Everything was wonderful. I enjoyed it for longer than I expected. I was relieved that I didn't get too soaked during the final landing (though I wouldn't have minded getting completely wet...). The view of Diamond Head from about 150 meters up was amazing.

I considered another tour, but it was fully booked, so I chose this one, and my 4-year-old son had a great time. I read in other reviews that "it was cold on the boat," so I brought fleece jackets for the kids, but the temperature was comfortable enough for short sleeves. The tide was not out, so there was no sandy beach, but with the life jackets provided, both my 4-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter enjoyed themselves. The staff also supported us with kayaking, and the kids had fun.

I was surprised to see manta rays so close. I saw several of them, and their graceful movements as they surfaced and spun around to eat were beautiful and magical. It felt like I was in a dream world, and I could have watched them forever.

The encounter rate with manta rays seems to vary by day, so I was lucky. This is my best memory from the Big Island.

I was comfortable since I was used to swimming and snorkeling, but for those who aren't confident in their stamina, it might be challenging after about 30 minutes.

Josh, our guide, picked us up right at Manele Bay Harbor. Got a quick tour of Lanai City and stopped for coffee, then headed to Shipwreck Beach. The drive there was almost as cool as the beach itself. Josh grew up on the island and had some amusing stories he shared as we drove. We continued on to the Garden of the Gods, it's totally other-worldly. We made a quick stop at the Cat Sanctuary, before catching the ferry back to Maalaea Harbor.

Moreover, the guide's vast knowledge, covering everything from the origins of constellations to information from various observatories around the world, was impressive. It was truly a satisfying experience, blessed with good weather and a knowledgeable guide.

サンセットの20分くらい前からずーっと見ていましたが、澄んだ空気の中、雲もほとんどなく、本当に美しいサンセットでした。瞬間的にはグリーンフラッシュも見えたほどです。
星空観測も、出来るだけ新月に近い日を選んで予約したので、天の川はもちろん、ガイドさんがセットして下さった望遠鏡では土星、そして木星は周りの衛星まで確認することが出来ました。また、季節的に数は限られるものの、12星座を肉眼で見られたのも驚きです。
そして、それらを説明して下さったガイドさんの膨大な知識量は、各国の天文台から星座の由来、成り立ちまで幅広くて驚きました。
天候とガイドさんに恵まれた、本当に満足出来る体験でした。

As the photos show, the water was quite deep, which was quite different from what I had imagined, but because of that, we were able to see a lot of fish while snorkeling, and the kids were thrilled!

Also, we had a lot of fun doing activities like stand-up paddleboarding and canoeing in an area that is usually surrounded by sandy beaches, but this time we were completely surrounded by the sea! The weather was great too!

However, it was a bit tough for my 70-year-old parent. The water was too deep for them to get off the boat... By the way, the water level was just about where adults could finally touch the bottom, while the kids were completely submerged up to their heads. A small child next to us was scared the whole time because the water was too deep.

On this day, there were many foreigners, and they were all guided to the window seats first. Japanese guests were served later. Families with children were seated by the window, but adult groups were placed at tables in the center. I felt a bit of a difference in treatment between foreigners and Japanese guests. I guess it's just how things are in America.

Also, the foreign staff were all very friendly and cheerful! In comparison, the Japanese staff were a bit lacking in smiles, which was a bit disappointing.

However, it was an experience that you can't easily have elsewhere! We enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you!

この日は外国人の方が多く、先に外国人の方がみんな窓際の席へ案内されてました。日本人は後回し。子供がいる家族は窓際でしたが、大人グループは中央のテーブルへ。ちょっと外国人と日本人の扱いに差を感じました。アメリカだから仕方ないですかね。

あと外国のスタッフさん、とてもみんな楽しく親切な方ばかり！それに比べて日本のスタッフさん、笑顔もなく、ちょっと残念でした。

ですが、なかなか他ではできない体験！存分に楽しみました。ありがとうございました！

We boarded the boat with three groups and enjoyed cruising while gazing at the clear waters of Hawaii. After savoring a peaceful time, it was finally time for parasailing!

We were third in line, but… I actually got seasick during the wait (tears). When our turn came, I thought, "Will it feel refreshing once we're up in the sky?" but the wind made it quite bumpy up there! (laughs)

Still, the view of Hawaii from above was breathtaking, and for a moment, I forgot about the swaying. I didn't have the chance to take photos myself, so it was a good decision to request the service to have photos taken from the boat for $40!

The cocoa in the cold was delicious too ❤︎ I was worried about the high altitude, but thanks to the acclimatization at the Onizuka Center, we were able to complete the entire program without any issues. Thank you so much for this valuable experience! I would love to participate again when my children are older and can join us!

