This was a great cruise! The staff was very helpful to get everyone in the water in a timely manner. The reef at Molokini and turtle town were amazing! We saw a variety of sea life while at both location. Also we were able to see multiple turtles in turtle town which made the trip extra special! The boat had a slide that we were able to go on while at Molokini which was so much fun! The food and drinks were good as well!

This sunset cruise had an amazing staff who were very helpful! The drink and food were perfect! We were able to see whales which was a great addition to the already perfect view! Highly recommend!

We picked a great time to go during whale season because we not only got an amazing snorkeling cruise but a whale watch cruise as well! We saw so many whales going out to Molokini as well as when we were coming back into the Harbor. I was also blown away with the amount of turtles that we got to see at Turtle Town and the crew was helpful shouting out when they would see one so that everyone would get the chance. Parking was very easy to find and the boat was right behind the lot that we parked at. I was also amazed with how quickly they got everyone checked in with the amount of people that were there. We had the best day and I would definitely go again!

We were able to see a lot on the 7:30 departure. I can only say we were lucky. A curious whale happened to come by and swam around the boat for over 15 minutes. The English-speaking tour had more than 90% American guests, and it was a big hit. To borrow the words of an American girl nearby, "Best $30 dollars than ever!"

This cruise was the perfect way to end one of our days in Maui. The staff gave fun facts about the island during the cruise and would stop along the way to get the perfect view of any wildlife you saw. The staff interacted with everybody on the boat and attended to everybody well to make sure everyone who wanted a drink had one. I highly recommend this cruise if you are wanting a relaxing way end to your day with beautiful views.

Pride of Maui Molokini and Turtle Town Snorkeling Tour is a must do while in Maui. The views both from the boat and in the water were beautiful. The staff was great from giving facts about the island and sea life while on the boat to helping direct your attention to the beautiful sights during snorkeling. The boat has a slide that is a fun way to spend the day when you need a break from snorkeling. This event is a must do while in Maui!

Highly, highly recommend these guys! They have bean bags on the net lounge area to sit on which was very nice and made it more comfortable. The crew was so attentive and were constantly making rounds checking on everyone and even told us not to worry about getting drinks ourselves that they would be bringing them around, so we never even had to get up for a refill! They were also so helpful with a proposal that my friend was planning. They made sure that everything went smoothly for them and I can't thank them enough for making their night so special!

You can enjoy leisurely horseback riding at this cozy ranch. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it suitable for beginners. The restrooms are clean. Drinks are included.

Saw lots of whales we had beautiful weather. Lanai City is a cute little town. Blue Ginger was a great place for lunch.

Wife and I greatly enjoyed the trip together. The captain was nice enough to cruise around to see some whales that were all around the boat. Great food, great drinks and the bar tenders were fantastic.

So glad we picked out these guys for dolphin watching and snorkeling! best decision ever :) The crew was amazing and so helpful :) Thanks again :)

I participated in this tour, departing from the hotel where I stayed, and as others have shared in their experiences, boarding the boat that approaches the beach between the waves left me quite wet, making me wish I had worn my swimsuit. However, I was able to encounter more whales than I had imagined, see whales swimming right beneath the boat, and hear their songs, which created wonderful memories. The crew was also very pleasant, and I had a comfortable time.

宿泊したホテルの前からの出発ということで参加しましたが、波の合間を見計らいビーチに接岸するボートに乗り込むこのツアーは、他の方の体験談通りでしたので、水着にしておけばよかった・・・と思うほどの濡れ具合です。
ただ想像以上に沢山のクジラたちに遭えたこと、船の真下に泳ぐクジラを見ることが出来たこと、クジラの歌ごえを聴くことが出来たことは、素敵な思いでとなりました。
クルーの皆さんもとても感じが良く、心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

I participated because I love snorkeling, but I was a little disappointed that I didn't encounter as many fish as I had hoped. However, I think the water clarity around Molokini Island is high, and it's a beautiful sea. Since it was the right season, I was also able to enjoy whale watching.

