We reserved shuttle service. We were waiting at the pick up point from 10min before the pickup time. We couldn't find the shuttle. We were waiting and I called to the office 10min later of pick up time. They said that they yelled out my name, but I didn't hear. They just left. Why not calling to me?
So, I took a taxi to get there with my money. BOB tour was canceld, because of lack of people. So, we joined to another group.
Totally lack of responsibility. I don't trust that they yelled out my name at the pickup point.

This was a fun excursion for the kids. You go on a submarine ride about 115 feet down. The tour guide is very entertaining and makes the time go by very fast! He also points out all the fish you are going to see!!

A little while ago, I thought it would be great to see whales, so I signed up for a tour.

On the day of the tour, the weather was nice and perfect for cruising, but the sunlight was so strong that it almost blinded me, haha.

As for the whales, I encountered them about five times, just barely seeing their heads in the distance. I really wanted to see them jump, but I guess that's just a matter of luck.

当日は天気もよく、クルージング日和でしたが、
日差しが強すぎて目が潰れそうでした笑

肝心のクジラは、遠くに頭が気持ち見える程度に、5回くらい遭遇。
ほんとはジャンプが見たかったですが、こればかりは運なのでしょうがないですね。

We did the moonlight swim. The biggest manta ray was actually bumping some of the people in the water when she came up to eat the plankton that the lights attracted. We also saw so many fish. It was great. I would do this excursion again.

This was totally awesome and everyone should do it if they get the chance. It was so great because you have a chance to actually look around without worrying about snorkel equipment!!! For me that's a big deal. So much fun!! I highly recommend doing this.

This was the most amazing trip ever! The canoe was perfect for my family as we all get motion sickness and everyone was fine but mom. It was a quick trip out and you are in the water immediately snorkeling with the manta rays. We had two that just kept coming straight towards our faces (one even brushed dad). It was the most amazing experience and our guides, Kat and Rob made the whole experience so pleasant. We highly recommend this trip!!!!

In addition to fish, I was able to see sunken ships and airplanes on the seabed, which made me feel like I was exploring the ocean floor, and it was a lot of fun. I also encountered sea turtles and sharks. It's a shame I didn't get to see any whales! Unlike going into the sea, there's no need to change clothes, so it's easy to participate.

魚以外にも、海底に沈んだ船や飛行機を見ることができ、海底を探検してるような気分でとても楽しかったです。ウミガメやサメにも遭遇することができました。クジラには出会えず残念！海に入るのと違い、着替えたりしなくていいので気軽に参加できていいですね。

Some were apprehensive about diving under the helmet to get into it but after that it's amazing as you get to see fishes and even turtles up close. You also get a fish food sponge to lure scads of fishes to you - just be careful to keep your fingers out of the way, or you may get a nibble! The safety divers guide your scooter and show you where to go (and some take video for sale later). The only possible discomfort may be if you don't equalize the pressure as you dive or ascend - this can be done several ways (such as swallowing or yawning - I couldn't get the "pinch nose and blow" method to work). Otherwise it's a blast. You also get to hang around a bit - on the boat or swimming or snorkeling - while the other groups are on the scooters.

This activity allows you to enter the pool with dolphins and touch them directly. My 3-year-old was scared and needed to be held, but they were able to touch the dolphin and even give it a kiss on the cheek. My 5-year-old was totally fine with it. We planned to buy photos later, thinking that just the kids' pictures would be enough, but unexpectedly, Dad had a smile we had never seen before while kissing the dolphin, so we ended up buying the photo (laughs). After the dolphin pool, there is plenty of time to explore the park at a leisurely pace. The kids were really into the area where they could feed lettuce to the fish.

