Maui
I wanted to visit Haleakalā and Iao Valley, so I decided on this tour after comparing the cost-performance with other companies. One reason I chose this tour is that, unlike many tours where you view Iao Valley from the bus without getting off, this one allows you to get out and see it up close.
The driver was full of humor and provided clear explanations, and I was satisfied with the tour overall. However, I would like to mention three points for your reference:
1. At the summit of Haleakalā, the time was limited to 30 minutes, and the round trip from the parking lot to the rocky area was quite rushed, leaving no time to soak in the spiritual atmosphere.
2. The view of the waterfall flowing from the mountain in photos of Iao Valley was different from what I experienced. It seems to depend on the season, but at the end of August, I couldn't see the waterfall. However, it was pleasant to walk through the valley with flowing clear water and the refreshing negative ions.
3. The Italian restaurant where we had lunch was really delicious! Additionally, the surrounding shops were fun to explore for local clothing and accessories. There are also a grocery store and a popular local bakery, so I recommend finishing lunch early to allow time for shopping.

ドライバーもユーモアたっぷりでわかりやすく説明してくれましたし、ツアー自体は満足していますが、3点ほどご紹介したい点があったので参照ください。
1.ハレアカラ頂上付近では30分と限られた時間で、駐車場から岩場を登り頂上までの往復はかなり慌ただしくスピリチャアルな余韻に浸る間もありませんでした。
2.イアオ渓谷は、写真で見る山から滝が流れている光景とは異なりました。時期によるそうですが、8末時期は滝は見れませんでした。流れる清水を見れるし、マイナスイオン漂う渓谷中を散歩するのは心地よかったです。
3.ランチを頂いたイタリアンレストランはすごく美味しかったです！加え周りのショップはローカルの洋服、アクセサリー等見るのに楽しかったです。グロッサリーストアや地元て人気のベーカリーショップがあるので早めにランチを切り上げ、お買い物時間にあてるのをおすすめします。

We have wanted to snorkel the Coral Gardens for a number of years and found that the trip aboard the Four Winds would not only take us there but at one third the price of our usual snorkel trip supplier. The food was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is warning their customers not to touch the turtles.

Overall and enjoyable day. Catamaran was nice and comfortable. Guides, chiefs and barman very good service. Snorkeling was fairly good, lots of sea turtles to be seen - guides very helpful in locating and ensuring everyone had a chance to view them. Unfortunately on the day we went we were unable to go to molokini due to rough waters - I was very disappointed about this as a big reason I booked this was to see the under water crator. The tour guides however did their best to accommodate for another spot. Breakfast, lunch dessert and alcohol were all served - food was good. I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of catering/alcoholic drinks that were provided given the length of the tour
When I went to Maui, I definitely wanted to see the sunrise at Haleakalā, so I joined this tour! And I got to see the most amazing sunrise!! The tour was a simple one with transportation and breakfast included, but I enjoyed it enough. Just be aware that it doesn't include any warm clothing, so please prepare that yourself. Also, everyone except us was foreign.

We took our time climbing the mountain by eating donuts and stopping by souvenir shops. Since there’s not much walking involved, it’s quite easy. They will take you to a spot where you can leisurely enjoy the sunset and starlit sky. The sunset sinking into the great outdoors was sparkling and very beautiful. The changing colors of the sky were also lovely. You can borrow a warm jacket and a blanket, but it gets quite cold at night, so I think it’s a good idea to prepare a little on your own as well.

No one likes being pick up at 3am for a tour, but Rory made it worth it! He was pleasant, cracking jokes, and really knew the history of Maui and Mt. Haleakala. I would highly suggest this tour to couples. Bring warm clothes, not just a sweatshirt!

Did the road to Hana tour today in Maui. We had the pleasure of getting Peaches as our tour guide. She was one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable individuals I have ever encountered. Being in the people business myself it was a breath of fresh air to find someone like her that takes pride in her job and her island. The information that she gave made the tour not just amazing for the scenery, it was very educational and personal. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone who visits Maui and I would highly recommend Peaches! Thank you for all that you do and making this a trip to remember!
My kids love this activity we have in Maui. Their instructor are great too. They were able to enjoy and stand on the board and surf with the waves. They said its one of a kind things to do and experience. They will surf again and this time with pride. Awesome.
My excursion was excellent, from the moment i boarded my flight from Maui. the staff was informative and friendly. I especially enjoyed the the docent on the Missouri, he explained the surrender in a way I could understand without being at all condescending. I was as moved as I hoped I would be. We participated in a tour with a Japanese guide for our family trip, which included eight girls aged 5 to 80, as we had parents with mobility issues. There was only one other couple who were Japanese; the rest were foreigners.
Our guide, Miho, was very attentive and cheerful. She engaged in conversation with my parents on the boat and helped my mother, who was afraid of the sea, at a slow pace suitable for the elderly. It was a great help. The children were more focused on jumping off the boat and the slide rather than snorkeling. Onboard, we also enjoyed unlimited Hawaiian beer, sampling three different types, so there were plenty of ways to have fun besides the sea. Miho's stories were enjoyable, so I highly recommend this experience.

