I took motion sickness medication before participating, so I didn't experience any seasickness at all. It was fun to see the sharks up close! The sharks were calmer than I expected and didn't come close to the barrier. If I had to wish for something, I would have liked to dive for a longer time.

酔い止めを飲んで参加したので、船酔いは全くありませんでした。サメを間近に見ることができて楽しかったです！サメは思っていたよりもおとなしく、柵に近づいてくることはありませんでした。欲を言えば、もっと長時間潜っていたかったです。

I was able to see manta rays, and I was moved by that, but I suffered from seasickness. After we arrived at the point, it would have been better if they had let us into the water as soon as possible, but we had to wait for quite a while with the boat stopped, and during that time, many people started to feel unwell.

マンタは見られたし、それについては感動もしたけれど、とにかく船酔いで悩まされました。ポイントについた後、できるだけ早く海に入らせてくれればいいものを、船が止まった状態でかなりの時間待たなければならず、その間に気分が悪くなる人続出。

The manta rays were swimming really close by, and it was wonderful. I know they don't eat people, but it felt a bit scary, like they could. Haha.

マンタが本当にスレスレの所で泳いでいて、素敵でした。
食べないのは分かっていますが、食べられそうな感じがしてちょっと怖かったですけど。笑。

My wife and child participated. The interaction time with the dolphins was longer than I expected, and both of them were very satisfied. I would like to participate again!

This time, I participated with a friend!! I was worried because the staff were English-speaking, but the boat crew communicated important safety information through gestures, so it was fine♡ Also, I didn't know how to put on the snorkel, and they helped me with that (laughs). Since both the car and the boat were swaying, I think taking motion sickness medication is a must!!!

今回友達と2人で参加しました！！英語スタッフとなっていたので不安だったのですが、ボートのお兄さんたちはしたら危ないことなどジェスチャーでとくに教えていただけたので大丈夫でした♡また、シュノーケルのつけかたもわからずつけていただけました（笑）車もボートも揺れたいたので、酔い止めは必須だとおもいます！！！

We used this for our honeymoon trip. After arriving at our destination by car, we switched to a boat and set off. It was a small boat that could only hold about 20 people, and it was fine at first when we were moving, but once we reached the open sea, the engine was turned off, and we had to get into the water two at a time on scooters. The waiting part was hell. We had to wait on a boat that was constantly rocking until it was our turn. Since it was a smaller boat, it really swayed. We forgot to take motion sickness medication, so we felt pretty nauseous. However, while we were on the scooters, we didn't feel the rocking, so it was super fun!! Lots of fish came close, and we even saw sea turtles! They took pictures with an underwater camera, which made for great memories. However, since we had to duck our heads underwater to get on the scooters, our faces and hair ended up completely soaked... I wish we could have taken some photos without getting wet. The boat ride was hell, but the underwater scooters were a blast! I definitely recommend that anyone using this service take precautions against seasickness.

新婚旅行で利用しました。
車で目的地に着いてから、船に乗り換えていざ出発。20人くらいしか乗れないボートのような船で、最初は走っているのでまだよかったんですが、沖に着くとエンジンを停めた状態で2人ずつスクーターに乗って海に入ります。待ってる側はここからが地獄。自分の番が来るまでひたすら波に揺れる船で待ち続けます。小さめな船なのでまあ揺れます。私たちは酔い止めを飲むのも忘れたので気持ち悪くてしょうがない。でもスクーターに乗ってる間は揺れないので、めっちゃ楽しかったです！！魚もたくさん寄ってきますし、海ガメも見れました！水中カメラで様子を撮影してくれるので、思い出に残る写真になりました。ただ、水中で頭をくぐらせてスクーターに乗るので、顔・髪はびしょ濡れ。。。できれば濡れてない写真を撮りたかったなぁとは思います。船は地獄でしたが、水中スクーターは楽しかったです！利用される方はぜひ船酔い対策をしていくことをおすすめします。

We participated for the first time as a couple with our 10-year-old child. I thought we might be sleepy since we woke up early, but we had a great time listening to the lively stories from the staff on the bus. I found the story about how bringing bananas on the boat is bad luck to be quite interesting.

