First, we received a very clear and enjoyable explanation from the Japanese staff, and then we boarded the ship! The interior of the ship was very clean, and the donuts for a light snack were delicious. The banana boat ride was thrilling and a lot of fun. Personally, I wanted to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and it was a great experience to do it in such beautiful waters. We were also able to enjoy warm drinks, and the staff were all very cheerful, energetic, and kind, making for a wonderful time.

I chose this experience to create lasting memories for my friend's first trip to Hawaii. Two guides accompanied us, and the three of us—my friend and my husband—got into a five-person canoe. The location was the beach in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

First, we received a lecture on how to ride the outrigger canoe and how to hold the paddle on land. We pushed the outrigger canoe from the sandy beach into the sea. Then, we sat in designated spots in a line and started paddling out to the waves, waiting alongside the surfers. The instructions were given in Japanese, such as "Pull harder!" and "Opposite!" so we just kept paddling.

It was reassuring to have guidance on the wave points and timing. The view from the sea was incredibly beautiful compared to what we usually see from the beach. We rode three times, and it was harder than I expected. It was a lot of fun!

I recommend this for people who enjoy horseback riding! It can be quite thrilling as you pass along the edge of cliffs. As a piece of advice, if you ride for about two hours, your backside might start to hurt, so if that's a concern for you, it's better to skip it! Also, there are times when the horse may not listen, so it's not recommended for those who are short-tempered!

I signed up for this tour because I wanted to see traditional Hawaiian hula dancing and fire dancing. Before the show, there was a buffet-style dinner, but with the staff's signal, everyone rushed to get their food, creating a huge line. As a result, there wasn't much time, and it felt like we just made one round through the buffet. The roast beef was delicious.

The show started with hula dancing, followed by a medley of impersonators of Elvis and Michael Jackson, fire dancing, and songs from local singers, which was quite enjoyable. After the show, I was able to take pictures with the performers, which made for a nice memory.

Overall, I felt that just the show would have been enough.

Im not sure what we were expecting, but this surely exceeded our expectations! The timing of everything was great, lots to see and do. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. We opted for the train and I would highly recommend- especially if you are with kids. It was a nice easy evening ride through the ranch, farm, and orchards.
The show at the end of the night was also a favorite! Lots of quick paced action and dancing. Got to hang in till the end for the fire dancing!
A lovely way to spend the evening. And a real treat at the end of a trip.

I wanted to try skydiving at least once in my life, so I booked a plan with an instructor that included a handy camera and transportation.

On the day of the jump, it took about an hour to arrive at the destination from the hotel designated for pickup. I shared the ride with others who had booked at the same time. The driver occasionally spoke to everyone.

Upon arrival, the first step was to register basic information on an iPad. In the ID input section on the first page, if you booked through Veltra, you just needed to enter the last seven digits of the confirmation on your voucher. It was a bit unclear since "ID" was not mentioned on the voucher.

After finishing the registration on the iPad, I headed to the counter. At that time, there was someone who spoke Japanese at the counter, which made the process smooth. At the counter, they confirmed basic information, offered additional packages, and asked for my passport. Finally, I received a boarding ticket with a printed QR code.

After registering at the counter, I began preparing for skydiving. From this point on, the time until the jump varies depending on the day's circumstances. I was the first among the members who arrived in the same vehicle to be called. I greeted the instructor and began preparations. After putting on the harness, the instructor clearly demonstrated the positions to take before jumping and during the fall with gestures. That was the extent of the pre-jump briefing.

I headed to the Cessna with the instructor. There were about 4 to 5 other groups besides mine. Inside the Cessna, the instructor sat closely behind me as we lined up in order to jump. It was quite cramped. Gradually, we ascended to a height above the clouds.

When we reached the jump point, the door opened, and one by one, we began to jump. There was hardly any time to feel scared; it was that quick.

Personally, the sensation during the fall was completely different from that of a free-fall ride at an amusement park. I didn't feel any nauseating sensation in my stomach; it felt more like riding a motorcycle at high speed, cutting through the wind. However, it was incredibly fast.

The goggles were fitted quite tightly, allowing me to enjoy the scenery even during the fall. Additionally, the instructor occasionally pointed the camera at my face and asked me to make certain gestures.

After the parachute opened, we floated down slowly to the ground. For me, this part was hell. I didn't feel sick at all during the fall, but after the parachute opened, I suddenly felt unwell. I think it was because I was excited and noisy during the fall, looking at the scenery and interacting with the instructor, which led to insufficient breathing and a near state of oxygen deprivation. When I quickly informed the instructor that I felt unwell, he kindly advised me on how much longer it would take to reach the ground and suggested I take deep breaths. I was really grateful for that. Once we landed, I was able to breathe easily and quickly recovered, chatting with the instructor and packing up the equipment.

After arriving on the ground, I received a skydiving certificate (which also serves as a picture book), a sticker, and a pen. At this time, I also received an envelope for tips. The amount, as others have mentioned, is around $10 to $30. The envelope has a checkbox where you can choose to tip the operating organization or the instructor who jumped with you.

