Since this was my first trip to Hawaii, I made a reservation for a tour that I thought would be enjoyable. The bus picked me up and dropped me off at the hotel, which was very helpful. The itinerary included a lot of activities like turtle watching, Angel's Sea, and snorkeling, which was great. I was worried about snorkeling since I'm not very fluent in English, but they provided a full set of equipment for us, and being with many other Japanese people made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy it. At Angel's Sea, the tour guide took a lot of photos and was a wonderful person with a great sense of service, which made me very satisfied! Also, they grilled hamburgers for lunch on the boat, and it was very delicious. I think families with children can enjoy this as well, as the Japanese tour guide took care of small kids during snorkeling. It was a great experience that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to have a fulfilling day!

初めてハワイに旅行に行くので、楽しめるツアーをと思い予約しました。バスがホテルまで送り迎えしてくれるのでとても助かりました。内容もウミガメウォッチング、天使の海、シュノーケリングと盛り沢山で良かったです。シュノーケリングは英語も堪能ではないので心配しておりましたが、セットをフルでを貸し出してくださり、多くの日本人と一緒なので安心して楽しむことができました。天使の海では添乗員の方がたくさん写真を撮ってくださりサービス精神のあふれる素敵な方でとても満足です！またお昼も船上でハンバーグを焼いて下さりとても美味しかったです。日本人の添乗員の方がシュノーケリングの際に小さな子供の子守をしてくださったりしていたので、お子様のいるご家族でも楽しめると思います。自分ではなかなかできない体験ができ、とても良かったです！充実した一日にしたい方には是非おすすめです！

The lunch on board exceeded my expectations and was very delicious. The attendants were also pleasant, making it a great tour. I would love to participate in this tour again if the opportunity arises.

船上の昼食も期待値を上回る内容でとても美味しかったです。

I was able to see whales not just once, but multiple times. I was very satisfied to see a mother and her calf as well.
During the cruise, snacks and soft drinks were provided for free. While sitting outside, the staff asked what drinks we wanted and brought them to us.

It was a stable day, so I didn't need any motion sickness medication. I drove to the location with a rental car, and it was easy to find; it's at a corner. You can park on the shoulder of the road.

1回だけでなく何度もクジラを見ることが出来ました。親子もみれて大変満足です。
クルーズの中ではスナック菓子やソフトドリンクが無料です。外で座っているとスタッフが欲しい飲み物を聞いてくれて持ってきてくれました。

酔い止めなどなくとも大丈夫な安定した日でした。
レンタカーで現地に向かいましたが場所はわかりやすく角です。車は路肩に止めます。

I took a cruise from Hilton Village for the first time, and it was affordable with great content, so I decided to book it. We anchored off Waikiki, were provided with life jackets, and had a wonderful time enjoying the sea! The experience was unique compared to other cruises, and the crew was friendly and fantastic! I would definitely recommend it to others going there.

ヒルトンビレッジの側から出ているクルーズは初めてでしたが、価格も安くて、内容も良かったので申し込みました。
ワイキキ沖で、停泊してライフジャケットも貸してもらい、海で楽しむ事ができて楽しかったです！
他のクルーズにはない内容で、クルーも親切で最高でした！
また、行く人におすすめしたいです。

I really enjoyed the cruise. Even though the water was a little bumpy, the captain calmly maintained the even-ness of the boat. The crew were very attentive and were consistently checking in with all the passengers how they were doing. I really enjoyed the ability to sit on the "roof" and enjoy the water from higher up.

The ATV tour was great! I know some people were scared to ride the vehicle, but I love a but of adrenaline. So I left wanting more! But we had to stick to the track and keep in a single file. The views are just superb and wish we had more time to soak that in.
Our guide was awesome and took some really cool pictures of us. He was from South America.

We challenged ourselves as a family of five! The guide was amazing, and it was a lot of fun! I want to try it again!

In February, I went with nine family members. Everyone was very satisfied, and it became a wonderful memory.

Before boarding, there is a group photo session (you can purchase a photo for 2000 yen after disembarking). Sailing in the pleasant breeze was very enjoyable, and the scenery was fantastic! We were able to see not only the sunset but also whales. I highly recommend it!

2月に親族9人で行きました。
全員大満足で、良い思い出になりました。

心地よい風の中のセーリングは大変気持ちよく、

I made a reservation for 1:00 PM on the day of my arrival in Hawaii. I wanted my family, who are visiting Hawaii for the first time, to get a concrete image of the scale of Waikiki, the location of our hotel, and Diamond Head, so this was a perfect choice to grasp the overall view from the ocean.

