around to various photo spots.

Along the way, we stopped at the Kahuku Sugar Mill and Haleiwa Town, which had many shops. It was helpful that Jonah recommended some places for us.

Although it was a one-day tour, he played music during the drive and allowed us to take breaks, which was great for recharging our energy.

Personally, I think sandals might be a good choice since we also stopped by the beach. We took photos with just our feet in the water at Sunset Beach.

He also introduced us to some recommended places around Waikiki, like "Maguro Brothers" (for poke bowls) and "Aloha Kitchen" (where we had eggs benedict and fruit soufflé pancakes), both of which were delicious!

Without a car, it would be quite difficult to get around on your own, so this tour was packed into one day and left us very satisfied! We were able to fit in lots of photos, great food, souvenirs, and memories!

2025.7.28に新婚旅行で利用しました。
とにかくドライバーのジョナさんが親切で、日本語が上手で、写真スポットを巡りながら、ドライブ中の地元の人しか知らないプチ情報を聞くのも楽しかったです。

途中のカフク砂糖工場や、ハレイワタウンではたくさんのお店がありましたが、おすすめを紹介してくれたので助かりました。

1日のツアーでしたが、途中音楽だけにして休憩させて下さったので、エネルギーチャージしながら程よく休めたのも良かったです。

個人的には海にも寄るので、サンダルが良いかもしれないです。
私たちはサンセットビーチで足だけ海に入って写真を撮ってもらいました。

ワイキキ周辺のおすすめのお店も紹介して下さった、『マグロブラザーズ』（ポケ丼）と『アロハキッチン』（エックベネディクトと果物のスフレパンケーキを食べました）もすごく美味しかったです！

車がないと自分で周るには中々行き着けないし大変なので、1日にぎゅーーっと詰まった、大満足ツアーでした！！
写真もグルメもお土産も思い出も沢山詰め込めました！

Our guide, Jonah, was very kind and taught us many things while we were sightseeing! This is my fifth time in Hawaii, but I discover something new every time. I think this slightly niche plan is great for those who have visited several times, as it offers a classic experience with a little extra!

For lunch, there are not only Giovanni's garlic shrimp but also many food trucks, which is fantastic. My daughter had pizza, I had a shrimp and poke bowl, and my husband had the large burger in the photo.

There are also restrooms conveniently located, so I think families with children can participate without worry. Every time, the tours from Veltra have been a hit!

ガイドのジョナさんがとても親切でいろんなことを教えてくれながら観光できました！
ハワイは5度目ですが、毎回新しい発見があります。
ちょっとマニアックなこのプランは何度か来ている人には王道プラスアルファで良いと思います！
ランチもジョバンニのガーリックシュリンプだけではなくて、いろんなフードトラックがめっちゃあるのでいいです。うちは娘がピザ、私がシュリンプとポキの丼、パパは写真のデカいバーガーでした。
トイレも要所要所にちゃんとあり子供連れでも安心して参加できると思います。
毎回、ベルトラさんのツアーは当たりが多いです！

It was a concentrated tour that allowed us to enjoy pineapples and various sightseeing spots in Hawaii. I signed up for the tour because I wanted to visit the Dole fields and factory, and I felt it was at a satisfying level, providing even more experiences than I expected.

From our hotel in Waikiki, we took a car, and the guide, who was alone, had an incredible amount of knowledge about the various famous spots in Hawaii along the way, including the Dole fields and factory.

It seems that Dole is a different company from the Dole Plantation, which is a tourist attraction across the street. I mistakenly thought that if we went to the Dole Plantation ourselves, we could have the same factory tour. Since we wouldn't have been able to visit the fields and factory without signing up for this tour, I believe it was a valuable experience. (After the factory tour, we had a little time to visit the Dole Plantation, where we could also buy souvenirs.)

At the fields, we were able to see the harvesting and had fresh pineapples cut right there. After the factory tour, we enjoyed cold cut pineapples and straight pineapple juice produced at the factory, which made me very happy. (They also offer coffee and chocolate tastings, and there are some small souvenirs for sale.)

After that, we went to Haleiwa for some free time, and later at the macadamia nut souvenir shop, we could taste many samples and buy souvenirs. Additionally, we visited two coffee shops where we had restroom breaks and could taste a lot of coffee.

