This was a big hit with my husband. He was visiting his son for the week and when he got off the plane there was a sign with his name on it. I wanted to surprise him for his Birthday. He went up to the man and was surprised with a lei with nuts and shells and a flower lei. Such a nice surprise. The gentleman was very personable and talked with David about his stay. I highly recommend this company.

Since there was no airport transfer included in the return plan, I arranged this myself. I chose this option instead of the HIS shared transfer, which was a dollar cheaper, but I wanted to go with this one. The driver was pleasant, and the shuttle was spacious, which was nice for the small number of passengers. However, I got off at the Hawaiian Airlines domestic terminal, which caused a bit of confusion. (They might have explained it, but...) I had a flight at 10:20 AM, and my pickup was scheduled for 6:35 AM. I was waiting in front of the hotel 10 minutes early, but the pickup didn't arrive until 6:50 AM! Other customers were angry. Even though my hotel was the first pickup, there was no apology for the delay, and we didn't leave until 7:00 AM because they were confirming a customer who wasn't even on the pickup list. That confirmation took a long time. Because of this significant delay, I arrived at the airport three hours before my flight, which I thought was an early pickup. It was early in the morning, and having to wait made me decide that I will never use this service again. Taking a taxi would have been a more efficient use of my time. When I checked Uber during the wait, I found that it was cheaper. I wish I had done my research properly... I wanted to relax more at the hotel. The enjoyment of my trip was halved on the way back home. I will not use Roberts Hawaii again.
