We participated as a couple with our two 4-year-old children. During the experience, we were unable to take photos ourselves, as the staff took pictures for us. Therefore, the photos with the dolphins were supposed to be very important memories. However, when we checked the photos at the end during the purchase, one child's photo was missing, and when we asked the staff, they couldn't explain why... It was very disappointing that, even though the photos were included in the price, we didn't have a photo of one of our children.

写真も料金に含まれているのに、子ども1名の写真が残らなかったのは非常に残念でした。

I experienced a submarine for the first time. The submarine itself is not something you can experience often, so it was a valuable and enjoyable experience. However, I didn't see as many fish as I had expected. The boat that takes you to the submarine, and the submarine itself when it's near the surface, can be quite rocky. Neither my husband nor I are prone to seasickness, but we both felt a bit queasy.

初めて潜水艦を体験しました。
潜水艦自体は中々体験できないので、貴重な経験ができて楽しかったです。
ただ、魚は思ったよりも見えませんでした。
潜水艦まで移動する船、そして潜水艦が海面近くにある時はかなり揺れます。
そこまで船酔いする方ではないですが、私も夫も船酔いしました。

Shortly after arriving offshore, we encountered a type of dolphin called the false killer whale. They are very large dolphins, and I will never forget the sight of a family swimming towards us in the water. They passed by us once, but then returned nearby, and the mother and child began to play, going up and down vertically at the surface. We were able to watch them closely for a long time. Later, our guide told us that the father dolphin had come to scout us out first and check us out. Once he gave the OK, the mother and child continued to play nearby.

At the shallow snorkeling spot we moved to afterward, we saw fish below and slowly swimming sea turtles (honu). The honu occasionally came up to the surface to breathe, poking their heads out, which was very adorable.

Finally, a pod of spinner dolphins appeared, showing their twin dorsal fins at the surface, and some even spun around, which was very cute. There were probably around 50 of them. I was surprised to hear that they are nocturnal and that during the day, half of their brains are asleep, allowing them to swim almost while sleeping.

Our Japanese guide, who was also our driver and joined us in the water, shared information about the types and behaviors of the dolphins, which was very nice! His name was Ryuichi. The main guide was a cool woman named Brooke, who dove deep like a mermaid and took a lot of videos for us. The captain told us, "Now! Jump into the sea!" and we splashed in, floating on the surface. When we looked down, dolphins were swimming by and turtles were gliding around...

Our family borrowed wetsuits, but since no other participants from Europe or America were wearing them, we found it quite warm before entering the water. With a large bath towel, we probably wouldn't have needed them at all.

沖に到着して間もなく、コビレゴンドウと言う種類のイルカに出会えました。
とても大きなイルカで、水の中でファミリーが並んでこちらへ向かってくる姿は忘れられません。一度通り過ぎましたが、その後近くに戻ってきて、親子が水面へ垂直に上がったり下がったりして遊び始め、その姿をずーーと傍で見ることが出来ました。後でガイドさんのお話で、最初にお父さんイルカが偵察に来て私たちをチェックしていたのだとか。お父さんのOKが出て、お母さんと子供が近くで遊び続けていたのだそうです。
その後移動した浅瀬のシュノーケルスポットでは、下にお魚と、ゆっっくり泳ぐウミガメ（ホヌ）達が。ホヌは時々息をしに海面へあがってきてぽこっと頭を出します。それがとても愛らしい。
最後はスピナードルフィンの群れが現れ、海面にツインで背びれを見せて、時々スピンする子もいてとてもかわいい。多分50匹くらいはいそうでした。夜行性だそうで、昼間は脳の半分は寝ていてほぼ寝ながら泳いでいると聞いて驚きました。これで寝ているなんて・・・。日本人ガイドの方（ドライバー兼海にも一緒に入ります）がイルカの種類や習性なども教えてくれたのが、とても良かったです！龍一さんという方でした。
メインのガイドはブルックという格好良い女性で、人魚のように深く潜って行ったり、動画を沢山撮ってきてくれました。私たちは船長に「今だ！海へ入れ！」と言われ、ジャブンとして水面でプカプカ浮いて、「下見て！！」と言わ、顔をつけて見ていると、ちょうどイルカが通って行ったり、カメが泳いでいたり･･･。

