I was skeptical about whether we would really see whales, but we encountered many of them. The whale tails visible from the sea were truly adorable.

My son loves fish, and every time we go to Hawaii, he participates in snorkeling and submarine tours, but this time we joined a sea bob tour. I was a bit worried because I had my 75-year-old mother and 10-year-old son with me, but the underwater scenery in Hawaii was absolutely amazing. The sea bob had food attached to it, which attracted a lot of fish, and both of them were thrilled. It was my first experience too, and I was deeply moved by the clarity of the water and the cute fish! I definitely want to participate again!

However, we had to take a small boat to the diving point, and there was a waiting time of about 10 to 15 minutes while three people dove at a time. The boat was rocking quite a bit while anchored, so many people got seasick. I took motion sickness medication, so I was fine. I think even those who usually don’t get seasick should bring some along.

息子が大の魚好きで、毎回ハワイに行くとシュノーケルや潜水艦のツアーに参加していたんですが、今回はシーボブに参加しました。
７５歳の母と１０歳の息子がいたのでちょっと不安でしたが、ハワイの海中はとても素晴らしく、シーボブに餌が付いているので沢山のお魚たちが寄ってきてくれ、二人とも大はしゃぎでした。私も初体験でしたが海の透明感とかわいいお魚たちに触れて大感動！
また参加したいと思います！
ただ、潜るポイントまで小型の船で行き、三人ずつ１０～１５分潜っている間の待ち時間があり、停泊している船が結構揺れるので船酔い者続出でした。
私は酔い止めを飲んでいたので大丈夫でした。普段酔わない方も持って行った方が良いと思います。

When we arrived in Hawaii at 7:00 AM on November 21, 2015, it was raining heavily. The next day, on the 22nd, and on the 23rd, there were light showers in the morning, which made us anxious as we boarded the bus for the private Dolphin Middle School.

As we made our way to the port, we listened to the instructions from Mr. Takao of Dolphin School. Initially, everyone seemed a bit grumpy and anxious, but as he started talking, suddenly there was a downpour (T ^ T). I imitated Tetsuya Takeda, saying, "Alright! Please listen carefully to the teacher's talk!" and it seemed to ease everyone's worried expressions a little. Just as we were nearing the port, the sky began to brighten (^ ^). It felt as if our prayers had been answered!

As we quickly boarded the Zodiac and set off to find the dolphins, the rain stopped and the weather cleared up! Near the port, the water was murky and brown, ruining the beauty of Hawaii's ocean. However, about ten minutes later, we spotted a pod of dolphins! They swam right next to the Zodiac. Although the water's clarity was poor and we couldn't see them clearly, we could see the shadows of the dolphins passing by.

The captain confirmed the direction of the dolphins and gave the go-ahead to jump in! We quickly entered the water, and Mr. Takao called out his famous line, "Look down! Look down!" We confirmed that a pod of dolphins was swimming through the murky water! After seeing the dolphins move on, we got back on the boat to search for them again.

Unfortunately, we had to wait for the pod to emerge from the murky water, and when the captain gave the go-ahead, everyone said they could faintly see them, but all I could see was the murky water (T ^ T).

This time, we were able to see them, but we were ultimately defeated by the wild dolphins and the power of nature. Thank you to the teacher, the captain, and all the staff. I hope to participate again. Next time, I want to see them under a blue sky and in clear water.

