Maui
The crew were all very nice and knowledgeable but there wasn’t much wildlife to see. Mostly just coral. Wish I could’ve seen some turtles.
I was pleasantly surprised with the temptation tours luxury road to Hana experience. Although it was a bit pricey, I felt the entirety of the tour was well worth the amount. I saw everything on east maui that I wanted to see and some more. The tour guides were personal and informative. I was very happy I booked a full guided tour instead of doing a self drive. My partner and I got the full day we dreamt of when visiting the island of Maui!
My partner and I had a wonderful time visiting Haleakala national park! The breakfast was okay, continental option. It was surprisingly cold so pack an extra jacket for your stay. But it truly was an unforgettable experience, I know I will have to return and share this with my children as well one day.
Mahalo Catherine, Thank you for joining us on the Sunrise tour. We look forward to seeing you in the future with your family. We hope you enjoyed your stay in the Islands.
A Hui Hou!
We got to the terry just in time (arrive early even at 6:30 you’ll be searching for parking). We rode it to Lanai stayed in lanai 30 minutes then got back on ferry and returned to Maui. So for cost of ferry we got to go to more than one island on our trip to Hawai’i.
Boat was clean and comfortable everyone who worked for ferry was courteous and nice. Great trip. We saw a couple of whales and a pod of dolphins.
You should try it.
They are still telling you to west a mask outdoors. The girl taking tickets was very aggressive about putting your mask on. I was on the dock in the open air without my mask, which is totally legal and I stated to her, that when I go to get on the ferry I would be happy to put my mask on.
Really? Enough with the bullying.
She could have been so much more pleasant to everyone.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the whale watching adventure with Captain Heather! We were able to spot whales within the first 5 minutes and actually saw multiple humpbacks and dolphins! The crew was so wonderful and knowledgeable!! I would definitely recommend 1000 times!!!!
I'd suggest to arrive early to get free parking on site. They have a wheelchair accessible facility so easy to maneuver to your table and seating. Staff was very friendly and informative on explaining the meal and the different ingredients used. It was a nice warm evening in early December when we attended. Loved the entertainment. They do a few dance numbers during the early courses of your meal. Once dinner is served and cleared, the final floor show begins about an hour before closing.
We booked a private Road to Hana Tour with Hola Hola tour group. Mauana was absolutely the most awesome guide! He was a gentleman, funny and full of knowledge regarding the history and culture of Hawaii. By the end of the day, we embraced him as family. It was worth every dollar to book this tour!
Hi Liz! Thank you so much for your awesome review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and favorite pictures. We love Mana too! He is an amazing guide - full of knowledge and humor. We are so grateful to have him as part of our team. We hope to meet again! Until then... take care! Aloha!
Very professional service with extensive knowledge and experience. I really enjoyed my time.
Staff went above and beyond to enhance the experience for everyone involved. We came across two pods of whales and a pod of dolphins, and the staff used their marine biology experience to educate us on what we were seeing. The water was warm, safety was prioritized, there were multiple head-counts conducted by multiple staff members, and we were fed and entertained. Overall we couldn't've asked for more.
Drums of the Pacific was a beautiful display of Polynesian culture. The service and food were outstanding. The performers were incredible. I highly recommend this Luau and am very grateful for the opportunity to experience this culture.
Much better than expected! Food, service and entertainment was great!
Very professional. Smooth. Easy parking. Highly recommend.
Would not miss Molokini Carter when coming to Maui. We had some changes with the pickup times but other than that this tour was truly memorable!
Myths of Maui Luau was a truly memorable and wonderful experience.
This was a awesome experience. It turned out to be the highlight of my trip to Maui and I have been five times to Maui. Bruce showed me 80% of Lanai'i and obviously cared about the island and it's people. If I ever return to Maui, I will try to take this tour again. Thanks Bruce.
Gorgeous boat, fun and attentive crew, and lovely food & beverage service. Appreciated having the Huka option, which I hope to enjoy on the next trip. We'll be back for sure, and highly recommend to others!
Evening was nice. The views were awesome and the food was excellent. Music could have been better. Seats are VERY uncomfortable
Beautiful views, good food and very friendly staff. We really enjoyed ourselves.
This was an amazing experience from the beginning. The guides were so friendly and accommodated every rider based on their experience level. We chose the 2 seater so I could record while he showed off his driving skills until I took over and amazed him with my hidden talents. It was a pure adrenaline rush and memorable experience to add to our honeymoon in Maui. Loved it!
The ferry was on time, very clean and everyone was extremely friendly.
We had a great time snorkeling. Crew was very attentive and made the trip most enjoyable. We would book same trip again!
It was a fun snorkeling cruise. The crew was friendly and attentive. Food served for breakfast and lunch was delicious. We will do it again!
Knowledgeable, friendly crew members. No dolphins the day we went, but we saw a shark!
Amazing show and food! You’ll definitely leave satisfied!
The boys did a UTV drive and the girls did the horseback ride. One of the girls did not want to do the horse and the guides were super accommodating and put her in a UTV to still get to do something. She wound up have a blast after she got in the UTV with her husband. She was able to take a ton of photos and videos of the tour.
My wife got on the horse and had a BLAST on the ride. They did the same trail as the UTV/ATV does but the UTV/ATV goes out first, so they never cross paths. My wife had a great time, but she did say it was not for a very beginner, as they do have a few steep hills. At the very end they let you go faster (For the experienced rider) and go at your own pace for everyone.
The only thing is remember to wear long pants and closed toed shoes. Also DO NOT WEAR WHITE. You will come back with part of the trail on you as it is dusty.
If you ride, this is a must do trip.
We went on the UTV not the ATV, but it was a blast. The guides told us about things that we did not know about the island, and they talked about the history of the island, movies that were filmed there. They had cold drinks before and after the ride.
We were a little freaked out when the meeting place was a GPS point not an address. When we showed up we were greeted by a guide on a ATV and waited for everyone to show up. We then followed her on the street to the facility. If you plan on doing this be aware that the ride up the hill to the stable and ATV spot, is up a hill that is NOT paved, we felt sorry for the people behind us in a Dodge Charger, we thankfully had a Jeep.
It is a Must do if you are in Maui.
This is the best luau in Maui! The show is great and really let’s one appreciate the love of the land and culture, the performers are phenomenal! The food was delicious and had the right amount of servings for all of us in our large group to experience the exceptional flavors. The servers are top notch, our server Bula was nothing short of spectacular! He made us feel like we were family being welcomed back home. We attended 2 other luaus on the island but the Feast at Lele was by far the best! This show was really the exclamation point on our vacation! Thank you!❤️
I purchased this because we did an ATV tour in the past. We normally go much faster and it’s exciting. We were in the back so i guess we can only go as fast as the line allows. We were just bouncing through those lands, but not very fast. Maybe that would have been more dangerous given the landscape, idk. That part was just making me nauseous. Also, wear a gator or cloth around your mouth. The overview of the land was great to learn. I appreciated the efforts to restore the land and enjoyed learning how the trees are connected to the Hawaiian culture. Our tour guides were informative, funny, and had great energy. I was just expecting more excitement.
We went out and from the beginning we were hesitant. Adella helped us out in the water and gave us great instructions that eased our fears and we had one of the best times ever. From the time we left the harbor, until we returned it was fun, we had a great time!
