Our driver Alan was great - very funny and knowledgeable. We were able to see the highlights of Oahu in a way that didn't feel rushed or like we spent too much time in any one place. It was nice to get outside of Honolulu and see less crowded parts of the island.

We were lucky enough to be hosted by Stephanie who was just awesome. Saying awesome is an understatement as she was much more than that. When my sister and her family were here a few months ago, they were hosted by Stephanie and had nothing but good things to say. Their experience is why we booked the same tour and she was very knowledgeable about the island and very welcoming. Thank you Stephanie for such a nice experience!!!

Our guide was fantastic in showing us the beautiful island of Oahu. We spent the perfect amount of time at each stop in order to get an overview of the island.

The tour details from Beltora indicated an end time around 2 PM, but we were informed that the expected arrival time at the hotel would be 3:30 PM. During the latter part of the tour, we moved slowly through downtown and the Ala Moana area while explanations were provided from the bus. We were also asked about taking photos at the King Kamehameha statue. Since I was under the impression that the tour would end around 2 PM, I thought it might be a good idea to revise the introduction page if the hotel arrival time is indeed around 3:30 PM.

I wanted to join the tour because I had never been to a coffee farm on other optional tours. I have also done a coffee farm tour on the Big Island. I simply love natural coffee, and there were many different flavored coffees. Although it wasn't my favorite coffee, I was glad to have the opportunity to visit. It was my first time exploring a farm. Before participating in the tour, I watched an introductory video and learned about the tour content, and I was able to walk right in the middle of the farm. This time, I was able to taste freshly cut pineapple right from the field. Hawaiian pineapple is delicious, but the pineapple I ate directly at the farm was even better! I was happy to receive a whole pineapple as a souvenir, but I was surprised that I couldn't bring it back to Japan. The staff at the shop was Japanese, and they kindly offered to exchange it for cut pineapple for the Japanese participants, which was very helpful. The pineapple juice and fruit samples at the shop were also very delicious! Additionally, there were three types of Waialua coffee available for tasting, and I purchased some. I thought the tour fee was a bit high, so I was glad to participate in the monitor tour. In terms of the rarity of this tour, I thought it would be fun to experience places like Wahiawa Botanical Garden, which has free admission, aside from the farm.

シンプルにナチュナルコーヒーが好きだったのでいろいろなフレーバーコーヒーが多くて
自分の好みコーヒーではなかったですが寄ることができてよかったです
農園は初めての散策です
ツアー参加前に紹介動画をみてツアー内容を知ることができましたが、まさに農園の真ん中散策ができます
今回は農園の畑でもいだパイナップルをその場でカットして試食させていただくこともできました
ハワイのパイナップルはおいしいですが、農園で直接食べたパイナップルはさらに美味しかったです～
おみやげのパイナップルは1玉そのものいただいたときはうれしかったですが、日本に持ち帰りできないしびっくりしました
売店の店員さんが日本人で日本人参加者にはカットパインとチェンジしましょうか？と声をかけていただいて助かりました
売店でのパイナップルジュースと果実も試食として出していただきとても美味しかった！
またワイアルアコーヒーの試飲も3種類あり購入させていただきました
ツアー代金は高いな～と思ったのでモニターツアーに参加できてよかったです
このレアさの強いツアーという意味では農場以外の場所としてワヒアワ植物園とか入場無料ですし、こういう場所の体験ができたりすると楽しいのかなと思いました

It must be tough for the guide to manage both English and Japanese, but it's tiring for us listening as well. I had a similar tour before, but there were about 10 people, so we could take our time. I wanted to see the surfers riding the waves at the North Shore. I think it's strange to expect tips. It's quite an expensive tour... I've participated in various tours before, but this one was quite disappointing.