This was our first time riding horses and running with them. It was so fun. The guides Freddy and Taryn were awesome. They truly cared about the people they took out. The views from this ride were amazing.
We have been to Maui so many times but never had tried the sunset cruises that are available, and there are quite a few. But after some research we decided to try the Pride Of Maui Sunset Cruise, and we are glad we did. The crew were polite and made sure we were taken care of. The buffet was good, and the drinks were not watered down like some of the mass events we have been to. Chatted with the captain and got to ride along with him on the way back which made us feel like a part of the cruise as well. The views are spectacular and we were lucky to have almost a cloudless view the whole trip. We went in September and the weather was perfect.
I would highly recommend the Pride for your next adventure. Price was cost effective, and if you have kids they will love it.

This was so cool and my new husband and I had so much fun. This was probably threw highlight of our honeymoon. I was super excited that they had goggles for people who wear prescription glasses! The crew was fantastic and super nice. The areas that they took us to were so much fun! This was my first time snorkeling and now I am addicted because of this cruise!
On the day of the trip, the boat was fully booked with 149 passengers on board. There were few Japanese people, just us and one other group, but a female Japanese staff member was always attentive, allowing us to enjoy the experience without any worries. We were lucky with the weather, as there were hardly any waves, and being on a large boat meant it didn't rock at all.
The BBQ hamburger for lunch was delicious, and the cookies afterward made me feel like I was in America.
During snorkeling, we got to see the crescent-shaped Molokini Island, and at the turtle point, we encountered four turtles, one of which was right in front of us—it was truly moving! Even though I'm not a strong swimmer, I was able to enjoy myself without getting too tired by using the free floatation devices available.
If I have the chance to visit Maui again, I would love to participate again.

We ended up not going on this trip. The pick up was scheduled for 6:30 at a hotel we were not staying at. After 15 minutes we called the company. Oh our driver was on his way. We called again after 7. Same response and no apologies. We called and canceled . The driver didn't show up until 7:40!!! We did get our money back.
Our captain Mark along with Nick and Emily made of this a fantastic experience. It was fun, great music, good food and more importantly we felt safe and taken care of the whole time. Getting on and off the catamaran at the beach was an interesting experience but it just added fun to the whole thing. Our tour was not packed and that added personalization from the crew. The snorkeling was beautiful. Saw turtles and so many different fishes.

My husband, daughter and I took the sunset cruise earlier this week and loved it. The crew were fun, knowledgable and very accommodating. The food was fantastic....not cheese and crackers but real culinary treats. I have been on a previous sunset cruise with another company and, although the cruise was fine, the service and food were very much lacking. I highly recommend Trilogy. They are professionals and it shows!

Moreover, with the Milky Way above and a mantle convection hotspot beneath my feet, I chose Haleakalā for this unique experience. It truly is mysterious how "connections" work; I met Mr. Yamauchi, who has been guiding Haleakalā tours for 2,800 times, after moving to Maui from Washington State, where I have lived for 25 years—this seems too coincidental to be mere chance.
His passion for continuing to guide up to 3,055 times, in reference to Haleakalā's elevation of 3,055 meters, shines through in his gestures as he serves hot barley tea and when he passionately shares his life story. This was not just a tour to see the sunset and starry sky; it was something wonderful. Due to the full moon, we couldn't see the Milky Way, but Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn were all clear! Through the telescope, we could see satellites and rings, making it feel like a textbook experience (though it’s usually the other way around). I will come again during the new moon. There are still many other places I want to visit in Maui.
I am savoring a level of satisfaction that cannot be expressed in words, thanks to Mr. Yamauchi's flexible responses, Mayu's smile, and the very well-organized tour. Everything is a cosmic arrangement.
