Honestly, before I signed up, I thought $208 was a bit high... but since I was in Hawaii, I wanted to see the luau show, so I went ahead and signed up.

In the end, I’m glad I did! There were so many hula dances, fire dances, and shows to see, it was very impressive!!

When we arrived, we were welcomed with leis. After being shown to our seats, we had a little time before the buffet opened, so there was a space to enjoy making leis and headbands, which was fun. I thought I might not participate when I signed up, but it turned out to be a unique Hawaiian experience, and I loved it!!

We took a commemorative photo with the sunset in the background, and since we had tickets for two drinks, we ordered the first one and toasted together.

When the buffet line opened, everyone lined up and went to get their food in a serving style. The taste was good, but there weren't many options.

After the sun set, the show continued. The various regional dances and performances were really wonderful!!

It rained a little on the day I attended, but I think it would have been even better if it had been sunny! I highly recommend it.

正直、申し込む前は$208は少し高いな…と思っていたのですが、
せっかくのハワイなので、ルアウショーを見たいと思い申込ました。

結果は、申し込んでよかったです！
何といってもたくさんのフラダンスやファイヤーダンスやショーが見れて、
見応えがありました！！

到着するとレイでお出迎えしてくれました。
席に案内されると、ビュッフェのオープンまで少し時間があるということで、
リストレイつくりや、ヘッドバンドつくりの体験を楽しめるスペースがあり楽しかったです。
申し込んだときはやらないかな・・・と思っていたのですが、
ハワイならではの体験で、良かったです！！

夕日をバックに皆で記念撮影をし、
ドリンクも2杯分のチケットがついていたので、1つめを注文し、皆で乾杯。

ビュッフェラインがオープンすると皆ぞろぞろと列になり、配膳のような形で取りに行きます。
味は美味しかったですが、種類は多くありませんでした・

夕日が沈んでからは、ショーが続きます。
色々な地方のダンスや、ショーはとても素敵でした！！

私が参加した日は少し雨だったのですが、晴れていたらもっと良かったと思います！

The show was really great!! There were hula lessons and interactive elements, and the various areas of hula, dance, and luau were all very impressive.

However, I think it's best not to have high expectations for the buffet. The show was very splendid, but the variety of the buffet was limited, and the staff put the food in boxes without allowing you to choose your preferred amount. (They might do it if you ask, but with such a long line, it didn't feel like the right atmosphere to ask...) The way they served the food was also quite careless, which was really disappointing.

Additionally, unfortunately, the weather was rainy... It wasn't raining the entire time, but when it rains outdoors, it really dampens the mood.

The show itself was very good, so I would be happy if they could improve the buffet format a bit!

ショーはとても良かったです！！
フラのレッスンや参加型のものもあり、
色々なエリアのフラやダンス、ルアウも迫力満点でした。

ただ、ビュッフェは期待しない方がいいかなと思います。
ショーはとても立派なのに、
ビュッフェの種類も少なく、また、スタッフさんが勝手にボックスに入れるので、
好きな量を好きな分だけ選べるわけではありません。
（言えばやってくれるのかもしれませんが、長蛇の列でそんなことを言える雰囲気でもなく・・・）
入れ方も雑で、そこだけすごく残念でした。

また、生憎の天候が雨で・・・全部雨だったわけでないですが、
やはり野外で雨が降るとなかなかテンションがあがりませんでした。

ショー自体はとっても良かったので・・・ビュッフェの形式を少し改善してもらえると嬉しいです！

After the reception, we were welcomed with a lei made of real flowers. I was able to take photos with the performers. Before the show started, there were photo spots and experiences like making crowns from leaves and flower bracelets, which made the waiting time enjoyable for children as well. I participated in the buffet course, but I felt there were fewer types of dishes, and since the staff served the food, it gave the impression of a bento-style meal. The food was delicious.