英語と日本語のガイドでガイドさんも大変だろうけれど、聞いている私達も疲れる。
以前ほぼ同じようなツアーだったけど10人位でゆっくりとできた。
ノースショアではサーフィンの波乗りしている人達が見たかった。
チップもいる？のはおかしいと思う。
結構高額ツアーなのに・・・
今までいろいろ参加してきたけれど、だいぶ残念なツアーでした。

I searched for a tour to the Nu'uanu Pali Lookout to experience the strong winds and scenery that surprised me during my honeymoon 26 years ago, but I could only find this one, which was in English, so I signed up.
The Nu'uanu Pali Lookout was still as windy as ever. It brought back memories, and I was overwhelmed with emotion.
The Byodoin Temple looked a bit shabby to someone who knows the real one in Uji, Kyoto, but its presence standing in the tropical rainforest was interesting in its own way.
I should have done proper research on which shops to aim for in Haleiwa Town. However, even with a spontaneous approach, I managed to encounter unexpected deliciousness and fun.
When I ordered soft serve ice cream at the Dole Plantation, the portion was so large that even my husband and I couldn't finish it. An American elderly couple sitting at the same table was struggling with it too. The pineapple flavor was incredibly delicious.
I only passed through downtown, but since it’s a business district, it seemed completely deserted on Saturday.
Returning to Waikiki and reflecting on the journey, I felt the "smallness" of Oahu. This is the Hawaiian Islands, needless to say.

新婚旅行時に驚かされた強風と景観を26年ぶりに感じたくてヌウアヌ・パリ展望台に行くツアーを探したけれど、これしか見つからず、英語のみでしたが、申し込みました。
そのヌウアヌ・パリ展望台は、相変わらず強風。思い出が蘇り感無量でした。
平等院は、京都宇治の本物を知る身にはしょぼく見えましたが、熱帯雨林の中に立つ姿はそれなりに面白いです。
ハレイワタウンは、どの店を目指すか下調べをきちんとしておくべきでした。しかし、行き当たりばったりでも何とかなり、思わぬ美味しさと楽しさに出合えました。　　
ドールプランテーションでソフトクリームを注文したら、夫婦2人でも食べ切れないほどの量。同じテーブルに座ったアメリカンな老夫婦も苦労していました。パイン風味がすごく美味しかったです。
ダウンタウンは通過しただけですが、ビジネスタウンなので土曜日は人っ子ひとりいないようでした。
ワイキキへ戻って来て、道程を振り返り、オアフ島の「小ささ」を感じました。ここはハワイ諸島なんですね、言うまでもなく。

We had a wonderful experience as a family of 10 on our tour to Waimea Valley! The breakfast was a great start! Our tour guide, Jason, was full of great facts as we drove along the way to our destinations! Weimea definitely exceeded my expectations in beauty! Jason shared facts about the flora and fauna surrounding us. The walked is paved but does have some inclines along the way. The walk was great for the whole family but my elderly parents had to move slower behind the group at their own pace. The waterfall was perfect. There is “audience style seating” for families to sit if not swimming and to place items. Life jackets are required and provided which was nice and the life guards that are on duty are very helpful. The tour gives 30 minutes to enjoy the waterfall swimming which was a great amount of time. Lunch was then given after a walk back to the entrance of Waimea. Although lunch is provided and was very good- for picky eaters or hungry along the way- there are snack bars and a walk up style restaurant to order other food.
After leaving Waimea we went to Dole where we had plenty of time to walk around the gift shop and enjoy our Dole Whip. This tour was a hit with the family and definitely would recommend it!

The tour had almost no Japanese participants, and the guidance was in English. However, if you understand English to some extent, it's totally fine! The North Shore was great with its relaxed atmosphere and nature, unlike Waikiki! The guide was friendly and engaged with us, taking photos as well! It can be difficult to get to places other than the North Shore on your own, so I think it's good to go on a tour like this.

ツアーの参加者は日本人ほぼいないツアーでした、
案内についても英語での案内ですが、英語がある程度わかるのであれば全然大丈夫です！
ノースショアはワイキキと違ってのんびりとした空気と自然があり良かったです！
ガイドの人もこちらに対して気さくに話しかけてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたりしてくれました！
ノースショア以外は自分で行こうとすると難しいところになるのでこう言うツアーで行くのが良いかと

Wish we could do this tour every day forever! Such a fantastic way to explore the highlights of Oahu in one day.

The small-group vibe this tour offered was what we loved most, making it feel more personal and comfortable. Each location gave us a perfect taste of the island’s beauty!

