The tour was amazing!! Anthony was outstanding!! He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor!! He made me feel very comfortable!! His information about the area was awesome!!

It was the best experience. I wanted to do something memorable for the last event of our honeymoon, and I'm glad I participated.

The shuttle driver, reception staff, and instructors were all kind and cheerful!

As for the flow of the event, we were picked up from Honolulu and drove for about an hour to the North Shore by the sea. Once we arrived, we first took a bathroom break and checked in on a tablet, but even if you don't understand English, you can manage with a translation camera. (Note: Photos and videos are sent via SMS, so make sure to provide your phone number and email address accurately.) After that, we had a one-on-one explanation and equipment fitting with an instructor who considered our body types, and then we boarded the plane right away.

It took about 20 minutes to reach the altitude, but thanks to the instructor and the cheerful customers, I was able to enjoy it without feeling nervous. After the flight, we received a certificate and an envelope for tips, which we filled out and placed in a donation box. Then we looked at souvenirs and were shuttled back to Honolulu. The photos arrived via SMS within 48 hours.

As for the flight experience, the weather and scenery were fantastic. The only downside was that my mouth got unusually dry and my ears felt a bit funny (laughs).

Next time, I want to participate at 18,000 feet!

ハネムーンの最後のイベントで記憶に残るような事をしたいと思い参加しましたがやって良かったです。

送迎ドライバー、受付、インストラクターの方々全員が優しくて愉快でした！

流れとしては、ホノルルから1時間程の時間を送迎いただき、ノースショアの海沿いにあります。
着いたらまずトイレ休憩をして、タブレットでチェックインをしますが英語が分からなくても翻訳カメラで何とかなります。
（※写真や動画はSMSで届くので、電話番号やメールアドレスは正確に）
その後、体型を考慮されたインストラクターと1対1での説明と器具の装着をして、すぐに飛行機へ乗りました。
20分程度の時間をかけて、上空へ行くのですがその道中もインストラクターや陽気なお客さんとで盛り上げてくれたり励ましてくれたおかげで緊張せずに楽しめました。
終わった後は、証明書とチップ用の封筒を受け取りチップを入れて募金箱のような箱に入れます。
あとはお土産などを見て、ホノルルへ送迎いただきました。
写真は48時間以内にSMSで来ました。

飛んだ感想は天気や景色もよく最高です。
あとは、口が異様に乾くのと耳がキーンとします(笑)

次回は18000ftで参加たいです。

The very first explanation was in Japanese! After the tour started, the staff mostly spoke English. Occasionally, they helped by translating with their smartphones! But you can still enjoy it!

1番最初の説明は日本語対応されてました！ツアーが始まってからのスタッフはほぼ英語です。たまにスマホで翻訳しながら対応してくれました！でも楽しめます！

Family enjoyed it. The weather was not the best in the morning but still made the most out of it.

The grounds were beautiful. The staff was great. We had a great time.

Great time and food, staff were very friendly and attentive. Made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed all their knowledge

A Breathtaking Setting
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Situated right on the water's edge, you are treated to uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Watching the sun dip below the horizon was worth the price of admission alone. The layout feels intimate, authentic, and perfectly integrated with the natural beauty of Maui.

Flawless Hospitality & Friendly Staff
What truly sets this luau apart is the warmth of the people. The staff doesn't just provide excellent service; they welcome you like family (ʻohana). Every single person we interacted with—from the greeters placing fresh flower leis around our necks to the servers keeping our drinks flawlessly filled—exuded genuine aloha spirit. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and radiant with pride for their culture.

Delicious, Authentic Food
The wait staff explained everything we were eating and how to pair it with the different sauces.
I tired everything and was very pleased with the food.

I will always visit this luau when in Maui

I went for the 150m one. Everyone else on the same boat chose the 120m. Honestly, I think I should have gone with the 120m, haha! It was incredibly high and way too scary, I screamed a lot!! The staff were super enthusiastic and it was really fun! Even when others were jumping, the boat was flying around, so it was enjoyable the whole time, even when I wasn't jumping!

