The pre dinner, dinner and the organization of entertainment surpassed my expectations. The show was awesome as well, if anything I'd say put some padding for the stadium seating.

The bus went with broke down when we were at Waimea canyon that gave us more time to spend at the beautiful Waimea canyon at the expense of missing the lunch. In spite of this we enjoyed every bit of it. The guide/driver did a nice job of keeping us engaged all the time.

Had a fun time at the luau. Good food and good dance show. Recommend that you go !!

My wife and I loved the quite trip down the river the music was great and the scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend to all looking to relax and escape it all!

Hurricane Iniki did in the fern grotto which I had not been aware of so was disappointed in that as it was always so beautiful. Other than that the river ride is always nice and Wailua such a beautiful place. The crew and entertainers were delightful and all in all it's a fun ride but as I said the fern grotto which is what most come to see was pretty much done in my mother nature. I had been on this ride more than once and first time as a child as my father was born in Lihue so I knew the grotto as it had been years ago so this most likely is what led me to my disappointment but first time goers will still find it a lovely trip and fun for all. But this luau food , organization and content was better than the Polynesian village luau on Oahu. Food was great and liquor was included with admission.

Excellent. The food was wonderful and the hosts were very friendly. The show was good, but the male performers were average. I certainly recommend it though.

The landscaped grounds were beautiful. The host was perfect and gracious! Loved the show, which was after the dinner and even the show during the dinner. Only disappointment was the dinner. Would have thought for the price that we had something other than instant mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, rice w/seafood, and a chicken wing (other than the pulled pork). Mai Tai's were quite watered down, which was a disappointment. Not that I would want more than 2 - maybe 3 small drinks but it would have been nice to taste it somewhat.

This was a good time! We booked the morning and wished we booked the afternoon, as the water was quite cold. Highly recommend bike shorts and a long-sleeve Under Armor top for those who get cold easily, which was me! Going thru the tunnels was awesome and so were the guides.

Had 21 people on a bus that holds 24. Ended up in back row of bus with inadequate air conditioning. If you are taller than 5' 9" and over 180 you will not be comfortable.

Your was nice. Guide and driver were great. Lunch was very mediocre.

Unless you are really into older movies, I would not recommend this tour.

I took over an hour to get to the Napali Coast and went snorkeling. There were no strong currents, so it was a safe area to play, but there weren't many fish around. The visibility wasn't bad, and there were corals and such, but if you're going snorkeling, it's better to be in a place with more fish. The staff in places like this are very friendly, so even with my limited English, I was fine.

片道一時間以上かけてナパリコーストまで行き、シュノーケル。潮の流れはなく、安心して遊べる水域でしたが、魚もあまりいない所。透明度は悪くなく、珊瑚等もありましたが、シュノーケルするからには魚が居る所がいいですな。　こういうところのスタッフは、まずフレンドリーですので、片言の英語の私でも大丈夫でした。

This activity works for the whole family. The river is lovely and passengers get a bit of entertainment and a bit of history.

It was so amazing to have the fresh orchid lei greeting when we got off the airplane for our honeymoon in Hawaii. They were beautiful and so fresh. It was a great way to kick off our Hawaiian adventure!

The staff and Captain were very nice. The musicians were outstanding! Loved the walk back to the boat, down the path through rain forest. A little disappointed in the viewing distance from the Fern Grotto. It was explained that in 2006, the area received torrential rainfall and suffered a mudslide. Since that time they had to built back the tour area, which means a viewing stage/deck, quite a ways away from the Fern Grotto itself. You can no longer go to the mouth of the cave, and pictures did not turn out well.

We were on this tour on the island of Kauai, as two hurricanes were predicted to hit the Hawaiian Islands. The tour staff were so helpful in helping us prepare in the event of a hurricane (which did not hit, thankfully.) They took their time and even stopped by the WalMart for us to buy some items in case of power outage.
Wendy was our tour guide, and Anthony was our driver. We were in awe of the amount of information these two have about the history, culture, movie stars, and environment. Wendy is hilarious! Not only is she a wealth of information, she kept us laughing the whole trip.
The tour is as advertised. We felt this tour was a very good value for the price paid, and highly recommend this tour!!
The lunch was very good, too.

We had a group of 17 people, teens, seniors, and adults are three separate flights. Each of us had a great time. The Blu-Hawii Helicopter's service is excellent in accommodating the complicated weather conditions, and pilots are extraordinary in knowledge and experience. The flight is very smooth and the scenic view is extrodinary. Thank you blue -Hawaii helicopter.

Excellent! There were 12 of us in our group & we all enjoyed it . The food & entertainment were superb.

