We had a truly beautiful time during this crazy pandemic. Social distancing was done well. Dinner was yummy!

We had a great time, learned a lot about whales and the Hawaiian Islands. we saw quite a few whale tails and heard them singing under water!!

We had a great time. This was our first whale watching tour and we saw multiple whales . I recommend this to anyone. Great Job

The trade winds kept us from snorkeling at Molokini but the crew found us a quiet and calm cove to snorkel at. The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the drinks were free. A truly enjoyable excursion. Fellow passengers kept saying that is was their favorite excursion as well. I highly recommend that you take this trip.

The sea is beautiful!
There were a few waves, but the water was very clear, and I could see the fish perfectly.
The staff on the boat were very friendly and engaged with us, making it a fun tour.

We had a great ferry ride to Lanai’i and a fun day on the island.

Saw a ton of whales and breaches. Also, great service and food and drinks on board. Perfect booking would do again if I go back to Maui.

Excellent experience, suitable for the first time snorkeling people.
Foods are staffs are amicable and knowledgeable.

It was the best cruising and snorkeling experience!

The boat crew was outstanding. Very informative and helpful in all aspects of the trip. Many whales were spotted throughout the entire adventure and the crew's commentary on the whales was interesting. Breakfast and lunch on the boat was also excellent. Breakfast was light and more so appetizers so if you need more sustenance make plans for that. Lunch had plenty of food leftover if you wanted/needed seconds. Around lunch time the bar was opened for drinks and the bartenders were all awesome! A handful of beers (crafts, domestics) and mixed drinks were served. The snorkel gear provided by the boat was great as well. They provided anti-fog spray for the masks so don't worry about bringing any. Oh, there's also a slide on the back of the boat. Good time.

Our group was lucky enough to spot a handful of sea turtles, which really made the trip a special one. The guides on the water were careful to ensure trip members did not get too close or touch the sea turtles, which was nice to see. The bathrooms on board were clean and had no issues. The top of the boat was bench seating with plenty of room for the amount of passengers that were on the trip. Sunscreen was provided on board so do not worry about bringing your own.

Overall, there is nothing I can think of to improve the experience we had. Would highly recommend and even do again if ever back on the island! A+

We thoroughly enjoyed our sunset cocktail cruise. The staff on board was very accommodating. They aimed to please and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We would certainly recommend this cruise for those looking for a pleasant two hours of sailing.

We were able to do a lot of whale watching off the coast of Lahaina on both the outbound and return trips. The views of the valleys of Maui and the cloud-covered Haleakalā from the sea were also exceptional.

we had a great trip to Lanai. There were whales jumping on the way over and the beach was beautiful. one day is not enough time to see everything. one should rent a car or get a shuttle up to town to get to see more than just the ferry harbor and the beach.

The ferry ride to Lana’i was amazing! It was a smooth sailing with a professional crew. Ship was clean, comfortable, and safe. We sat on the upper deck and received several salt water showers which was fun! A bonus was seeing the whales spouting, blowing and playing in the channel! This was a special trip!

We encountered sea turtles during snorkeling at two locations! And we enjoyed a delicious lunch as well. The boat also had a slide, which was very satisfying. I recommend it! (^^♪

2か所のシュノーケリングでは、ウミガメにも遭遇！そして昼食も美味しくいただけました。ボートには、滑り台もあり大満足でした。お勧めします。(^^♪

The ferry made our overnight trip to Lanai so easy. The boat itself seemed to be well-maintained and clean. It was not overly crowded and was very punctual. I think the price is reasonable considering the service provided.
A side note: We saw more whales on our trips to and from Lanai than we have on any whale watch we have ever taken!