It's overwhelmingly compact and close compared to other Cirque du Soleil stages. I was moved as I could even hear the performers' breathing and the intensity of the performance.

We had a blast. Ages of participants ranged from 5-75. It was just the best. The guides were all so fun and particularly attentive to the 5 year old. We'd do it again in a minute.

I was excited from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this to anyone who hasn't experienced it yet. I plan to visit Hawaii with my son's family next autumn, and I definitely want to show this to them.

I was overwhelmed by the magnificent scenery. You absolutely must go. Driving the buggy is easy, so there's no problem even if it's your first time. I really hope you go!

We participated as a family of four. At the departure point for the kick-up, I was worried because there were many clouds, but at the summit of 4,000 meters, it was not a problem at all. The weather was perfectly clear. James, our guide, was great, and there were no issues with communication in both English and Japanese. The tour content was absolutely wonderful, and the beauty of the sunset, the Milky Way, and Scorpius was exceptional.

The sunset was moving, but the colors of the sky changing from orange to yellow to purple after sunset were incredibly impressive. Our guide took a lot of photos of the sunset and the stargazing, and all of them turned out to be amazing. I’m grateful for the precious photos that captured both the Milky Way and Scorpius along with people, which I couldn't have taken with my own camera.

It truly became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

キックアップの出発地では、雲が多くて心配でしたが、4,000Mの山頂では
全く問題になりませんでした。最高に晴天です。
ジェームズさんのガイドも英語と日本語で全く問題ありませんでした。
ツアー内容が何よりも素晴らしく、サンセットと天の川、サソリ座の美しさは、
格別でした。
サンセットも感動的ですが、日没後の刻々と変化するオレンジや黄色、紫などの
空の色が超感動です。
ガイドさんにサンセットや天体観測の写真も一杯撮ってもらい、どれも素晴らしい写真です。
天の川、サソリ座と人が同時に写るなんて自分のカメラでは出来ないので貴重な写真を
撮って頂き感謝しています。
本当によい思い出となりました。

I was anxious about the English-guided tour, but the guide kindly explained things while incorporating some Japanese, and I was very satisfied. Fortunately, we were blessed with good weather, which made for the best experience.

英語ガイドのツアーで不安でしたが、ガイドの方は日本語も交えながら親切に説明していただきとても満足です。
幸運にも天気に恵まれ最高の体験ができました。

Leilani was our guide, the ranch was definitely the most beautiful spot on the entire island and she instructed us perfectly! Super easy to book and i highly recommend going in the morning to avoid the intense heat. Easy ride and gorgeous trail!

It had been over 10 years since my last visit. I participated in snorkeling and volleyball in the beautiful sea, and even as an older adult, I was glad I took the plunge. I felt a warmth in my heart from the friendly consideration of the instructors that I can't experience in Japan. I invited a friend who didn't know anything about snorkeling 🤿, and since it had been a while for me too, I was worried I wouldn't be able to support my friend. However, the instructor provided personal lessons, and I am truly grateful for that. I would love to participate again next time. Thank you very much! ♪

高齢者ながらでも思い切って参加して良かったです
インストラクターの皆さまのフレンドリーな配慮に日本では味わえない心のあたたかさを感じることが出来ました
シュノーケリング🤿の事も分からない友人を誘っての体験で自身も久しぶりで友人のサポートまでは出来ず気になっていたところ
インストラクターの方が個人レッスンしてくださり、本当に感謝しております。

I was able to see the most amazing sunset and starry sky of my life. From the pickup to the end, everything went very smoothly. It was extremely cold near the summit, but thanks to the ski wear that was provided, I was able to stay warm. The sandwiches that were distributed were also delicious.

On the day, there were clouds around 3,000 meters, but since we went above them, we were able to see both the sunset and the starry sky beautifully without any issues.

Additionally, while the recruitment details stated that there would only be an English guide, they actually explained things in both English and Japanese, which made me feel at ease participating. Thank you very much.