2015年11月21日AM7:00にハワイへ到着したらダーダーの雨、翌日22日も、、23日も朝から小雨がパラパラと不安になりながら私立イルカ中学のバスに乗り込みました。
イルカ学校のタカオ先生に注意事項を聞きながら港まで進みました。
最初はなんだか不機嫌そうな感じで参加者のみんなも不安そうな中話を始めましたが、途中急に大雨(T ^ T)ジャンジャン降りで「はい！先生の話をよ〜〜く聞いてください」と武田鉄矢をまねてみんなの不安そうな顔も少しほぐれてきたのか、港に着く間際に空が明るくなってきたでわありませんか(^ ^)みんなの祈りが通じたかのごとくでした！
早速ゾディアックに乗って目的のイルカを目指し出港した時には雨も上がり晴天になって来ました！
港の近く、浜辺近くは水が濁って茶色になってハワイの美しい海が台なしでした。
そう言って10分くらいでイルカの群れ発見‼︎イルカたちがソディアックすぐそばまで来て泳いでいました。海の透明度が悪くハッキリは見えませんがイルカの魚影が過ぎていくのを見れました。
船長がイルカの方向を確認し「ここで飛び込め！」のゴーサインが出ました！
早速入水しタカオ先生が「下見て！下見て！」の名物コール！濁った海の中にイルカの群れが通るのを確認しました！
イルカの群れが移動したのを見ると再度船に乗り込みイルカの群れを探しました。
残念ながらイルカの群れが濁った海の中から出てくるのを待ち船長のゴーサイン！みんなはかすかに見えたそうですが私には濁った海しか(T ^ T)
今回はとりあえず見ることができましたがやはり野生のイルカと自然の猛威に完敗でした。
先生、船長、スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。
また参加できたらよろしくお願いします。次回はブルースカイ&透き通った海でみたいです。

This is EXCELLENT!!! When my brother went back to the hotel he kept raving about it.....how excellent his experience was...and how very supportive the divers were.

The pickup in Oita was a bit late, but they contacted me properly. The weather was nice, and I was able to see manta rays. The guide was kind, and it was a lot of fun. If I could wish for something, it would be that it was a bit cheaper, but that might be difficult...

大分迎えが遅れましたがきちんと連絡はくれました。天気が良くてマンタも見られ、
ガイドさんも親切で楽しかった
です。欲を言えばもう少し安いと嬉しいですが難しいかな。。。

We are a young couple, 21 & 20! The staff were the friendliest people we have come across in Hawaii! The experience itself was worth every cent! Fish came right up to us, you can even touch them! Highly recommend!

Staff were amazing and made the adventure perfect. Awesome experience shared with my nephew. Coming back to Hawaii in April and will be doing this again for 3rd time! Sea was really rough but made it all so much more fun, was given option to change days or refund but so glad we decided to go ahead, was a fabulous day.

My husband and I participated in the first morning session. I was a bit anxious about whether our reservation was confirmed, but we were picked up on time by a car with a big shark picture on it ( ˊᵕˋ ). It was tough getting up at 5:30 AM, though (laughs).

After about an hour's drive, we arrived and boarded the boat!!! The crew didn't speak any Japanese, so we read the instructions in Japanese. Even though they couldn't speak Japanese, they communicated well through gestures, so it wasn't a problem at all♪ On the way to the shark spot, they playfully startled us with shark dolls and checked to see if we were feeling okay; they were really nice people.

When we reached the spot, there were so many sharks on the surface!!! Since our turn was third, we watched the sharks swimming around. The journey to the spot was fine, but once the boat stopped, I started to feel a bit seasick (laughs). It seemed like everyone else felt the same way (laughs). We didn't get to the point of throwing up, but a few people did look like they were struggling (；▽；).

However, when it was our turn, our excitement took over, and the seasickness disappeared! The sharks we saw right in front of us were absolutely beautiful! They didn't bump into the cage, just swimming around it gracefully (*˘︶˘*). There were more than ten sharks♪ But some people inside the cage looked a bit seasick and unwell (；▽；). I wouldn't recommend this for those who are prone to motion sickness (；▽；).

But it was an incredibly valuable experience!!!