シュノーケリングが好きなので参加しましたが、思ったほど魚たちには出逢えずちょっぴり残念でした。ただモロキニ島周囲の海水透明度は高く、綺麗な海だと思います。
ちょうど時期でしたので、ホエールウォッチングも楽しむことが出来ました。

The sea was very beautiful. It was great.
The water temperature was quite low, and it was cold in the morning, so I got out quickly. I thought I should have worn something on top.

水温が結構低く、午前中は寒かったので、すぐに上がりました。上に何か着ていけばよかったと思いました。

The check-in area at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is very convenient, located by the seaside lawn. With the strong winds in Ka'anapali, we hurriedly boarded the catamaran, timing our entry just right. As soon as we set off, we were served mini cakes and drinks (including alcoholic options), and there was an all-you-can-eat dessert and drink service. The staff moved around among the passengers, engaging in friendly conversation while being attentive to our needs.

The two-hour cruise featuring dolphins, sea turtles, and whales flew by in no time. It seems that when the weather is bad, departures are from Lahaina, but we were fortunate to have good weather this time. The day before, the operator called to ask if we could push our reservation back by an hour, but they communicated clearly and patiently, so the time change was no problem at all. In the afternoon, we drove from Lahaina to the airport with our rental car, making for a fulfilling day. After spending three days in Maui, we left for Waikiki, where we spent another seven days. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hawaii. I hope everyone has a great time!

イルカの体現　海亀　クジラと２時間のクルーズはあっという間に終了です　天候が悪いときはラハイナからの出航になるようですが今回は天候に恵まれよかったです　前日運営外車から予約時間を１時間遅らせて欲しいと電話がありましたがゆっくり分かりやすく話してもらえたので時間変更も特に問題ありませんでした　午後からはレンタカーでラハイナ　→　エアポートへの移動でしたが充実した1日でした　３日間過ごしたマウイを離れ、ワイキキに戻り７日過ごしました。大いにハワイを満喫できました　皆さん楽しんでください　

We were lucky to see numerous whales on our trip to Lanai. We took this trip LY to snorkel at Hulopo'e Beach (which is a short walk from the marina) and had such a great time we decided to repeat the experience. It's a pretty straight forward trip - just be sure to buy your ticket a day ahead and arrive at least 30 minutes before so you can get in line to snag a good seat if you want to whale watch (in season).

On the day of the trip, we exchanged our voucher for tickets at Lahaina Harbor. We already had round-trip tickets, and the exchange was simple. The ferry was larger than I expected and didn't sway much, making for a comfortable 50-minute ride to Lanai Island. The harbor on Lanai is small, with one souvenir shop. Be sure to stop by; they have T-shirts designed for Lanai that I believe you can only get here.

Our goal was to have lunch at the Four Seasons, which is about a 15-minute walk along the paved road. There is a path to the hotel before the sign, but it's for service vehicles, so please make your way to the sign. The hotel, as expected from the Four Seasons, is difficult to describe in words but is excellent. The garden, in particular, is like a different world. There is a restaurant by the poolside in the garden for lunch. They will ask for your name, but it's perfectly fine even if you're not a guest, so just give your name and take a seat. The menu features organic vegetables. It's quite pricey, but delicious. By the way, breakfast here costs about 10,000 yen per person. For lunch, I had coconut curry.

There was also a male chef who spoke Japanese. It seemed there were no Japanese guests today. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch and returned to Maui from the ferry terminal. It was a unique experience to have lunch at the Four Seasons on Lanai Island.

当日はラハイナ港でバウチャーをチケットに交換します。既に往復のチケットが要されており、簡単に交換できます。フェリーは思っていたより大きく揺れることもなく快適にラナイ島に５０分位で着きました。ラナイ島の港はこじんまりで、お土産屋さんが一軒あります。是非よって下さい。ラナイのデザインしたＴシャツがあります。ここでしか入手できないと思います。
我々の目的は、フォーシーズンズでのランチで、徒歩で舗装道路沿いに１５分程度歩くとホテルの看板があります。看板手前にもホテルまでの道がありますが、作業車用ですので看板まで頑張ってください。ホテルはさすがフォーシーズンズで言葉での表現が難しいけどエクセレント。特に庭園は別世界です。庭園のプールサイドにランチ用のレストランがあります。名前を聞かれますが、宿泊者でなくても当然OKですので、名前を告げて席に着きます。オーガニック野菜使用のメニューです。結構の値段がしますが美味しいです。因みに、ここの朝食は一人約１万円です。ランチはココナツカレーを頂きました。
日本語を話す男性のチーフも居ました。今日は日本人の宿泊は無いみたいでした。ゆっくりとランチをいただき、フェリー乗り場からマウイ島に戻りました。なかなか経験できないラナイ島フォーシーズンズでのランチでした。