私たち家族は一応、ウエットスーツを借りましたが（他の欧米参加者で借りている人はなし）海に入るまでは逆に暑いくらいで、大きなバスタオルがあれば、確かに要らなかったかなという感じでした。

This sunset cruise was amazing! The staff was outstanding, the drinks and food were delicious and the live music was fantastic. I highly recommend this cruise.

It's a real submarine. Although it was made for tourism, you can see the bottom of the ocean in Waikiki. The air conditioning works well, so it's comfortable, and I was able to see small fish and sharks. Unfortunately, I didn't see any sea turtles.

本物の潜水艦です。観光用に作られたものではありますが、ワイキキの海の底を見ることができます。エアコンがきちんと効いているので快適だし、小さな魚やシャークをを見ることができました。残念ながらウミガメは見られませんでした。

The crew was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the sharks and ocean life!! A win!

The two star review is because we did get to see Manta Rays, and they were amazing. But the company itself only deserves one star. They were a disorganized mess from start to finish and it seemed like they had never led a tour before. We showed up to the storefront on time, but they spent so much time with a family with lots of kids (making changes, asking questions, listening to their complaints, etc.) that by the time they checked us in we were rushing to make it to the boat on time. We had to park far away and were running to get to the dock. We didn't realize we didn't need to rush because the people at the dock had no idea what was going on. They couldn't organize people into groups, they counted over and over, hoping people were coming out of the bathroom, and we had to tell them that a group of three had canceled at the storefront at the last minute and wouldn't be showing up. The leader of our group seemed like she had never lead a tour before. They got us out to the viewing area with no issues, but once we arrived there was much yelling among the guides about how to turn on the light boards, how to hook them together, how to swim and pull them together, etc. The tour as advertised said everyone needed to know how to swim, but they let quite a few little children come on the tour. All of the kids were freaked out in the dark water and there was a lot of crying and screaming. Then fire worms (stinging sea centipedes that usually live at the bottom but come out to reproduce around the full moon) appeared. That was obviously not the fault of the tour guides, but we kept asking what the creatures were and our guide said she had no idea, but no need to worry (even though she's a marine biologist). Eventually mass panic ensued as people were being stung by the fire worms, so they loaded us on the boats early and took us back. My husband swam and pulled all the light boards back to the boat because the tour guides were so confused/disorganized.

It was a very precious experience.
We dove with dolphins twice, and both times it was a false killer whale!
During the first dive, we swam hard and caught a glimpse of the pod. On the second dive, before we could swim much, we encountered a father, mother, and child. At first, the father was cautious, but once he realized we were not a threat, the mother began to train the child on how to breathe right in front of us, repeating it several times! A few times, they came up right below us, which was a bit scary (laughs). After saying goodbye, surprisingly, the mother and child returned to show us the child swimming again! Was it a proud moment for them? It was moving!

At the turtle spot, we saw about three turtles just sitting still, allowing us to watch them being cleaned by fish. While looking down, one suddenly appeared right beside us, observed us for a while, and then swam away!

On the way back, we swam alongside a pod of about 50 spinner dolphins, watching them spin and seeing the little ones attempt jumps. It was adorable to see a tiny baby swimming with the whole family.

Steff accurately read the dolphins' movements and gave us dive instructions. Ryuichi drove the shuttle bus, provided precise interpretation on the boat, and supported the children with life vests during the dives, which was a great help. The lovely staff member Brooke swam at the front, took photos, and quickly shared the footage via AirDrop. It became a wonderful memory!