旦那と二人で朝イチの部で参加しました。
ちゃんと予約できてるか不安でしたが、時間通りにサメの絵が大きく載った車でお迎えにきてもらいました( ˊᵕˋ )朝5:30でさすがにつらかったですが(笑)
車で1時間ほどで到着し、船に乗って出発！！！
クルーのみなさんは全く日本語はしゃべれないので、日本語表記の注意書きを読みました。日本語はしゃべれないけど、ジェスチャーなどで伝わるのでぜんぜん問題ありませんでした♪サメがいるスポットまでの道のりもサメの人形で脅かしてきたり、具合悪くないかとか気にかけてくれてとても良い人たちでした。
ポイントについたら水面にたくさんのサメが！！！
私達夫婦の順番は３番目だったので、水面のサメを見たりしてました。
ポイントまでの道のりは全然平気でしたか、船が止まるとすこーしずつ酔ってきました(笑)みなさんそんな感じでした(笑)私たちは吐くまではなかったけど、何人かは吐いていてつらそうでした(；▽；)
でも自分たちの番になるとテンションが上がり、船酔いなんて吹っ飛びました！
目の前で見えるサメたちはとても美しかったです！檻にぶつかってくるなんて危険な事はなく、檻のまわりをぐるぐると泳いでる感じです(*˘︶˘*)10匹以上いました♪でも中には檻の中で波酔いして、具合悪そうな方もいました(；▽；)酔いやすいかたはオススメ出来ないですね(；▽；)
でもすごく貴重な体験が出来ました！！！

The highlight of this trip to Hawaii was definitely this experience. The explanations were easy to understand, and it became a wonderful memory. While waiting for our turn to use the scooter, we enjoyed feeding fish from the boat and had the freedom to go snorkeling, making the wait enjoyable. The videos and photos turned out beautifully, creating the best memories.

今回のハワイ旅行の1番の楽しみでした。
説明もわかりやすく、とてもいい思い出になりました。スクーターの順番待ちの間は、ボートから魚にエサをあげたりシュノーケリングが自由に出来たりと、待ち時間も楽しく過ごせました。
動画&写真も綺麗にとれていて最高の思い出となりました。

My daughter, who loves the ocean, wanted to participate in a snorkeling experience with dolphins! I read reviews and didn't expect much when they said you swim with dolphins, as I thought they would just pass by below while snorkeling. However, I was amazed because I saw them clearly three times when I jumped in! They swam close to the boat, and I could also see them jumping in the distance, which was great! We were lucky to spot something that looked like a whale on the way there too!

When I asked my husband, who usually doesn't get very emotional, what he enjoyed the most in Hawaii, he said, "I got a bit tired from swimming, but it was probably the dolphins..." so I think he really enjoyed it. Just keep in mind that even though it's called snorkeling, you have to chase after the dolphins when they come, so it can be tough for those who aren't good swimmers, and if you fall behind, you might miss seeing them. If you can swim normally, you'll be fine. If we get the chance to go back to Hawaii, I would love to join this tour again! (*^^*)

海が大好きな娘の希望でイルカとシュノーケルに参加しました！
口コミを見てイルカと泳ぐ・・・と言ってもシュノーケルしてる下の方をイルカが一瞬で通り過ぎるだけそれほど期待してはいなかったけど３度飛び込んで３度とも見えたし下の方でしたがはっきり見えたので感動でした！
ボートのそばを泳いでくらたり遠くではジャンプする姿も見え良かったです♪
行く途中で鯨らしき物も見えたのでラッキーでした！
普段あまり感動しない旦那さんに『ハワイで何が一番楽しかった？』と聞いたら『泳ぐのにちょっと疲れたけどイルカかな・・・』と言っていたのでよほど楽しかったと思います。
ただシュノーケルと言ってもイルカが来たら追いかけるように着いていかなければいけないので泳ぎの得意ではない人は大変だし遅れると見えない事もあります。
ふつうに泳げるなら大丈夫です。
もしまたハワイに行けることがあれば参加したいツアーです。(*^^*)

It's the best! You can easily enjoy it even without scuba gear or if you're a beginner at scuba diving! Large and colorful tropical fish gather around and peck food right from your hand! You absolutely must experience it at least once.

I was so excited about my first trip to Hawaii that I forgot to call the dolphin desk after arriving at the hotel, but I managed to get in touch the night before and was able to join the tour without any issues.

The meeting time was 6 AM. It was still dark, with the sun not yet risen, when we were picked up by a bright yellow bus. I was quite sleepy and thought I would take a nap on the way, but the student council president (the guide) gave a detailed and entertaining explanation about the port we were heading to, the types of dolphins we might see, important notes, and equipment, all while incorporating some impersonations. As a result, I didn’t get a second of sleep during the approximately one-hour ride to the port.

