After flying all the way and overnight from Alaska, I was very pleased with the shuttle service. After a short wait, they sent me to the resort in a cab, as the shuttles were going to be a while. I would definitely use them again, and appreciated not having to wait any longer than necessary at the airport.

Such a Hawaiian way to be greeted when arriving to Kauai! Especially our first visit!

I didn't know if we word receive flower lei's when we arrived to Kauai, I researched companies that would have the lei's at the airport. I did it as a surprise to my husband! Our plane was delayed and the woman waited for us to arrive after midnight! She had the sign up when exiting to baggage claim and I saw her in enough time to have my husband walk thru first. The greeter was very friendly and helped us to get a taxi to get us to our hotel. The lei's were beautiful! They lasted almost 5 days and we refrigerated them at first. This is an essential Hawaiian to-do!!!

Mini shuttle or Tour Bus?

I was confused as to where my shuttle would pick me up after being told by the tour bus driver on drop off at the parking lot near the car rental booths that this is where I would be picked up after returning my rental car a few days later. I was glad I checked to find out that a mini shuttle would instead pick me up at the front of the baggage area.
Less confusion would have been avoided if I were given instructions when I made my reservation.

Anytime using car service usually two things come to mind: cleanliness of the vehicle and driver personality. Our driver, Francis, was not only very nice but had excellent etiquette. The sedan was also clean, smelled good, and was just washed. He was also very prompt and I would definitely use him again.

Above and beyond!
Our flight was delayed 7 hours, we arrived at HNL at 11:00 PM local time and I was sure the surprise greeting I had planned for our family's first trip to the island would have been canceled due to the late hour.
Instead, we were greeted at the gate by a beautiful, very cordial young lady who presented us with gorgeous leis and welcomed us warmly. She was very informative, took us directly to baggage claim and explained how to get to the rental car site most readily.
She made lemon-aide out of the lemons we had been given by the travel delay and helped start our vacation right!

The service both from and to the airport in kona was excellent.
Not only were we met on landing by a very proessional lady who helped us get our bags and then took us to our vehicle, but on return there was even a greater surprise. A 'greeter' met us and helped us check in and chech our bags. She also got us upgraded to the 'exit' row in the plane. It was so nice to be looked after in such a professional manner.

We were met at the airport in Kona by a very professional curteous person who assisted us to collect our bags and get to the shuttle to the fairmont orchid hotel. The service was efficient, pleasant, timely and courteous.
The return to the airport 6 days later was even better. We were picked up on time, delviered to the airport, met by a 'Greeting' person, who checked our bags and got us upgraded to exit row seats while we simply waited to check in. The service was brilliant and I would recommend it to anyone.

She presented us with beautiful leis and escorted us to baggage claim, all the white answering our questions about local spots we wanted to check out. This was something I arranged as a surprise for my wife. It was excellent. The delightful girl who met us had to wait nearly an hour after we had landed due to the high number of passengers going through immigration, but she had checked where we were and was waiting for us as we came through into arrivals. The look on my wife's face when she saw the girl with our names and had the lei put round her neck was a picture. The flowers were fresh and colourful and lasted all the holiday. We had a limousine booked to take us to our hotel and the girl took the trouble to get the driver's number and phone him to find out where he was parked, then helped us to the car with our bags. My wife wore the lei all holiday and was very sad to have to leave it when we left. Altogether a wonderful experience and one we will never forget. I recommend it to anyone.