とても貴重な体験でした。
イルカは2回ダイブしましたが、2回ともコビレゴンドウでした。イルカと言うかクジラでした！
1回目はダイブして頑張って泳いで群れがちらっと見えました。2回目はダイブしてあまり泳がないうちにすぐ、
お父さん、お母さん、子供の3頭で、最初のうちはお父さんが警戒していましたが、敵ではないと分かったらしくお母さんが子供に呼吸の仕方を、私達の目の前で何度も繰り返しトレーニングしてくれました！何度かは真下から上がって来て、少し怖いぐらいでした（笑）その後さよならしたのですが、何と！再びお母さんと子供が戻ってきて、子供を紹介する様に、再び私達に泳いでいる子供を見せにきてくれました！！
自慢の子供なのかな？感動しました！

亀のスポットも最初から３匹ほどじっつとして、魚にクリーニングしている姿を見せてくれました。
下をみていたら、突然真横に現れて、こっちを観察してくれてしばらく回りを泳いでくれた後潜って行きました！

その後は帰りにスピナードルフィンの50頭くらいの群れと並走して、スピンしてくれたり、子供の失敗ジャンプを見たり、本当に小さな赤ちゃんが家族みんなと一緒に泳いで可愛かったです。

ステッフは的確にイルカの動きを読んで、ダイブの指示をくれて、
龍一さんは、送迎バスの運転や、ボート上では的確に通訳して下さり、ダイブしたらしんがりを努めて下さり、子供を救命様の浮きでサポートして下さり、助かりました。
綺麗なスタッフのブルックさんは、先頭で泳いでくれて、撮影もしてくれて、映像をすぐにエアドロップで共有して下さり。大変良い思い出になりました！

船は今回は17名で6名日本人でした！

Swimming with a pod of false killer whales and long-finned pilot whales, and experiencing the thrill of swimming alongside sea turtles and colorful fish below was like a dream. The staff, including Steff and Brooke, were kind, and even if you're worried about your English, Ryuichi's careful interpretation provides great reassurance. I had the rare opportunity to see a sea urchin up close. For those prone to seasickness, bringing motion sickness medication will make your experience even more enjoyable. The excitement waiting for you is enough to blow away any small worries, creating a lifelong memory etched in your heart. I highly recommend this experience for families.

コビレゴンドウとハシナガイルカの群れと一緒に泳ぎ、3時間目には、真下にはウミガメ、色鮮やかな魚たちと一緒に泳ぐ体験。まるで夢の中のような体験でした。ステッフさんと、ブルックさん、スタッフの皆さんも親切で、英語が不安でも龍一さんの丁寧な通訳でとても安心です。ウニをとってみせてもらったり本当に貴重な体験をさせて頂きましたが。酔いやすい方は酔い止めを準備するとさらに快適に楽しめます。小さな不安を吹き飛ばすほどの感動が待っていて、心に刻まれる一生の思い出になりました。家族で体験するのにも最高におすすめです。

We reserved a private tour for 10 people, including our four grandchildren and our four daughters and their husbands. During the snorkeling, where we saw sea turtles and fish, we were able to enjoy it together at the pace of the little ones without any worries.

孫4人と娘たち夫婦4人に、私たち夫婦で10名の貸切としてもらいました。ウミガメや魚を見るシュノーケリングでは、小さい子供のペースで気兼ねなくわがままに、皆んなで楽しめました。

The guys were great, there were a ton of sharks. Just wish they would have given a little bit of instruction as to the use of the snorkel. I spent a fair amount of time afraid I wasn’t using it properly and would inhale the water. Otherwise it was a super experience! I would definitely recommend Hawaii Shark Experience.

It was a valuable experience, but it felt too commercialized, and I wasn't moved by it. There were about 40 participants in the tour I joined, and there were many other boats from different companies in the area. Right below us, there was also a group diving. Due to the timing, we could definitely see a lot of manta rays. They appeared one after another and even spun right in front of us.