The guide was knowledgeable and personable, adding local insight that made the journey feel authentic.

I was torn between renting a car, taking a taxi, or chartering a vehicle, but considering the information about the carriage that allows you to see sea turtles, the left-hand drive, and having a 2-year-old child, I decided to go with the charter this time.

It was comfortable and smooth, and I was guided to a spot where I could see many sea turtles swimming up close. The little tidbits about Hawaii during the trip were also helpful, and I would like to request this service again next time.

レンタカーかタクシーかでチャーターかで悩みましたが、ウミガメを見れる馬車の情報や左ハンドル、2歳の子供もいるということもあり今回はチャーターにしました。

快適にスムーズに回れましてし、ウミガメが見れる場所にも案内頂き沢山の近くで泳いでるウミガメを見ることができました。
移動中のハワイの小ネタなども参考になり、また次回もお願いしたいと思います。

I had been to Dole Plantation before, but I had never been inside the farm, so it was great to see the process from harvesting to packing. There seemed to be a lot of manual work from planting to harvesting, which looked tough, but the workers waved cheerfully at us when they saw us. The guide not only taught us various things but also made a great effort to ensure we had fun, allowing us to enjoy the day. While it's nice to enjoy the maze and train at Dole Plantation, I think the farm tour across the street gave us a better sense of Hawaii.

農園の中には行ったことがなかったので、収穫から箱詰めまでの工程を見ることが出来て
とてもよかったです。
植え付けから収穫まで手作業が多く、大変そうでしたが作業している人たちは我々を見ると明るく手を振ってくれました。
ガイドさんはいろいろなことを教えてくれただけでなく、我々が楽しめるようにすごく気を遣ってくれたこともあり、楽しく１日過ごすことが出来ました。
ドールプランテーションで迷路や汽車を楽しむのも良いですが、向かいにある農園見学の方が、よりハワイを感じられてよかったと思います。

You can efficiently spend your day starting with the sunrise at Diamond Head. Also, the view of Honolulu from Diamond Head is amazing. If you're in Honolulu, be sure to participate!

The tour description is of course entirely in English, but it's fun! 🙋 We all got to say the names of the places we passed through in the local language, and our driver and tour guide, Malore, was kind and spoke to us in broken Japanese, which was reassuring. 🎵 During our free time in Haleiwa, we were able to try different garlic shrimp! ‼️ It's a whirlwind tour, but we fully enjoyed Hawaii in one go! 🙌 I highly recommend it! 🙌

ツアーの説明はもちろん全文英語ですが楽しいです🙋ツアーでの通過地域の地名を現地語で参加者全員で言ったりドライバー兼ツアコンのマロレーさんが親切で片言の日本語で話しかけてくれますし安心です🎵ハレイワでの自由行動ではガーリックシュリンプの食べ比べが出来ました‼️弾丸ツアーですが一気にハワイ満喫です🙌お薦めです🙌

The Dole Plantation tour was great, allowing us to efficiently visit Haleiwa. The guide shared various information on the bus, providing insights into Dole's history and recommended spots in Haleiwa before we arrived. I don't understand much English, but I was able to understand everything well enough using a translation app on my smartphone.

The Dole pineapple soft serve was rich in flavor and delicious. Although the price is a bit higher, I recommend the soft serve with pineapple topping.

ドールプランテーション、ハレイワ観光と効率よく回ることができ、良いツアーでした。バス内でガイドさんが色々な情報を話してくださり、ドールの歴史やハレイワのおすすめスポットなど到着前に情報インプットができました。英語はあまりわかりませんが、スマホの翻訳アプリを使えば、十分理解することができました。
ドールのパイナップルソフトは味が濃厚で美味しかったです。価格は少々プラスになりますが、パイナップルトッピングのソフトをお勧めします。

