We had a great time Kayaking to the turtle reef and swimming with the awesome sea turtles. Our guide, Griff, did an excellent job with instructing us on proper Kayaking and snorkeling technique. He was very knowlegeable about marine biology and gave us a unique lesson on Hawaiian history and culture. A well rounded, fun trip!

Fun environment. Food was average to good. Service was good. Entertainment was good. Great value.

This is a MUST do for EVERYONE! We loved it so much we took TWO snuba trips! Sitting on the ocean floor in Turtle Town with two HUGE turtles was fantastic! We had been on several boats during our visit and the crew on this trip was the BEST! We can't wait to see the photos! Mahala and a hui hou!

I participated in this tour through a friend's introduction. It was our first trip to Hawaii as a couple! Since I had made the reservation online in advance, it was easy to confirm everything by phone once we arrived in Maui. On the day of the tour, I went with my family. At Krispy Kreme, I was amazed that I could eat donuts right away, as in Tokyo you usually have to wait in line! After that, we enjoyed ice cream that can only be found in Hawaii, which was delicious!

After filling our stomachs, it was finally time to start our hike (by car). As we gained altitude, the scenery became incredibly beautiful, but the air got thinner and it started to get cold. Thankfully, I was lent a down jacket, so it wasn't a problem. However, being sensitive to the cold, bringing a heat pack was definitely the right choice! It seemed that Takarin didn't need one, though. Along the way, we saw a flower that only blooms once every twenty years! It was amazing!

Finally, it was time for the sunset! It was a wonderful and emotional moment. It was truly beautiful and an incredible experience that you can't see in Japan! I definitely want to go back and see it again! I hope everyone gets to experience this too. I took a lot of photos. The experience was so amazing that I forgot all about the cold!

Satisfied, we were then treated to Chef Yamauchi's special bento! It was incredibly delicious!

Lastly, we had stargazing. We all exclaimed "Wow!" at the starry sky we had never seen before. The Milky Way, constellations, and the Big Dipper... we were overwhelmed by the stunning starry sky! The crescent moon we saw through the telescope was full of craters. I was also moved by Yamauchi's stories! I feel like my emotions have grown (in a good way). I'm really glad I participated in this tour. It was a great happiness to share so many encounters and emotions with everyone and my loved ones. When I go back to Maui, I will definitely join this tour again to see Yamauchi!

今回お友達の紹介でこのツアーに参加しました。
２人での初めてのハワイ旅行！
事前にネットで予約していたのでマウイ島に着いてからは電話での確認のみで簡単でした。
当日はFamilyと一緒に行きました。クリスピークリームドーナツは東京ではまだまだ並ばないと食べれないのに…なんとすぐに食べられました！
その後は山内さんの好きなハワイにしかないアイスクリームをご馳走していただきました☆ちょーおいしかったぁ~

お腹もいっぱいになって、いよいよ登山開始！(車でね）
標高が高くなるにつれて景色はすごく綺麗で…でもだんだん空気が薄くなり、寒さがやってきました。
でも、ダウンを貸していただいたので問題なしでした。でも…寒がりなまりりんはホッカイロ持参したのは正解でした！！たかりんにはホッカイロは必要なかったみたい。。。
途中で20年に一度しかみることのできないお花をみちゃいました！！！すごいなぁ~
いよいよ☆サンセットです！！！素敵＆感動の瞬間☆
まじで綺麗で…日本では見ることのできない素晴しい感動でした！！！絶対また行きたいし、見たい！！！みんなにも是非行ってほしいです。いっぱい写真も撮っちゃいました。
寒さなんて忘れちゃうくらいすごいんだよ！

天の川とか星座とか北斗七星とか…とにかく満点の星空に感動の連発でした☆☆☆

自分の中で気持ちが大きくなった気がします（いい意味でね）
このツアーに参加して本当によったです。たくさんの出会いや感動をみんなで＆大切な人と感じられたことがすごく幸せでした。またマウイ島に行ったら絶対に山内さんに会いにこのツアーに参加します！