貴重な体験でしたが、あまりにも商業的な感じがして、感動はありませんでした。私の参加したツアーの参加者は40人くらいで、現地には他社の船もいっぱいでした。私たちの真下では、ダイビングしているグループもいました。時期的なこともあって、確かにマンタはたくさん見ることができます。次から次へと現れて、目の前で回転してくれたりもしました。

We were traveling with young kids who were not really into snorkeling.. so we were looking inexpensive ways to look at some beautiful marine life. This was perfect for us. 5 minutes walk from our resort. Friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly patient staff. Luckily we kind of got a private tour as there was no one else at the same time as ours.

Kids loved it, we loved it too. Definitely recommended!!

I was lucky enough to see dolphins up close multiple times while snorkeling, and it was so much fun. The staff were kind and great people.

There were also Japanese staff members, so even those who are not good at English can enjoy themselves without worry. The conversations were interesting, so I want to go again.

Since the dolphins are wild, it seems that on unlucky days you might not see them, but just being on the boat is enjoyable, so I highly recommend it.

I was worried since I went with a small child and a senior, but I received incredibly supportive assistance. The child was initially scared during the first entry into the water and couldn’t see the dolphins, but we were able to spot dolphins early on, allowing for multiple entries into the water. We got to see a rare type of dolphin called the false killer whale, which came very close, exciting the guide as well, and the kids were thrilled! We also saw many sea turtles at another spot, took photos underwater, and enjoyed sitting on the edge of the speedboat like on a banana boat. By the end, they were having so much fun that they didn’t want to leave. The sea was beautiful as well. I don’t speak any English, but thanks to our Japanese guide, Ryuichi, I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind. The guides, Brooke, Jason, and Brian, all contributed to making wonderful memories. I was also worried about getting cold, but I was able to borrow a wetsuit, so I enjoyed myself without shivering from the cold. Prescription goggles were also available for rent. I’m really glad I chose Dolphin Academy among the various tours available.

小さな子供とシニアと一緒に行ったので、心配していましたが、申し訳ないほど手厚くサポートしてもらえました。子供は最初の入水でビビって水中でイルカを見ることが出来ませんでしたが、早くにイルカを発見できたことで何度も入水出来たので、ガイドさんが興奮するくらい、間近まで近づいてきたレアなコビレゴンドウクジラという種類の大きなイルカを見ることが出来、子供達も大興奮！！別のスポットでウミガメもたくさん見たり、水中から写真を撮ってもらったり、高速ボートの端に座ってバナナボートのように楽しんでみたりと最後にはまだ帰りたくないというほど楽しんでいました。海もとても綺麗でした。英語が全く出来ませんが、日本人ガイドのリューイチさんのおかげで安心してツアーに参加することができました。
ガイドのブルックさん、ジェイソンさん、ブライアンさんみんなで盛り上げてくれて最高の思い出を作ることができました。
体の冷えも心配していましたが、ウェットスーツを借りることができたので、寒さに震えることなく楽しめました。度付きのゴーグルも貸してもらえます。色々あるツアーの中でイルカ中学さんを選んで本当に良かったです。

It was very hot, but I had a great time. It seemed that there were few staff members who could provide guidance in Japanese at Sea Life Park, but there was one male staff member who was fluent in Japanese. He explained things to us beforehand and stayed nearby to assist during the experience, which was reassuring. The program with the dolphins was a valuable experience that you can't have in Japan.

When I got off the shuttle bus on the way there, I was anxious because there was no information about the return pick-up time; we were just dropped off. While I was at the Sea Life Park reception, the staff there informed me that the bus would depart at 2 PM.