人生で一番最高の夕日と星空を見させていただきました。お迎えから最後までとても円滑で、頂上付近は非常に寒かったですが、スキーウェアを貸し出してくださったおかげで暖かく過ごせました。配っていただいたサンドイッチも美味しかったです。

当日は雲が3,000メートル付近にありましたが、その上まで行ったので、夕日も星空も問題なく綺麗に見ることができました。

また、募集要項には英語ガイドのみと記載されていましたが、実際には日本語も交えて説明してくださったので、安心して参加できました。ありがとうございました。

The check-in counter and explanations went smoothly because there were Japanese staff members, but the buggy driver only spoke English, so we couldn't communicate much. Despite that, the driver tried to entertain us during the ride. The scenery was magnificent and breathtaking. I think if I had watched more movies, I would have felt even more moved. After returning home, I plan to review and reminisce.

チェックインカウンターや説明は日本人がいたのでスムーズにできましたが、バギーの運転手さんは英語のみだったのでコミュニケーションはあまり取れなかったです。
その中でも盛り上げてくれようと運転で楽しませてくれました。景色は壮大で素晴らしかったです。映画をもっと見ていたら、もっと感動が増しただろうと思います、帰国後復習して懐かしむことにします。

Thanks to the guide's recommendations for shops and sightseeing spots, I was able to move smoothly after getting off the bus! I also had the rare experience of seeing Hawaiian monk seals by the North Shore beach! It was a very enjoyable tour.

I received a request via email regarding the pickup location, so I replied and received information about the pickup time. The bus did arrive at the specified time and location, but the driver told me that I was listed for a different pickup location. When I looked at the paper the driver had, it had the name of a hotel I didn't recognize. I was also told that my return transfer was booked at this hotel, and when I asked if it could be changed, I was told it probably couldn't due to bus capacity issues.

When I got off the bus, a Japanese guide was waiting for me and handed me my ticket, and the guided tour began. The website mentioned that tickets would be picked up at a kiosk, but this was different. Additionally, the guide arrived right after I got off the bus, but there was no information provided about photo opportunities, so I couldn't take a commemorative photo upon entering. This also differed from what was stated on the website.

There were many things to see in the park, but there was little time, and I couldn't see everything. The children in my group were saying they wanted to do this and that, but due to time constraints, many things couldn't be done. I would recommend a longer tour. The final show, featuring a fire performance, was vivid and amazing.

メールでピックアップ場所のリクエストの連絡を頂いたので返信しピックアップ時間の連絡を頂いた。
実際にその時間と場所にバスは来たがドライバーにあなたは違う場所でのピックアップになっていると言われてドライバーの持っている紙を見ると知らないホテルの名前が書いてあった。帰りの送迎もこのホテルで予約されていると言われ変更できるか尋ねたがバスのキャパシティの問題があるから変更できないと思うと言われた。

バスを降りると日本人のガイドが待っていてくれてチケットを手渡し頂き、ガイドツアーが始まりました。ホームページではキオスクでチケットを受け取ると記載がありましたが異なりました。
また、バスを降りてすぐにガイドさんが着いてくれたのですが写真撮影に対しての案内が無く、入館記念の写真を撮ることが出来ませんでした。
これについてもホームページ記載の内容と異なりました。

園内は色んな物がありましたが時間が少なく、全ては見て回ることが出来ずに、同じグループの参加者の子供達はあれやりたいこれやりたいと言っていたのですが時間の関係でできない事が多かったです。
もう少し長い時間のツアーをおすすめします。
最後のショーは火を使ったパフォーマンスは生々しく素晴らしかったです。

We efficiently visited the spots without wasting time. After climbing Diamond Head, I was able to use the restroom break to buy malasadas from Leonard's. I also had enough time to enjoy the garlic shrimp that I had been looking forward to.

I often find myself falling asleep on tour buses, but Jonah's stories were interesting and packed with information, so I was able to enjoy the ride without getting bored.

There was also plenty of time to explore the shops in Haleiwa. I think this course is highly recommended for those who want to see a variety of things without feeling rushed.

