Service was great. Pick-up and drop-off in a timely manner. Clean van/bus. Friendly and knowledgeable driver. Delicious breakfast. Incredible sunrise!!

We really enjoyed the sunset sail! It was beautiful and the staff was great!

Our guide Ed was very informative throughout the tour. I would recommend taking a tour rather than driving it, the bus drivers know the roads well so you feel safe. Other people have mentioned it was a bumpy ride but i didnt think so. There is nothing much in Hana itself, its more the journey getting there, great scenery...

We participated as a family with our children (ages 8, 10, and 12). After a brief explanation, we immediately started trekking on horseback, one by one.

We went down steep slopes and galloped up, just moving forward continuously.

The horses were very calm and experienced, so it was probably fine, but I must admit I was a bit anxious at first. However, the children seemed to enjoy themselves wholeheartedly without any fear. By the end of the one-hour trek, I was completely relaxed and able to enjoy it as well.

The guides were all cheerful and friendly, which made it fun. They even spoke a little Japanese.

Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable experience with the stunning backdrop of the ocean in Maui!!!

子どもたち（８、１０、１２歳）と一緒に家族で参加しました。
ちょっとした説明のあと、すぐに一人ずつ馬に乗ってトレッキングを開始。


山の急斜面を降りたり、駆け上がったり、とにかくどんどん進みます。


馬はとってもおとなしくて、慣れているので大丈夫なのでしょうが、さすがに初めは少し不安でした。でも、子どもたちは怖がることもなく、３人とも心から楽しんでいたようです。
私も１時間のトレッキングが終わるころには、すっかりリラックスして楽しむことができました。

ガイドさんもみな陽気で感じがよく、楽しかったです。日本語もちょっと話してくれます。


とにかく、マウイの海の絶景を背景に、最高ッに楽しい体験でした！！！

Initially, we considered driving there ourselves, but choosing this tour was definitely the right decision!

The hiking trail was longer than we imagined, so driving would have been tough, but more importantly, the owner of Maui All Stars, Mr. Yamauchi, was fantastic.

I was torn between sunrise and sunset, but considering the clarity of the air, he strongly recommended sunset! We were able to enjoy the starry sky at a leisurely pace.

Mr. Yamauchi is very knowledgeable about the stars and provided various telescopes, big and small. He shared interesting and engaging stories that entertained both kids and adults.

The heartfelt services, such as the background music during stargazing, chairs, bento boxes, and warm tea, left us truly impressed.

He was also skilled with digital cameras and made thoughtful arrangements for our photos. We got some amazing shots at the summit!

In any case, if you're going to Haleakalā, I highly recommend participating in this tour.

If I ever go to Maui again, I would love to do it once more.

当初、自分たちで車で行くことも考えていましたが、このツアーにして大正解でした！


登山道は想像以上に長い道のりだったので、運転はつらかっただろうという理由もありますが、それ以上に、マウイオールスターズのオーナーのヤマウチさんは素晴らしかったからです。

サンライズかサンセットかで迷っていたのですが、空気の澄み具合を考えると、絶対サンセットがおすすめ！とのことでした。星空もゆっくり楽しめました。

ヤマウチさんは星空に大変詳しくて、大小様々な望遠鏡を用意してくれた上、子どもたちも大人も楽しめるように、丁寧で面白いお話を聞かせてくれました。

星空観測の時のＢＧＭや椅子、幕の内弁当やあたたかいお茶など、心のこもったサービスで感激しっぱなしでした。

デジカメの扱いにも精通していて、いろいろ配慮して撮影してくれました。
山頂では、驚きの写真も！

とにかく、ハレアカラに行くなら、ぜひ参加してほしいです。

私も、もしまたマウイに行くことがあったら、もう一度行きたいです。

We were excited to try snuba for the first time as a family of five, but the boat rocked quite a bit, and one of the kids ended up with severe seasickness, so we couldn't really enjoy it in the end.

Both my husband and I can speak some English, so we thought we would be fine without a Japanese guide. However, we couldn't keep up with the explanations and jokes about snuba due to the loud engine noise on the boat, and we regretted that decision.