とても暑かったですが，楽しかったです。
シーライフパークには日本語で案内できる方は少ないようでしたが，日本語が堪能な男性スタッフが一人いらっしゃって，事前に説明してくださり，体験している間も近くにいて補助してくださったので，心強かったです。
イルカとのプログラムは日本ではできない貴重な体験でした。

行きの送迎バスを降りたとき，帰りのお迎えの時間もこれからどうするかの何の案内もなく，ただおろされただけだったので，不安でした。わからないまま，シーライフパークの受付を行っていたら，受付の方から14時にバスが出発すると告げられました。

Really cool experience for the family. Adult kids of 23,21,18 really enjoyed it as well. Very friendly staff, manta rays got within inches of your face and even brushed up against you on occasion. Definitely an excursion that doesn’t take up a whole day or afternoon and you can squeeze in if your looking for something to do after dark

I participated in the 6:30 AM tour. I was more worried about seasickness than the sharks, as I had read in reviews that it could be severe. In the end, the boat and the cage did sway, but perhaps because it was morning, I managed to cope with the slight rocking. On the way back, I dozed off, but my child said they saw dolphins.

Regarding the number of sharks, I thought I wouldn't see many, but it seems there is a way to attract them, and we were able to see quite a few. The moment I first saw the silhouette glowing in fluorescent colors from the sunrise above the boat was the scariest, but since the sharks weren't charging at the cage, I was reasonably satisfied.

Additionally, I brought my own snorkeling set, as mentioned in the reviews. I also got to see the beautiful morning scenery of the North and saw plenty of sharks, so I was very satisfied with this experience.

朝6:30のツアーに参加しました。
口コミより、船酔いがひどいとあったので鮫よりもそちらの心配ばかりしていました。
結果、船もゲージも確かに揺れはしましたが朝だったおかげか多少の揺れで乗り切れました。帰りは居眠りしていたのですが、子どもが言うにはイルカも見えたようです。
鮫の量については、なんだかんだそんなに見られないかと思っていましたが、呼び寄せ方があるようでたくさん見ることができました。
先に船の上から朝日で蛍光色に浮かび上がるシルエットを見た時が1番怖さを感じたのですが、ゲージにガシガシ突進してくる鮫ではなかったので、程よく満足。
加えて、口コミにもあったのでシュノーケルセットは持ち込みました。
ノースの綺麗な朝の景色も見られ、鮫もたくさん見たのでこの1回で大満足です。

I was able to see dolphins perfectly. First, we boarded a small boat to search for dolphins. The boat, powered by two engines, moved at an incredible speed. It felt like riding a banana boat, and it was fun even while we were moving.

After about 15-20 minutes of searching, we spotted dolphins. During the first time we entered the water, we only caught a glimpse of two dolphins diving. We set out again to search for dolphins, and during the second attempt, we were able to see dozens of dolphins in the ocean. After that, we moved to another spot and were also able to see several sea turtles perfectly.

Ken, the Japanese staff member, was very kind, and I felt reassured to participate even with my concerns about speaking English. Since the boat is small, it does sway quite a bit. If you're worried about motion sickness, I think taking anti-nausea medication is essential. It's said that the waters in Hawaii are calmest in the morning, so even though the meeting time is early, I recommend the first tour.

The boat from Dolphin University had a toilet and was well-equipped, but if seeing dolphins and swimming with them is your top priority, it seems that Dolphin Junior is recommended because their boat can maneuver more easily. There was also plenty of time for snorkeling, making it a very satisfying tour.

イルカはバッチリ見れました。
まずは小型のボートに乗り込み、イルカを探しに行きます。船はエンジンを2台のパワーで動くのですごいスピードが出ます。バナナボートに乗っているような感覚で移動中も楽しかったです。
15-20分ほど探したところで、イルカを発見。1回目海に入ったところでは2頭のイルカが潜っていく所を少し見れた程度でした。改めてイルカを探しに船を走らせ、2回目では数十頭のイルカを海の中から見ることができました。その後別のスポットまで移動して、海亀も数匹バッチリ見ることが出来ました。
日本人スタッフのケンさんもとても親切で英語に不安があっても安心して参加できました。
船が小型なので結構揺れます。乗り物酔いが心配な場合は酔い止めの服用は必須かと思います。ハワイの海は朝が1番穏やかとのことで、集合は朝早いですが1番最初のツアーがおすすめです。
イルカ大学の船にはトイレが付いていたり設備が充実していましたが、イルカを見る、イルカと泳ぐことが優先順位1位であればイルカ中学の方が船が小回りきくこともありおすすめだそうです。
シュノーケルの時間もたっぷりあり、大満足なツアーでした。

The staff were great at getting everyone excited and taught us with care. There was also a Japanese guide, which made me feel at ease participating! Dolphins swam in from all directions, and we could see them up close 🐬. After that, we moved to a snorkeling spot for some free snorkeling time. There, we were able to see sea turtles, which was a very precious experience for me(^^).