We boarded a high-speed boat to search for dolphins, and it was so much fun! The boat sped along just above the water's surface, bouncing over large waves, making me forget for a moment that we were searching for dolphins. We got splashed with water, so it was cold regardless of the water temperature. I rented a wetsuit for $10, so I didn’t feel the chill, but my husband, without a wetsuit, seemed to be quite cold.

The boat went all the way from Waianae to beyond Ko Olina, but we didn’t find any dolphins. We returned to Waianae, but still no dolphins. The student council president's face started to look more and more worried. As the tour was nearing its end without anyone having entered the water, and just when everyone was starting to give up, the student council president made a surprising suggestion.

After checking the participants' plans, and since no one was in a hurry to return, we decided to continue searching for dolphins! This time, we headed north to Makua Beach. There, we found dolphins! We immediately jumped into the water and were able to swim with seven dolphins.

After that, we enjoyed snorkeling with sea turtles at another spot before returning to the port, where we were taken back to the hotel. We arrived an hour later than scheduled, but I was really glad to have been able to swim with the dolphins.

In a typical tour, I think it would have ended with, "We didn’t see any this time. It can’t be helped since they are wild dolphins." But Dolphin Middle School was different.

I am truly grateful to the student council president and the crew for not giving up and continuing to search for dolphins until the end.

初めてのハワイ旅行にすっかり舞い上がり、ホテル到着後イルカデスクに電話連絡することを忘れてしまいましたが、前日の夜に連絡をとることができ、無事ツアーに参加できました。
集合は朝6時。まだ朝日も昇っておらず暗い中、鮮やかな黄色いバスでピックアップ。かなり眠たかったので、行きのバスで仮眠を…と思っていましたが、生徒会長（＝ガイドさん）より、これから行く港の場所や、見られるイルカの種類、諸注意、装備につい等々、モノマネを交えながら面白く細かく説明されるため、港に到着するまでの約１時間、寝る時間は１秒もありませんでした。

港から高速船に乗ってイルカを探すのですが、この船が楽しい！海面スレスレをビュンビュン飛ばして進み、大波を越える時は大きくバウンドして、イルカを探していることを一瞬忘れます。水しぶきを浴びながら進むので、水温に関係なく寒いです。私は＄１０でウェットスーツを借りていたので感じませんでしたが、ウェットスーツなしの主人はかなり寒かったようです。

船はワイアナエからコオリナの先まで進みましたが、イルカ発見ならず。ワイアナエまで戻るも、やはりイルカはいない。生徒会長の顔もだんだん曇ってきます。一度も海に入ることなくツアー終了の時間が近づき、誰もが諦めかけたとき、生徒会長からの意外な提案が。
ツアー参加者にこの後の予定を確認し、特に急いで帰りたい人がいなかったため、イルカ探しを続行することに！今度は北へ船を進ませマクアビーチへ。そこでイルカ発見！すぐさま海へ入り、７頭のイルカと一緒に泳ぐことができました。
その後、別のポイントでウミガメとシュノーケリングを楽しんでから帰港し、ホテルへと送迎してもらいました。予定より１時間も遅れての到着となりましたが、イルカと一緒に泳ぐことができたので本当に良かったです。

普通のツアーなら「今回は見られませんでした。野生のイルカだから仕方ないですね。」で終了だと思いますが、イルカ中学は違いました。

最後まで諦めずにイルカを探してくれた生徒会長やクルーの皆さんに感謝、感謝です。

I was thrilled to see the whale right in front of me. However, the rocking of the boat was severe, and my whole family got seasick. That was disappointing. I almost got seasick for the first time myself, so it might have been a bit tough for the kids.

目の前のクジラに感激。しかし、揺れが酷く家族皆船酔いでダウン。そこが残念でした。
自分も初めて船酔いになりかけたので、子供たちには少しつらかったかな。

Checking in, having our picture taken, getting into and out of the submarine was so easy. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to do it again. We every saw a shark. Very cool.