My husband, 7 year old daughter and I attended the Trilogy Snorkel Cruise - Maui Discover Ka'anapali on Tuesday Aug 12th 2008.
We have both been snorkelers/divers since college in the early 90's, and were very happy with the tour.
The staff was professional, friendly, and full of history and knowledge of the area. The food was amazing, better than many of the restaurants on the island!
The first stop was incredible, lots of fish, coral and turtles. Our second stop was just around the corner but we were greeted by a pod of ~100 dolphins as we anchored. Lucky for us they stayed nearby and allowed us to swim toward them. Then amazingly they surrounded us and wild dolphins were everywhere, below us, to the sides, in front and behind. Swimming, jumping, and diving within an arms reach! This was truely a once in a lifetime experience and I am thankful to Trilogy for their care towards the environment and sincere connection with the sea.

My wife and I had a great time on this charter. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and tons of fish. The staff was great and there was no shortage of good and drink. I would highly recommend!

My wife,daughter and I spent 10 days on Maui.The highlight was going on this horseback ride.Trails with breathtaking views, a well informed and friendly staff.Our guides Frenchy and Steve made this very enjoyable. The staff was very good in joining riders experience to the right horse. Being beginners, we were a bit nervous at first.Our guides put us right at ease and that made for a much more enjoyable ride. I would highly recommend this activity.

We had a wonderful time at Mendes Ranch. The staff was extremely curtious and friendly. The guides were friendly, funny and knowledable!! My 8 & 10 year old boys had a fantastic time; we will not hesitate returning to Mendes Ranch on our next visit to Maui!!

Me and a couple of my friends took their lesson. Their instructor was very helpful and patient for us, 1st timers. We took some beach lesson before going into the water, and where they took us had perfect small & consistent waves, We each caught two or three waves! We are now hooked. We are coming back to Maui next year for sure. Thanks!

This was an exceptional activity. Excellent service and attention and a smaller group on the boat makes this a great time. I can't imagine just snorkeling. We SNUBA'D at the crater and turtle city. A first time for our family. Highly recommend!

Great food and a Great Show. We were afraid a Luau would be tacky but this one exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised by the level of talent of the dancers and recommend this tour to anyone coming to Maui!

First of all the Hyatt Regency Maui is an amazingly beautiful property right on the water and the Luau location is lovely as well - Makes you feel like you are tucked away in a private beach cove. The food was great especially the Ulupalakua Beef and the Taro Dinner Rolls. Our server brought us drinks all night and we loved the vibrant costumes and the fire dancer at the end of the show.

I participated in the Trilogy tour for the first time, and the boat ride was comfortable. The captain and other staff were friendly and fun, making for a very enjoyable experience. The BBQ lunch was delicious, and the Diet Coke I had after a long time felt refreshing.

If I had to mention something, the captain explained the history of Molokini Island and the second point we visited (maybe along the coast of Kihei), but my wife and I only speak broken English, so we couldn't understand anything, which was disappointing. It would be great if there were a tour in Japanese.

On the bright side, we did get to see a green sea turtle, and we returned to the harbor while relaxing and taking photos with the sails up, which added to our wonderful memories.

初めてトリロジーのツアーに参加しましたが、船での移動も快適だし、キャプテンほかスタッフも親しみ易く楽しい人たちで、とても楽しく過ごせました。昼のＢＢＱランチもうまかったし、久しぶりに飲んだダイエットcokeも新鮮でした。
しいていえば、モロキニ島や2度目に行ったポイント（キヘイの沿岸かな）の歴史などをキャプテンが説明してくれたのだけれど、僕ら夫婦は片言英語しかできないので、まったく理解できなかったのが残念です。日本語のツアーがあるといいんだけれど。
一応、アカウミガメにも会えたし、セイルを張ってのんびりと写真など撮りながら帰港したなど、いい思い出が増えました。

Haleakala Crater was just amazing! You don't feel like you are in a tropical paradise because it gets cold up there! It is very spiritual and peaceful there, and we can't believe ancient Hawaiians used to climb on foot. Next time, I'd love to hike the crater.

My husband and I were too afraid to try scuba diving and this was the perfect fit for us. The guides are great and it was so much fun!

The service was wonderful. Anyone booking should know before hand that the stairs going above/beow decks is difficult for anyone with walking difficulties (with a cane). Food was very well prepared.
Comments from the entertainer regarding what we are passing as we cruise along the coast would be beneficial. But, it was very good music.

