Excellent full day tour

The Oahu Island tour was perfect for seeing a lot of the island. I appreciated that the group was smaller than some of the other tour companies we saw riding around- it allowed us to have a more personal experience. Our tour guide, John, was a wealth of knowledge about the island, its history, and its residents, and I enjoyed spending the day with him! John’s trained eye also helped us find turtles during our stop, which was a huge help! This tour was a good mix of everything - from local food to breathtaking views. I would recommend this tour be one of your first stops on your visit to Oahu, as there are many things you see along your drive that you may want to revisit during your trip (and your guide can help you determine which ones are worth your money!)

We had a great time with John!!! He knew so much about the island! we even got to see Jackie Chans, President Obamas and Bill Gates homes! It was so obvious that he is so passionate about the history of the island. He was so eager to teach us everything!
The food was spectacular, and the sites were breathtaking, but having a tour guide as passionate as John was the icing in the cake!
Guests- please be respectful when the guide is talking and keep your chatter at a minimum.

A little disappointing. 少し残念

When I made the reservation, the confirmation I received indicated that the pickup time was set for 30 minutes after the flight arrival time. Considering the time it takes to pass through immigration and collect luggage, I thought it was impossible, so I inquired about it. I was reassured with a response that they would take the arrival time into account for the pickup. However, on the day of the pickup, I received a call from the transportation company saying that they had to wait so long that an additional fee would normally apply, and they asked me to give a tip to the driver. I felt disappointed because they set the pickup time without consulting me, and even though I had contacted them in advance, it felt like they were implying I should not expect any additional charges.
予約を入れた際に頂いたconfirmation に迎えの時間が、飛行機到着時間の30分後になっていた。どう考えてもイミグレーションの通過時間や荷物受取を考えると不可能と思い問い合わせすると、ちゃんと到着時間を考慮して迎えに向かうので問題ないとの解答を得て安心しました。が、当日、送迎会社の方から電話があり、本来なら追加料金がかかるくらい待たされたから、ドライバーにチップを上乗せして欲しいと言われました。勝手に迎え時間をセットし、こちらは事前に連絡していたのに、なんだか恩着せがましく追加料金は無しにと言われて残念な感じがしました。

It was a good tour and great driver. I wish we would have stopped at more of the scenic spots and skipped some of the roadside gift shops. One was enough. I would skip the Dole Plantation altogether.

I arranged a limousine from the airport to our accommodation as a surprise for my parents, who have always said they want to ride in one every time they see a limousine in Hawaii.
As soon as we arrived, the driver contacted us, and there was almost no waiting time before he came to pick us up. Since we had a lot of luggage, including suitcases, it was very helpful to have a large vehicle to take us to Waikiki.
The service and ride quality were excellent. I think it's a great service to kick off our stay in Hawaii. The spacious and private riding experience was wonderful.
一度は乗ってみたい！と毎年ハワイでリムジンを見るたびに言っていた両親に空港から滞在先までのリムジンをサプライズで手配しました。
到着後すぐにドライバーさんから連絡が入り待ち時間はほぼない状態ですぐにお迎えに来ていただけました。
空港到着時はスーツケースなど荷物が多いので大きい車でワイキキまで送迎いただけるのはとてもありがたかったです。
サービスも乗り心地も最高でした。ハワイ滞在のスタートを切るにはとてもいいサービスだと思います。
ゆったりとした空間とプライベート感満載の乗車体験は素晴らしかったです。

If you're pressed with time and wants to see all of OAHU'S best, this is the best tour amongst all available in the market. It is understandable if you can't spend to much a time in each place but substantial enough for sightseeing and snapping photos. I love the Shrimp lunch I had at Kualoa's Ranch.

This tour was TOP NOTCH. The van was clean and comfortable and all of the places stopped along the tour were awesome. It was a fun filled day! We loved that this tour was a small group on an uncrowded, cool, comfortable van. Our tour guide, Alan, was super informative, easy going and hilarious. His approach, information and personality put this tour over the top for us. The cost for this tour was higher than the bus tour we booked with a different company but it was 100% worth it!

Oahu Island Tour Unforgettable!

Our Oahu Island Circle Tour was so much fun! Alan was our guide and he was very knowledgeable about the island and all of Hawaii in general since he was born and raised there! This tour operator could not have hired a better person to tell people about the beautiful islands of Hawaii. He loves where he lives and it shows in his work. Our tour was very personal with just the three of us in the vehicle. We were able to travel at our own pace. Alan treated us to the sites and foods of island life, something we could not have seen and done on our own. The Dole Pineapple Plantation was so interesting and delicious - you must try the Dole Whip! Amazing! The North Shore was captivating with the huge waves coming in and we did see some sea turtles swimming in shallow areas. This is a must do experience!

It's fun, but the explanation is very long, and the water is cold and chilly! 楽しいけど説明がとても長く水も冷たく寒い！

I participated with my 5-year-old son and his father! First, the voucher said to gather at 10:30, but when we arrived, we were told to regroup at 10:55, so we changed and gathered! When we assembled, we were given life jackets, but they were wet from the previous customers! If you’re not wearing a wetsuit, it can be quite cold! My child was already saying it was cold at that point.
The activity was supposed to be 35 minutes of fun with dolphins, but there was an explanation that took about 30 minutes before it started, and we were left feeling quite cold in the wet life jackets against our bare skin, waiting for the dolphin interaction to begin. (It was December, and it wasn't very hot, but it was sunny ☀️)
Once we got into the water, it was incredibly cold!!! In the end, my lips turned purple, and I was shivering uncontrollably. Afterward, we jumped into the hotel jacuzzi. Other foreign guests also looked a bit cold. If you have underwater goggles, you can dive down and observe, but since it's the dolphins' habitat, it can't be helped; however, there were some weeds, and the water wasn't exactly clean.
That said, the interaction with the dolphins was plentiful; they performed many tricks right in front of us, we could feed them, and we swam alongside them✨. We took lots of cute photos and returned very satisfied. For the 35-minute activity, you need not only a towel but also a swimsuit.

まず、バウチャーには10：30集合になっていましたが行ってみると55分に再集合と言われ、着替えて集合！
集合がかかるとライフジャケットを渡されるのですが、前のお客様が着ていたものなので濡れています！
ウエットスーツを着ていないとかなり冷たいかも！
子供はその時点で冷たい冷たいと言っていました。
そして、35分間イルカと楽しめるアクティビティとのことでしたが、始まるまでの説明というか、お話がプラスで30分程と、とても長く冷たいライフジャケットを素肌に着たまま、なかなか始まらないイルカとのふれあいに水に入る前から既にちょっと寒そう。(12月でとても暑い日ではなかったですが晴れていました☀️)
そして水に入ると、またとんでもなく水が冷たい！！！
最終的に唇は紫でガクブルでガタガタ震え、終わってからホテルのジャグジーにドボンでした
他の外国の方々も少し寒そうにしていました
水中眼鏡を持っていれば一緒に潜って観察して良いのですが、イルカの住むところなので仕方ないのですが、潜ると藻があったり水は清潔とは言い難い様子。
が、イルカとの触れ合いはたっぷり、目の前で沢山芸をしてくれたりフィーディングができたり、イルカと一緒に並んで泳げたり✨可愛い写真もたくさんで大満足で帰ってきました
35分のアクティビティでは持ち物、タオルだけではなく水着必要です

The tour was great. Our tour guy Big Tony made it exceptionally great. He was fun and very informative. He made us feel welcomed and was very enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge of the island. He made sure we were comfortable and went out of his way to even take pictures for us. I would definitely recommend this tour and hopefully you get Big Tony.