Before participating, I read reviews and thought it would be a participatory event with a rap-style BGM playing throughout, which might explain the low number of Japanese participants. However, it was completely different. You can enjoy it at your own pace, so there's no need to worry. The captain did tell jokes in English to the participants at the beginning, but that was just at the start. During the trip, he was very friendly, handling the sales and drinks, and occasionally pointing out, "You can see a turtle over there." I can't even remember if there was any BGM.

In addition to alcohol, there were about five types of soft drinks (canned juices) available for $3 each. I bought the pineapple juice, which was delicious.

As we headed out to sea, we moved against the waves, which caused some up-and-down rocking and heightened the excitement. We went to a position where we could see Diamond Head Lighthouse well, so the distance traveled was relatively long. On the way back to shore, it was almost completely calm, allowing us to enjoy the scenery peacefully.

When disembarking, there was a suggestion to leave a tip in a container if you liked the experience.

Additionally, before boarding, they take a photo of each group with the boat and Diamond Head in the background. At disembarkation, they encourage you to purchase a 2L size photo as a simple album for $20. While purchasing is optional, I think it's better to place your bags and footwear in a spot that won't be in the frame if you're considering buying. We bought it, and it was funny because everyone was holding their sandals up in a "banzai" pose.

Also, the ladder to board the boat is at the front. If you want to get splashed with more water, I recommend the front. On Oahu, you can usually hear Japanese being spoken on various optional tours, but this tour allows you to experience being abroad in a good way, away from Japanese.

ハワイ到着当日の13:00を予約しました。初めてハワイを訪れた家族のためにワイキキの規模感や泊まるホテルの場所、ダイヤモンドヘッドなど具体的にイメージしてもらいたく、沖から全体をつかんでもらうには、これが大当たりでした。
参加する前にこちらのレビューを拝見し、勝手にラップ調のBGMガンガンで終始英語の参加型イベントかな？だから日本人の参加が少ないのかな？など勝手に思っていましたが全然違いました。自分のペースで楽しめるので心配不要です。確かにキャプテンが参加者に英語で、ジョークを話していましたが、最初だけです。途中はセールの操作とドリンク対応、たまに「あの辺にカメが見えるよ」などの案内でとてもフレンドリーでした。BGMもあったかどうか記憶が無いくらいです。
アルコールのほかソフトドリンク（缶ジュース）も1缶$3で5種類くらいありました。最初に聞き取れたパイナップルジュースを購入しましたが、これがまた美味かった。
沖に向かっていくときは波に逆らって進むので上下に揺れ、テンションが上がります。ダイヤモンドヘッド灯台が良く見える位置まで向かったので割と移動距離も長めです。岸に戻る時は、一転ほとんど揺れないので、落ち着いて景色を堪能できます。
下船時に「良かったらそこの入れ物にチップをよろしく」的な話があります。

なお、乗る前に参加グループごとに船とダイヤモンドヘッドをバックに写真を撮ってくれます。下船時に2Lサイズの写真を見開きの簡易アルバムとして$20で購入を勧めてきます。購入は任意ですが、購入を考える方は荷物や履物は写らない場所に置いた方がいいと思います。私どもは購入したのですが、全員サンダルを手に持ってバンザイしているので笑えます。
それから船は乗る時のハシゴがある方が前です。水しぶきを多めに浴びたい方は前がお勧めです。
オアフ島でのオプショナルツアーは、必ずと言っていいほど、どこかしらから日本語が聞こえてきますが、こちらのツアーは良い意味で日本語と離れることができ海外に来たことを実感できます。

I signed up for a one-hour horseback riding course. It was my first time riding, but the horse I rode was very smart and moved along with the horse in front without me having to pull the reins much, so it was surprisingly enjoyable. If I had to be picky, I felt there were a lot of mountain trails, so I would have liked more time riding in the open fields. One hour felt a bit short, so if I have the opportunity to travel to Hawaii again, I would like to sign up for the two-hour course.

乗馬1時日間コースを申し込みしました。初めての乗馬でしたが乗った馬がお利口さんであまり綱を操作することなく前の馬の行動を把握して動いてくれたので思いのほか楽でした。欲を言えば山道が多かった感じなので草原を乗馬する時間が多ければと思いました。１時間ではちょっと物足りなかった感じなので今度ハワイ旅行の機会があれば２時間コースで申し込みしたいと思います。

- In the tour introduction photos, some people are wearing short sleeves, but it is actually very cold.

You board a small plane with about 10 participants plus each instructor, totaling around 20 people. The view from the window is very beautiful.

When you reach the drop point, you are dropped without any time to mentally prepare.

While falling, it is very cold and your ears hurt a lot, and even those who usually don’t get motion sickness may feel sick. During the slow descent with the parachute, the instructors guide you while you enjoy the scenery. Throughout this time, my ears hurt and I felt nauseous, but the view was stunning.