On the way back, we took photos of King Kamehameha and, even from the car, we could see Hawaii's Izumo Taisha, Chinatown, and wall art while listening to the guide share a lot about Hawaii's history, which was educational.

I think it was a very fulfilling day.

パイナップルづくしと各所のハワイ観光ができて濃縮したツアーでした。
ドールの畑や工場見学がしたくて、申し込んだツアーでしたが、満足できるレベルでしたし、それ以上の体験ができたと感じています。

ワイキキのホテルから車に乗って、道中の所々のハワイの名所からドールの畑や工場の案内まで、お一人でされていたガイドさんの知識量は凄かったです。

ドールは畑・工場と、向かい側にある観光名所のドールプランテーションとは違う会社のようで、自分たちでドールプランテーションに行けば同じ工場見学ができると勘違いしていました。今回のツアーに申し込まないと畑と工場の見学はできないので、貴重な体験だったと思います。（工場見学後にドールプランテーションにも少し行く時間があったので、そちらのお土産も買うことができました。）

畑では収穫の見学時に畑のパイナップルをその場でカットしていただけて、工場見学後も冷たいカットパインと工場で製造しているストレートのパイナップルジュースをいただけてパイナップルづくしで幸せでした。（コーヒーやチョコレートの試食、ちょっとしたお土産も売っています。）

その後、ハレイワに行って自由行動と、その後、マカダミアナッツのお土産屋さんではたくさん試食ができてお土産も買えました。
その他にも二か所コーヒーショップに行けてトイレ休憩もコーヒーの試飲がたくさんできました。

帰りはカメハメハ大王の写真を撮ったり、車中からでも、ハワイの出雲大社、チャイナタウン、ウォールアートを見ながら帰れましたし、ガイドさんのハワイの歴史をたくさん聞きながら勉強にもなりました。

とても、充実した1日になったと思います。

Our guide, Mike, was knowledge and the tour gave us the opportunity to fit everything in on our checklist.

The bus arrived 15 minutes before the meeting time, so I was relieved to recognize it right away. While looking for various activities during my free time, I found an event that piqued my interest and made a reservation. Since it was a new service, I boarded with excitement. The female staff member greeted us cheerfully in Japanese and explained the equipment very thoroughly. The device can be adjusted to fit each individual, allowing for a personalized setup. Once the video started, multiple power stones appeared. By using my palms to grab them, I could hear various explanations about Hawaii's history.

As a tip for grabbing, I was able to catch several by quickly and firmly grabbing them. My husband mentioned that it was difficult to react with long sleeves, so it might be better to roll them up. While listening to various scenery and explanations in the video, we quickly reached the final stop. The staff were very cheerful, and I was grateful that they took photos for us after getting off the bus.

集合時間の15分前にはバスも到着しており、このペイントなので直ぐにわかり安心しました。
スキマ時間に色々探していた所、未体験で興味を持ったイベントを見つけて予約しました。まだ新しいサービスとの事でワクワクしながら乗車　スタッフの女性は日本語で明るく接して頂き、装置説明もとても丁寧に教えていただきました。頭に装置をセットし個々に合わせてサイズ調整も可能な為、自分サイズでセット出来ます。映像が流れだすとパワーストーンがいくつも現れます。自分の手のひらを使ってグッとつかみゲットするとハワイの歴史や色々な説明を聞く事ができます。
つかみ方のコツとして私は素早くグッとつかむ感じでいくつもゲット出来ました。主人は服の袖口が長いと反応しづらいと言ってたので袖口はまくってた方が良いかもしれません。映像で色々な景色や解説を聞きながらアッと言う間に終点。
スタッフの方がとても朗らかでバス降車後に写真も撮って頂きありがたかったです。

Our tour guide John was such a joy. There were only 7 people on the tour, so John had the time to make everyone feel special and spend time with each of us.
John had a great knowledge of the island and didn’t rush through the stops.
Highly recommend this tour and John as the tour guide.

It was amazing! There are so many shops I want to visit in Haleiwa Town, and I think it would be even better if we had a bit more free time!

I had a great time with 90 minutes at Dole and 120 minutes at Haleiwa, and the driver was very proficient in Japanese. I was satisfied to finally enjoy the Dole train and the Huli Huli chicken in Haleiwa!