Holy cow, if you can afford this, DO IT! Up close and personal with the fishes--you can pet them and everything. There is a food thingey attached to each sub scooter, so that's why they are coming right up to you, it's awesome.
Lots of turtles in the water too--we had one swim right next to us! Afterward, when on the boat, several others swam close around us.
The divers were all great guys to work with. Very good at their job, and very nice to everyone. A great crew. They also take photos and video of you with the sea life while you are down there--you can purchase these afterward. Plan on it--$50 for both photos and video. They are great, and you can't get as good with your own camera (at least I don't see how you would).
I also preferred this to snorkeling, because of being deeper in the water, the view is much different, yet there are no worries about breathing or anything--it's the awesomeness of being in a bubble! Absolutely fantastic adventure. Highly recommend.

This fella was awesome! Not only funny but intelligent and insanely fearless! Loved listening to him and his crew. Very amazing people, ask questions, was a terrific time!!

It wasn't exactly as I imagined, with an abundance of always beautiful fish, but the experience of riding in a submarine is something you don't get to do often, so I'm glad I participated. I joined with my 80-year-old mother, and we were able to enjoy it without any issues.

想像していた程、常に綺麗なお魚がいっぱいというわけでは有りませんでしたが、潜水艦に乗るという体験は中々出来る事ではないので、参加して良かったと思います。80歳の母と参加しましたか問題なく楽しめました。

It was my first submarine tour, and the interior wasn't too cramped, plus the windows were large, so we had a great time. My elementary school daughter was also very excited and happy.

They mentioned a commemorative Atlantis Dive Log (dive record) as a gift, but we were just directed to the exit and didn't receive it. I wonder if I should have said something. (I did receive information about Atlantis Submarine, but I wonder if this counts as a boarding memento?)

初めての潜水艦ツアーでしたが、艦内はそれほど狭くもなく窓も大きく楽しく過ごせました。
小学生の娘も大興奮で喜んでいました。

搭乗記念のアトランティス・ダイブログ（潜水記録）をプレゼント!…とありましたが、そのままお帰り口へ案内され、いただけませんでした。
言わないとだめだったんでしょうか。
(アトランティスサブマリンのご案内はもらったのですが、これが搭乗記念になるのかな？)

The whales were huge, and I was very moved. Before boarding, there was a bit of trouble, and I managed to get on the boat after some back-and-forth in my broken Japanese English. While driving around the island, I saw them jump and spout from a distance several times, but seeing them up close from the boat was a completely different level of excitement.

クジラは大きくて、とても感動しました。乗船前にちょっとしたトラブルがあり、拙いジャパニーズ英語で押し問答して何とか乗れました。島をドライブ中、何度も遠目にですがジャンプや潮吹きを見ていたのですが、やはり船上から近くで見るのとは全然迫力が違いました。

I signed up with my two daughters. We didn't see any dolphins at all... I understand it's wild, but I was really looking forward to it, so it was very disappointing. We did manage to spot a sea turtle from the moving boat, but they didn't slow down for us, and there was no explanation from the guide! As for the light snack? Just one piece of cheese and a paper cup of tea! We had brought our own bottled drinks!

I heard we could retry for half price, but spending nearly 70,000 yen for the three of us to see dolphins... Everyone's spirits dropped, and it turned into a very quiet tour. I regret not signing up for a different tour.

イルカには全然会えず……野生なのでしょうがないのでしょうが楽しみにしていただけにとても残念でした。しかも海ガメは走っているボートから自力でなんとか見つけ見ることができましたがスピードを落としてくれるわけでもないし ガイドさんからの説明もなし！軽食？……チーズ1本、紙コップ1杯のお茶！自分達はしっかりペットボトルを持ち込んで飲んでいました！
半額でリトライできるとの事でしたが3人でイルカを見るために7万近いお金は……
皆テンションガタ落ちですごーく静かなツアーとなりました。他のツアーに申し込めば良かったと後悔してます。

My wife and I participated together. We joined without much expectation, but a humpback whale jumped right in front of us!! It was so exciting to see the tail slapping the surface of the water, and the dynamic jumps called breaching using its pectoral fins, just like we often see on TV!! How can you not be thrilled by this!!! The staff also said, "very very lucky!!" and were excited. It was a great tour.

