Overall i would say it's a must-do on the big island.
The crew was fun and helpful.
That particular night was somewhat cold and light on mantas but you get what you get. Crew doesn't control the animals.

Very, very enjoyable time! Spectacular views, beautiful boat, spectacular crew.

We like this tour, it was very well run, the staff kept you informed and entertained at the same time. My wife and went on this tour as part of our 40th wedding anniversary. We saw things that we would never have seen any other way.
We are very happy that we were able to experience this tour.
We would recommend to anyone.

Our canoe boat trip was great. We loved the smaller boat experience - only about 12 of us - vs. the big catamarans. The captain and crew of two were friendly and fun. In the water we saw lots of Manta Rays. Our young lady crew member filled us in on lots of info about manta rays while in the water. My son took lots of GoPro videos and images. One hour was just right, since the trip out to the viewing spot only took a few minutes.

A great way to enjoy an amazing sunset in Maui celebrating a Mother/Daughter trip and my 60th birthday. Tasty 3 course meal with 3 cocktails included. The Captain and Crew were pleasant and accommodating. The Captain dropped nuggets of information about the island as we cruised. The waves were pretty rocky but was no big deal for us. The only thing I took issue with was the salad greens were wilted, other than that everything was great!

A fantastic experience - would do it again in a heartbeat!

I was happy to participate this time since my previous visit to Hawaii was canceled due to weather issues. Although visibility may vary depending on the weather, the day I participated was very sunny, and I was able to see the ocean floor beautifully.

You can see a wide variety of fish, from small ones to quite large ones.

I was also very satisfied to encounter sea turtles twice.

天気によって透明度等が変わるかもしれませんが私が参加した日はとても天気がよく、綺麗に海底を見ることができました。

小さな魚からかなり大きなサイズの魚まで幅広い種類をみることができます。

また2度もウミガメに遭遇することができて大満足でした。

I felt safe and enjoyed myself as they paid attention to infection prevention. The staff who spoke Japanese provided clear explanations about the dolphins, which made it enjoyable. The experience of feeding the sea turtles was also fun as they came right up close. I definitely want to go again next time.

Had a great experience with my daughter. The boat was a little rocky and I’m very sensitive. But overall it was fun. The staff was very knowledgeable. I saw three huge shark and I was done.

Fun for the family, the kids really enjoyed it! The crew was friendly and made the experience memorable.

The crew with Captain David was awesome! Very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable and safe on the way out to the cage, during the encounter, and on our way back to the dock. We were lucky to see 4 tiger sharks as we arrived. This was a bucket list item for me snd the crew made it all that more memorable. Would recommend booking with this company for your future shark encounters!

The guides and the captain were all very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful, which made the tour extra enjoyable and fun! We saw schools of little fish and minnows right in front of our eyes (they also occasionally ran into our hands and faces) and definitely saw a couple huge manta rays! Overall a fun tour.
Quick tip: wearing the wetsuit helped a lot, as the water got really cold when it got dark, and longer you stay in the water, the colder it gets. Also, would not recommend going the day you get off the plane, as my boyfriend and I got extremely seasick towards the end of the manta ray viewing. However, our guides and the captain gave us many tips on how to feel better and fed us with snacks and drinks.

I booked this excursion for my family of 4 (two young adult sons). I specifically chose a Thursday because of the live music. The crew was fantastic, the trip was very smooth, and we all had a great time. The appetizers were nice and they did a great job of offering multiple passes at both the food and drinks. We have done a sunset cruise on each of our trips to Maui and this was amongst the best experiences for us.

The staff was amazing! The tour is a wonderful experience. I was hoping to see more marine life, but of course that’s not in anyones control. That was my only disappointment. Otherwise everything was well organized. I would recommend this excursion at least once to experience it.

The crew and team were great/ I had 6 kids ages 5-10 and they did a great job and were very accommodating and helpful! Would do it again!

This was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it! Everything felt safe and easy. We were able to focus on the wonderful display from the rays under us. The team was amazing, and even took pictures. All around incredible.

We absolutely loved our sunset sail! We were on our honeymoon and it was the perfect activity! From the appetizers and drinks to seeing the most beautiful rainbow to having a live musical artist on board, it was truly the best experience.

Overall we enjoyed this adventure.
-The staff was very good. They were both informative and entertaining.
- We went on a very windy day, but they managed the ocean well and got us to our destination.
- We managed to see a couple of nice sized Sharks while we were out. The cage was very secure and you had no feelings of not being safe.
- I had an AMAZING time, but my husband, who can't handle the sea travel, got sick.

Had a good time and would definitely recommend.

This was a once in a lifetime experience!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt so safe and we saw some Galapagos sharks, some barracuda and even a tiger shark!! It was so much fun! Definitely a great opportunity for anyone!!

I booked this as a spontaneous adventure for my parents and siblings first time visiting Oahu. None of us are super outdoorsy people (I don't even know how to swim) but we had a blast with this experience. The crew was fun, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a lot of nervousness and anxiety with an experience like this but I felt at ease with them with their experience at sea and knowledge of the sharks we encountered. I loved that they loved what they do. I loved that we all shared the same respect and awe for the sharks.

We were fortunate enough to see 2 tiger sharks and dolphins on the way back!! Even my mom who was brought along as just an observer had an incredible experience on the boat ride and took some awesome pics! I wish I had prior experience working with snorkeling gear and learning breathing techniques to stay down longer to spend more time seeing the beautiful tiger sharks we saw. Next time, because there for sure will be, I'll be ready to handle the currents, my breathing techniques, and will bring my own GoPro! Can't wait for next time! The Manta Ray snorkel experience was AMAZING! one of our favorite things we did on the Big Island. The crew was so fun and helpful. The hot chocolate after we got out of the water was the perfect touch. Definitely book this tour!!!

Upon arrival, the check in process was smooth. You can take a look at the Banyan Tree or take a quick stroll on Front Street after check in while you wait for the tour to start.

We found the crew to be incredibly friendly and professional. The submarine was clean and well air conditioned. There are no guarantees of what type of sea life will be around but we got lucky with a small shark and ray! Spent lots of time at the shipwreck site :) There are also some pretty amazing photo opportunities as you take the boat to/from the submarine.

Would highly recommend!

We are retired and this was a bucket list item. This was fun for any age an experience you take with you forever.
We made adventure friends and have pictures to share with our grandkids.
I highly recommend this for families with kids. A wonderful way to start a new appreciation for the ocean.