Although it was August, I heard that the water can be quite cold, so we rented wetsuits for the family. It was hot when we changed on the boat, but I was glad it wasn't hot at all in the water.

I’m not very confident in my swimming skills, so I used a float. As soon as we entered the sea, we encountered a pod of dolphins, and I was moved to see them swimming right under our feet multiple times. We also saw a turtle, and the schools of fish were truly beautiful. Our whole family was very satisfied.

The staff were cheerful, and we were able to have a fun time. I purchased the photo data taken by the photographer for $50, and the photos were definitely professional quality. The only cash we spent on-site was for the wetsuit rental and the photos. There were no shops on-site, but we were provided with spam rice balls and drinks as snacks, which was sufficient.

I would love to participate again when we go to Hawaii.

１０歳の子と夫婦で初めて参加しました。朝早くから眠いかなと思いましたが、行きのバスから元気なお姉さんのお話を聞きながら楽しく過ごしました。バナナは縁起が悪いので船に持ち込むのはダメ、というお話が面白かったです。
８月でしたが水中は結構冷えると聞いて、ウエットスーツを家族でレンタルしました。船の上で着替えたときは暑かったけど、水中では全然暑くなかったので良かったと思います。
私は泳ぎに自信がないので浮き棒を使わせてもらいました。
海に入るとすぐにイルカの群れに遭遇できて、足の下を群れが何度も通って行くのを見て感動しました。カメにも会えたし、魚の群れも本当にキレイでした。家族全員、大満足です。
スタッフの皆さんも陽気で、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
カメラマンさんが撮ってくれた写真のデータを５０ドルで購入しましたが、さすがプロという感じの写真でした。現地で使った現金はウェットスーツ代と写真代だけでした。現地に売店などはありませんが、軽食でスパムおにぎりと飲物を頂けたので十分でした。
またハワイに行ったら参加したいです。

This is my second time coming to Hawaii, and although I participated in a dolphin tour last time, this was my first time joining a tour with this company!
We left early in the morning, but the stories on the bus were so entertaining that we arrived at the port in no time, haha.
The staff were all fun and friendly, which made me feel very comfortable participating. I was extremely satisfied seeing dolphins and sea turtles in the beautifully clear ocean! The weather was great, and I had the best experience on a perfect day for a dolphin tour! Diving into the crystal-clear water felt like flying in the sky, and it was so refreshing that all my daily fatigue just disappeared! The tour was truly enjoyable from the boat ride there and back, and although I had never bought additional photos before, I had so much fun that I ended up buying them for the first time! Thank you! I will participate again next time!!

ハワイに来るのは今回で2回で、前回もイルカのツアーには参加したのですが、この会社のツアーに参加するのは今回が初めてでした！
早朝からの出発ですが、バスの中での話が面白くてあっという間に港に着きました 笑
スタッフさんも面白くて楽しい方ばかりで、とても安心して参加することができ、透き通った綺麗な海で見るイルカとウミガメに大満足！！天気も良く、絶好のイルカツアー日和に最高の体験をすることが出来ました！海面まで透き通っている海に潜っていると、まるで空を飛んでいるようで、日頃の疲れが全てぶっ飛ぶくらい気持ちよかったです！そして船上の行きも帰りまで本当に楽しいツアーで、追加写真などは今まで買ったことがなかったのですが、楽しすぎて初めて買ってしまいました！！ありがとうございます！次も参加します！！

My boyfriend and I attended a morning cruise and it was an absolutely gorgeous day to set sail. Aside from the great weather and beautiful views, Captain Clifton (and his first mate) made the cruise even more enjoyable, with tons of informative facts and joke thrown into the mix. The boat was clean, the supply of drinks varied for adults and children and the day couldn't have been spent any better.