I participated in a sunrise tour at the summit of Haleakalā on my first visit to Maui. I was a bit confused about the need for reconfirmation, so I called the tour company the day before, but I still didn't quite understand it. On the day of the tour, the bus arrived almost on time. Everyone except me was a foreigner. We were assigned seats, and they provided a Japanese brochure and a Japanese audio guide (upon request). We drove in the dark and quickly arrived at the summit of Haleakalā. While waiting for the sunrise, the wind was strong and it was really cold. I thought I had dressed warmly enough for the tour, but it was still chilly. However, when the sun finally rose, I felt its brightness and warmth, and I could truly appreciate the greatness of nature. The scenery was absolutely stunning. If I ever come to Maui again, I would love to participate in this tour once more.

初めてのマウイ島、ハレアカラ山頂のサンライズツアーに参加しました。よく分からなかったのがリコンファームが必要と書いてあり、不安ながら参加前日に催行会社へ電話をしましたが・・、あれが良く分かりませんでした。当日、ほぼ時間通りにバスが迎えに来てくれました。私以外すべて外国人でした。席を決められており、そこには日本語のパンフレット、日本語のオーディオガイド(要リクエスト)をご準備いただきました。暗い中を走り、あっという間にハレアカラ山頂へ到着。サンライズまでの待ち時間、風も強く本当に寒いです。だいぶ防寒対策をしてツアーに参加したつもりでしたが、それでも寒かったです。しかしいざ太陽が昇ってくると明るさと温かさを感じ、自然の偉大さを体で感じることができました。景色が本当に素晴らしいです。マウイ島に来ることがあれば、また参加したいです。

I participated in this tour because I wanted to go to Hana on Maui for the first time. I was alone, and there was also a couple from Canada, making a total of three people plus the driver. The car was comfortable with good seats, but the air conditioning was quite effective, making it a bit cold. If you're sensitive to the cold, it's better to take some warm clothing. During the trip, we had time to take photos from the car at various points, and the explanations were given in detail. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand much since I don't speak English. Although the time spent in the car was long, I think participating in the tour was a good choice since it's a place I wouldn't be able to visit easily on my own.

初めてのマウイ島、ハナへ行きたくてこのツアーに参加しました。私は一人で、他にカナダからのご夫婦が参加し、合計３人＋ドライバーさんのツアーでした。車はシートもよく快適でしたが、エアコンがよく効いており少し寒かったです。寒がりの方は防寒対策を取ったほうがいいです。道中、ポイントでは車の中から写真を撮る時間を取ってくれたり、説明を丁寧にしてくださったようでした。というのも・・、私は英語ができないので残念な感じでした。。車に乗っている時間が長いのですが、一人ではなかなか行けないの場所なので、ツアーの参加はよかったと思っています。

The whales were fairly visible, and considering the price, it was worth it without being too long of a commitment. I was worried because the reception area was hard to find.

クジラはまあまあ見えてそこまで長い時間の拘束でもなくこの料金なら申し分なし。
受付場所がわかりづらく心配になった。

I reserved a VIP seat, but there was a mix-up on the day, and I was directed to a regular seat (which I found out later). However, the seat I was given was towards the front of the regular section, so I was able to enjoy it as if it were a VIP seat. Later, I was contacted and informed that there had been a mistake with the seating, and they would refund the difference, which they did. I was lucky that my seat was towards the front of the regular section, but if it had been further back, I think I wouldn't have been satisfied, as I would have expected to be sitting in a VIP seat. Since it was nighttime, I thought it would be cold and brought a jacket, but it was even colder than I imagined!