I was a bit dissatisfied with the variety of the menu and the way it was served. We received two drink tickets, allowing us to choose our favorite drinks from the counter, including alcohol and soft drinks!

Unfortunately, it rained on the day of the event, and I had to participate wearing a raincoat, so I couldn't see the sunset, which brought my mood down a bit, but that's just the weather... The show itself was authentic, and I thoroughly enjoyed traditional dances like hula and fire dancing. Some parts of the show involved audience participation, which was fun. However, since the show was primarily conducted in English, it might be a bit difficult to understand if you don't know any English.

I got the impression that there were more Western participants than Japanese ones. Overall, I enjoyed it, but considering the content of the food and the overall cost performance of the experience, it felt a bit overpriced.

受付が終わったら本物のお花でできたレイでお出迎え。パフォーマーの方々と一緒に写真を撮ることが出来ました。
ショーが始まる前には、写真撮影スポットや葉っぱで作る冠やお花のブレスレット作りの体験が用意されていて、待ち時間はお子様にも楽しめる工夫がされていました。私はバイキングコースに参加しましたが、お料理の種類は少なめで、係の方が取り分けてくれるスタイルのため、お弁当形式に近い印象を受けました。料理の味は美味しかったです。
メニューの種類と提供の仕方には少し不満かな。
ドリンクチケットが２枚ついていてドリンクカウンターでアルコールやソフトドリンクから自分が好きなものを選ぶことが出来ました！

当日は残念ながら雨が降り、レインコートを着ての参加になり、夕日も見られず少しテンションが下がってしまいましたが、これは天候なので仕方ないですね。。。ショー自体は本格的で、フラダンス、ファイヤーダンスなど伝統的なダンスをたっぷり堪能しました。
ショーの一部観客も参加型になっていて楽しむことが出来ました。
ただ、基本的に英語での進行なので、英語が全くわからないと少し理解しにくい部分もあるかもしれません。

参加者は日本人より、欧米系の方が多かった印象です。
全体として楽しめましたが、料理の内容や体験全体のコストパフォーマンスを考えると、若干割高に感じました＞＜

I boarded three times before the COVID-19 pandemic. The atmosphere was nice, and there were staff members who could speak Japanese. I was really looking forward to this trip to Hawaii after a long time, but the staff prioritized foreign guests and were not friendly towards Japanese guests. The drinks I ordered took over 30 minutes to arrive, and they didn't even ask if I wanted a refill on the bread. The only saving grace was the beautiful fireworks from Hilton. Overall, I'm just disappointed.

コロナ禍前に3回乗船しました。
雰囲気も良く、日本語も出来るスタッフもいました。今回久しぶりのハワイでとっても楽しみにしてましたが、スタッフは外人のゲストファーストで、日本人には愛想無し。頼んだドリンクは30分以上来ない。パンのおかわりさえ聞かない。唯一ヒルトンの花火が綺麗だった事が救い。
とにかく残念の一言

From beginning to end this was a wonderful experience! The entertainment and the food were exceptional, as was the hospitality. I highly recommend this event.

A shuttle bus came to the hotel and it took about 30 minutes to the venue. There were no Japanese people on board, which made me quite anxious. However, the driver said "Japanese!" and encouraged travelers from different countries.

At the venue, I could only confirm one other group of Japanese participants besides us, but I felt that it actually enhanced the atmosphere. The shuttle service and the local staff were attentive, and I was able to enjoy the experience without any major issues. There was a dedicated staff member who spoke Japanese for the Japanese guests. The staff's words, "Please feel free to reach out if you need anything," provided a great sense of reassurance.

Drinks were exchanged for tickets, and while some drinks required an additional fee, most could be enjoyed with the tickets. The food mainly featured Hawaiian dishes, which were decent, and I thought it wasn't bad at all. The show combined traditional elements with entertainment, and I enjoyed it throughout.

