I participated in early March. There were Japanese staff members. My elderly mother (72 years old) was able to experience it without any difficulties. It was cold since it was March. The water reaches up to my chest (because I am short). The shower did not have hot water. They take photos for you, and you can buy one for $40. After finishing, there was plenty of time until the bus departure, so we were able to relax. It was also nice that we could stop for sightseeing at one place on the way back.

The children participated. My youngest daughter, who is 8 years old, later said it was an event to take pictures with dolphins. It certainly seemed like a photo session; they did swim with the dolphins, but after swimming about 5 meters just for the sake of taking pictures, it was over. It felt more like an event just to press the shutter...

However, the photos turned out very well and became a great keepsake.

I couldn't understand Japanese, and all the explanations were in English. I was helped by a Japanese woman named Chiyo, who explained everything politely, but it might be boring for those who don't understand English.

I was told that gel nails are not allowed for the swimming course, and there are no gloves available for rent. I was surprised to hear that I was told to tear them off with pliers!

We were able to enter before the usual opening time and touch the dolphins. It was a bit cold for the season, and the kids were shivering a little in the pool first thing in the morning, but it seems they really enjoyed touching the dolphins. Additionally, there were plenty of interactions, such as touching turtles, feeding fish, and feeding birds, which made for a fun experience.

I participated with my one-and-a-half-year-old child.
We clapped our hands in joy, so it was a really great experience!
My child was hesitant to touch the dolphins, but we had fun.
It seems there were two people who could speak Japanese; one of them explained things right after we entered, and their Japanese was fluent.
When we interacted with the dolphins, the person explaining was a bit hesitant in their speech, but I understood most of what they wanted to say!
It's small, so you can look around quickly.

I really wanted to go to this place. At first, I was unsure whether to join the tour, but in the end, it was definitely the right decision. Swimming with dolphins was refreshing and made me feel alive. The weather is just a matter of luck. The sea park was a bit lacking. The bird cage was the best part. The tour bus had the air conditioning set too cold, and it was chilly.

My sons participated in a dolphin swim. The dolphins were well-trained, and the guide was very kind, allowing us to fully enjoy the program. It lasted about 30 to 40 minutes. There were 7 to 8 people in the group, and we got to be pulled by the dorsal fins of two dolphins, have them poke our feet to help us rise from the water, and even receive kisses. This is a unique experience that you can't find elsewhere, so I highly recommend participating if you want to interact with dolphins.

In addition to this program, there are several interesting things to see at the Sea Life Park itself. There are tanks with sharks, cages with beautiful Hawaiian birds, sea turtles, and penguins. It's quite enjoyable, and if you have about three hours, you can see everything. The facilities are a bit old, and some areas could use renovation, but the interaction with the dolphins is something you can only experience here, and I highly recommend it.

Since I came to Hawaii, I wanted to interact with dolphins, so I signed up for the experience. I was able to enjoy various interactions with the dolphins, such as kissing, shaking hands, feeding them treats, and touching their bodies. I had a lot of fun and was really satisfied with the amount of interaction I got! At Sea Life Park, there was someone who was fluent in Japanese and provided thorough explanations, which made me feel very at ease. The instructor also spoke a bit of Japanese and shared various stories, which was great. Inside the park, I was able to experience feeding birds and fish. Everyone among the staff was very kind. I had a slight health issue, but they responded quickly, which was really good. The only downside was that the only restaurant had a dynamic taste, and the bread was a bit dry, which didn't quite suit the kids' palates. However, the fries were delicious (though the portion was large).

I was debating whether to join a tour to swim with wild dolphins when I applied... (I was also concerned about the price)
In the end, I'm glad I chose this tour!!
The Japanese guide provided a very detailed explanation of the tour flow during the changing time, and when it was time to interact with the dolphins, the local staff took over. Even though we couldn't communicate verbally, we were able to understand each other through gestures.
Since it's a tourist spot, the food court and other areas are generally on the pricier side, but they gave us three coupons, so I was able to enjoy ice cream for free!
I participated in the first morning session, and afterwards, I had lunch and was able to watch the dolphin show starting at 12:30. The show was at a level that you can't experience in Japan, and it was really great.

観光地なのでフードコート等も全体的に高めですが、クーポンを3つつけて下さるので無料でアイスが食べれちゃいました！
午前1番の部での参加で、その後はご飯を食べたりして12時半〜のイルカショーも見ることが出来ました。ショーも日本では味わえないレベルでとても良かったです。

I participated in the Dolphin Swim Adventure. Both the dolphins and the staff (foreigners) were very friendly, and I had an incredibly fun interaction, which left me very satisfied. However, it was disappointing that the dolphin pool and the facilities were dirty. I had a hamburger and a chili dog for lunch, but they were cold. There were also a lot of mosquitoes.

We participated in the Dolphin Encounter with our 5-year-old child. It seems they had a lot of fun interacting directly with the dolphins. Since our child's height is 110 cm, they couldn't touch the bottom of the pool, but it wasn't a problem as the parents could assist. The event started at 1 PM and ended around 2:30 PM, but we had some time to kill since the return bus was at 5 PM. Although there are things to see at the aquarium, it's not very large, and the gift shop closed at 3:30 PM, so I felt it would be better to go with a rental car.

Since this is my second time, I had a general idea of what to expect. It's smoother if you wear your swimsuit underneath before departure. Don't forget to bring a towel since you can take a shower afterward. When changing, the staff will select the life jacket for you, so I think it's better to wait calmly on the spot to get one that fits perfectly. The pool for interacting with the dolphins was really cold again this time. They check for accessories and nail polish when you enter. Glitter nails were fine, but stones and studs are not allowed, so it seems you have to wear gloves. I wondered what would happen if you had them on your feet... Since my child is still not very good at swimming, we entered the Dolphin Aloha program. It looked like so much fun to touch the dolphins and feed them. Although we didn't go into the pool, we got splashed quite a bit. (But we dried off while walking around the park afterward.) It was reassuring to have a guide who spoke Japanese with us. When my child is a bit older, I would love to swim with the dolphins next time! 😊

The park had a pool for feeding fish and a space for feeding parrots, so we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about the time until our transportation or activities. It was difficult to take photos or videos of the dolphins during the activity, so I think we will end up buying the ones taken by a professional, which were $30 each. The pickup did not arrive even after the meeting time had passed, and when I called Sea Life Park, I couldn't get through because it was outside of business hours. In the end, they arrived about 15 minutes late. The dolphins were very cute and amazing. The photos were sold for $15 each, which felt a bit expensive. Also, since the return shuttle was combined with other time slots, I ended up having about 3 hours of free time after it was over, so I took the bus home.

I took a tour bus to the location.

I took my 7.3-year-old daughter to participate in Dolphin Touch (without swimsuits). We boarded a large bus with participants from various locations and set off! It was cold inside the bus, so a jacket is necessary. The scenery on the way was beautiful.

The location is surrounded by the sea and mountains, and just being there is healing. There is a "Wolphin," a mix of a whale and a dolphin, which exists only in two places in the world.

I joined this tour because I wanted to interact with dolphins. I was able to touch many dolphins and even swim with them while holding on! It was so much fun. Since you wear a life jacket, I think it's fine for those who can swim a little.