イルカと同じプールに入水して、イルカに直に触れられるアクティビティです。３歳の子は怖がってしまい、抱っこしながらでしたがイルカに触って、ほっぺにキスもできました。５歳の子は平気です。写真を後で購入するのですが、子供の写真だけで十分！と思っていたら、まさかのパパが見たことないくらいの笑顔でイルカとキスをしていたので、写真買ってしまいました（笑）イルカのプール後も十分時間があるので、園内ゆっくりみてまわれます。魚にレタスをあげられるコーナーに子供がハマっていました。

We participated as a couple. I convinced my wife, who can't swim, to challenge herself by entering the 5.2-meter pool with the paid option called Shark Trek, where you swim with sharks. However, unfortunately, the day we attended was Keiki Day, Hawaii's Children's Day, and many attractions were canceled, so we couldn't take on the challenge. The only thing we could participate in was an attraction where we could touch dolphins from outside the pool, which was included in our reservation. The park is small and has few attractions, so we just had lunch and took a nap at the food court. I wish the reservation page clearly indicated which attractions were available and which were not. It turned out to be a wasted and disappointing day in Hawaii.

夫婦で参加しました。泳げない妻を説得し、有料オプションのシャーク・トレックというサメの泳ぐ5.2ｍのプールへ入っていくことに挑戦しするための参加でした。しかし、最悪にも参加日がケイキ・デ―というハワイの子供の日で、色々なアトラクションが中止で挑戦することが出来ませんでした。唯一、予約に入っていたプールの外からイルカを触るアトラクションに参加できただけでした。パークとしては小さくアトラクションも少ないので、あとは、フードコートで昼食と昼寝しかしませんでした。予約ページの中にアトラクションは何が出来て、出来ないものは何かをはっきりと表示して欲しかった。ハワイでの無駄で悪い思い出となった1日でした。

Hawaii after 38 years!
Touching the cute dolphins and swimming while holding onto their bodies was the best healing experience!
It left a strong impression on me.
Next time, I want to swim with two dolphins!

I participated with my 81-year-old mother. I was nervous and worried about whether we could do it, but since we just had to hold onto the rope and float with the snorkeling gear on, we managed to experience it. The manta rays came close to us, and both my mother and I were thrilled.

A few points to note: the boat sways, so it's necessary to take motion sickness medication; after the experience, your wet body cools down quickly, so it's good to bring a bath towel and warm clothing; and since the swimsuit gets wet, having a change of underwear or clothes for the return trip is convenient.

I struggled a bit with putting on the snorkeling gear and had to keep putting my face in and out of the water, but I received solid support as a beginner. Thank you very much.

81才の母と参加しました。出来るかなと緊張し、心配していたのですがロープにつかまってシュノーケリングの器具つけて浮かんでいるだけなので何とか体験しました。マンタも近くに来てくれるし母も私もおおはしゃぎでした。
注意点はボートが揺れるので酔い止めが要ること、体験後濡れた体が急速に冷えるのでバスタオルと防寒具持ってくこと、水着が濡れるので帰りは下着など着替えがあると便利なことなどです。
シュノーケリングの装着が上手く出来ずしばらく顔をつけたり上げたりしてたのですが、初心者にもしっかりサポートしてもらえました。ありがとうございました。

It was amazing.
Just by floating with a snorkel connected to a surfboard equipped with LED lights underwater, four large mantas came to us.
My wife, who is a beginner swimmer, was able to enjoy it fully.
The mantas opened their large mouths to eat the plankton gathered around the blue LED light under the surfboard, passing just 5 cm from our noses.
Sometimes the mantas bumped into each other or touched our bodies, and we were incredibly excited by them.
It was definitely an event that made us want to come back again.

凄かったです。
LEDを水中に取り付けたサーフボードに繋がってシュノーケルを着けて浮かんでいるだけで、私たちの所に4匹の大きなマンタがやって来ました。
その為、水泳初心者の妻でも十分楽しめました。
マンタはサーフボード下の青色LEDの光に集まったプランクトンを食べるために大きな口お開けて背面で私たちの鼻先5cmを通り過ぎて行きました。
時にはマンタ通しがぶつかったり、我々の体に触れたりで、我々はそんなマンタに大興奮でした。
是非、また来たいと思えるイベントでした。

Small children can participate. Since you'll be going down a ladder, it's better to wear pants. I'm satisfied that I could give my child the valuable experience of seeing the beautiful scenery at the bottom of the sea from inside a submarine.

小さな子供も参加できます。はしごを降りたりするので、ズボンで参加した方が良いです。
海の底の綺麗な景色を潜水艦の中から見るという、貴重な経験を子供にさせてあげられて満足です。

Overall, there were no issues.
On the submarine, Japanese was played through headphones, so the children probably didn't mind at all.

