I usually used "Speedy Shuttle," but this time I used "Roberts Hawaii."
This time, I chose Roberts Hawaii because ① the hotel was closer to Diamond Head and ② Roberts only services a maximum of five hotels.
The prices are reasonable, and considering that tips are included, I think "Roberts Hawaii" is a good choice.
The driver was friendly and a wonderful person.
I would like to use Roberts again next time. Thank you!

I had a reservation for transportation between the hotel and the airport when returning from my trip to Hawaii. However, on the morning of my departure, I received notice that my flight from Honolulu to Japan would be delayed by 8 hours due to an approaching typhoon. I hurriedly tried to contact them, but due to the time difference, I couldn't get through. However, when I directly contacted Roberts and requested a change in the pickup time, they readily agreed, which was a great help! I felt anxious about the irregular situation in a foreign country, but I was relieved to know that I could get to the airport without any issues. The miso soup with the bento at the Onizuka Center was incredibly delicious, and I apologize that my child asked for seconds twice (^_^;). My younger child was starting to experience a bit of altitude sickness, but since we were taught how to handle it, we were able to see the beautiful sunset, which was truly moving. After experiencing this absolute fun activity last year with my wife and three friends we decided to give it another go this year.

5 of us made the bookings on line and met up with our guide Thomas and 5 other peddlers.

Thomas made us feel very welcome and excited to do this again, he explained the rules and the stops for this trip. Was a bit disappointed no Duck Fart or Brewsum but what the heck.

Turns out the new venues were just great with great beers, food and staff.

This uniquel experience should be done by anyone visiting Waikiki and you don't have to be fit - others can pedal lol. Expect a fun time.

Initially, I was considering a tour that offered Japanese language support, but since it combined horseback riding and ATV experiences, it would have resulted in two separate package tours. Therefore, I opted for this tour, which allows for three package options. Although the tour was in English, the staff who picked us up were bilingual in English and Japanese. We selected our desired package tour on the bus, and by choosing Japanese as the language, we were able to incorporate it into the Japanese tour on-site.

After completing the three attractions and lunch, it was soon time to head back, so I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't spend more time enjoying the location.

I love the Big Island and have visited many times, but this was my first time participating in this tour, which I had been curious about. The bus slowly ascended towards the summit of Mauna Kea, and I could feel the thinning oxygen. During a break, we enjoyed a bento box and warm drinks, and after putting on our warm clothing, we finally reached the top! It felt like a different world! There were people snowboarding on the snow-covered mountain. And the sea of clouds spread out below us! The sun gradually set, and we were able to see a magnificent sunset. The surroundings were enveloped in the evening glow, and I could feel the mana in the sacred atmosphere. From there, the crescent moon and Venus appeared, and as it got darker, the night sky was filled with stars. I've never seen the Milky Way so clearly! The guide used a pointer to explain the constellations, making it easy to understand! There was also a service for warm drinks, and we could take commemorative photos with a high-performance camera against the starry sky. It was a wonderful service to be able to view and download the photos taken during the tour later on the web. I'm really glad I participated. I'm grateful for the amazing experience!