Since everything was primarily in English, I couldn't fully understand the details of the conversations, but I was able to catch bits and pieces. It started with a Hawaiian sunset, and I received a lei, allowing me to feel the weight and beauty of an authentic lei. Overall, I thought it was a very good experience.

ホテル前に送迎バスが来てくれて会場まで30分ほど。車内には日本人はいなくてとても不安でした。ただ、運転手さんが「Japanese！」と言ってそれぞれの国の旅行者を盛り上げてくれました。
会場でも日本人の参加は私たちの他に一組しか確認できなかったですが、それがかえって雰囲気が出たように感じました。送迎、現地スタッフの方が気を配って下さり特に問題なく楽しめました。日本人の為に日本語が話せるスタッフが専属で対応してくれました。「何かあったらいつでも声掛けてください」というスタッフの言葉にとても安心感がありました。
飲み物はもらったチケットで好きなドリンクと交換する形でした。ドリンクによってはプラスアルファで料金を払いますが基本的に大体のドリンクはチケットで飲めました。食事は、ハワイのものがメインでまずまずでしたが、悪くはなかったと思います。またショーは伝統的なものとエンター的なものがうまく合わり、終始楽しめました。
基本的に英語だけなので話している内容は詳しく理解できませんでしたが、所々聞き取れ
ました。ハワイのサンセットから始まり、レイをもらい本場のレイの重みや綺麗さも感じることができました。全体的にとても良かったと思います。

The show was fun, and time flew by; I had a fulfilling time. I have fallen in love with Hawaii again. I will be a repeat visitor.

ショーは楽しく、時間が経つのが早く充実した時が過ごせました。

I participated with just a show ticket. Although I was in the public relations section, it wasn't too far away, so it was fine. After the show, you can take photos with the cast. I wanted to take a picture with the backup dancers, but it was only with the main cast, which was disappointing.

広報の席はでしたがそこまで距離があるわけでもないので大丈夫でした。
ショーの後にはキャストと写真を撮れます。バックダンサーの方と撮りたかったがメインキャストのみだったのが残念です。

The food was excellent. Even though the venue was large and held many people, it was very efficiently organised.

Open bar had a great selection of drinks

The show had a pre- show. the band played while we were having dinner and there were some songs sung by the cast.

The show itself had a great story line and you could tell that the performers are proud to be part of the cast.

You ARE NOT called up on stage. A good thing.

It was an exhilarating show that was completely different from what I had imagined a Polynesian show would be! First of all, the power of the Polynesian show was incredibly moving. And the rock show was the best. Michael's singing and dancing were a sight to behold! After the show, there was a greeting and photo opportunity. I took a picture with Michael and shook his hand, but I was shaking all over, and I could tell he was performing despite being exhausted, which brought me to tears. It's a soulful show that I highly recommend everyone to see!

自分が想像していたポリネシアンショーとは一線を画す大興奮ショーでしたよ！
まず、ポリネシアンショーの迫力は凄く感動しました。
そして、ロックショー、最高でした。マイケルの歌、ダンス、一見あり！
ショーの後、グリーティング、写真撮影出来ました。
マイケルと写真撮影して握手してもらいましたが、全身震えていて、満身創痍でパフォーマンスしているのが分かり、涙が出ました。
そんな魂のショー、是非皆さん観てください！

Overall is very good. The lobster is very tasty, the steak is great, the view to the fire work is amazing, the crews are super friendly, the dance performance is fantastic. We enjoyed the dance at the end with a lot of laughs & funs together. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at the luau, met nice people at our table as well. Was a little disappointed with the food as I was expecting a more traditionally cooked food. The entertainment was first class.
Overall we had a wonderful time and would do it again.

Everything was GREAT! Everything was right on schedule. Great host, such a smooth ride. Our captain gave great tips and the bartender kept the drinks coming. It's a great ride to get a whole view of wakiki Beach

The guide who came to pick us up was the worst. The explanations on-site were insufficient, and when I was getting the tickets, my smartphone hanging around my neck was yanked, and I almost fell. The guidance for the return trip was also inadequate, leaving me worried about whether I could get back to the hotel.

