It was myself and my 17 and 16 year old sons. The tour guides on the trail at the ranch were really nice and informative. So cool to ride through the ranch, up the mountain and overlook the water. Beauty every where you looked. Also, the scenes were movies were filmed was fun to see.
You do get dirty - it was very dry when we went so lots of dust. If it’s wet I image you’re covered in mud. They give you goggles and buffs to cover your nose and mouth. You need them! Another reviewer suggested to bring wipes to wash your face afterwards- solid advice. We did that to get some of the dirt off our faces. Plenty more came off in the shower. Haha
The bus to/ from was comfortable and clean. Only not so great thing I can say is there was a very long wait time from when we arrived at the ranch until our scheduled tour started. Had I known that I maybe would have rented a car and drove up on our own. Price would have been Equivalent, and plenty of other places to stop in along the way. All in all it was a great adventure and I definitely recommend it!

Many things were satisfactory. Except the fumes of the boat were overwhelming. The staff was courteous, friendly and unassuming. The boarding process was slow and cumbersome. Waiting in the heat at the pier with no place to sit comfortably was a challenge. Paying over 300.00 for a ticket, one would think the details of waiting would be better thought out.

However, at the end of the evening, the experience was delightful the staff wonderful. If a person needed to use the latrine, they were in for a big surprise. The stench in the bathrooms could cause one to vomit. These facilities were not adequate. It is clearly understood, for the money spent, the business needs to purchase another vessel.

Everyone who comes to Hawaii should visit the Pearl Harbor and view the film and find out why it's very important in our History. You will leave with a better understanding of the events that led to the memorial. Roberts provides excellent guides and service and the city tour adds to the magnificent Day you will have. Put it on your Do NOT want to Miss IT.

Captain Kam and Asia were wonderful to our small group. We loved being in the smaller 12 person boat. Kam is a very skilled captain and they both always kept our safety a priority. It was fun, incredibly gorgeous view of the Napali coast. We saw dolphins, turtles, went under a waterfall. The best part was we got lucky with the weather and got to experience a unique cave tour as well.
Food was great too, everything was perfect!

The guide for us was great!! I missed my sunglasses in the sea.he picked up it in deeply.

This was so much fun!!! You definitely get super dirty but it is so worth it! You get to see so much of the ranch and the different valleys! We had Jessica as one of our tour guides and she was awesome! She did a lot of fun things with the group to make the experience more fun! If you love Jurassic World, you will love being able to see some cool things from the movie. Definitely a fantastic experience!

We had the very best time. I was a little nervous about the price but I would do it all over again.

This luau was amazing. The food was great. The show/dance was great as well. The fire show was amazing. Im so glad i booked this Luau. Its right on the beach, at sunset.

It was great to have a view of Waikiki! It became a wonderful memory. However, the wait was long, and I struggled with seasickness. I purchased the photo service for $40, but my face was all dark and not visible.

The pre-show activities ? None of those happened.
I was really looking forward to experience their culture but NO. When we got there, we were welcomed (speech and all that) then lined up for food and drinks then the show started.

I paid for a VIP royal package expecting my experience will be smooth… The only distinction between VIP and non VIP is the table arrangement and priority line for food but doesn’t apply if you wanna get drinks… which was very inconvenient.

Bottom line, I didn’t get my money’s worth.

We were in capable hands with Joshua, our born-on-Lanai travel guide. His enthusiasm and pride in sharing with us his homeland on this historically fascinating island was infectious as it was a pleasure.

We were picked up promptly at the ferry dock and whisked away upcountry into the hart of the island. The small town of Lanai City was a historical treat as Joshua pointed out many informative funfacts and things only personal knowledge can regale and recount.

We had a terrific time and will likely do it again when we visit. We highly recommend this tour for a close personal look at one of the jewels of the island state.

I arrived about 7 or 8 minutes late from the pickup time, but I think it's understandable given the traffic conditions. The driver helped us with our luggage, which was very helpful. There was plenty of space in the larger vehicle since there were about four groups, including us. We first stopped at Terminal 1 for Hawaiian Airlines and then at Terminal 2 for Japan Airlines. Since we had a little extra time, we were able to head to check-in and security without feeling rushed. Thank you very much.