This excursion was one of my favorite things we did on the island! The crew members were fun and were very helpful to any and every one on board to ensure a great experience. They encourage first timers to attend a quick snorkeling class before you head out in the water, provide you with sunscreen, wetsuits if you are easily chilled, and also have “snuba” gear for those seeking extra adventure. The crew members were personable and eager to get to know the participants if you are willing to talk and mingle. We went on the first tour of the day, so we were provided with coffee and a tasty continental breakfast, as well as lunch, cocktails, and homemade cookies. The hospitality was nothing short of outstanding. Everyone on board was educated about what to expect from both stops and and we got to have a few whale watching experiences on the ride over! Also, don’t miss out on the photo package (we got some great shots and some belly laughing video footage of our group) - and certainly go down the slide for the extra excitement! I would recommend this to people of all ages!

This was my first time in Maui during this season, so I thought whale watching was a must and signed up for it. Initially, I had booked a tour departing from Kaanapali Beach, but it was changed to Lahaina at the last minute. I was a bit confused, but since we boarded from the pier instead of the beach, it was nice not to get wet while boarding. (I received several emails from Veltra regarding the change, which was helpful.)

The frequency of whale encounters was higher than I expected, so in that sense, I was satisfied. However, I think it would have been even better if we could have gotten a bit closer to see them. The explanations about the whales' ecology were in English, but they were detailed and easy to understand.

The meeting time was 7:45, with the tour starting at 8:00. Veltra advised us to arrive by 7:30, but in the end, there was no guidance until just before 8:00, and participants seemed to be gathering in the designated area looking a bit lost, which made me somewhat anxious. The light snack was a ham and cheese croissant sandwich (which tasted good). There was also fruit available, but it felt more like a self-service situation rather than being fully catered.

During this season, there are a considerable number of whales near the coast, and for those who are sensitive to being on boats, you can also see them at the scenic point in Maalaea Bay.

この時期のマウイは初めてでしたので、ホエール・ウオッチングは外せないと思い、申込みました。
当初カアナパリビーチ発を申し込んでいましたが直前にラハイナ発に変更となり、少し戸惑いましたが、ビーチからでなく桟橋からの乗船だったため乗船時に濡れることなく良かったです。（ベルトラさんからは変更につき事前に何度かメール連絡をいただき助かりました）
思ったよりもクジラに遭遇する頻度は高く、そういう意味では満足でした。
ただ、もう少し近づいて見ることが出来たら、なお良かったと思います。なおクジラの生態等について英語でしたが詳しくわかりやすい説明でした。
集合は７：４５、ツアースタート８：００で、ベルトラさんからは７：３０までには現地へとのアドバイスがあったのですが、結局８：００ぎりぎりまで
案内はなく、参加者らしき人たちが指定場所で所在なげに集まっていたので、やや不安ではありました。軽食はハム・チーズのクロワッサンサンド（味は良かったです）。果物もありましたが、必要な人は自分で取にいく感じで至れり尽くせりという感じではありませんでした。
この時期は沿岸近くに相当数のクジラがおり、船に弱い方はマアエラア湾のscenic poitでも見ることはできます。

Starting with welcome fruits, homemade ginger ale, a cheeseburger and hot dog for lunch, cookies with macadamia nuts, and a Mai Tai, I was very satisfied! Upon arriving at Morokai Island, I immediately saw sea turtles, and the snorkeling was excellent with a lot of fish to see. I also encountered sea turtles quickly at the next island. The visibility might have been better at Morokai Island. However, on the way back, I saw whales multiple times and was extremely satisfied! It was just a bit windy and cold. Takako, who attended to us, was very nice! The person at check-in, the one near the boat who showed us the parking, and another Japanese person, everyone was super nice!