The visibility of the fish wasn't as good as we had hoped, and we were imagining schools of fish around coral reefs like we saw in the Philippines, so it didn't reach the level of being impressive for us. I think it would have been the same with snuba. (However, there were participants who were amazed, so this is a subjective impression.)

Also, the seawater was quite cold, and we felt very chilly after getting back on the boat, so thick towels and warm clothing are essential.

On a positive note, we finally got to see a sea turtle from the boat towards the end, which was rewarding! It was adorable.

So, for us, the satisfaction level wasn't very high this time, but that doesn't mean the tour itself was bad.

The staff were really kind, cheerful, and cool, and they were considerate of our seasick daughter, which made our experience very pleasant. Other participants also seemed to be having a great time.

If you're not worried about English and seasickness, I think you'll definitely enjoy it!

スヌーバに初挑戦しようと張り切って家族５人で参加しましたが、船がかなり揺れたため、子どもの一人がひどい船酔いになってしまって、結局それどころではありませんでした。

夫も私もある程度の英語はできるし、日本語のガイドさんがいなくても大丈夫かな？と思って参加したのですが、スヌーバの説明やジョークなど、エンジンの音がうるさい船上では全くついていけず後悔しました。

期待したほどに魚影も濃くなく、フィリピンで見た様なサンゴ礁に群がる魚群を想像していた私たちにとっては、感動というレベルではありませんでした。
スヌーバでも、それは同じだったのではないかと思います。
（でも、参加者の中には、スゴイ！と感激している人もいました。これは主観的な感想なので、なんともいえません）

また海水が結構冷たくて、船に上がってからとても寒かったので、厚手のバスタオルや防寒着は必携です。

でも、ウミガメには、終わりがけにやっと船の上から会うことができたので、報われました♪可愛かったです。


今回、そんな訳で、私たちにとってはあまり満足度は高くありませんでしたが、ツアー自体が悪かったわけでは決してありません。

スタッフのみなさんは本当に親切で明るく恰好よく、船酔いした娘にも気遣ってくれたり、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ほかの参加者もみんな楽しそうでした。

英語と船酔いに心配がない方であれば、きっと楽しめると思います！

It was advertised as a BBQ lunch included, but even though the morning group started their lunch, I was never called over and ended up just watching with my fingers crossed...

My shyness and lack of confidence in English held me back, and in the end, I ended up riding without lunch.

Fortunately, the horseback riding experience was very satisfying.

I hope that in the future, there won't be any more situations like this for Japanese people.

BBQランチ付きとの名目でありましたが
午前の団体がランチを開始したのにもかかわらず
いつになっても声がかかることなく
指をくわえて眺めている形に・・・

引っ込みじあんであるのと
英語に自信がないのとが足を引っ張る形となり
結局、ランチなしの乗馬となってしましました。

幸い、乗馬の内容はとても満足でした。

今後このような日本人が発生しないよう願います。

I participated on July 27. As the sunset approached, the twilight turned into pitch darkness, making it so dark that I couldn't see my feet at all.

However, when I looked up, there was a sky full of stars... I enjoyed a stargazing walk while listening to Mr. Yamauchi's commentary (*^_^*).

I will definitely participate again next time (＾◇＾).

The clarity of the water is amazing!
My partner can't swim at all, but it seemed fun just to float and snorkel.

The attentiveness of the Japanese staff was excellent, and I was able to enjoy myself with peace of mind.

At the second spot, we encountered a sea turtle.
Next time, I want to go during whale season.

相方は全く泳げませんが、
プカプカ浮いてシュノーケルするだけでも楽しそうでした。

日本人スタッフの気遣いがとてもよく、安心して楽しめました。

２か所目のポイントではウミガメにも遭遇しました。
次回はクジラの季節に行きたいと思います。

My husband and I took this trip while on our honeymoon. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this trip to anyone! All equipment was provided as well as breakfast and lunch (great food!). The water was crystal clear and we were able to see turtles, just as promised. All of the crew were very friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience!