The return vehicle had almost the same members as the outgoing trip. The reason I say "almost" is that those who jumped later were assigned to the next transportation. カウンターでの登録後、スカイダイビングの準備に入ります。ここからは、その日の状況によって飛ぶまでの時間が人によって変わってくると思います。
私は一緒の車に乗ってきたメンバーの中では一番早く呼ばれました。インストラクターと対面して軽く挨拶をして準備に入ります。ハーネスを装着した後、ジャンプする前と落下中に、どういう体勢を取ればいいか身振り手振りを交えてわかりやすく教えてくれます。ちなみに事前講習は以上です。

インストラクターとともにセスナへ向かいます。私以外に4〜5組くらいいました。セスナの中ではインストラクターが背中に密着した状態で飛ぶ順番に並んで座ります。かなりギチギチです。だんだんと高度が上がっていって雲の上まで到達します。

飛び出すポイントに到着すると、扉を開けて、次々にジャンプを開始します。怖がる余裕すらほぼないと思います。そのくらいどんどん飛び立ちます。

個人的に落下中の感覚は遊園地のアトラクションのフリーフォールとは全く異なるものでした。内臓が持っていれるような気持ちの悪い感覚はなくて、高速で移動してるバイクに乗って風を切っている感覚に近かったです。ただ、とんでもなく速いです。

ゴーグルをかなりきつめにつけるので、落下中でも景色を楽しむことができました。また、インストラクターの方が時々、カメラを顔に向けてくれたり、手でこんな形してみてみたいなことを求めてきてくれます。

パラシュートが開いた後はゆっくりと浮遊して地面まで降ります。私の場合はここが地獄でした。落下中は全く気持ち悪くなりませんでしたが、パラシュートを開いてから急に気分か悪くなりました。おそらくですが落下中に興奮して騒いだり、景色見たり、インストラクターと戯れた結果、呼吸が十分でなく酸欠に近い状態になったのだと思います。
気分が悪い事をインストラクターにすぐ伝えると、後どのくらいで地上につくとか、深呼吸をするようにと優しくアドバイスをくれました。本当にありがたかったです。地面に付いてからは安心して呼吸が整ったからか、すぐに回復し、インストラクターと話したり、器具を片付けることができました。

地上到着後に、スカイダイビングの証明書(兼絵本)、ステッカー、ボールペンをいただけました。このときにチップ用の封筒ももらえます。金額は他の方もかいてますが10〜30ドルくらいです。封筒にはチェック欄があって、運営団体へのチップか、一緒に飛んでくれたインストラクターへのチップかを選ぶことができました。

帰りの車も行きとほぼ同じメンバーでした、ほぼというのは飛ぶタイミングが遅い方が、次のタイミングの送迎に割り当てられたためと思います。プランが違ったり、人数が多かったりするとこういう事があるのかもしれません。ちなみに送迎の運転は、道が悪いのとスピード結構出すため、揺れます。スカイダイビングのこともあるので酔い止め飲んでおいたほうがいいです。送迎の車にはドライバーにチップ渡してね、みたいな張り紙がしてあります。私は妻と2人で乗っていき、行き帰り合計で20ドル渡しました。ドライバーの方は、だいぶ喜ばれていました。

プランの写真と、ビデオは終了してから2、3時間後に登録したメアドに届きました。Gメールだとプロモーションの方に入ってました。

ややアクシデントはあったものの、とても貴重な体験ができました。もしこれから行かれる方は、とてもあたりまえのことなんですが、落下中もちゃんと呼吸することを意識してみてください。パラシュートの滑空中も素晴らしい景色を楽しめるとおもいます。

My mom was quite excited and worried about this tour, and was about to quit at the very first start, while Dan told us not to nervous, taught us how to breath with our mouth and even a little swim skills. After that, my mom and I succeeded to finish this tour and we saw a lot of different fish with Dan’s guide. That was fun. We really appreciate Dan for giving us such a perfect snorkeling experience, will try again when we visit Oahu again in the future, hope we could do better next time :D)))

Nice relaxing ride down the Wailua River with a short, easy walk to the Grotto. Learning about the history of the boats and the area was very special, as well as having the Hawaiian music and dancing on the boat. The pilot was witty and made a couple of cute jokes. Definitely recommend for families or as an alternative for more strenous activities, or just as a nice cool break from the hot days.

The weather was great, and the scenery was beautiful—it was the best. Jumping into the sky was less scary than I expected, and I felt safe with Austin flying tandem with me. I want to do it again.
The videos and photos are expensive, but there are plenty of pictures, and the video editing is fantastic. I didn't request them when I booked the tour, but I asked for them on-site. If it's your first time flying, I definitely recommend getting them.

Even the staff at the Orchid didn't seem to know much about it. I think I should have asked the doorman at the front entrance from the beginning.

I took the catamaran for the first time with an online reservation. The color of the sea when you go out into the open water is incredibly beautiful, even more so than what you see from the beach. The sandbar didn't appear, so the scenery was just a shallow area, which was disappointing, but I was able to see a lot of fish and enjoyed a fun time kayaking. The live music on the boat was performed very well, and it was really good.

Nice Excursion- took their shuttle from Waikiki (extra fee) which took about 40 min because had 3 other hotel stops. Boat to Sandvar was about 10 min, lunch was tasty, music on boat was terrific and added ambiance. Was a cloudy day and even rained but even though chilly and not ideal was fun to have the opportunity to canoe ride, paddle board and snorkel in one area and one fee. Banana boat and tube ride (right at arrival to sandbar) was SUPER fun, lasted about 5 min each. Felt it should be longer for price per person. Overall was a nice afternoon experience, for cost though would say unless you do all of the activities it’s pricey. Staff was professional and friendly.

I couldn't see the pure white island, but I enjoyed snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (though the strong winds made it less elegant). The live music was surprisingly good, adding to the tropical atmosphere.

Waipio valley is magical. Our guide Keleo was so knowledgeable and you could feel his passion for his land. I lived in Maui. Visited 4 different islands. And I can say. This place you do not want to miss. I feel like I learned more on this tour than any tour I have ever done in all my travels. Even my 13 year old said it was amazing