I participated with my two children, a fourth grader and a second grader. It was our first time snorkeling and swimming in a sea where we couldn't touch the bottom, but each staff member was incredibly attentive, providing support and assistance in a very unobtrusive manner.

We were very lucky that day and were amazed to find ourselves swimming right above a large pod of dolphins. We also encountered sea turtles and rays, and my children had a great time touching real sea urchins.

I completely forgot about the reconfirmation by 8 PM the day before, and when I realized it was already past 9 PM, I left a voicemail at the local office. I was really anxious about not being picked up that morning, but when I arrived at the meeting point at 5:30 AM, they successfully picked us up. It was reassuring to know that VELTRA confirmed our local reservation from Japan, which eased my worries.

Next time, I definitely want to participate in the Dolphin University as well. Thank you very much!

小4と小2の子連れ＆母の3人で参加しました。
シュノーケル未経験＆足のつかない海でのスイミングも初めてでしたが、
スタッフの皆さん一人一人が細やかな気配りをしてくださり、実にさりげなくかつ常にフォロー＆サポートしてくださいました。
当日はとてもラッキーで、イルカの大群の真上を泳いでいる自分たちに親子ともにビックリ。ウミガメやエイにも会えたし、子どもは本当のウニも触れてとても楽しそうでした。

前日20時までのリコンファームをすっかり忘れていて、気づいた時には21時過ぎ。現地のオフィスに留守電を残したものの、当日の朝に迎えに来ていただけなかったらどうしよう・・ととても不安な気持ちで早朝の待ち合わせ場所に向かったのですが（朝5時半）、無事、ピックアップしていただけました。不安な気持ちの中で、時差を活かしたVELTRAさんが現地の予約を日本から確認してくださったのですが、それもとても心強かったです。

次回はぜひイルカ大学にも参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

We were able to encounter a large group of dolphins right after setting sail. It was such a lucky experience! The dolphins came much closer than I had expected, and I was very satisfied. However, there were a lot of people in one group, and many were not familiar with snorkeling, which made movement a bit difficult. It was also challenging with many people splashing around and kicking up water.

That said, I was able to hear the dolphins' ultrasonic sounds and swim with sea turtles, making it a very valuable experience. The guide and the photographer were all wonderful, and I enjoyed the entire trip without getting bored! The hospitality of the staff was also outstanding!

出航してすぐに、イルカの大群と遭遇することができました。とてもラッキー！思っていたよりも、ずっと近くにイルカがやってきて、大満足でした。ただ一グループの人数が多く、シュノーケルに不馴れな方も多いので、動きずらかったのが唯一残念なところです。バシャバシャ泡を立ててフィンを蹴る人も多く、困りました。
とはいえイルカの超音波の声も聴けて、海ガメとも泳ぐことができて、とても貴重な体験になりました。
ガイドさんもカメラマンも皆良い方ばかりで、移動中も終始飽きることなく楽しめました！スタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティーも満点です！

I participated because I wanted my 2-year-old son to touch a dolphin. The dolphins were very cute. We were able to touch two of them. It was very disappointing that we couldn't take photos freely. If we could have taken more pictures, I would have purchased them, but since there was only one, I gave up on buying. There are many sea creatures, but we especially had a lot of fun in the area where we could feed the birds. The birds came and perched on our shoulders and heads, and they were very cute. When my son gets older, I want to try a course where he can swim with dolphins.

2歳の息子にイルカを触らせてあげたくて参加しました。イルカはとってもかわいかったです。二匹を触ることができました。写真が自由に撮れないのが非常に残念でした。もっとたくさん写真をとっていただければ購入したのですが一枚だけだったので購入諦めました。海の生き物がたくさんいるのですが、とくに鳥に餌をあげられるコーナーでたくさん遊びました。鳥たちが肩や頭に乗ってきてとてもかわいかったです。息子が大きくなったらイルカと一緒に泳げるコースにチャレンジしたいです。

We had a great time with Chanda and the captain. They honored our reservation even though we were the only two.