The ocean was beautiful and the environment was very nice, but I felt that it was tough since almost no one on Maui speaks Japanese, so you need to have at least a basic level of English for everyday conversations.

海はきれいでとても環境はよかったのですが、マウイ島はほとんど日本語が通じないので日常会話程度の英語ができないときびしいと感じました。

you folks do know how to give a great luau. the food was absolutely onolicious especially the lomi lomi, purple potatoes and kalua pig plus all the rest. went back for lomi......!!! you have a great chef!!

now the entertainment.....great!!! your dancers were outstanding, beautiful and handsome. costumes beautiful. i would attend at least every other month if i could. but live on the mainland and now.....air prices too high. really happy that my grand daughter and i were able to make this one.

My Mom and I had never been on horses before this trip. Our guide Rocky was fantastic. He was very informative about the land, the island and wonderful little details about everything. I would go back to Mendez again and again. All the guides took their time to make sure the horses were matched up perfectly with the riders. You get a little dirty when it's too dry but it's so worth it when you get to see so much of the island. Pictures to follow.

We read some comments about this luau being crowded, so we were expecting really small venue. I think the venue was good size. I guess if you are used to taking up so much space for yourself, you feel very tight, but we were very comfortable. The dancers were awesome, and foods were well prepared. We stayed in Kaanapali, so it was walking distance from our hotel. It's worth it. I'd recommend it to my friends.

The Maui Sunset Luau at the Maui Price Makena Resort was outstanding. The food the delicious and the atmosphere most entertaining. We enjoyed it very much!

I was not happy about the start and end time of the experience. The entire event was over by 8pm, and it was barely dark. The food and the drinks were as expected... good. The performers were very good, but the show lacked the level of audience involvement that I've seen at other events.

I had more time on the boat than I expected, but it was very enjoyable. The captain informed us that there was a large turtle while we were on the boat.

Our tour guide made our day at Pearl Harbor and everywhere we went. His name is ED not Mr. ED. He had so much first hand knowledge and was just so well read and history educated. He was amazing and what a memory. We could have not asked for more of a history buff.
I do have suggestions for one area that left the trip a little flat at the end. I would have liked to have spent more time at Pearl Harbor(like to do the museum) and less time stopped in downtown Honolulu. I loved the bus trip around the city with all the mastery of Ed talking to us but we just stopped to long in town. Then my one thing that left me flat. We got to the airport just in time to hear a flight called for our destination (reminding everyone that we had been us since 4:00 am) and this was NOT our flight. We had to wait another 2-1/2 hours and our flight was not on time. It was not a good end to a perfect day. I would suggest that the trip to Honolulu be cut short so that the flight could be made more

This was our family's first trip to Maui and we wanted it to be special for our two teenage boys. The day we were supposed to have the lessons turned out not to have the best surfing conditions, so they called us to reschedule. We really appreciated them wanting us to have a good experience with some success. As parents, we were very pleased with the care and attention for safety and detail. The class size was pretty small (only 5 or 6) so there was plenty of opportunity for individualized questions. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure the boys understood what they were doing. They both caught several waves and it completely made the trip for them. We came back a few days later to rent gear for them to surf one more time... they remembered all of the instruction and had a blast! Wonderfully nice people - there is also a photographer that can capture the moment you ride your first wave - memories worth paying the few extra bucks for!

Our dream of surfing in the warm Hawaiian water has finally come true! We (first timers from midwest) were able to catch some wave, and if we can, you can. The instructor (sorry, forgot his name) was excellent. He made sure that everyone is safe and having fun during the lesson, and was full of information on where to eat, play, etc. Thanks!!!

Out of all the trips and activities we did on Maui, this trip was our favorite. The crew were so much fun and we saw some dolphins swimming with a whale family. We will never forget this fantastic experience!

This was my first time snorkeling. The guide made it easy and fun. I want to do it again!

It was my first experience, but the Japanese staff kindly guided me, allowing me to enjoy playing in the sea without any worries. There were many fish, and I was able to see a lot of sea turtles as well. If I have the chance to go again, I would like to try it again.

魚が一杯いて、ウミガメも多く見ることができました。