ドライバーさんが荷物を乗せるのを手伝ってくださり助かりました。
大きめの車に私たちを含めて4組くらいだったので、余裕がありました。最初はハワイアン航空などのターミナル1で停まり、その後に日本航空などのターミナル2に停まりました。
時間も少し余裕があったので、チェックインや保安検査に焦ることなく向かうことができました。

I found out that I needed permission to hike Diamond Head, so I decided to join the Manoa Falls tour instead. I wasn't expecting much, but our guide Hiro was kind and provided detailed explanations. I was able to soak in a lot of negative ions, and it turned out to be a fun tour.

ダイアモンドヘッド登山が事前に許可を貰わないといけないことがわかり、急遽マノア滝ツアーに参加することにしました。あまり期待をしてなかったのですが、ガイドのHiroさんが親切で、細かく説明して下さったし、マイナスイオンも沢山浴びることができて、楽しいツアーでした。

My family and I had so much fun, it’s a unique experience in the middle of the ocean where you can swim around the boat and snorkel, jump from the boat, or slide from the boat. I highly recommend this activity for everyone.

The cruise ship was large, with many tables arranged inside and a small stage as well. We were guided to our seats by the staff. While we were on our way to the sandbar, we enjoyed lovely music played with a ukulele, guitar, and singing.

The water level at the sandbar changes with the tides, so if you have the time, it might be a good idea to check the tide conditions in advance. We signed up at the last minute, so we didn’t check beforehand, but on the morning of our visit, the water level was about waist-deep. In some areas, it was deep enough to reach shoulder height, but even so, the clear water was beautifully colored and truly stunning.

You can freely enjoy SUP, kayaking, and snorkeling. However, there are a limited number of SUPs and kayaks, so if others are using them and they are not available, you may have to wait. We tried SUP for the first time, and it was a bit difficult to balance, and with the ocean current, it was quite challenging to go in the direction we intended. But it was a lot of fun.

One thing to be careful about is the red buoys, which indicate where you should not go beyond. If you get too close, we were told to sit down and paddle back on the SUP or to get out and walk back if you were in a kayak.

For snorkeling, we swam in an area with coral reefs, and since the water was shallow, we were able to see the fish up close. They were so beautiful that we could have watched them for a long time.

The lounge floating on the sea was also a photogenic spot. At the sandbar, you can spend your time freely until it's time to go, so when we got cold, we returned to the ship to wrap ourselves in towels and enjoyed some orange juice and donuts.

There was one men's restroom and two women's restrooms on board, which was convenient. All the staff members were bright, cheerful, and wonderful people. There was also one Japanese staff member, so I think you don’t have to worry if you're anxious about your English.

On the way back, we left the sandbar while listening to music and returned to the port. It became a very lovely memory. We had so much fun. Thank you, everyone!

クルーズ船は大きくて、中はたくさんテーブルが並んでいて、小さなステージもありました。場所はスタッフの方に案内されて座りました。サンドバーに着くまでの間、ウクレレとギターと歌で素敵な音楽を聞くことができました。
サンドバーは潮の満ち引きによって水位が変わるので、余裕があれば、あらかじめ潮の状態を調べておくといいかもしれません。私たちは直前に申し込んだので調べていきませんでしたが、私たちが行った日の午前中は水位が腰くらいまでありました。場所によっては肩くらいまで深さがありましたが、それでも、透き通った水でとてもきれいな色をしていて、本当に美しかったです。
SUPやカヤック、シュノーケリングは自由にすることができます。SUPとカヤックに関しては個数が限られているので、他の方が使っていてその場にない場合は待たないといけないと思います。私たちは初めてSUPに挑戦しましたが、バランスを取るのが少し難しく、海水の流れもあるので思った方向に進むのがなかなか難しかったです。でもとても楽しかったです。
注意しなければならないのは、赤いブイがあるので、その先には行かないということです。そこの近くまで行ってしまったら、SUPでは座って戻ったり、カヤックの場合は降りて歩いて戻ったりするように言われました。
シュノーケリングでは、珊瑚礁がある場所で泳ぎましたが、こちらも水深が浅いので、近くで魚たちを見ることができました。とてもきれいで、ずっと見ていられるくらいでした。
海に浮かぶラウンジもフォトジェニックな場所でした。
サンドバーでは時間まで自由に過ごすことができるので、体が冷えたら船内に戻ってタオルにくるまったり、オレンジジュースやドーナツをいただいたりしました。
船内に男子トイレは1つ、女子トイレは2つあったので、トイレに行けるのもよかったです。
スタッフのみなさんが明るく陽気で素敵な方ばかりでした。また、日本人のスタッフさんも1人いらっしゃったので、英語に不安があっても心配いらないと思います。
帰りも音楽を聞きながらサンドバーをあとにし、港へ戻りました。
とても素敵な思い出になりました。すごく楽しかったです。みなさん、ありがとうございました。