現地での説明が不十分でチケットをもらう時も首にかけていたスマホを引っ張られて転びそうでした。
帰りの案内も不十分でホテルに帰れるか不安でした。

I participated in early November. Since I made a last-minute reservation, I didn't check the reviews or precautions much and joined without sunglasses, but you should definitely bring them! The sun was strong for about an hour from the meeting time, and I got really sunburned, so sunscreen is a must. I took motion sickness medication, so I didn't get seasick, but the boat was quite rocky at times. We got splashed with water in the areas with big waves, but it was exciting and fun. The drinks were unlimited with a cup exchange, and at the end, we even received mini raffles. In our group, there was only one other Japanese couple, and there were more people from Europe and the United States than from Asia. Everyone was friendly, and we were able to take photos together. The strong wind made my hair a mess. It felt a bit pricey due to the weak yen, but the sunset was beautiful, and I'm glad I participated!

11月上旬に参加しました。直前にドタバタ予約したため口コミや注意事項をあまり確認せずグラサンなしで参加しましたが、絶対持っていってください笑
集合時間〜１時間ぐらいは日差しが強く、日焼けが凄かったので、日焼け止めも必須です。酔い止めは飲んでいたので船酔いはありませんでしたが、途中は揺れが大きかったです。波が大きいところでは水に濡れたりもしましたが、盛り上がって楽しかったです。ドリンクもコップ交換で飲み放題で、最後にミニのラッフルズなどもいただきました。私たちが乗った回は日本の方が他に1組しかおらず、アジア圏よりも欧米の方が多かったです。みなさんフレンドリーで写真を取り合ったりできました。強風で髪の毛はボッサボサになります。円安すぎてお高めに感じましたが、サンセットもキレイで参加して良かったです！

It was a very enjoyable show. The composition was good, and it had a Hawaiian feel, which made me satisfied. Since it's an indoor theater, the acoustics and visibility are great, and the seats are spacious, which I think is nice.

This was our first time taking a booze cruise and not sure what to expect. Bring your enthusiasm, let your hair down, and you will truly enjoy this experience. The staff was so friendly and fun, the drinks flowed, and we were dancing most of the time. The rest of the time spent was taking the most amazing photos against a spectacular sunset! Every one of my group of 12 had the best time and wanted to do this again every night of our stay!

Such a fun night. The food options were delicious. The activities and vendors were interesting and informative. The show is very entertaining and fun to watch. The host, Paul, was fantastic and he made it special for my fiancé and l as he heard we got engaged a few days prior. We got to get our own dance along those who were celebrating anniversaries. That was such a sweet surprise and totally unexpected. I highly recommend luau! The transportation was also fantastic and super easy.

Our group was looking forward to our first luau and as we arrived at the destination it started raining. While the hosts were quick to hand out rain ponchos, the rain affected the event.

First, the hosts were rushed to get folks registered and get things moving. As a result, our group was never able to get our picture taken before the event started. Knowing this was an outdoor venue and its rainy season, I would have expected that certain things would have been under cover - like the photo area, the stage and honestly even the seating.

The food was under cover and was good. Not spectacular but good. A couple of our group had raw fish and were all sick that night so having certain foods outside for an extended period was not smart.

The performance from the warriors was good. They tried to show the different dress/dance of various polynesian groups but it would have benefited from more clarity on their differences as they all stared looking the same.

The ONE performance I was looking forward to was the fire dance. It was a disappointment. I expected all the adult performers to have choreographed a phenomenal dance of fire, complete with fire twirling, throwing etc. Instead they handed the "fire dance" off to one young boy for a solo act and two young boys to show off what they learned. YES, they were very good! but the magic of a "warrior tribe" dancing the fire dance was lost. The adults did come back for a grand finale - but it seems confusing at best.

