At the last minute, we decided to spend one of our last days in Hawaii on Lanai and so glad we did. It was a great trip over, the ferry was perfect, it was nice to get on the water for the 40 minute ride there and back and we’ll worth it.

Usually with sunset cruises the staff is going around taking photos of guests. But they had a photographer there and they just referred us to her for photos and that she would be taking it.

I don’t want to spoil it, but this was one of the best experiences that we have had in a long time.

- The BEST customer service we have received in years. They were attentive to all of our needs and waited on the snorkelers like they were kings and queens
- We had low expectations for the food, but it ended up being really good
- Snuba was great...I recommend the upgrade
- The atmosphere was super fun, and the drinks at the end were the perfect topper

Long story short ....DO THIS ADVENTURE WHEN YOU ARE IN MAUI

This is such a nice way to spend the day. Snorkeling is the best. Dolphins are so great!

The waters were rough so the snorkeling wasn’t good and with younger kids that just made for a wasted day. The rough waters made the ride back a nightmare with all on the verge of vomiting. We salvaged the day by leaving early on the 2:30 instead of the 5:30 and having an amazing early dinner at Kimo’s in Lahaina, along with some shaved ice for desert.

The trip was amazing! The staff were very efficient. Got out of the dock on time. It had been a while since my boyfriend and I had gone snorkeling and we felt really safe with the lifeguards floating around us on surfboards while out in the ocean. Lunch was great! SO glad we booked with this company.

Despite being quite a windy evening, this was a great experience. We wanted to cap off our stay in Maui with this sunset cruise. The crew was so friendly and helpful. The drinks (alcoholics and non) were tasty and the appetizers were also delicious. I can’t fault the crew for the high winds, and they did a great job trying to find a spot a little out of the wind for us. I also liked that this was a relatively small charter with only 25 or so passengers. Overall, a really nice evening on the water! Thank you!

Highly recommend this tour to first timers! First visit to Hawaii and very happy we booked this excursion.

Super easy process. Ask for the Maui Wowie during lunch. Teens loved everything and so did we! Kid/teen friendly! Tons of colorful fish and fun stops!

The meal was amazing. Not to take away from the staff and the views, however the meal was one of the best we had while on the island.

My mom and I had the best experience on the dinner cruise! The food wasn't the greatest but the drinks were amazing and the service alone made me want to come back again and again. The team on this boat was so attentive and constantly giving us drink after drink! Everyone was so funny, sweet, and kind and it was such a relaxing activity.

The crew and the captain were awesome! The issue that makes this review only good is the photographer. After talking with him in length on the boat that we were interested in purchasing photo package, he stuck to others on the boat for majority of photos. Great honeymoon experience with no photos to look back on!

We had the most amazing experience! The crew was wonderful, the food was delicious and the whole evening was unforgettable! I highly recommend this experience!

This was a very nice dinner cruise! Took my mother and we really enjoyed although it was a cloudy evening! Food was very good! Salad was just delicious! We even got to do some sailing which was a first for both of us! Wait staff did a great job! Would highly recommend!!

Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable but I think it would have been more fun exploring on our own, not a ton to see on Lanai but if you go rent your own jeep for the day.

Arrive at least half an hour before departure. There is paperwork to fill out, temp checks etc. Nice ferry ride. 45 minutes. Saw a whale in late April! You can walk to the beach from the ferry landing on Lanai.

Isaac gave us a wonderful tour of Lanai filled with interesting facts and history. His intimate knowledge as a resident there was very interesting.

The crew worked very hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. We saw whales, dolphins, had a nice lunch. I would recommend pacific whale!

The crew was very friendly, fun, informative, and made this a safe experience for all. The food was delicious! One of the divers showed us rare sea life and the captain spotted whales for us to see. Although we weren’t able to go to Molokini Crater due to weather conditions (we could see this from Coral Gardens that it would be rough that way), we still had an incredible experience. We saw tons of sea life, got great pictures, and had terrific hospitality. Highly recommend this charter!

OMG!! We had the best day ever! 2 different whales got very close to our boat, played in front of us and showed a very nice game to us!!
The personnel was very friendly and polite and asked all questions and gave us information about whales!

We do this every time in Maui and never disappointed with the experience! This trip out had an amazing crew...female captain and crew...topnotch, fun, pro, knowledge of whales and Maui...just a great time! This is with rain most of the trip...they still made it well worth the time.
The office support are great as well during some weather issues, they had to change the trip and it was communicated very well.

We have seen whales before but we have never seen them jump. Our wish came true. This was the end of the season and the captain and staff did a good job and put us on the whales. The narrator and naturalist did a great job.

Molokini was beautiful. Turtle Town had murky water. Did not even stop but we spent extra time at Molokini. Got in some whale watching too and had two whales swim right up to the boat. Great staff, very helpful and courteous.

Whales, fish, whales whales whales. This was awesome. Small great group! Fantastic snuba instructor from gotcha snuba. Delicious food. Overall great experience.

We had a great time aboard Pacific Whale Foundation Whale Watch Cruise. The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable.. the boat was clean, and crew wiped down common areas during the cruise. We all wore masks and social distanced.. I felt comfortable and completely safe. Our Naturalist was friendly and answered all our questions. We saw mothers and babies and some with an escort. We had a wonderful day, the sun was shining and weather was beautiful. I would highly recommend this activity. Making the reservation was an easy process too.Thank you, Hawaii Activities and Pacific Whale Foundation for a memorable day!!

We had a great full-day tour of Lanai with Isaac — he is such a cool, authentic, fun, and knowledgeable guy who made our visit very memorable, through his many personal anecdotes and off-the-beaten path spots explored at a very welcome leisurely pace. Mahalo Isaac!

Very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Good adherance to the COVID protocols. Food was delicious and better than we expected. The only bummer was we were sitting on the wrong side of the ship to watch the sunset:(