For example, if they could understand even simple English like "you can see the submarine when you go up on the deck," it seems they would be fine without the Japanese guide time in the morning.

Of course, the children were very excited about being on a submarine for the first time.

概ね問題無し。
潜水艇ではヘッドフォンで日本語は流れてくるので、子供は全く気にならなかったはず。

例えば、船上に上がると潜水艇が見えるとか、そんな英語さえ判れば、午前中の日本語ガイドタイムで無くても大丈夫そうです。

勿論、初めての潜水艇に子供は大喜びでした。

Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing due to the cloudy sky, but the interior of the ship was beautiful and the food was delicious. As rumored, the ship had large glass windows with a great view and was quite comfortable with little motion. Although I couldn't see the dream-like shot of the whale jumping out of the water on the cover of the brochure, I was still fairly satisfied.

あいにくの曇り空で少々残念でしたが、船内は綺麗で食事も美味しくいただくことが出来ました。噂通り、全面ガラス張りで眺めも良くて、揺れも少ない快適な船内でしたので、パンフレットの表紙のクジラが海面からジャンプしている夢の様なショットは、もちろん観ることは出来ませんでしたが、まぁまぁ満足でした。

I was incredibly moved to swim with dolphins and sea turtles! I feel grateful for being able to dive into the world of Lassen, which has enriched my life even more! I was also deeply impressed by the high level of awareness of the staff, starting with class president Julie! Thank you very much!

I had my first experience in a world 30 meters underwater. I was able to see many turtles. Also, while ascending, a whale came to greet us. It was just a moment, but it was thrilling. The guide mentioned that seeing a whale in this area is very lucky! I never expected to see one at this time, making it truly a lucky tour.

海底30Mの世界を初体験。たくさんのカメさんに会うことができました。
又、浮上中になんとクジラさんがご挨拶にやってきました。ほんの一瞬でしたが興奮しました。
説明をしてくれる方がこのあたりでクジラを見るのは大変ラッキーだ！と言っていました。
まさかこの時期に見れるとは思いもよらず正にラッキーなツアーとなりました。

I was alone, but I had no problems and enjoyed myself. I was able to see dolphins as soon as we arrived at the spot. I was surprised that I could see so many dolphins up close like that. The scenery felt unreal. The snorkeling at the next location was also wonderful, with the beautiful blue sea and colorful fish swimming everywhere. I even saw a turtle, so I was very satisfied.

一人でしたが、なんの問題もなく楽しめました。イルカは、ポイント(?)に着いたところですぐに見ることが出来ました。あんなに沢山のイルカをあんな間近に見ることが出来るとは思って無かったので驚きました。現実のものとは思えない景色でした。場所を移動してのシュノーケリングも、綺麗なブルーの海に色鮮やかな魚がそこここで泳いでいて、こちらもとても素敵でした。亀も見れたし満足です。

Swimming with dolphins and taking photos was like a dream come true!! The dolphins are so cute and smart~★ I definitely want to participate in different programs when I visit Oahu again (*^o^*)

The sharks were accustomed to people and there was no sense of danger at all. About 10 sharks, around 4 meters long, came by, but they had no aggression and it wasn't very interesting. It might be more entertaining if bait was placed near the cage. They were swimming around the cage, so it felt lacking. I bought the footage for $75, but there were people who weren't buying any interesting footage positioned between me and the camera, so I didn't appear much in it. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of consideration and it was quite unsatisfying.

サメも慣れていて危険な感じは全くない。
サメは4メートルくらいのか10数匹来たが、殺気はなく、面白くはなかった。
檻の付近にエサを付けてたら面白いかも。
かごを避けて泳いでいるので、物足りない。
映像を75ドルで買ったが、どうでも良い映像を買っていない輩がカメラとの間に配置されててあまり映ってない。
本当に配慮も足らず物足りない感じでした。

It was a tour that was definitely worth the early morning wake-up! Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy, a pod of dolphins came right in front of us, and we were able to swim with them. I was moved to see a baby dolphin as well! The snorkeling was fantastic, and we got to see sea turtles up close. Thanks to taking motion sickness medication beforehand, I didn't feel sick at all and had a fun day.