Not what I expected.

The window-side seat on the top floor had a great view and the food was delicious. However, the size of the steak was clearly smaller than those at the surrounding tables, which was disappointing. Additionally, they did not bring water to us or other Japanese guests.

I felt a bit sad about various things, but the evening and night views were wonderful, and we could see the fireworks well, so I think it was still a good experience. I believe those who participate can enjoy it if they have a relaxed mindset.

窓際席、一番上の階で景色も良くお料理も美味しかったです。しかし、ステーキの大きさが周りのテーブルより明らかに小さく、残念な気持ちになりました。また、私たちや他の日本人にはお水を持ってきてくれませんでした。
色々悲しい気持ちでしたが、夕景、夜景は素晴らしく花火も良く観れたので良かったのかなとは思います。
参加される方は心にゆとりがあれば楽しめるとは思います。

I came back and had a Mai Tai at home, but I miss the Mai Tai from that boat. Last time, the sea was rough and I couldn't ride, but I'm very satisfied this time.

You can enjoy a wonderful sunset cruise while admiring Diamond Head on a uniquely shaped boat that is hard to find in Japan. We start with a toast as Mai Tai cocktails flow from the tap! (If you don't drink, you can choose something else.) Other alcoholic beverages are also all-you-can-drink, allowing you to spend a pleasant time feeling the breeze in an open space.

The boarding area is near a power spot called Kavehevehe, so be sure to check it out before or after your cruise. It will cleanse both your mind and body!

The meeting point is just a short walk through the Sheraton Hotel, making it especially recommended if you're staying at a hotel near the Sheraton!

なかなか日本ではお目にかからない形の船に乗り、ダイアモンドヘッドを眺めながら素敵なサンセットクルーズができます。
マイタイカクテルが蛇口から出るスタイルで最初に乾杯します！（飲めない方は別の選べます）
ほかのアルコールも飲み放題で、開放的な空間で風を感じながら気持ちの良いひと時を過ごせます。
乗り場はカヴェヘヴェヘというパワースポットが近くなので、前後でぜひ行ってみてください。心身ともに浄化されます！

シェラトンホテルの中を突っ切っていけばすぐの待ち合わせ場所で、シェラトン近辺のホテル宿泊なら特にお勧めします！

Overall, excellent experience. The show was awesome showing the traditional style of dances and performances of the Hawaiian culture. The buffet itself had many selections to choose and eat. The most highlight of the show was the HA breath of life where it was the fire rings twisted by several different men on the show which was pretty cool. We also did the islands of Polynesia 2 hour guided tour where we sat down and peeled bananas and coconut looking like materials with the dressed up villagers on site.

The sunset cruise was absolutely gorgeous and worth of your time. It was our anniversary with my wife and had a wonderful evening with the awesome Hula show and with the friendly crew members on board. Customer service was excellent and we will be coming back shortly. Food was of course great too and my favorite part was the BBQ chicken with the MaiTai cocktail!

From the photos, the cheaper options have a beer garden-like atmosphere. I chose the most expensive one. There were many people celebrating honeymoons or anniversaries, creating a calm yet lively ambiance with live piano and saxophone music.

The buffet had a variety of options, and the show was really wonderful! The kids were also very happy. If it weren't for the unnecessary comments from the male driver who picked us up, it would have been perfect. It was none of his business, and his attitude was too rude.

Great experience, the staff on the boat were really personable and experienced.
Reminder to those going on the catamaran, wear shorts or something you don’t mind getting wet, no denim or something that will take. Whole to dry as you have to walk through the water to get on the boat and you have to time the stair climb with the waves.
I would recommend this cruise to anyone. The instructions on where to check in were clear and there was a water tap to rinse our feet off after which was nice. This catamaran was smaller than any others I had been on which was great for easy on and off. The mai tai’s were really good too!! Much better than some of the hotel bars we have had.