We joined the North Shore, Turtle Watch, Dole, and Macadamia Nut Farm tour, Stephanie was our guide and she kinda did things her way. It was nice she gave us several options to stop at beaches that weren’t necessarily on the list and she gave us suggestions on the food trucks to try at the old Sugar Plantation. But it was also a bit awkward when she will just talk about random things to fill the dead air, for instance she pointed out every passing McDonalds, Cheesecake Factory which I’m pretty sure isn’t particularly useful info to learn about Honolulu or the Hawaiian culture. But that’s neither here or there, the disappointment came to the Turtle Watch part, we just skipped it, she took us to the beaches where we’re supposed to find them, slowly drove and asked we saw anything (as the van was moving) then proceeded to concluded that there were probably none. After driving for at least another mile of the same slow drive and deduction, she asked if any of us was interested in going back to the first place where we thought there was something due to the crowds surrounding something and taking pictures, we didn’t saw anything yet, then she said if we did we would have to walk back one mile by ourselves, as traffic was bad and she wasn’t about to turn back.

Frankly, we joined the tour for the turtle Watch. To be just brushed off like that was disappointing and we felt a bit scammed,

I loved this tour. The bus took us around the island, visiting ALL the hot spots. It can feel a bit rushed but lots of places to go. I think it’s suitable as a first day of your trip activity. Our guide Kanamu was amazing, I loved all the local histories and traditions she told us along the way. The highlight of the trip is definitely Waimea Falls. We spent 1.5 hours here, I personally highly suggest not to go swim in the waterfall because that would become the whole focus of this place. It’s such a beautiful area, you’d be rushing through the short hike trying to get to the waterfall, and once you’ve done swimming you’d be rushing back to your bus. You’d be missing a lot of this beautiful place. I also loved that we stopped for a short 30 minutes Dole plantation. That’s really enough tbh. I would otherwise not have come here but now I can say that I have been there. I loved the fruit stands that we passed, bought some fruits. If you’ve had good sugar cane before don’t buy them here, they weren’t that great. While taste great, they weren’t very juicy, and quite hard to chew. You can definitely try if you’ve never had them before. Bought some macadamia honey at the “nut house”, and I loved the macadamia nut sampling. I was so tired at the end of the trip but definitely worth it!

I was able to see breathtaking views at several locations. I also got to sample malasadas and other sweets. The garlic shrimp for lunch was delicious. I especially enjoyed exploring the East Coast thoroughly.

何か所も絶景が見れました。また、マラサダや他のお菓子などの試食もできました。お昼のガーリックシュリンプもおいしかったです。とくに東海岸を丁寧に回れました。

Had a fantastic tour around the island. We had short stops at all the places of interest. The highlight of the day was seeing turtles coming out of the water onto the beach.
It was a very full day with lots to see and great it was a small group.
It would have been great to make a stop at Haleiwa as it looked interesting but we were running out of time.
Overall a fantastic day

On the second day of our arrival, I was worried about my health, but I enjoyed the great nature and delicious food of Hawaii from morning until evening. Our guide, J, drove safely and was very considerate, stopping at places not on the schedule while checking the situation, and taking photos for us at each destination. I can't thank him enough. There were three other groups of participants besides us, and everyone was very kind, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time. Thank you for your hard work, J. I would love to join again!

到着2日目で体調が心配でしたが、朝から夕までハワイの大自然と美味しいものを満喫しました。
ガイドのＪさんは安全運転かつ、とても気が利いた方で、スケジュールにはない場所も様子を見ながら寄ってくださったり、行く先々で写真を撮ってくださったり、感謝しかありません。
ツアー参加者は私たち以外に3組いらっしゃいましたが、みなさんとても優しかったので、リラックスして過ごせました。

I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go. Our guide, Ken, was fantastic and taught us a lot about Hawaii. I can't write everything here, but he also shared some hidden gems with us. Hawaii isn't a place I can visit often, but when I do go again, I will definitely reach out for help.

全ての行きたい所に行けました。ガイドのKENさんも、色々ハワイの事を教えて頂き、サイコーでした。ここには書けませんが、穴場なども教えて頂きました。ハワイには、なかなか行ける場所ではないですが、行く時は、是非またお願いいたします。

This tour was absolutely amazing and our driver Pattrick was the best part! He was so polite, friendly and made us feel like in home! We loved him! Thank you Pattrick!!!