The moment when the parachute is not open and you are just falling from the sky is a strange experience where you lose all sense of up and down and can’t think of anything. It’s a unique experience that I think everyone should try at least once. I am very satisfied. But I think this is enough for me.

参加者10人+各インストラクターの方合計20人くらいで小さな飛行機に乗って飛び立ちます。
窓からの景色はとても綺麗です。

落下するポイントに着くと、心の準備をする暇なくボンボン落とされていきます。

落ちている間はとても寒くて、とても耳が痛くて、乗り物酔いしにくい人でも酔う事があります。
パラシュートでゆっくり降りている間は、インストラクターの方が景色を見ながらガイドをしてくれます。この間ずっと耳が痛くずっと気持ち悪いですが、景色はとても綺麗でした。

パラシュートも何も開いていない状態でただ空から落ちている瞬間は、上下も何もわからなくなり何も考えられなくなる不思議な瞬間でした。なかなか出来ない体験なので、一度はやってみるべきだと思いました。とても満足です。
でもこれでもう充分です。

I participated with my parents, husband, and 2-year-old child. My husband and I took turns (if the timing worked out) to watch the dolphins.

When it started, it seemed like the timing wasn't going to work out, and I was wondering what to do when a staff member picked up my child. Amazingly, the child who usually cries didn't cry at all!! Thanks to that, my parents, husband, and I were all able to watch the dolphins together.

The staff were considerate of my child until the very end, and we were able to create wonderful memories, so I’m really glad!

両親と旦那と2歳の子どもと参加。
私と旦那で交代(タイミングが合えば可能)してイルカを観ようと参加しました。

いざ始まるとなかなかタイミングが合いそうになく、どうしようと思っていると、スタッフさんが子どもを抱っこしてくれました。しかもいつも泣く子が泣かない！！なので、両親と旦那と私と皆でイルカを観る事ができました。

最後まで子どもに気を遣っていただき、素晴らしい思い出ができたので良かったです！

This was so fun! We were totally new to snorkeling and a bit intimidated!
Dan, our guide, was patient and kind. He encouraged us and told us we had all day if needed.
After 10 minutes or so, we felt confident and ready. We saw two turtles, a moray eel, a tuna “tornado”,
And more fish than you can imagine. We snorkeled til we were too tired to go on! We are hooked.

I thought that seeing sea turtles while watching them would be a matter of luck, but I was so happy to see many of them. While snorkeling near the coral reefs, the sea turtles really swam right by me and underneath me, which was incredibly moving. Although the sea of angels didn't have a blue sky, the clarity was wonderful, and I really felt it was worth coming!

ウミガメウォッチングは見れたらラッキー程度のものかと思っていましたが、沢山見れて嬉しかったです。サンゴ礁付近でのシュノーケリングはウミガメが本当に自分の近くや真下を通っていき、凄く感動しました。天使の海は青空とまではいきませんでしたが素晴らしい透明度で、やっぱりきて良かったと思いました！

This is my second time participating. This time I brought my 1-year-old and 8-year-old children, and the staff were very kind, and all the passengers were nice people.

2回目の参加です。今回は1歳と8歳の子供連れでしたが、スタッフの対応が親切でしたし、乗客の皆さんも良い人ばかりでした。

Thanks to the Japanese guide, we were able to enjoy ourselves with small children without any worries. Since it was right in the middle of the season, we were able to see whales up close.

日本人ガイドが付いてくれたおかげで、小さい子供連れでも安心して楽しめました。シーズン真っ只中と言う事もあり、間近でクジラを見る事が出来ました。

I do not understand English, but both elderly and young people can enjoy sunset and drinking. It became a good memory of Hawaii. Thank you!

I was looking forward to it since I am learning hula. It was great that the show was in the hotel where I was staying, so it was close by. However, I didn't know that I needed to exchange the voucher for tickets, so even though I lined up early, I had to go through the process, which made me late. The food was also great; I enjoyed a variety of Hawaiian dishes, from vegetables to meat and dessert. The live performances, hula, and fire knife dance were all very impressive.

フラを習っているので、楽しみにしていました。
宿泊ホテルの中でのショーなので近くて良かったです。
但し、バウチャーからチケットに交換するのを知らなかったので、早くに並んでいたのに手続きしに行き、その分遅くなりました。
食事も、野菜からお肉、デザートまでハワイの料理が色々食べれて良かったです。
ライブ演奏やフラ、ファイヤーナイフダンスすべて見応えありました。

We participated as a family of four. For those who couldn't drink alcohol, there were soft drinks available. At first, we were served a drink made with juice and gin (?), and then we could refill our drinks; our family finished a bottle of champagne. Just as we started to feel the effects of the alcohol, the sunset was beautiful, and it felt wonderful. However, the boat rocked quite a bit, so it might be tough for those who get seasick, and food was not allowed, so we were just drinking. On that day, we were the only Japanese people, but everyone was friendly, and we had a great time.