ウェルカムフルーツから始まりお手製(？)のジンジャーエール、お昼のチーズバーガー&ホットドッグ、マカダミアナッツが入ったクッキー、マイタイと大満足です！モロキシ島も着いてすぐ海ガメにも会え、シュノーケリングも透明度抜群でお魚がたくさん見られました。次の島でもすぐ海ガメに会えました。透明度はモロキシ島の方が良かったかも。でも帰りに何回もクジラにも会えて大々満足です！ただ風が強くて寒かったです。アテンドしてくれた、たかこさんがとってもいい感じでした！チェックインの人、船の近くにいてパーキングを教えてくれた人、もう一人の日本の方、みんな超いい人でした！

This was a great cruise! The staff was very helpful to get everyone in the water in a timely manner. The reef at Molokini and turtle town were amazing! We saw a variety of sea life while at both location. Also we were able to see multiple turtles in turtle town which made the trip extra special! The boat had a slide that we were able to go on while at Molokini which was so much fun! The food and drinks were good as well!

We picked a great time to go during whale season because we not only got an amazing snorkeling cruise but a whale watch cruise as well! We saw so many whales going out to Molokini as well as when we were coming back into the Harbor. I was also blown away with the amount of turtles that we got to see at Turtle Town and the crew was helpful shouting out when they would see one so that everyone would get the chance. Parking was very easy to find and the boat was right behind the lot that we parked at. I was also amazed with how quickly they got everyone checked in with the amount of people that were there. We had the best day and I would definitely go again!

Pride of Maui Molokini and Turtle Town Snorkeling Tour is a must do while in Maui. The views both from the boat and in the water were beautiful. The staff was great from giving facts about the island and sea life while on the boat to helping direct your attention to the beautiful sights during snorkeling. The boat has a slide that is a fun way to spend the day when you need a break from snorkeling. This event is a must do while in Maui!

Saw lots of whales we had beautiful weather. Lanai City is a cute little town. Blue Ginger was a great place for lunch.

Wife and I greatly enjoyed the trip together. The captain was nice enough to cruise around to see some whales that were all around the boat. Great food, great drinks and the bar tenders were fantastic.

I participated in this tour, departing from the hotel where I stayed, and as others have shared in their experiences, boarding the boat that approaches the beach between the waves left me quite wet, making me wish I had worn my swimsuit. However, I was able to encounter more whales than I had imagined, see whales swimming right beneath the boat, and hear their songs, which created wonderful memories. The crew was also very pleasant, and I had a comfortable time.

宿泊したホテルの前からの出発ということで参加しましたが、波の合間を見計らいビーチに接岸するボートに乗り込むこのツアーは、他の方の体験談通りでしたので、水着にしておけばよかった・・・と思うほどの濡れ具合です。
ただ想像以上に沢山のクジラたちに遭えたこと、船の真下に泳ぐクジラを見ることが出来たこと、クジラの歌ごえを聴くことが出来たことは、素敵な思いでとなりました。
クルーの皆さんもとても感じが良く、心地よい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

I participated because I love snorkeling, but I was a little disappointed that I didn't encounter as many fish as I had hoped. However, I think the water clarity around Molokini Island is high, and it's a beautiful sea. Since it was the right season, I was also able to enjoy whale watching.

シュノーケリングが好きなので参加しましたが、思ったほど魚たちには出逢えずちょっぴり残念でした。ただモロキニ島周囲の海水透明度は高く、綺麗な海だと思います。
ちょうど時期でしたので、ホエールウォッチングも楽しむことが出来ました。

The sea was very beautiful. It was great.
The water temperature was quite low, and it was cold in the morning, so I got out quickly. I thought I should have worn something on top.

水温が結構低く、午前中は寒かったので、すぐに上がりました。上に何か着ていけばよかったと思いました。

The check-in area at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is very convenient, located by the seaside lawn. With the strong winds in Ka'anapali, we hurriedly boarded the catamaran, timing our entry just right. As soon as we set off, we were served mini cakes and drinks (including alcoholic options), and there was an all-you-can-eat dessert and drink service. The staff moved around among the passengers, engaging in friendly conversation while being attentive to our needs.

The two-hour cruise featuring dolphins, sea turtles, and whales flew by in no time. It seems that when the weather is bad, departures are from Lahaina, but we were fortunate to have good weather this time. The day before, the operator called to ask if we could push our reservation back by an hour, but they communicated clearly and patiently, so the time change was no problem at all. In the afternoon, we drove from Lahaina to the airport with our rental car, making for a fulfilling day. After spending three days in Maui, we left for Waikiki, where we spent another seven days. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hawaii. I hope everyone has a great time!