The crew members were wonderful people who always kept us entertained, so I definitely want to participate again. Next time, I’d like to join a manta ray tour on the Big Island!

とても朝は早起きしないといけませんが、その価値は十分にあるツアーでした！
ちょっと天気は残念な曇り空でしたが、
イルカの群れが目の前にたくさんきてくれて、一緒に泳ぐことができました。
赤ちゃんイルカも一緒に見れて感動しました！
シュノーケルではウミガメも間近に見れてとってもよかったです。
事前に酔い止めを飲んでいたおかげか、まったく酔うこともなく楽しい1日を過ごせました。

クルーの方々も常に私達を楽しませてくれる素敵な人達でしたので、ぜひまた参加したいと思います。
今度はハワイ島のマンタのツアーに参加してみたいです！

My wife had a fever, so I had to participate alone, and I was the only Japanese person among 15 participants. However, both the staff and the captain were very cheerful and talked to me, so I had no worries! I just thought it would be safer to have some English conversation skills since all the explanations from the staff were in English.

妻が熱を出し急遽1人での参加になり、ましてや15人中私だけ日本人という事でしたがスタッフ、船長ともにとても陽気に話しかけてくれ不安はありませんでした！
ただスタッフからの説明など全て英語でのやりとりなのでいくらか英会話が出来た方が無難かなと思いました。

I've never been close to a dolphin before, so actually being able to touch one was a new experience for me (they're softer than I expected).

The trainer that was with me was Christian, and he was exceedingly helpful and reassuring, adding various facts about dolphins and marine life throughout the encounter. Kolohe, the dolphin I met, was very friendly and well-behaved.

I think this is a great experience, especially for kids or others who don't know a lot about dolphins and marine life.

This was amazing! I am so glad we picked this as an activity! I would do this again if we ever make it back to Oahu. We saw sharks from the minute we got out and they were around us the entire time. It was a little intimidating at first, but the guides were always watchful above and below the water so I felt as safe as you possible could be given the chosen activity. The only thing I would say could be better was finding what area you are suppose to be to board the boat, there are no signs for check in or really where you are suppose to be and I wish I would have taken my camera I wanted some pictures but felt the group rate was too high. I would recommend this to anyone!

One of the highlights of our trip, so fun! Peena, Tim & crew were awesome. They moved things along nicely and were fun to be with. We saw some amazing Mantas, it was an experience we'll be talking about for a long time!

I participated in the local gathering because I wanted to explore various places. For some reason, there were no other Japanese people, and the rest were mostly foreigners, divided into three groups to enter the cage. I took motion sickness medication, but it swayed quite a bit. Even when stationary, it still swayed, so I think it's better to avoid it if you're not feeling well. There are many awake animals, but they seemed quite used to people, so it wasn't particularly scary. However, if you get too close, the cage itself might seem like it could let an Asian-sized person slip out, which could be frightening. Activities like this are not available in Japan, and I really enjoyed it.

他にも色々回りたかったために現地集合で参加しました。なぜか日本人は他にいなくあとは外国の方ばかりで３つのグループに分かれゲージに入ります。酔い止め飲んでいましたが、かなり揺れます。止まっていても揺れるので体調が悪い状況では特にやめた方がいいと思います。また覚めはたくさんいますが、基本人馴れしているのかあまり怖いという状況はなかったです。かといってあまり近すぎてもゲージ自体がアジア人の体型なら抜けていきそうなので、怖いと思います。こういったアクティビティは日本にはないしかなり楽しめました。

We participated in this tour as a couple on our honeymoon. The weather was great, and we enjoyed snorkeling in the beautiful, clear sea! It was amazing to swim close to dolphins and sea turtles. That day, we even got to meet a special teacher shark, which was truly a valuable experience. There were also many tropical fish, which helped refresh our spirits. The guide was Japanese, which made us feel secure while participating. We purchased photos from that day for an additional fee, and they were truly satisfying, especially the ones taken up close with the dolphins. This tour was highly recommended. If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate again. I am filled with gratitude for the guide who was kind, high-energy, and made the experience so enjoyable.