その後シュノーケリングスポットに移動して自由にシュノーケリングタイム。そこではウミガメを見ることもでき、とても貴重な体験をすることがだしました(^^)

Great experience! Like snorkeling without getting wet. They took us over beautiful reefs with lots of fish. It was fun! The guides were great!

A few years ago, I participated and had such a great time that this time I joined with my son and his girlfriend, making it a family of four. Last time it was in April, so the sea was cold and I felt chilly, but this time we were well-prepared for the cold (in July). Once again, many manta rays turned right in front of us, and I almost shouted with excitement. We’re not supposed to touch them, but the other three were so close that they ended up being touched by the manta rays. You can even see inside the manta's mouth. There’s also an explanation about manta ray ecology, which makes you feel like you understand the manta rays in front of you even better. Time really flew by, and it was a tour where I didn’t want to get out of the water. This is definitely something you should participate in.

数年前に参加して、とても楽しかったので、今度は初めて訪れる息子と彼女を伴って家族4人で参加しました。前回は4月だったため海が冷たく体が冷えたのですが、今回は防寒対策もバッチリした上で参加（7月）。今回もたくさんのマンタが目の前でターンしてくれて、声をあげそうになりました。タッチしてはいけないのですが、あまりに近すぎて、私以外の三人はマンタに触られたそうです。マンタの口の中まで見えます。マンタの生態についても説明があるので、目の前のマンタをより理解した気分になります。本当にあっという間に時間がたってしまい、海から上がりたくないと思うツアーです。これは、絶対に参加した方がいいです。

I participated with my spouse and our 10-year-old son. The staff were cheerful and kind, and the Japanese staff member, Tamae, provided thorough explanations in advance. The descriptions from Trevor, Diego, and Scott on the way to the point were enjoyable, and we arrived at the point in no time.

Once we reached the point and entered the water, we immediately encountered manta rays. In fact, we saw three large manta rays! Watching the manta rays gracefully swim through the darkness was mystical and incredibly moving.

Although we are not allowed to touch them (as the bacteria from humans can cause illness in manta rays), they came so close that we could almost touch them. Being able to see manta rays up close was truly a rare experience.

After getting back on the boat and during our return to the port, we enjoyed hot cocoa and snacks, and the cocoa was delicious and warmed up our chilled bodies.

As we were leaving, a Japanese staff member gave me a sticker, saying, "I had fun today too." I also had a great time, and I really appreciated how much they cared about my wife, who got seasick. It became a wonderful memory. I heard that there's a 20% discount for the next visit, so I definitely want to come back!

ポイントに着くまでのTrevor,Diego,Scottさん達の説明も楽しく、あっという間にポイントに到着しました。
ポイントに着いて海に入ったらすぐにマンタに会えました。しかも大きなマンタが3枚も！
暗闇の中を優雅に泳ぐマンタは神秘的でとても感動しました。
マンタには触ってはいけないのですが(人間の持っているバクテリアがマンタの体に付くと病気になってしまう可能性があるため)、触れそうなくらい近くまで来てくれて、こんなに近くでマンタを見れたのは本当に貴重な経験でした。
ボートに上がってから港に帰るまでの間にホットココアとスナックをいただき、ココアは冷えた体を温めてくれてとても美味しかったです。

Mantas came close to me multiple times, and I was extremely excited. They swam so close that it was almost surprising we didn't bump into each other.