This was my second helicopter tour, but it was my first time sitting next to the pilot. The view was wide and I highly recommend it. You can see down very well, so this tour offered great views of the waterfalls and canyons. I think 50 minutes is just the right length.

The pilot was very kind and cheerful. He seemed to be a former military pilot, so his skills were definitely impressive. All the staff were also very friendly. There are many wonderful views on the Big Island that you can't see from a car or land, so I think taking a helicopter tour to see them from the sky is a great experience. I've heard that during periods of volcanic eruptions, reservations fill up quickly and it's hard to get a spot. Definitely give it a try!

I was very satisfied with the tour.

This was our third trip to Hawaii as a family. This time, we participated in the Manoa Falls hike for the first time. I think we walked for about 30 to 40 minutes from the entrance. Since it's a rainy area, the path was muddy. Because of that, it felt like we were climbing a mountain more than I had imagined. My sons seemed to handle it well, though. After getting tired, we were moved by the sight of the waterfall! The guide and the driver also pointed out photo spots and took family pictures for us!

The view from Tantalus Lookout after Manoa Falls was also magnificent. My sons were impressed as well. The sandwiches we had there were really delicious! I highly recommend this tour. Next time, I would like to join another plan from this company. Thank you!

You can have 100% fun even if you don't understand English, but I think you'll enjoy it 120% if you do! (There was an instructor assigned to our group who explained things here and there. However, since we didn't understand English, we could only guess from others' reactions that it was something about something, but we didn't know the details, haha.)

In our case, a Japanese person explained how to use the lockers and the meeting time at the very beginning (you can receive a paper with explanations in Japanese), and I think it would have been much harder without that person. However, there is a Japanese video for horseback riding, and the instructor speaks necessary things in broken Japanese (like "pull to the right"), so I think it will be fine!

Each horse has its own personality, some are laid-back while others are more energetic, but all of them are smart, so you can enjoy just riding! The sun is strong, so please make sure to apply sunscreen. I got more tanned than at the beach, haha.

I've written a lot, but I'm satisfied with the experience! Many of my friends have done it too, and everyone said it was worth it. You can't ride for a full two hours in Japan, so I really think it was a valuable experience!

英語がわからなくても100%楽しめますが、英語がわかれば120%楽しめると思います！(グループに1人インストラクターの方がついてくださるのでその方が所々で説明してくださってました。が、私たちは英語がわからなかったので他の人の反応で「なんかのなんか」であることは察しましたが詳しくはわかりませんでした笑)
私たちの場合、1番最初に日本人の方がロッカーの使い方や集合時間など説明してくださいましたが(日本語の説明の紙はいただけます)その方がいなければもっと大変だったと思います。
が、乗馬自体は日本語のビデオがありますし、インストラクターの方がカタコトの日本語で必要なことは話してくださるので(「右引っ張って」等)大丈夫だと思います！！
お馬さんによってのんびりさん、しっかりさん、等性格もありますが、どの子もかしこいので基本は乗っているだけで楽しめます！
日差しは強いので日焼け止めはしっかり塗ってください。私は海より焼けました笑

色々書きましたが、結果満足です！
私の周りの友人もやっている子が多かったのですが、みんなやって良かったと言ってました。
日本ではたっぷり2時間乗馬をすることは出来ないので、本当に貴重な経験が出来たと思います！！

I had booked a shark tour, but it was suddenly canceled, and instead, I joined a submarine tour, which turned out to be a great decision.

Getting the chance to go inside a submarine is something you don't usually experience in life, and it felt like being in a moving aquarium, full of excitement and thrill. Although I didn't get to see turtles or whales, there were impressive sights like a sunken airplane.

The explanations were in English, and while I couldn't fully understand them, the atmosphere was still enjoyable. The ferry ride to the location was also quite an experience due to the strong winds.

I highly recommend this tour as it's enjoyable for everyone, from children to the elderly.

シャークツアー予約してましたが、急遽欠航になり代わりに入れた潜水艦ツアーでしたが大正解でした。
潜水艦に入る機会って普通に生きてても人生でないので、まるで動く水族館のような雰囲気とスリルを味わえました。
亀や鯨に会うことはできなかったけれど、海に沈んだ飛行機など迫力がありました。
英語で解説してくれてましたが、わからずに過ごしましたが雰囲気も良く。
行くまでのフェリーも風が強くて、これだけでもいい経験。
このツアーは子供からお年寄りまで楽しめるのでおすすめです。

This experience was really cool and very informative. Our daughters loved it and they were excited every second of the trip. We saw fish, turtles, sharks, ships, sting rays and planes! We will come back and jump on again to discover more