時間の無駄なく、テキパキとスポットを回ってくれました。ダイヤモンドヘッド登頂の後は、トイレタイムの時間をつかってレナーズのマラサダを買うことができました。楽しみにしていたガーリックシュリンプも時間に余裕をもって食べることができました。
いつもツアーバス内では寝てしまうことが多い私ですが、ジョナさんのお話は面白く、情報盛りだくさんなので、飽きることなく楽しめました。
ハレイワのショップを巡る時間も十分あり、こちらのコースは無理なく、しかし色々見て回りたい人にとてもおすすめだと思います。

Water was quite rough but food and drinks were good. It was beautiful.

The staff was so energetic and fun. The trip was smooth despite the waves. Our drinks never went empty.

We had a great time tubing in Kauai. Natalie was our guide and she helped us have a great time. She communicated clearly and with a great sense of humor. She listened and talked with the kids so they felt like they were an important part of the group. She made a tremendous effort to remember all of our names!! Very impressive!! She was with us the whole way and introduced her team. It was a very fun experience

The boat ride and the history was wonderful. The singers and hula dancers added to the whole experience.
The singing song at the grotto was incredible.

Unfortunately, I couldn't go to the place I wanted during my free time, but thanks to the kind consideration of the tour company, I was able to participate in an optional tour. I enjoyed the quietly flowing time and the pleasant breeze, and I was able to see turtles in the vast ocean. At the power spot, I remembered my late husband and prayed for my family's health. I was also very satisfied with the coffee tasting and shopping, which were explained to me in detail.

残念ながらフリータイムで行きたかった場所に行けませんでしたが、ツアー会社の優しいご配慮でオプショナルツアーに参加させていただけました。静かに流れる時間と気持ちいい風、広い海にカメさんも見る事ができ、パワースポットでは亡き主人を偲び、家族の健康を祈れました。
コーヒーも丁寧に説明していただきながら試飲や買い物ができ大満足でした。

The horse I was riding tended to stop and was quite lazy, but I thought it was cute because horses have their own personalities, haha.

It was rainy, and the sky was gloomy, so the photos didn't turn out well, but the staff were really kind, so I ended up having a great time!!!

This time, I applied for the Sunrise Tour and the Sunset Tour separately. The Sunset Tour starts in the evening, so there is no cold, and you can see the surrounding environment, which allows you to fully appreciate Mauna Kea Mountain, making the experience even more impressive.

The sunset also offers many opportunities for photography, so there is a lot of freedom.

今回、サンライズツアーとサンセットツアーを別々に申し込みましたが、
サンセットツアーは、夕方から上るので、寒さがなく周りの環境が見えるのでマウナケア山全体が把握できて感動も倍になりました。

サンセットは撮影シーンもたくさん持てるので自由度が高いです。

The bus ride was guided the whole time, but I couldn't understand what the guide was saying as a Japanese person. We were called for roll call 10 minutes before departure, so we only had about 15 minutes to enjoy ourselves, which wasn't enough time. In Haleiwa, 120 minutes wasn't enough to walk from one end to the other and enjoy a meal, so it's necessary to decide in advance where to go. The shrimp from Giovanni that I wanted to try was far away, and for some reason, the shrimp from Camaron wasn't open. Our return was scheduled for 14:15, but we were dropped off at the hotel at 15:15. I was happy that we got to pass by the Kapiolani Palace, even though we were stuck in traffic because of the parade!

ずっとガイドさんが喋ってくれながらのバス移動でしたが、日本人には何を言っているのか分かりませんでした。出発時刻の10分前には点呼されるので実質15分短い時間しか楽しめなくて時間が足りませんでした。ハレイワは120分では端から端まで歩いてご飯を楽しむことはできなかったので、あらかじめ行く場所を決めておく必要があります。食べたかったジョバンニのシュリンプは遠く、カマロンのシュリンプも何故か営業していませんでした。帰りが14：15の予定でしたがホテルに送っていただいたのは15:15でした。パレードで渋滞していたからか、カピオラニ宮殿の前を通っていただけたのは嬉しかったです！
