They were always attentive to me, offering ginger-infused soda and acupressure for motion sickness when I started to feel unwell. Even after entering the water, they supported us while considering each person's swimming level! I struggled to encounter a turtle, but after persistent effort, they found one at the last moment, and the turtle came up to the surface for air! It was so cute and moving!!

They even set aside a hamburger for me since I couldn't eat due to feeling unwell, and I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness. My husband, who participated with me, was also very touched! Thank you so much!

I thought the boat tour hadn't started yet, but I found a tour here and contacted you right away. Thank you for your prompt response regarding the Japanese interpreter, even on such short notice. In the end, it was too early in the morning, so I couldn't make it, but it turned out to be a wonderful whale watching experience, and I was truly moved. I've been on boats many times, but it's been a while since I was able to capture a photo of a jump. The pictures I took with my smartphone are a bit blurry, but I'm so thrilled that I got to see and capture it. Thank you for your attentive support.

Molokini Island is definitely a MUST-DO, so I joined the snorkeling tour. From before boarding the boat, coffee was already prepared, and once on board, there was a spread of breakfast fruits and muffins, which made me feel well-prepared. The captain provided various guidance during the boat ride, and Takahashi, a Japanese staff member, took great care of us (we were the only Japanese) as well as many families with children and elderly guests, which was very comforting. I was impressed by how hard the guides worked to assist the guests during scuba diving as well. For lunch, there were plenty of BBQ cheeseburgers and hot dogs, giving off a true American vibe! The guides all worked together to find turtles and showed them to the little kids. Later, the captain turned into a bartender at the bar counter, serving free beer and Mai Tais. The atmosphere on the boat felt like a social gathering, with everyone having a great time and cheering for the whales that occasionally appeared. We ride various boats during scuba diving, but this one had clean restrooms for both men and women, making it an incredibly fun tour. The staff were very attentive, ensuring that even those who couldn't swim and children who were afraid of the water could enjoy entering the sea. It was the best tour. Just seeing the amazing clarity of Molokini is worth it, so definitely consider joining!

On my second trip to Hawaii, I visited Maui for the first time. I really wanted to go to Molokini, so I booked a tour. Our guide, Kana, was very kind and took a lot of photos for us, helped us search for sea turtles, and shared many personal stories. We rode on a boat with international guests, but I felt completely comfortable participating as a Japanese person! The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and I was so happy. It was a day with such high transparency that even the guide was excited; the sea was truly beautiful. The Japanese guide was very cheerful and provided detailed lectures on various topics. Especially regarding the best spots and lunch, they shared a lot of information in advance, making everything go smoothly. It seems that the English guides or audio guides didn't provide such detailed information, which is a unique aspect of having a Japanese guide. I was really satisfied to have met a sea turtle as well.

I chose this excursion for my husband and older teenage son because they both LOVE fishing. The reviews were awesome and the description stated the excursion was 4.5 hours. Unfortunately this experience underdelivered. Opposite of other reviews, my boys didn’t catch a single thing. The other guests on the boat only caught small fish and not many of them. I understand that this is difficult to control; however this trip was rather expensive and it was described as if the captain and crew would know exactly where to go to find fish. Additionally, the excursion lasted barely 4 hours after take off. Although not discussed, I would also like to suggest that you take smaller crews and have an age limit...perhaps 13 and older and another experience for those under 13.

It was great. Last time my wife wasn't feeling well, so we came back for a revenge trip. This time, since we were more accustomed to Hawaii, it was good. We were also able to see sea turtles at Keawalai, which we couldn't do last time. The attentiveness of the Japanese staff was especially wonderful.

I made a reservation two days ago, and the response was smooth, allowing me to secure my booking right away! Kana, the Japanese guide, was very kind and took many photos for us. I recommend bringing an underwater camera! On the way to Molokini Island, I was incredibly moved when dolphins swam alongside the boat, and I got to see them up close for the first time! When the guide spotted a sea turtle, he called out loudly, and we were able to see it right away. It was amazing to see the sea turtle surface for air right in front of us! Next time, I want to go see whales!

The only disappointing thing was my lack of English skills, but I felt like I understood about 30% and enjoyed myself.

On Lanai Island, you can feel the original Hawaiian landscape and the remnants of Japanese immigrants, which offers a charm that you won't find in Waikiki or Oahu. It's one of those places I want to visit again and again. The world of the three Ws—wind, waves, and birds—is primitive, simple, and filled with a charm that is almost a little scary.

It was a small group. And being so the crew was very personable and excellent and with the kids. It was nice having one on one time with various crew members.

As for the sights it was very poor visibility. The water due to abnormally large swells that had debris churned up. You couldn't see ten feet.

We did see lots of turtles and a few small fish. The divers did there best in showing us what they could. And they compensated us nicely in the end.

I would do it again.

We took a half-day trip from Maui to Lanai on November 12, with a guided tour of Lanai. It was a fabulous, educational experience and the highlight of our 11-day trip to Maui. Our guide, Bruce, was exceptionally knowledgeable on the island's history. He made the trip so enjoyable and, with the small number of people on each tour, it was very interactive. The online booking process was so easy. We were able to pick the exact date we needed to fit in with our vacation plans. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.
