We participated as a family of four (with a middle schooler and an elementary school student).

I was a bit anxious because there were few reviews and no Japanese guide, but it was more fun than I imagined, and the kids were very satisfied!

The tour lasted about two and a half hours and was divided into three main sections:
- A flat road where we could drive about 40 km
- A bumpy road through the jungle
- A course within a playground with steep ups and downs
Each section offered a different kind of enjoyment.

Good points:
- The drive through the vast scenery was cool and pleasant.
- The bumpy road was fun like a roller coaster.
- The guide was very kind.
- Even if you're not good at English, they speak slowly, so it's understandable.
- There are instructions in Japanese.
- The water and juice provided during the tour were cold and delicious.
- We received photos and videos from the tour via AirDrop.

Bad points:
- While driving, the guide explains Hawaii's history through a walkie-talkie, but if you're not good at English, it's hard to understand over the walkie-talkie...
- Tips can only be paid in cash, not by card.
- Transportation to the North Shore is necessary.

Before participating, I wondered if it was necessary to go to the mountains instead of the beach in Hawaii, but I think it was the right decision to join! It was really fun.

・凸凹道がジェットコースターみたいで楽しい
・ガイドの方がとても親切
・英語苦手でもゆっくり話してくれるので理解できる
・日本語の説明書はある
・ツアー中にもらった水、ジュースが冷えてて美味しい
・ツアー中の写真、動画もairdropでもらえる

悪かったこと
・運転中もトランシーバーでハワイの歴史などを解説してくれるのですが、英語が苦手だとトランシーバーごしでは理解できない…
・チップがカードで払えず現金のみ
・ノースショアまでの移動が必要


参加するまでは、ハワイまで来て海じゃなくて山行く必要ある？とも思ってましたが、参加して正解だったと思いました！
本当に楽しかったです。

Set along the ocean in historic downtown, it is the best one to experience a slice of Maui’s history. Great food and even better staff. Worth every penny.
Even had exclusive beer from Maui Brewing. They are also giving a share of the cost to help rebuild, very cool.

It was really cold. I couldn't stay in the sea for even five minutes. The wind was strong, and the weather wasn't good.
I heard from relatives in Kaneohe that summer weather has a cycle, and during our time, there were just a few days with a lot of wind, clouds, and showers.
It seems that the sandbar is not often visible; we couldn't see it at all this time. The water was up to my chest, and the waves were strong. When I got on the free kayak, I was swept away immediately, and it was scary.
If possible, I would like to make a reservation while checking the weather on-site.
The crew members were very kind and warm. My mother had a hard time with seasickness, but we are grateful for their heartfelt support.

We signed up for this tour after our daughter said, "I want to ride a horse."
After a brief five-minute video in Japanese explaining how to ride a horse, the tour started right away.
In addition to us, there was a couple, making a total of five people in the group.
With an experienced guide, we rode through the bush on horseback.
For us, who are not good at English, it was helpful that the guide mixed in Japanese with instructions like "left, right, please stop."
There were ups and downs along the way, and our horse worked hard to climb, making it a thrilling experience.
Especially when we enjoyed horseback riding amidst breathtaking scenery, it felt like we were in a scene from a Hollywood movie.
Participating in this tour created truly wonderful memories for us.

Get on a large boat with about 30 to 40 people to enjoy 20 minutes of live music as it takes us to our destination near the sandbar, then get off the boat and swim over to 4 possible activities:
(1) snorkeling
(2) kayaking
(3) paddle boarding
(4) sunbathing on a floating platform

Lunch is a turkey/cheese croissant sandwich with chips and a drink. I had great fun doing both kayaking and paddle boarding but I didn't do snorkeling. Word of advice - swim fast to either paddle board or kayak otherwise you'll have to wait about an hour for one to be available (first come first serve). Ultimately, everyone had a chance to do all activities but whichever one you are most looking forward to doing - hit it first! NOTE: water is deep in most places so even though you are wearing a lifevest, your feet will not touch the ground - it's not dangerous as there's no heavy surf but I don't want non swimmers to be surprised or panic.

I love dolphins and was thinking about them all the time, but I found out just before my trip to Hawaii that I could see manta rays, and I really wanted to see them! So, I made a reservation.
My father has difficulty seeing, and since it was at night, I was very worried. However, thanks to the person who corresponded with me via email beforehand and especially the support from Tamae on the day of the tour, my family, including my father, had an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever.
From the moment I peered into the water, manta rays came to us in droves, and I was so excited! I was mesmerized by their graceful swimming. After the tour ended, our family couldn't stop talking about the manta rays.
I also can't forget the sunset we saw from the boat and the magical sky when I turned around while watching the manta rays.