VIP席で予約したが当日手違いがあり通常席の案内となった（後日分かった）。しかし案内された席は通常席の前の方だったのでこれがVIP席なのかと普通に楽しめた。
後日、席の間違いがあったので差額を返金しますと連絡があり、返金してくれた。たまたま普通席の前の方だったのでラッキーだったけど後ろの方なら当日はVIP席に座っているつもりだったので満足できなかったと思う。
夜なので寒いと思い上着を持っていったが、想像よりさらに寒い！

Absolutely wonderful whale watching tour!! The staff was knowledgeable and kind!! The boat was mellow and perfect! I had a great tine!! Thank you so much

The departure was at 14:15 on December 29. Before boarding, a Japanese guide came to find us and greeted us. There were only two groups of Japanese people. The guide kindly explained the positioning inside the ship. We were able to see spouts from a distance a few times, but there was only one jump in front and about two jumps to the right front. The one in front was relatively close, and we could see the stripes on the whale's belly, with the splash being incredibly large. I believe they mentioned that radar could not be used for whale protection, and we could only approach within 100 meters. During the port call, there was a spout rising in the right front, but there were no jumps. Even though the season has just started, I think it is possible to see whales during the approximately 2-hour cruise. However, I heard that around February 10 is when the number of whales peaks, so if you can choose the timing, that might be a good time to go. Since I couldn't see whales in either Ogasawara or Oahu, this was a very good experience.

12/29　14:15の出航でした。乗船前に日本語ガイドさんが我々を見つけに来てくれて、声をかけてくれました。日本人は2組だけでした。ガイドさんは、船内での位置取り等丁寧に教えてくれました。潮吹きは遠くで何回か見れましたが、ジャンプは前方で1回、右前方で２回くらいでした。前方のものは割と近くでクジラのおなかの縞が分かるくらいと水しぶきの余韻が半端なく大きかったです。クジラ保護のためレーダーが使えず、また100Mまでしか近づけないと言っていたと思います。寄港途中も右舷前方で潮が上がりましたがジャンプはありませんでした。シーズンが始まったばかりでも約2Hのクルーズでクジラを見ることは出来ると思います。ただ2/10位がクジラの数がピークになるとのことだったので、時期を選べるならその頃が良いのかなと思います。
小笠原でもオアフでもクジラを見ることができなかったので、とっても良い体験になりました。

The food, service and entertainment was all wonderful! Would definitely do it again.

There were 6 of us who decided to take the trip for the day to walk from Manele harbor to the beach for snorkeling and fun in the sun. A few people in our party were late to the dock and staff was able to change our tickets to a later ferry at no charge. Was easy to walk to the beach 5 minute walk and we saw tons of fish and had tons of room on a beautiful beach. Saw whales, dolphins, turtles, and flying fish on the ferry ride. Everyone had a blast!

Highly recommended! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy going. He took us to a lot of neat places. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to learn about Lāna’i

I participated alone. I was the only Japanese person, but there was a Japanese woman named Takako among the crew who was really kind to me. The weather was nice on the day, and I was able to encounter whales, and at Molokini Island, I could see many fish. At the next spot, I was also able to see sea turtles, which was really great.

日本人は私だけでしたが、クルーの中に日本人女性の貴子さんがいらして
本当によくして頂きました。
当日は天気がよくて、クジラにも遭遇でき、モロキニ島では魚もたくさん見ることができました。
その次のポイントではウミガメも見れて本当に良かったです。

The narrator was fantastic and did his best to point out cool things to see. The divers worked hard at finding interesting things to show us up close but it felt like we could’ve gone to a better location where there was opportunity to see more fish. Between Reefdancer and Atlantis, the latter was a much better experience.

The company did not state the name of the snorkel boat. My cab driver could not locate the boat and others had no idea what boat we were to go on. Later we noted in small print a reference to the name of the boat doing the cruise.
The cruise personnel were very nice but the only thing I was upset about was a mask they swapped with me that leaked. This limited the enjoyment of the snorkel experience. Otherwise I would recommend the snorkel cruIse. Sorry, I forgot the name of the boat.