妻と二人で参加しました。そんなに期待せずに参加しましたが、ザトウクジラが目の前でジャンプしました！！テレビでよく見る尾びれで海面をたたく、胸びれを使ってブリーチングと呼ばれるダイナミックなジャンプまで！！これが興奮せずに居られますか！！！スタッフさんも「very very lucky !!」と言って興奮してました。良いツアーでした。

We gathered at the meeting point in the evening! The location provided after checking into the hotel was a bit unclear, and I ended up being slightly late. However, when I contacted the tour company, they responded kindly.

Upon arriving at the meeting point, I met the staff and other participants of the tour for the first time. There were not only Japanese people but also participants from overseas, and we chatted as we set off on the boat. I was excited to hear from the staff that if we spotted a manta ray for the first time and took a picture, we could name it!

Surprisingly, as we moved quickly, we witnessed a large sun setting over the ocean! While enjoying drinks, we gradually approached the sun as it sank into the sea, and we were able to take our time watching the sunset and capturing photos from the boat.

After it got dark, we all entered the water and encountered manta rays! I was able to swim closely with a large manta ray! I took pictures of the manta ray with my digital camera. On the way back, we enjoyed light snacks and had fun chatting with the staff and other participants, savoring the experience of the manta rays. It was a wonderful experience unique to the Big Island that I couldn't have in my daily life!!!

夕方に現地に集合！ホテルチェックイン後に連絡した際に教えてもらった集合場所がややわかりにくく、迷い集合時間を少し過ぎてしまいました。しかし、ツアー会社へ連絡すると、丁寧に対応していただきました。

現地へ集合すると、スタッフの方、一緒にツアーに行く人と初対面しました。日本人だけではなく、海外の方も参加しており、いろいろ話をしながら、船で出発しました。スタッフさんから、はじめてマンタを
見つけ写真を撮ると名前をつけることができるという話を聞きながらわくわくして向かいました！

意外にも早いスピードの中、進んで行くと、大きな太陽が海に沈むところ！ドリンクを飲みながら、徐々に海に近付いていく太陽、船の上でじっくり日の入を見て、写真を撮ったりすることができました。
その後は暗くなってから、みんなで海に入り、マンタと遭遇！大きいマンタとじっくり泳ぐことができました！持参したデシタルカメラで、マンタの
写真を撮ることができました。帰りは軽食をいただき、マンタの余韻を残しながらスタッフの方やツアーに参加してる他の方たちと楽しく話して帰りました。
日常ではできない、ハワイ島ならではの楽しい経験ができました！！！

On the second day of arriving in Hawaii, I finally went on the long-awaited dolphin tour. Swimming with dolphins has been my dream since I was young. I boarded the yellow school bus of Dolphin Academy and went to meet the dolphins. The blue sky and blue sea of Hawaii provided a dreamlike experience. It felt as if I were swimming in an aquarium, like being in a painting. The color of the sea was wonderfully clear, leaving me speechless. I was able to feel a sense of unity with the beautiful dolphins that I love so much.

The tour was set up like a school, and even though it was only half a day, I felt like a student again. Our guide, Minako, was full of smiles and explained everything clearly, creating a fantastic classroom atmosphere from start to finish. Next, I am considering participating in the Manta University on the Big Island. Thank you for providing such a valuable experience.