The view was something else, let me tell. Cruising the coast and seeing the unique geographical features was amazing. I don't know I've ever seen anything like this. The host and crew was super informative and helpful. They even provided and took care of my GF who was starting to feel seasick. They were well-equipped to host everyone, not to mention that they were pretty entertaining and funny. I highly recommend!

We got the private boat and did the sandbar tour & I can’t recommend this enough! We played at the sandbar, toured the waters and got to see turtles & manta rays! Captain Jeff was helpful, fun & informative, the snacks were tasty and the boat was clean and in great condition. Do this tour!! You won’t regret it! It was the highlight of our trip and the best excursion I have ever done in Hawaii! My husband enjoyed it so much he wanted to do it again but we couldn’t book during the rest of our stay because they were sold out!.

Couldn't get tickets for Hanauma Bay, so chose this instead. Sent two 30-somethings on the excursion. They loved it! Saw several large turtles and lots of fish. Leaving off the beach is a plus since we were already laying out there. short and sweet and easy!

We had worn clothes that could get muddy (as we read in the description) but we had no mud, in fact it was a little dusty. This is all just dependent on weather. When I arrived at the counter at the scheduled time, a very pleasant woman assisted me. She spoke a little Japanese, but primarily in English. While we waited for our departure, she engaged my child by talking about the crabs and fish, which was nice. I really enjoyed the parasailing experience! The view from 150 meters above the sea was a rare experience that only those who fly can see. I rated it ⭐︎4 because two men on the boat were a bit too businesslike and I thought they could have been more enthusiastic, but I definitely recommend trying parasailing! I put my smartphone in a waterproof case and hung it around my neck with a strap, capturing the views and videos from above. If you're comfortable letting go with one hand, it makes for a great memory!

I took a taxi near the Hilton, but it took some time to find the small ticket booth at the designated location. However, the receptionist was very kind. I arrived earlier than the scheduled time but had to wait. There were ten people at a time, and it was just the four of us along with three foreign couples. We went out to sea by boat, and once the ropes were set, we were able to go parasailing one after another. They helped us with the belt setup inside the boat, and when we flew, we could either land in the water up to our bottoms and be brought back to the boat or just get our toes wet and be lowered into the boat, so my upper body didn’t get wet at all. I didn’t have a change of clothes, so I changed at Ala Moana. You can bring a change bag onto the boat. Since there were four of us in the family and the child is in elementary school, we did it in groups of three. It was special because the child was able to go twice in a row, and they were very satisfied.

家族４人でこどもが小学生のため、３人づつでやりました。特別なのか子供は２回連続で出来、大満足でした。

This experience was perfect. The snorkeling over the coral and the incredible variety of fish was nothing short of amazing! That said my 18 and 13 year olds grew tried of it (sigh ) and chose to jump from the different levels of the boat into the water. (The highest level really is quite high!) The excursion was long enough for them to get tires of that and go back out for more snorkeling! The guides were great too. They provided some history behind what we were seeing ranging from the local traditions to the arrival of Captain Cook.
I couldn't recommend this trip more!!

It was very pleasant and fun! We rode a tractor-like bus for about 10 minutes to get to the zipline location. There were movie posters here and there, and it seemed like they filmed here. The driver was explaining things, but I couldn't understand in English. I kind of got the atmosphere, though. The zipline instructor was also kind. Of course, it was in English, but I could somewhat understand. They communicated with simple English like, "What animals do you like?" There were only me and my child as Japanese people, but it wasn't scary and was enjoyable!

The wonderful sunset from above the clouds, the starry sky that feels within reach—it's an indescribable view that left me completely satisfied. While there were many visitors at the summit, we occupied a slightly distant scenic spot on this tour. I was able to leisurely enjoy the sunset and the starry sky while eating poke bowls. Since we went up to 3,000 meters, we took breaks along the way, allowing us to ascend at a comfortable pace. I thought this tour would be suitable even for those with weaker legs. I learned a lot about photography and was able to take stunning photos and time-lapses!

I was torn between choosing the sunrise or this tour, but I absolutely recommend this one. Above all, I was touched by the hospitality of our guide, Mr. Yamap, who shared fun stories and even prepared warm drinks for us.

強いていうならこのツアーの持ち物欄に日本の免許証やパスポートを写真で撮影したものでも問題ありません。と書かれていたので免許証を持って行ったが、かなくなに係員にIDとして却下されたので免許証は不可と書いて欲しかった。