It was an absolutely fantastic show, more then I expected. The whole family, even the finicky teenager enjoyed the show. The history of the islands then dancers and the fire entertainers were top notch. The whole experience from the staff and the entertainers were the best.

Excellent. Our instructor was named Rafael. He was patient and kind. Took time with our 12 and 10 years old. Also talked a lot about the environment as well as sea life

About eight years ago, I participated in a stargazing tour. As I was visiting Maui again after a long time, my entire family unanimously wanted to join once more, so we made a reservation.

On the day of the tour, there were some thin clouds, and I was worried about whether we would be able to see the stars, but when we looked up at the observation point, we were greeted with a sky full of stars. The beauty of the stars seen through the telescope was, of course, breathtaking, but I was truly moved by Mr. Yamauchi's explanations and stories.

During dinner, there was a question about what food you would want to eat as your last meal in life, and I can say without hesitation that if I could only visit one place before I die, it would be to see this starry sky. Of course, with Mr. Yamauchi's explanations... Thank you!

8年ほど前に参加させていただいた星空観測ツアー。久しぶりにマウイを訪れるにあたり、家族全員一致でもう一度参加したいとの思いで予約しました。
当日は若干うす雲が広がり、星空が見えるかどうか気がかりでしたが、いざ観測地点で見上げると一面の星空。
天体望遠鏡を通じてみた星々の美しさはもちろんでしたが、山内さんの解説や話の内容にただただ感激のひとときでした。
食事中に、一生のうちで最後に食べたい食べ物は何？などという質問がありましたが、死ぬまでに一カ所だけ行けるとしたら、文句なしにこの星空を見に行きたいと言えます。もちろん、山内さんの解説付きで…

On July 14th, which was exactly between the new moon and the full moon, we were able to see a wonderful sunset with no wind. This was my second trip to Maui, and I traveled with my family (including my 87-year-old mother), but this tour was attended by my six siblings. Since we used a car for the entire itinerary, there wasn't much walking involved, and I thought my mother could have joined us. I was moved by the amazing sunset and the romantic starry sky, and I was very satisfied with the explanations and personality of our tour guide, Yamapi. I would like to participate again during the new moon next time. I absolutely recommend it.

サンセットを見ることができました。今回マウイは二回目、旅行はファミリー（８７歳の母を含む）でいきましたがこのツアーは兄弟姉妹６人で参加しました。全行程車利用でしたのでそんなに歩くところもなく、これなら母も参加すればよかったと思いました。素晴らしいサンセットとロマンあふれる星空に感動、ツアーガイドのヤマピーさんの説明や人柄等とても満足のいくものでした。次回は新月の時にまた参加したいと思っています。
絶対おすすめです。

Loved the crew, had a great time. We had a small tour of 12 which was nice and made for tons of room on the boat. Molokini was ok. Tons of boats in that area so I thought it was too crowded, however visibility was amazing saw tons of fish. Loved makena and the turtles. Only saw 4 total but totally worth it. Good lunch and breakfast, good Mai tai's too. As I said good crew made the day more enjoyable. Definitely recommend over the bigger tours.

Great activity to do with a family, my 14 yr old son had a great time jumping off the waterfalls. Very fun and informative. Had Jeremy as a guide, he was wonderful.

I was a bit anxious, but I rented a car and drove from Kaanapali. Since it was a straightforward route, I arrived without getting lost. (Of course, I did my research beforehand.) There were plenty of parking spaces available.

We were the only Japanese couple on board, and it was an English-speaking environment. However, the crew members were very kind and cheerful. Even though I didn't understand the explanations at all, I was able to participate in the tour without any issues. While I think tours with Japanese guides are great, I also felt that tours led by locals allow you to fully enjoy the overseas experience, which was wonderful. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful gestures from the crew.

We went snorkeling at Molokini. We did snuba at the turtle spot. (You can choose where to go for each activity.) Molokini had really high visibility, and there were plenty of fish, which was very impressive. The turtle spot was murkier compared to Molokini, but it was truly wonderful to swim alongside the turtles.