風の強いカアナパリ　双胴船に乗り込むタイミングを計りながら急いで乗り込みます　動き出してすぐミニケーキ　ドリンク（アルコールもあり）　デザートは食べ放題　飲み放題　スタッフが気配りしながら乗客の間を動き回りながら楽しく話しかけてくれます
イルカの体現　海亀　クジラと２時間のクルーズはあっという間に終了です　天候が悪いときはラハイナからの出航になるようですが今回は天候に恵まれよかったです　前日運営外車から予約時間を１時間遅らせて欲しいと電話がありましたがゆっくり分かりやすく話してもらえたので時間変更も特に問題ありませんでした　午後からはレンタカーでラハイナ　→　エアポートへの移動でしたが充実した1日でした　３日間過ごしたマウイを離れ、ワイキキに戻り７日過ごしました。大いにハワイを満喫できました　皆さん楽しんでください　

We were lucky to see numerous whales on our trip to Lanai. We took this trip LY to snorkel at Hulopo'e Beach (which is a short walk from the marina) and had such a great time we decided to repeat the experience. It's a pretty straight forward trip - just be sure to buy your ticket a day ahead and arrive at least 30 minutes before so you can get in line to snag a good seat if you want to whale watch (in season).

On the day of the trip, we exchanged our voucher for tickets at Lahaina Harbor. We already had round-trip tickets, and the exchange was simple. The ferry was larger than I expected and didn't sway much, making for a comfortable 50-minute ride to Lanai Island. The harbor on Lanai is small, with one souvenir shop. Be sure to stop by; they have T-shirts designed for Lanai that I believe you can only get here.

Our goal was to have lunch at the Four Seasons, which is about a 15-minute walk along the paved road. There is a path to the hotel before the sign, but it's for service vehicles, so please make your way to the sign. The hotel, as expected from the Four Seasons, is difficult to describe in words but is excellent. The garden, in particular, is like a different world. There is a restaurant by the poolside in the garden for lunch. They will ask for your name, but it's perfectly fine even if you're not a guest, so just give your name and take a seat. The menu features organic vegetables. It's quite pricey, but delicious. By the way, breakfast here costs about 10,000 yen per person. For lunch, I had coconut curry.

There was also a male chef who spoke Japanese. It seemed there were no Japanese guests today. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch and returned to Maui from the ferry terminal. It was a unique experience to have lunch at the Four Seasons on Lanai Island.

当日はラハイナ港でバウチャーをチケットに交換します。既に往復のチケットが要されており、簡単に交換できます。フェリーは思っていたより大きく揺れることもなく快適にラナイ島に５０分位で着きました。ラナイ島の港はこじんまりで、お土産屋さんが一軒あります。是非よって下さい。ラナイのデザインしたＴシャツがあります。ここでしか入手できないと思います。
我々の目的は、フォーシーズンズでのランチで、徒歩で舗装道路沿いに１５分程度歩くとホテルの看板があります。看板手前にもホテルまでの道がありますが、作業車用ですので看板まで頑張ってください。ホテルはさすがフォーシーズンズで言葉での表現が難しいけどエクセレント。特に庭園は別世界です。庭園のプールサイドにランチ用のレストランがあります。名前を聞かれますが、宿泊者でなくても当然OKですので、名前を告げて席に着きます。オーガニック野菜使用のメニューです。結構の値段がしますが美味しいです。因みに、ここの朝食は一人約１万円です。ランチはココナツカレーを頂きました。
日本語を話す男性のチーフも居ました。今日は日本人の宿泊は無いみたいでした。ゆっくりとランチをいただき、フェリー乗り場からマウイ島に戻りました。なかなか経験できないラナイ島フォーシーズンズでのランチでした。
