The reason I didn't give a perfect score is that the bus arrived about 15 minutes late, which made me a bit anxious while waiting. However, that kind of delay might be normal for "Hawaii time." When I boarded, I was the only passenger, but they mentioned that another person was supposed to join. We made a stop at another hotel, but that person never showed up, so it ended up being a private ride for me, which felt a bit awkward. The bus took the scenic route along my favorite Ala Moana Boulevard instead of the highway. Seeing Ala Moana Park and Aloha Tower at the end of my trip was quite moving. The driver was very cheerful and full of Aloha spirit, making for a really pleasant experience. I think this bus is perfect for wrapping up wonderful memories. Next time, I plan to use it for a round trip if the opportunity arises.

I used this service when I arrived in Honolulu from Kauai. In the morning when flights from Japan arrive, there is a check-in at the group exit, but after 1 PM, the check-in moves to the individual exit. I had read this in the guide, so I was able to find the check-in without getting lost. However, there is quite a distance from the Hawaiian Airlines terminal to the check-in area. If I hadn't read it, I think I would have been at a loss (laughs).