I had a good time with my family. The people running it were friendly. The park is beautiful.

The entire experience was wonderful, especially the captain and crew. The food and drinks were great as well. My only complaint is that I wish our time at the sandbar was longer! We spent a good while at the snorkeling reef, but I wish our time at the sandbar was equal in length. 10/10 recommend!!

Beginning with our pickup, through drop off, our trip was fantastic. Our tour guide was the best. Our first stop was to see city sights and he allowed us time for pictures along with him taking our group pictures. The battleship was fascinating and of course Pearl Harbour was very touching. Great tour.

I was nervous about my first parasailing experience, but it was really fun! I floated in the air longer than I expected, and the view was amazing!

So fun!! Loved all the workers who gave us history on Hawaii, from ferry driver to island workers who took us on canoe and glass bottom boat. Loved the sandbar canoe the best!! Definitely recommend visiting the beach

Our party of 11 truly enjoyed this Luau! The Chief Luau offers fun, entertainment,information and good food!! The performers were top notch and so much fun to watch!

Keiko was an amazing tour guide. He really made the experience one of the best I’ve had. Looking forward to do it again when I come back to the island. We haven’t forgot your care package :)

This Lua was wonderful! We were treated like royalty and had a very perfect night!

It's a two-hour ride through the fields and mountains of Kualoa.

For safety, you will wear a helmet, goggles, and a take-home Kualoa-patterned cloth mask. This is because you'll be kicking up sand and dust for two hours. Our family of four shared one vehicle. The driver must have a valid driver's license. If there is no licensed driver, a Kualoa instructor will drive for you.

There are breaks at key points where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, take photos, and explore movie set locations—it's a packed two hours. After the activity, when you look in the mirror, you'll be covered in dust, and you'll end up laughing as you look at each other. That's the vibe.

Since it's hot, please bring plenty of water.

I highly recommend it.

クアロアの野山を掛けぬける２時間です。

安全のためヘルメットとゴーグル、そしてお持ち帰り可能なクアロア柄の布制マスクを着用します。
２時間砂誇りを巻き上げて走り抜けるからです。
我が家は家族４人で一台乗車です。
運転手は免許所有者でないといけません。
免許所有者がいない場合はクアロアのインストラクターさんが運転してくれます。

要所要所で休憩が入り、きれいな景色を楽しんで撮影したり、映画ロケでのセットを楽しんだり　盛りだくさんの２時間です。
アクティビティー後に鏡を見ると　全身砂埃まみれ、お互い顔お見合わせて笑ってしまう。そんな感じです。

暑いので水分は持参してくださいね。

A few years ago, we entered the water slightly earlier (just before the sunset was complete) and got out before it was completely dark. Still, we were lucky enough to have manta rays come close, which was exciting. This time, there were only about two, rather than many.

There was a sense that the four guides, including the captain, were enjoying themselves, which made it a fun experience. Actually, while I was looking underwater, they were doing their best to explain things above the float, but I had my ears in the water and missed most of it. I thought it would be good to master the technique of having my face in the water while keeping my ears out of it...

数年前のツアーと比べて若干早め（ちょうど夕日が沈み切る直前）から水に入り、完全に暗くなる前位に水から上がりました。それでも、幸運にもマンタが近づいてきてくれて興奮でした。今回は多数というよりは２匹？位ではありましたが。
何となく船長を含め４名のガイド自らが楽しんでいる感があって楽しい気分になることができました、、、実は水中を見ているとき、フロートの上で一生懸命説明をしてくれていたのですが、水中に耳をつけてしまっていてほとんど聞きそびれてしまいました。顔は水の中、耳は水の外、、って技を身につけておくといいと思いました。。。