家族4人で参加しました。アルコールが飲めない人はソフトドリンクもありました。最初にジュースとジン（？）を割ったお酒が配られ、あとはお代わりをするシステムで我が家はシャンパンを一本飲み干しました。
丁度、お酒の酔いが回ったぐらいで夕日が沈み、とても気分が良かったです。
ただ、結構揺れるので、船酔いする方は厳しいのと、フードはＮＧなのでひたすら飲んでいました。
この日は日本人は私たちだけでしたが、みなさんフレンドリーで楽しめました。

The weather was perfect, and I was moved by all the scenery. I was told that if things went well, I might see a whale, but I didn't get my hopes up. However, whales appeared! They jumped several times, which was also moving. The passengers on the boat cheered loudly. And then, the sunset—absolutely stunning. I recorded videos of the whales and the sunset. Even after returning home, it was amazing!

One slight disappointment was that although they mentioned light snacks, there were only some snack foods in paper cups. The rest was just conversation... This was our fault, but I was disappointed that I couldn't understand the crew's fun talk. Because of these two points, I couldn't say it was "the best!" I apologize for that.

That said, it was a series of moving experiences. I am grateful.

天候に恵まれすべての景色に感動。
うまくいけば鯨を見れるかも！と言われていたが、期待しないでいました。
が、鯨出没。何度もジャンプしてくれました。これまた感動。船上では乗客が大歓声。
そして、サンセット。　これまた最高。
鯨・サンセット　動画で撮影しましたよ。　
帰宅後見ても、最高！！

ちょいと残念なのが、軽食とあるが紙コップの中にスナック菓子があるだけ。
あとは会話が・・・
これは我々のせいですが、クルーの楽しそうなトークが理解出来ず残念。
この2点があった為『最高でした！』が押せませんでした。申し訳ありません。

とは言え、感動の連続。感謝しております。

Our driver, Judy, was cautious and humerous. She made our trip up and down Haleakala crater so enjoyable. The sunset was beautiful and the dinner was surprisingly good. Definitely worth every penny!

This was my eighth time on the Big Island of Hawaii, and the helicopter tour allowed me to see the entire island, leading to new discoveries!

I was thrilled to see the Milky Way for the first time in 40 years. The environment for stargazing was meticulously arranged with telescopes, reclining chairs for viewing, warm clothing, and explanations of the night sky, allowing for a comfortable experience. I would like to visit again in a different season to see different stars.

40年ぶりに見た天の川に感激しました。
2遠鏡、仰向けで見るためのチェアー、防寒具、星空の解説等、星を見るための環境を微に入り細に入り整えてあり、快適に星を鑑賞することができました。
季節を変えて、違う星を見るため再訪したいと思います。

Great show for the whole family. Would highly recommend it.

It was a great experience. One of the best that we have attended.

The weather hadn't been very good until the day before, but we were blessed with great weather on the day itself, so I didn't experience any seasickness without taking any medication. We saw several whales in the distance, including their tails, backs, and spouts. Just when I thought that was all we would see, there was suddenly a series of breaches right in front of us! It was incredibly powerful, and all the passengers were very excited.

It was a satisfying whale watching experience.

前日まで天気があまり良くなかったのですが、
当日は天気に恵まれたので、薬など飲まなくても船酔いはなかったです。
くじらは、遠くで何頭も見れました。尾びれ、背中、潮吹きも。
こんなもんかな？って思っていたら、突然目の前での連続ブリーチング！！
すごい迫力で、乗客みんな大興奮でした。

満足できた、ホエールウオッチグでした。

I realized last year that I had never done a sunset cruise while in Hawaii on past trips. After booking one for the first time last year it will always be on the list of things to do, whales or not. It is so beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great ferry ride to Lanai’i and a fun day on the island.

I'm glad I went! The sunset sinking into the ocean in Hawaii was amazing. I didn't plan to drink, but the staff kept making Mai Tais and handed them to me forcefully. (laughs) Among a few Asian couples, including my husband and me, the staff was very energetic and explained everything in English, but everyone was friendly and it felt very cheerful. Other guests were the same. During the cruise, they played music continuously, making it quite lively during the sunset moment. I ended up buying the photo taken before boarding. It was a pretty good picture with the boat and Diamond Head in the background.

乗ってよかった！ハワイの海にしずむサンセットは最高でした。
飲まないつもりでしたがスタッフがマイタイ？をガンガン作って強引に渡されました。笑　私たち夫婦含めアジア系は数組ほどの中、スタッフのテンション高い説明も英語のみですが、みなフレンドリー、和気あいあいという感じ。他のお客さんも。航行中はサンセットの瞬間もずっと音楽かけっぱなし、やたら賑やかです。