新婚旅行で、奥さんと2人で参加させて頂きました。天候もよく透明度の高い綺麗な海でのシュノーケリング！
イルカや海ガメの間近で泳ぐことができ感動しました。
その日は特別教師のサメにも会うことができ、本当に貴重な体験が出来ました。
トロピカルフィッシュも沢山いて気分をリフレッシュすることができました。
ガイドさんも日本人のかたもいて、安心して参加することができました。
追加料金でその日の写真を購入しましたが、イルカの間近から撮った物など本当に満足いく物でした。本当にオススメのツアーでした。もしまたハワイに行く機会があれば、絶対にまた参加したいと思いました。優しく、またハイテンションで楽しく接してくれたガイドさんに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

The paddleboarding at the sandbar didn't go well because of the strong wind, but the underwater scooter was great! The diver took some photos for us, which made for a nice memory. Watching the turtles swim gracefully made me feel very calm.

I visited the Big Island for the first time to see manta rays. On the day of the tour, we were the only two Japanese participants, but our guide, Ali, provided thorough explanations, which made us feel at ease! As soon as we arrived at the port, we tried on our wetsuits. Since we wear them over our swimsuits, I recommend wearing easy-to-change clothes.

Once everyone gathered, we listened to the briefing and set off. The boat ride was incredibly thrilling and so much fun! When we reached the manta spot, we stopped the boat and waited. It was a bit wavy, so I took motion sickness medication beforehand, but I still felt a little nauseous… Luckily, I had some chewable motion sickness tablets with me, so I felt better quickly.

Finally, we entered the water and held onto a board with handles to go snorkeling and see the underwater world. We were told that there were only a few mantas that day, but one appeared right away! Although we couldn't see it up close, it was breathtaking.

After a while, fish started gathering around us, and it was adorable to see them nibbling right in front of us. Later, we spotted several mantas in the distance, but we couldn't see them up close. It was a bit disappointing not to see them feeding up close, as they seemed to be gathering around other boats.

However, holding onto the board and drifting on the water felt like swimming in the ocean, which was amazing. Even in June, it was a bit chilly, but the fun made me forget about the cold. On the way back, we got quite cold since we were wet. If you take off your rash guard, dry off with a beach towel, and put on a windbreaker, the cold is manageable.

Returning over the dark ocean while enjoying the night view was beautiful, and I was very satisfied. Thank you!

マンタが見たくて今回初めてハワイ島を訪れました。当日のツアーでは日本人私達は2人だけでしたがガイドのアリちゃんがきちんと説明してくれたので安心しました！港に着いてすぐウェットスーツを試着します。水着の上から着るので着替えやすい服装で行った方がいいと思います。
みなさん揃ったら説明を聞いて出発☆行きのボートはすごい迫力でめちゃめちゃ楽しかったです！マンタスポットに着いたら船を止めて待ちます。ここでユラユラするので酔い止めを飲んで行っていましたがちょっと酔いました…予備で噛んで飲める酔い止めを持参していたのですぐ良くなりました(^o^)いよいよ海に入りみんなで持ち手がついたボードにつかまってシュノーケリングで海の中を見ます。この日はマンタが少なくて2、3匹しか見えないと言われていましたがすぐ1匹現れてくれました！近くでは見えませんでしたが、感動です(ToT)
少し経つと魚がどんどん集まってきて目の前でパクパクしているのが可愛かったです♪その後遠目にマンタは何匹も見えましたが近くでは見えず。くるっと回ってエサを食べる姿が見えなかったので少し残念でした…他のボートの方に集まっているのかな？と感じました。
しかしボードにつかまって海の上で流されていると海の中を泳いでいるような感覚になり最高でした。6月でも少し寒かったですが、寒さも気にならないくらいに楽しい時間でした☆帰りは濡れているのでとても寒くなります。ラッシュガードを脱いでバスタオルで体を拭いてウインドブレーカーを着れば寒さは平気です♪真っ暗な海の上を夜景を見ながら帰るのはとても綺麗で、
満足出来ました。ありがとうございました。