Beautiful garden and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and made our experience very pleasurable. The food and drinks were exquisite, enjoyed the beef teriyaki! They put on a great show at the end! Thank you and would love to visit again!

Awesome to learn how to snuba!!! Not many fish and definitely whack snorkeling--not much to see. :(

If you think you will see lots of cool amazing fish and it's an underground snorkel haven, not! It's just not.

Such a beautiful part of the island! We had a great time on the tour, our guides were amazing.

Wonderful for entire family. Toddlers, Mom & Dad and Grandparents all loved the night. Helped us to have a real appreciation of Kauai, the people and their history.

We took the morning tour and really enjoyed it. We were entertained by musicians on our way to the Grotto and was even taught a simple hula dance. The Grotto was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the history lesson of the area. I would definitely take this tour again.

We had a wonderful time on the morning snorkel /sail with Holo Holo. They are a great company--we've done this trip 3 times before with different operators, and they were great! I strongly suggest that you take Dramamine before sailing, and also take some with you. Several people got sea sick--the crew is amazing and very kind with those who are queasy. None of our family got sick--4 adults and 3 children, but we all took the motion sickness pills before embarking. The food for breakfast and lunch was plentiful and good--the drinks were flowing freely, and the crew was solicitous to every whim! They were really great with watching for safety in every way. The Na Pali Coast was breathtakingly beautiful (and I've seen it 4 times before--it never gets old!) Our captain took us very close, while crew gave us background history and information that was perfect in keeping us entertained. All in all a perfect day in every way! Thanks to Captain and Crew for making our family trip a big hit!!

The crew was fun and very knowledgeable as well as being professional and safety conscience.

Show was amazin, national dances from lot of another cultures, like New Zealand, China etc..
After check in is a small train tour around Botanic garden with guid. Tour is around 15 min, guid show you all kind of trees what you can see in hawaii island.

I was able to enjoy the cruise comfortably because I took motion sickness medication. However, I fell while trying to take a picture at the best spot on the Napali Coast due to the rough waves, and I scraped my right knee. The crew provided proper treatment and wrapped it with a bandage. However, since I couldn't speak English, the crew spent most of the time talking to Western girls and mostly ignored the Japanese guests. I believe it would be a wonderful tour if one could speak English.

酔い止めを飲んでいたら快適に航海できました。しかし激しく揺れてナパリコーストの最高の場所で写真を撮ろうとして転倒し、右手膝に擦り傷を負いました。しかしクルーが適切に処置して包帯で巻いてくれました。しかし英語ができないためクルーは欧米のギャルと始終話しっぱなしで日本人はほとんど無視の状態でした。しかし英語ができるなら素晴らしいツアーになると思います。

On the way to our destination, we encountered a pod of dolphins. They swam together as if leading the boat, and the captain kindly slowed down. We took turns standing at the bow, and the photos turned out great! My daughter was thrilled by the breathtaking views of the Na Pali Coast. On the way back, they stayed out until the sunset, going over the scheduled time as a special treat. The staff was amazing too!

ナパリコーストの大迫力に、娘も大満足。
帰りは夕日が落ちるまで粘ってくれ、予定時間をオーバーしての大サービス。
スタッフも最高でした！

We brought 6 people to luau. I had been to Smith's Luau 3 times in the past, the others (my Fiancee, our daughters, and their friends) had not. My daughter had been to a couple of "real" Hawaiian family luaus in the past. I advised our group that this would not be like those, it would be a very structured and commercial setting with a really great Polynesian show at the end.

The Smith's are a wonderful family, very accommodating, welcoming, and freiendly beyond words. The tour, Imu ceremony, and food were as good as they had ever been in the past.

The thing that earned the Smith family only 3 stars on this visit was the quality of the performance at the end. I was looking forward to the male warrior portion of the show, but found that the current cast was lacking in stature and talent. With only 3 young men in the cast, two of whom were in the range of 100 to 130 pounds, the warrior aspect suffered dearly.

Hopefully the Smith family can rebuild this cast, or at least get a gym membership for the current cast members, and return the show to the quality that I had experienced in the past.

This was my 3rd trip to Fern Grotto over the years and it never disappoints! The entertainment is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! There were 18 of us on this trip and most were first timers, they loved it! Can't come to Kauai and not see the Fern Grotto!!

The Fern Grotto was a guided tour, which I did not realize when we signed up. The boat ride up the river was nice. The guide pointed out various places along the river. Your time is very limited at the Grotto. The guides there rush you along to the site, explain the grotto, sing, and then you are rushed out. I wanted to explore the trail a bit and take photos so that was disappointing.