At the end, I did get a bit seasick, but I appreciate how kind everyone was. I recommend that those who are not confident about seasickness bring motion sickness medication. It would be a shame for such a precious time to be ruined... *sigh*

昔からイルカと泳ぐのが私の夢。
いざ、イルカ中学の黄色いスクールバスに乗り込み
イルカに会いに行ってきました。
ハワイの青い空に青い海
夢のような体験ができました。
まるで絵画の世界にいるような、水族館の中を泳いでいるかのよう。海の色も素晴らしく透明で、言葉になりません。

一体感を感じる事ができました。
ツアーの設定も、学校のようで、半日でしたが、学生に戻れました。ガイドのミナコさんも笑顔が満開で、話が分かりやすく、最初から最後まで
教室の雰囲気は最高でした。
次は、ハワイ島のマンタ大学に是非参加してみたいと考えています。大変貴重な体験をさせて頂き

また、最後は船酔いになりましたが、皆さん優しく接して頂いて感謝しています。
船酔いに自信の無い方は、酔い止めを持参される事をお勧めします。せっかくの貴重な時間が、残念な事になってしまいます、、、苦笑

I think there aren't many opportunities to ride a submarine, even if it's smaller than the underwater world in Hawaii, so I decided to participate. It's great! The kids will enjoy it too! It doesn't take much time either.

ハワイの海底云々より小さくても潜水艦てなかなか乗る機会ないとおもい参加しました。良いですよ！子供達も喜びますし！時間もそんなにかからないので。

We decided to go to Sea Life Park because my 6-year-old daughter expressed her wish to meet dolphins. Since it was a special opportunity, we participated with 10 family members.

It was unfortunate that my daughter was not old enough to join the program to swim with the dolphins, but she was really happy to interact with them. We purchased all three photos of her, and they are displayed at home. She happily says, "I got to shake hands with the dolphin and even gave it a kiss!" Both children and adults had a wonderful time, and we were very satisfied.

However, there was one point of concern.

I had read on the website that DVDs could also be purchased, so I planned to buy one. But when we went to the photo area, we were told that there were no DVDs available. Was a reservation required for the DVD in advance? I received explanations in Japanese on-site, and while they mentioned the photos, there was no explanation about the DVDs. Therefore, I assumed it was similar to the photos, where those who wanted them could purchase them. Since the DVD was something my child was looking forward to the most on this trip, it was disappointing that we couldn't buy it.

6歳の娘の「イルカに会いたい」との希望で、シーライフパークに行くことに。
せっかくの機会だからと、親族10名で参加しました。

イルカと一緒に泳ぐプログラムは、まだ年齢が満たなかったのが残念でしたが、
娘はイルカと触れ合えたことが本当に嬉しかったようです。
写真も娘のものは、3カット全て購入し、家で飾っています。
「イルカさんと握手♪チュもできたの～」といいながら嬉しそうに見ています。
子供も大人も、とっても素敵な時間を過ごすことができて、大満足でした。

ですが、気になった点が1つほど。

こちらのサイトで、DVDも購入できるように書いてあったので、それも購入予定
でいたのですが、写真のところに行ってみると、DVDはないとの返事でした。
DVDは先に予約などが必要だったのでしょうか？
現地で日本語で説明を受けたのですが、写真のことは言っておられましたが、
DVDのことは何も説明はありませんでした。そのため、写真と同じように、
撮られており、ほしい人が購入するのだと思っていました。
子供が今回の旅行で一番楽しみにしていたものだっただけに、DVDが購入でき
なかったのは残念でした。

It was the best optional tour I've ever been on! The boat was quite rocky, but I had no issues thanks to taking motion sickness medication the day before and on the day of the tour. It was such an exciting time that I even shouted with my snorkel in my mouth!

今までのどのオプショナルツアーよりも最高でした！船はとても揺れますが、前日の酔い止め＋当日の酔い止め服用で問題なしでした。シュノーケルを噛んだまま声を出してしまうくらいエキサイティングな時間でした！

A fantastic experience,the mantas come as close as the say! A great tour with experienced helpful guides.

Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, and it was quite cold to enter the pool.
But I really got to touch the dolphins and even kiss and shake hands with them!
I felt like I became the dolphin show lady I dreamed of as a child!
With this cheaper plan, there are only two options for shaking hands and kissing, and you can't swim with the dolphins or have them push you while swimming.
However, there is plenty of time, and since it's a small group, I'm satisfied.
The instructor can speak some Japanese, although it's limited.
The park is small for spending a whole day here, so I think it's a good idea to combine this with other plans.