We saw 3-4 huge female manta rays that came up and brushed up against us. Not counting all the schools of fish! And hot cocoa when we were done was icing on the cake.

Oh my goodness, this was so much fun!! Dave & Dave, our captains were really fun. They were knowledgeable and taught us some interesting stuff about the sharks. When we got to the cage, the sharks started swarming around the boat. It was so exciting. Then we climbed in the cage and had the most amazing experience with the sharks. My boyfriend was hesitant when I told him I wanted to do this, but after it was over he was so glad we did. So am I! Highly recommend a underwater camera/video. Thank you so much North Shore Shark Adventure for something we will never forget and get to brag about to all our friends! Aloha & Mahalo!

I used this for my honeymoon! Seeing the manta rays up close was truly moving! Personally, even though I took motion sickness medication, the time spent searching for manta rays at the snorkeling spot was long, and the strong winds and rough waves made me feel seasick... Even while watching the manta rays, the waves were rough and I got nauseous. It felt like I barely managed to take some photos.

For those who get motion sickness, it might be better to eat dinner after it's over. Also, I think it's good to take extra motion sickness medication...

ハネムーンで使用しました！マンタが本当に間近で！感動でした！
個人的には、酔い止めを飲んだのにシュノーケリング地点に到着してマンタを探している時間が長く、また風が強く波が激しかったので船酔いに…マンタを見ている最中も波が荒く酔ってしまって。やっとの思いで写真が撮れたって感じです。
乗り物酔いをする人は夕食は終わってから食べた方がいいかもです。そして、酔い止め多めが良いかと…思います。

The staff really got everyone excited, and it became a wonderful memory from start to finish. We saw dolphins from a distance, but my 6-year-old son was thrilled when a dolphin came close to the surface and he could see it up close. A sea turtle also came near, and my son got to take a picture right next to it! At the end, they even gave us a gift! It turned out to be the best trip ever!

スタッフの方々が盛り上げてくださり最初から最後までとても楽しく素晴らしい思い出になりました。
イルカは離れたところで見えました。6歳息子はイルカが水面まで来て近くで見えたようで大喜びでした。ウミガメも近くに来てくれて息子は真横で写真を撮ってもらいました！最後、プレゼントまで下さって！最高な旅行になりました‼︎

This trip to go cage diving with the sharks was incredible and unforgettable! To start off the bat, the crew Matt and Tanya were very nice, and knowledgeable. They are quick to ease anyones fear of being in harm or of risking the sharks being harmed in any way. Matt is full of jokes, almost like we got our own stand up before the main event! It was I believe 20 minutes of being in the water, more than enough time to watch the galapagos sharks swim by so elegantly. Once you get in the cage, you just seem to forget everything else, being surrounded by sharks close enough to see their pupils as they pass. Ultimately the sharks are rather disinterested in you, and more interested in the boat hoping for them to drop some crabs in the water thinking it's a fishing vessel. If you are on vacation, I would highly recommend this adventure, especially if you have a love for sharks like I do!

Amazing experience that should not be missed. The crew was knowledgeable and made us feel completely safe the entire time. Definitely going to do it again.

I was wondering if it would be okay since it was small, but when I asked the person, they were excitedly saying, "I want to swim with dolphins♪," so we decided to give it a try.

As expected, when it was time to enter the pool, they had a face full of anxiety. We calmed them down and started the program. Although they were scared at first, it seems they ultimately had fun, and all's well that ends well! (laughs)

If it were an elementary school student, they might have enjoyed it a bit more. But it was a valuable experience, and I'm glad we did it.

小さいので大丈夫かな？と思っていましたが本人に聞いてみると『イルカと一緒に泳ぐ♪』とルンルンだったので…試しに行ってみることに
案の定いざプールに入る時になると不安で一杯の顔。なだめつつプログラムスタート。最初は怖がっていたものの最終的には楽しかったようで、終わりよければ全て良し！(笑)
小学生ぐらいならもう少し楽しめたかも知れませんね
でも貴重な体験が出来良かったです

The Japanese guide starts at 10 AM.
You board the boat from the HGVC pier and head out to the submarine.
It's a 10-minute cruise, but you can see Waikiki from the ocean side, which is quite nice.