During the voyage, there was a moment when a fish hit the fishing rod on the boat, and the crew worked together to reel it in, which was exciting. The meals, including fruits and sandwiches, were delicious. (＾＾) We took motion sickness medication before the trip, and the boat didn't rock much, so I was fine with seasickness. (I can't say for sure if I would have been okay if I had stayed on the boat the whole time, but I was having so much fun swimming around...)

I was initially worried about renting a car overseas and joining a tour without any Japanese participants, but I'm really glad I participated. It turned out to be a great opportunity for us, who have little overseas experience, to gain valuable experience.

I highly recommend this tour where you can interact with many kind Americans. I would love to participate again.

不安でしたが、レンタカーを借りて、カアナパリから自分で運転して行きました。１本道なので、迷うことなく到着できました。（もちろん下調べはきちんとしておきました。）駐車場もたくさんありました。

日本人は私たち夫婦だけで、英語だけが飛び交う船上でした。けれど、船員の方たちが非常に親切で明るく、説明は全く分かりませんでしたが、問題なくツアーに参加することができました。日本人ガイドがいらっしゃるツアーもいいと思いますが、現地だけの人のツアーも、海外に行った気分を満喫できてまたいいものだなぁと思いました。船員の方々のたくさんのお気遣いが本当にうれしかったです。

モロキニ島でシュノーケリング。ウミガメスポットでスヌーバをしました。（どちらでどれをやるかは選択できます。）
モロキニ島は本当に透明度が高くて、魚もいて、とっても感動しました。ウミガメスポットは、モロキニに比べて濁っていましたが、亀と一緒に泳げて本当によかったです。

航海途中、船の釣り竿に魚がヒットして、船員で協力して釣り上げる場面もあって盛り上がりました。
食事もフルーツやサンドイッチなどおいしかったです。（＾＾）
私たちのときは酔い止めを呑んで行ったし、船もあまり揺れず、船酔いも大丈夫でした。（船にずっととどまっていたらわかりませんが、楽しくてどんどん泳いでいたもので・・・）

海外でレンタカーを借りて・・・日本人のいないツアーで・・・と不安もありましたが、参加して本当によかったです。海外経験の少ない私たちにとっていい経験値を積む機会にもなったのかなと大満足です。

アメリカ人のたくさんの親切に接することができるおすすめのツアーです。
また参加したいです。

This was an awesome snorkel cruise. We have visited Maui many times and have been on many snorkel cruises. I think this is the best one we have ever been on. At the first snorkel location on Lanai we saw the most beautiful coral formations. On the way back we were entertained by a large pod of spinner dolphins. Then at the second location we were privileged to see turtles, and many large and small tropical fish.
The food on the boat was much better than we have experienced in the past. The crew was very helpful to both the experienced snorkler as well as to the brand new beginners. My wife and I had a great experience and would highly recommend this Maui to Lanai snorkel cruise to anyone, families, couples or individuals.

Great food, nice facility. A little too much waiting in line and then sitting around once inside. Good show.

Had an awesome time riding! Our guide Butch was very helpful on explaining how to ride for us beginners. He also gave us history about plants and the island! Thanks so much! Will do again next time we go to Maui!!!

I came on this trip with 6 girls and this was the 1st activity of our daily plans. I so happy that my travel agent recommended this tour. We did review the website for other similar activities close to our hotel, but this worked out perfect. The tour offered us a great BBQ Lunch with drinks. We even got a little continental breakfast. The crew made sure we knew about the safety on board and even tho the seas got ruff and passengers got sick they made sure to check on those passengers and made sure they were ok and at the same time make the other guest have a great time. I love that they teach you how to snorkel too. I would highly recommend this activity and company.

I was very excited to take this activity with my friends but the sea did not agree with me...I got really sea sick but I would not blame the activity...I should have known my body and taken a sea sick pill...what I really want to rave about this activity is the staff...I was so sea sick and they made me feel comfortable and kept checking in on me and my friends..I wish I felt better because they also served food and drinks that my friends really enjoyed. The staff was so educated with safety and making everyone feel that too. They were really nice and friendly and even told us jokes to that even as sick as I was I could laugh. I definitely will take do this activity the next time I visit Hawaii and I will make sure to take a motion sickness pill.