あいにく天候は雨で、プールに入るのはさすがに寒かったのです。
でも本当にイルカに触れてキスや握手ができました！
小さい頃の夢、イルカショーのお姉さんになれた気分です！
こちらの安価な方のプランでは握手とキスの二種類だけで、イルカと一緒に泳いだり、足を押してもらって泳ぐことはできません。
でも時間は十分ありますし、少人数で出来るので満足です。
インストラクターの方も片言ではありますが、日本語が通じます。
丸一日ここで過ごすには狭い園内ですので、他と合わせてプランを立てるのもいいと思います。

On my first trip to the Big Island, I participated in a manta ray snorkeling tour on the night of the supermoon! I got lost because I mixed up the meeting place, but the captain found us, and we were able to join the group safely. The warm words from our guide really helped us feel at ease.

Both the captain and the guide were very efficient, and since the tour company had a private space at the harbor, we were able to change into our wetsuits while sitting down, which made everything smooth. Once we were ready, we boarded the boat and set off immediately.

It was cloudy when we left the harbor, but we were able to catch a glimpse of the sunset as we spent about 40 minutes on the boat before arriving at the snorkeling point. I learned that there are different types of manta rays, and the one we can see around the Big Island is the "Oniitomakie," which can grow as large as 6 meters.

We quickly adjusted our snorkeling masks and entered the water. Even though it was snorkeling, we could rely on the buoyancy of the wetsuits and just stay near the light that attracted plankton, so I think even those who can't swim or are not comfortable in the water can enjoy this activity.

Within about 5 to 10 minutes, manta rays came to us! They opened their mouths wide, floated on their backs to take in plankton, and kept circling back to us. It was amazing to see them up close, even though we weren't allowed to touch them; they came so close that it felt like they were bumping into us! It was truly moving! Seeing wild manta rays at such a close distance, even closer than at an aquarium, felt like a dream! We were able to see two smaller manta rays and two medium-sized ones repeatedly, so we got to enjoy watching four of them multiple times.

After the tour, we were treated to warm cocoa, snacks, and cereal bars to take care of our bodies. On the way back, we cruised under the full moon! It was the best tour where we could experience a sense of unity with nature!

今回初めてのハワイ島旅行で、スーパームーンの夜にマンタシュノーケルのツアーへ参加しました！！
待ち合わせ場所を間違え迷ってしまったのですが、船長が私たちを発見してくれ無事合流、ガイドさんの大変暖かい言葉にとても救われました。
船長もガイドさんも手際がよく、又ツアー会社がハーバーにプライベートスペースを持っていたためウェットスーツへの着替えも椅子に座ってできたためスムーズ。支度を済ませたらボートに乗り込みすぐに出発。
ハーバーから曇っていたけどちょっと見れた夕焼けを背に40分程度船に乗りシュノーケルポイントに到着。
「マンタ」と言っても種類があるそうで、ハワイ島で見ることが出来るのは「オニイトマキエイ」というマンタで、大きなものは６ｍもあるそうです。
私たちもシュノーケルマスクを合わせてすぐに着水。シュノーケルと言ってもウェットスーツの浮力を使い、プランクトンを引き寄せるライトに捕まっているだけでよいので、泳げない人でも極端な話水が苦手な人でも出来るアクティビティだと思います。

開始5～１０分程度ですぐに私たちのところもマンタが来てくれました！！
大きく口を空けて仰向けになってプランクトンを取り込みくるりと回りまた仰向けになり・・を繰り返して何度も来てくれました！！
触ってはいけないのですが、向こうからぶつかってくる程目の前で見ることが出来て、とても感動的です！！水族館のガラスに張り付くよりも近い距離で野生のマンタが見れるなんて夢みたいでした！
私たちの所には２匹の小さめのマンタと２匹の中くらいのマンタが繰り返し来てくれて、４匹を何度も見ることが出来ました☆

終わった後は暖かいココアとお菓子やシリアルバーで身体に気を遣っていただきました。帰りは満月の下をクルーズして帰りました！自然との一体感を味わえる最高のツアーでした☆