We dive to a depth of 100 feet, so you can see a lot of fish.
There are efforts made to attract the fish, and there was even a quite large turtle.

My 83-year-old mother also enjoyed it very much.
I think it's very worthwhile.

日本語ガイドは朝10時から開始です。
HGVCの桟橋からボートに乗って沖に出てサブマリンに乗船します。
10分ほどのクルーズですがワイキキを海側から見る事ができて
こちらもなかなかです。

深度100Fまで潜水しますので、かなり多くのお魚を見る事ができます。
魚を集める工夫がされており、かなり大きなカメまでいました。

83歳の母もとても楽しんでいました。
とても価値があると思います。

First time in Hawaii and wanted to make sure we had a fun and exciting time. Once I saw this shark cage activity, I knew we had to try it since we are so outgoing. North shore have the best crew members who know what they are doing. They make you feel calm and secure. It was such a great experience being in the cage and seeing the sharks swim around up close. We were able to get amazing photos with our go-pro and a lifetime of memories. Plus bragging rights of swimming with sharks. Highly recommended if you love water and sharks!

We went with my 7-year-old son and my husband!
I was truly moved to see so many dolphins!
Although my child can't swim, he had fun swimming with the life jacket and floaties they provided.
With the help of the staff, he was able to swim without me having to stay right by his side the whole time,
and I was also very excited and enjoyed being so close to so many dolphins!
I want to participate again!

First of all, it was fun heading out to sea while watching the sunset sink into the ocean! We stopped the boat and waited for it to get dark, and then it was time to go underwater! I was so happy when 2 to 3 large mantas came close to us. On the way there, there were a few people who got seasick, so motion sickness medication is a must. I forgot to bring my motion sickness medication for the return trip, so I ended up feeling nauseous on the way back. Also, it gets really cold on the return trip, so I think it's essential to have clothes that you can easily change into or warm clothing on the boat.

まず、海に沈む夕日を見ながら沖へ向かって行くのが楽しかったです！そして船を停めて暗くなるのを待ち、いざ水中へ！とても大きなマンタが2〜3枚来てくれてとっても近くまで来てくれてすごく嬉しかったです。行きの船では船酔いしている方が何名か居たので酔い止めは必須です。私は帰りの酔い止めを持参し忘れた為に帰りは気持ち悪くなってしまいました。そして帰りはすごく寒くなるので船の上で簡単に着替えられる様な服や防寒着は必須だと思いました。

Just me with my two grown sons, amazing experience! Got great footage on our go-pro. Very glad I took 2 bonine beforehand, no motion sickness for me. My other son only took 1 bonine and had to cut out 10 mins early but enjoyed the view from the boat. Crew friendly & helpful:)

Our adventure began with introductions of the captain and his awesome crew. They made sure we knew all the safety procedures and explained all of the gear. We arrived to the spot and the crew jumped into their gear and were ready to go. We had time before our turn so we went snorkeling. The water was so clear! I spotted a turtle right away. We finished snorkeling and then saw another turtle on top of the water. Now it was our turn to go below on the snooba scooter. Each scooter was assigned their own diver. My diver communicated with me the whole time. When it came time to dive, he made sure I knew how to clear the pressure in my ears. Then we shook a metal mesh bag with bread balls in it and it was like we had rung a dinner bell for the fish! They flocked to us and nibbled the bread and sometimes your fingers! It was breathtaking and so exciting! I couldn't stop smiling! The photographer got some wonderful shots of us and the price was so reasonable. As our adventure came to an end, we were heading to the surface when a juvenile turtle came swimming by. I would highly recommend this adventure to everyone. Definitely one not to be missed!

This time, I only went to Hawaii Island, but I was able to relax a lot.
I participated in a submarine tour, and it was a really great experience!