We had a great time on this activity. The staff was very nice and helpful...they made us feel comfortable....they even told us jokes to make us even feel more confortable...very welcoming...Hawaii people are so nice...the food was great...the beverage were also good...the staff taught us how to snorkel....the staff was very educated on their job...my friends got sea sick and the staff really helped them thru the sail...they kept checking in on them to make sure they were still doing good...the seas got ruff and we felt scared but the staff put us at ease..i would recommend this tour if you want a sailing type activity.

You will not regret a single moment on this tour. The views are breathtaking, and amazing to experience. Waterfalls, exotic flowers, rainforests, trees, turquoise waters, and those cliffs and one lane bridges! Beautiful. I traveled with my husband, little girl, my mom and mother in law. We took with us many happy memories on this tour. A must see!

My husband and I heard wonderful things about the Haleakala sunrise, and knew that it was going to be one of our activities on our honeymoon. However, we knew that the bike tour option was a little more daring than we had hoped. After doing some research and finding this tour, we knew that this was the route we wanted to take.

The tour picked us up EARLY (just before 2am), and we boarded the bus. On the way up, our driver gave us the "disclaimer," that nobody can control the weather except mother nature, and it will either be crystal clear and beautiful...or...cloudy and disappointing. Luckily for us, it was, quite literally, PERFECT.

As the sun rose, the colors changed so beautifully and two native Hawaiians sung a traditional chant. We stayed for a few more pictures, then took the bus from the lookout point to summit (quick drive), then stopped at another lookout point before heading down to breakfast.

If you are going to Maui, make sure you take this trip!

We had gone on a Molokini excursion once before using another company, who were great as well, but this time we had a 5 year old with us and the glass bottom boat was very appealing. The entire cruise and snorkel/snuba was fantastic. If you're planning on getting a disposable underwater camera, save your money. They had underwater digitals for rent and the rental fee includes transferring your photos to a disc for you.

The crew really was fantastic, but I must give special mention to a young woman named Anna! We weren't planning on taking our 5 year old in the water and didn't even bring her bathing suit. Anna saw her and asked if she wanted to get in the water. When told of her lack of swimsuit, Anna said to just "go Hawaiian" (underpants and shirt) she gave my daughter her own diving shirt and then took her out on one of the snorkel rafts with the window. I didn't even know they had these rafts. She was great and if you read this Anna, your friend Adison says hello!

I didn't have high expectations, but the sunset at the summit of Haleakalā, the ever-changing mountain weather, and the starry sky that spread out above were all wonderful. I was moved.

あまり期待をかけてなかったのですが、ハレアカラ山頂のサンセットも刻々と変わる山の天気も、満天に広がる星空も　全てが素晴らしかったです。感動しました。

It was first time to do a snuba and I had great fun! So wanna do it again!!

Since I'm going to Maui, I thought I had to visit Haleakalā, so I participated! I was torn between the sunrise and sunset, but I chose the sunset because it was easy with a departure time of 4:00 PM and I could see the starry sky.

As a result, it was even better than I expected! I was moved to tears by the beautiful sunset seen from above the clouds. The highlight was definitely our guide, Yamauchi. I would want to request Yamauchi again when I come back!

One thing to note is that it gets very cold, so make sure to dress warmly, and I think it's better to go when it's cloudy and when the moon is not full! The moonlight can make it difficult to see the beautiful starry sky!

　マウイに行くからにはハレアカラにいかなきゃと思い参加しました！　サンライズとサンセットで迷ったんですが、星空まで見れて、出発時間が16：00と楽だったのでえらびました。
結果、予想以上にとてもよかったです！　雲の上からみる綺麗なサンセットに感激して涙もでました。とにかくよかった点はガイドのヤマウチさんです。
またきたときには、またヤマウチさんにお願いしたいくらいです！
注意点としては、とても寒いのでしっかりとした防寒をすることと、曇りの時と、月が満月以外がいいとおもいます！月の明りでせっかくの星空が見えにくくなるそうです！

The sail and food served was enjoyable. Molokini snorkel was fun. We especially loved the photographer taking underwater pictures/video.