I decided on this tour after arriving in Hawaii. The day after I made the reservation on my smartphone, the tour company contacted me in Japanese to confirm my booking and kindly provided details about the meeting place. The meeting time on the day of the tour was reasonable, which was great.

We started off by eating malasadas right away, and then we stopped at various places, which gave us plenty of opportunities to take photos. We also visited a macadamia nut farm where we got to taste samples and pick up some souvenirs.

For lunch, we had garlic shrimp, which was delicious. After that, we had something like banana spring rolls for dessert. At the North Shore, we were able to see sea turtles as well. The food was included in the tour, making it a fulfilling day overall.

ハワイに到着してからこのツアーを決めました。
スマホで予約した翌日には催行会社の方から日本語で予約確認が入り、集合場所も丁寧に教えてくれました。
当日の集合時間も無理ない時間で、良かったです。
出発して直にマラサダを食べ、その後、色々な場所に止まり、結構写真を撮る機会が多くありました。
またマカダミアナッツファームにも寄って味見しながらお土産をゲット。
ランチはガーリックシュリンプ🦐。
美味しかったです。
その後、バナナの春巻きのようなものがデザートで。
ノースショアではウミガメも見ることができました。
食べ物もツアーに含まれていて、1日充実したツアーでした。

I learned about the wonderful aspects of Hawaii beyond Waikiki. It was not just about seeing the scenery; I enjoyed it even more thanks to the guide's explanations. The guide was incredibly fun, and it became a great memory.

ワイキキ以外のハワイの素晴らしいところが知れました。ただ景色を見るだけじゃなくガイドさんの説明でより深く楽しめました。
ガイドさんが最高に楽しい方でいい思い出になりました。

They came to pick us up near the hotel as scheduled. There were four groups on the bus, and we were the only Japanese. During the ride, the driver shared information about Hawaii's history in English.

After arriving at Dole, we had malasadas and mineral water for breakfast. The driver also explained how to buy tickets and recommended some food options.

After the Dole experience, we went to the North Shore. Although we couldn't go to the famous sign, the driver introduced us to well-known spots before parking, and then we had free time. We could stop by Matsumoto Shave Ice, garlic shrimp, Patagonia, and more.

On the way back, we visited famous spots around Waikiki, such as King Kamehameha, while the driver provided commentary as we headed toward Waikiki. It was nice to be able to give a tip comfortably.

予定通りホテル近くに迎えに来てくれました。バスの中には４組、日本人は私たちだけでした。道中は運転手の方が英語でハワイの歴史について教えてくれます。
ドール到着後は、朝ごはんとしてマラサダとミネラルウォーターをいただきました。
チケットの買い方やおすすめのフードも運転手さんが教えてくれます。
ドール体験後は、ノースショアに行きました。有名な看板へは行けないですが、運転手さんが駐車場に停める前に有名どころを紹介してくれ、以降は自由行動。マツモトシェーブアイスやガーリックシュリンプ、パタゴニアなどに立ち寄ることができます。
帰りには、カメハメハ大王などワイキキ周辺の有名スポットに立ち寄り、車内から解説しながらワイキキに向かってくれました。気持ちよくチップもお渡しすることができました。

In Haleiwa, the weather was unfortunately rainy and quite strong, but I was glad to be able to shop at the store I wanted to visit. Especially, the Florence apparel is hard to find in Waikiki, and it seemed to have just opened, so I felt lucky. I don't want to drive overseas, so I've relied on them a few times. I also took some cute photos of a cat on the beach, which I really like.

ハレイワでは、雨が強く降ったりあいにくの天気でしたが、行きたかったショップで買い物が出来て良かったです。特にFlorenceのウェアはワイキキではなかなか手に入らないし、OPEN間もないようでラッキーでした。海外で運転したくないので、何回かお世話になっています。海岸で可愛いネコさんの写真も撮れて気にいっています。

First of all, the hospitality from the guide was excellent. They were very considerate, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably.

I think the tour content was good, but if I had to be picky, I would have liked a few more unique programs (like places or shops not listed in guidebooks).

I would like to request plans from this tour company in the future. I definitely recommend it.