ドール90分、ハレイワ120分とゆっくり時間が取ってあり、かつ、日本語に堪能なドライバーさんで大変良かったです。念願のドールのトレインとハレイワのフリフリチキンが食べられて満足しました！

The visit to the pineapple plantation was very good. Haleiwa was relatively quiet, and I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go. I was able to eat at Giovanni's without any wait. The guide, Nori, was also wonderful, making it a very good tour.

ハレイワも比較的空いていて行きたいところもすべて行けました。ジョバンニは待ち時間なしで食べられました。

This time there were three groups participating.
At the sightseeing spots, they took photos for us and provided explanations, which made everything easy to understand.
Hanauma Bay was very beautiful, and I wanted to go snorkeling next time.
For lunch, we could choose from many places, including food trucks at the Kahuku Sugar Mill.
I was thrilled to stop by Leonard's Malasada truck, which wasn't on the schedule, and enjoy the hot malasadas.

観光場所では写真を撮ってくれたり説明もしてくれたり分かりやすかったです。
ハナウマ　ベイはとてもきれいで次回、スノーケルをしたくなりました。
昼食はカフクシュガーミルでのフードトラックなど沢山の店の中から選べます。
予定になかったレナーズのマラサダのトラックに寄ってもらい熱々を食べれて感激しました。

The tour had almost no Japanese participants. The guidance and explanations were in English, and with our English skills, we could only understand about 20-30%. However, the fun conversations with our driver and guide, Marlon, created a bright atmosphere in the vehicle, and he kindly spoke to us in Japanese as well, which made us feel at ease. The bus was a comfortable sightseeing bus equipped with a restroom, and we thoroughly enjoyed a whirlwind tour of Oahu from early morning (the hotel pickup was great)!

参加者は日本人がほぼいないツアーでした。案内､説明など英語で私達の英語力では２～３割やっと理解出来る感じ。でもドライバー兼ガイド？のMARLONの楽しい会話で車内は明るい雰囲気で､私達には親切に日本語でも話しかけてくれたので安心でした😌

The guide was a Japanese person who only talked about their favorite topics like politics, religion, and architecture, and it felt like they wanted to end the tour quickly. We arrived back at the hotel at 4:30 PM, earlier than scheduled. Since we paid to see this, I wished they would have increased our stay time and stuck to the original schedule. I also asked to see the balance rock shown in the posted photos, but my request was declined due to complaints from the neighbors. The poor service made me feel hesitant about giving a tip.

案内人は政治や宗教、建築などの自分の好きな話ばかりする日本人で、早く帰路につきたい気持ちが伝わってきました。帰りは予定より早い16時半にホテル到着。
お金を払って観に来ているのだから、滞在時間を増やすなど、定刻どおりのスケジュールにして欲しかったのと、投稿写真にあるバランスロックを見たいと相談したが、近隣からの苦情を理由に案内を断られました。サービス悪いのでチップ払うのも微妙な気持ちになりました。

Bring a camera, water, and a little cash for local treats along the way! A great day away from the hotel

A great option if you don’t want to rent a car but still want to get a feel for the different sides of the island. We left with a deeper appreciation for Oahu’s beauty and culture.

I chartered a vehicle to make travel easier for my elderly parents. My mother, who has difficulty walking, was comfortable getting in and out of the car. We had a fulfilling and enjoyable day as we were taken to places and shops that regular tours don’t visit! I had been to Hawaii many times before, but it was my first time seeing a sea turtle, which was truly moving. The power spot I wanted to visit was closed, so we couldn’t stop there, but we were taken to another power spot where I was able to recharge my energy. Thank you very much!

高齢の両親のため、なるべく移動を楽にするためチャーターしました。足が悪い母も乗り降りがしやすい車で快適でした。普通のツアーでは立ち寄らない場所やお店に連れて行ってもらい充実した楽しい1日になりました！ハワイは何度も行ったことがあったのですが初めてウミガメを見ることができ感動でした。行きたかったパワースポットは閉鎖されており立ち寄れませんでしたが、別のパワースポットに連れて行って下さりエネルギーをチャージすることができました。ありがとうございました！

Our driver Alan was great - very funny and knowledgeable. We were able to see the highlights of Oahu in a way that didn't feel rushed or like we spent too much time in any one place. It was nice to get outside of Honolulu and see less crowded parts of the island.