今回、Hawaii island だけだったんですが、とても ゆっくり 出来ました。
潜水艦のツアーに参加してとても良い経験させていただきましたよ！

The weather was great, and the waves were calm, so I was looking forward to enjoying a wonderful underwater walk. However, the water clarity was poor. The fish were sparse, and while the small fish entering and exiting the wreckage of ships and airplanes on the seabed were cute, there weren't as many varieties or numbers as I had hoped. Furthermore, at around 30 meters underwater, due to the relationship of sunlight with color wavelengths, even brightly colored fish appeared bluish overall, so I didn't feel the vividness typical of the southern seas, which was disappointing.

天気良し、波静かで絶好の海中散歩を楽しにみしていたけど、海中（海水）の透明度が悪い。
魚類がまばら、海底に沈めた船舶や飛行機の残骸（魚の住み家）に出入りする小魚は、可愛らしいが、期待したほどの種類や数が見られない。　さらに３０ｍくらいの海中では、太陽光は色彩波長の関係で、鮮やかな色合いの魚でも全体に青白くみえるため、南海の海といった鮮やかさは感じられず、残念でした。

It was like a dream to see wild dolphins passing underneath and in front of me!! It felt like I was swimming with them, and it was so much fun! It reminded me of when I was a child and wanted to become a dolphin trainer after seeing dolphins at the aquarium. I thought to myself that this is what it means to have a lifetime of youth and excitement! There was also a turtle that came up right next to me, and I panicked because I was too close even though I knew I shouldn't touch it! The pineapple I had on the boat was sweet and delicious too! It was such a wonderful experience☆

野生のイルカが自分の下や前を通りすぎて夢のようでした！！
一緒に泳いでるみたいで楽しかったです！
小さい頃水族館でイルカを見てイルカの調教師になりたかった事を思い出しました。
一生青春、一生感動とはこの事だなと思いました！
カメも下の方にいたのが上に上がってきてちょうど真横に来たので触っちゃいけないのに近すぎて焦りました！
船の上で食べたパイナップルも甘くておいしかったです！

We participated as a family of four. I wondered if we could really swim with wild dolphins as we departed the port at 7:30. Contrary to my expectations, we quickly encountered a pod of dolphins. We got ready and dove into the sea with the kids. About 10 to 15 dolphins swam slowly beneath us, and our whole family was moved. The dolphin swim was surprisingly short, and I wished we could swim longer, but when we got back on the boat, I was shocked at how tired I felt. I realized that amount of time was just right. After the dolphins, we swam with sea turtles. We encountered them right away, and the kids were thrilled to see them up close. We tried hard to take our own photos, but it turned out to be surprisingly difficult, and we didn't get good shots. Instead, I was very satisfied to purchase the data from a professional photographer for $50. The staff and the director were very polite, and we had a great time throughout. This must have been an unforgettable experience for the kids (and of course for the adults too). Personally, I think this tour is definitely worth participating in.

家族４人で参加しました。野生のイルカと泳ぐなんて、そんなことできるのかと思いながら7:30に港を出港。予想とは裏腹に、すぐにイルカの群れと遭遇。準備して子供達と海へダイブ。10～15頭ぐらいのイルカが自分たちの下をゆっくりと泳いでいて、家族全員感動しました。イルカスイムは意外と時間が短くもっと泳いでいたいと思ってましたが、船に上がったら予想以上に体が疲れていてビックリ。あれぐらいの時間がちょうどいいんだと実感しました。イルカの後は、ウミガメとのスイム。すぐに遭遇でき、こちらも間近で見る事ができ子供達も大はしゃぎでした。自分たちで写真に収めようと頑張ったんですが、これが意外と難しくうまく取れませんでした。その代わりに、$50しましたがプロのカメラマンのデータを購入でき大満足。スタッフの方や学長も対応がとても丁寧で、終始気分よく過ごせました。子供たちにとっては一生忘れられない体験になったはずです（当然大人にとっても）。個人的には、このツアーへ参加する価値は大いにあると思います。
