Great tour!

He took us to Shipwreck Beach and Garden of the Gods, then gave us a tour of Lanai City. The SUV was very comfortable and easily navigated the roads to the island’s site. Would highly recommend this tour!

The entire staff was AMAZING - they all worked together like a well oiled machine! Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
Snorkeling was so much fun!
Good food, there was something for everyone!
Captain Andrew’s jokes WERE funny!
Perfect for all levels, lifeguards in water and on the boat making sure everyone was safe.
Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Lanai is a gem

Full of energy and all displayed that they love what they do. They catered to everyone with a smile and made sure all were taken care of to the best of their ability. Attention to detail, safety and making sure we all had a great time was achieved to the highest level possible. They even did a great job maneuvering through tougher seas than normal on the way back. A job masterfully done gentlemen! Would totally suggest this tour to anyone. Mahalo!!!!!

ワイキキとは全く違う自然を堪能、ドライバー兼ガイドさんがフレンドリーでとても楽しかった！
Reviewed by: 京都大好き！, 2023/07/14何度かベルトラさんや催行会社からメールをもらって、早朝の集合時間などのお知らせがあり「5:30にホノルル空港集合」と知らされていたのに、前日になってショートメッセージで、「5:00集合」とのメッセージが！
ホノルルに到着してすぐにリコンファメーションの電話で話した時にも5:30集合と言われたのに、そのあと少しして5:00集合と言われ、慌てて電話しました。
オフィスは14:30まで電話対応OKと書かれていたので、2:17に慌てて確認の電話をしようと思ったら、電話に誰も出なくて、どうしようもないので念のため早めの集合に合わせて、ホノルルのホテルを4時半に出ました。
もらったバウチャーと違うなとは思ってましたが、結論としては、5:30でよかったみたいでした。
多分ショートメッセージにタイプし間違えたのだと思いますが、ちゃんと確認してから送って欲しかったです。
とても困りました。
カウアイ島観光は、ドライバー兼ガイドさんの楽しい人柄に、終始12人の参加者は楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
観光も、お昼ご飯も、期待以上に満足できました。
日本人は私たち夫婦だけでしたが、色々なところから集まったインターナショナルな雰囲気でした。
カウアイ島へ行くならこのツアーがおすすめです♪

Don't expect much
Reviewed by: Kathy, 2023/07/07The ride to Lanai and back was very choppy. So much so that we were drenched when we sat on the second level outside. We didn't have much time on our 3 hour tour to see much and locations are spread out. We only saw Shipwreck beach, which was underwhelming. We then had lunch in town and it was time to go. If you are prone to motion sickness, skip it. The ferry ride and the 4x4 ride will not sit well with you.

Trip to the Cat Sanctuary

I couldn’t give it a five star review because the waves were extremely choppy and the ride was nearly unbearable on the way back. And, although there were “puke bags” in our seat on the way over, there were none on the way back. I had a motion sickness patch in place, but it wasn’t enough to keep me from feeling like I might be sick. Fortunately I did not get sick, but I was so stressed about not having a bag just in case. There were some bags on the back counter, but it was unsafe to get up and move around.

Lina’i experience

For the price point for this trip $312 a person I felt they hounded for tips and extra money for pictures. It was off putting. My family of 4 was $1248 that should be enough for the excursion. Captain pushed the issue and wanted to give staff Venmo accounts. Ugh. I am not cheap and planned for Hawaii expenses but the hounding was over the top.

Oahu to Kauai One Day Tour - Waimea Canyon & Wailua River Cruise with Lunch

Reviewed by: Mary and Tom Dodd , 2023/06/11We completely enjoyed our tour of this beautiful island. Our guide was amazing. Keyleon He had so much knowledge about the areas he expertly drove us to.
The only negative I found is that most people who took this tour were staying on this island. We did a flight from Oahu to Kauai. We missed our return flight due to slow traffic conditions. If you plan to island hop- make sure you get a later flight off this island or you will spend a huge amount of time in the airport.

Isaac is great!
Reviewed by: Bryant’s , 2023/05/24Our guide, Isaac was very knowledgeable about the island and the culture. We loved the trip. The only downside is the ferry was late so the tour started late. We got paired with another couple who couldn’t/wouldn’t change to a later return ferry time so our tour of the island was very rushed. There should have been a way to ensure both couples had the same ferry time before the trip began so that we would get our money’s worth. Isaac’s knowledge of the history of the island was amazing. I wish we had more time to spend listening to his stories.

Rough ride

My wife got sick and her motion sickness is so mild that even though the water was rough going from maui to Lanai she didn't get sick but going back she was about to throw up. Felt they could of made the a little smoother by either showing down a bit or taking a little altered.

Amazing trip. Beautiful beach- amazing crew. Best excursion we did.
Reviewed by: Charley , 2023/04/30Started off by getting a call from captain to ensure we were in the area because we couldn’t find it initially. Get on the boat yummy bfast cinnamon rolls- beautiful ocean. We sat up front on the netting- saw flying fish dolphins and whales! The captain of the ship made sure we had a great experience by allowing us to view the dolphins and driving toward the whales to ensure we got a better look. They had lots of facts about the marine animals we saw- the island- and the history of trilogy. During the stay at lanai we enjoyed the beautiful beach and tide pooling- we did not snorkel or snuba. Before we left the island we had a yummy lunch, bbq chicken and noodles that the crew made fresh in a wok smelled so good! Then we boarded the ship and headed back- on the way back we got to see some whales and we learned about the end of whale season and the competition between male whales to get female etc. Mai tais on the way home even offered non alcoholic moctails for the kids. Plus delicious ice cream. Was by far our favorite trip adults and kids included. Thanks trilogy for the amazing experience!

Trip to Lanai island is a MUST DO in your Life!!!
Reviewed by: Lana , 2023/04/29Fantastic trip from beginning to end - The boat ride to the island was smooth and very enjoyable, saw tons on dolphins right up to the boat, flying next to the boat and jumping our of the water. Even saw a Mommy and Baby dolphin - so Cute!!! Then to the Lanai island for a unbelievable snorkeling experience - so many beautiful fish - schools of them - amazing. The Crew was supportive and watchful for the entire group's safety and highest level of Fun. The lunch is all you can eat freshly cooked noodles, teriyaki chicken, salad with mango dressing, refreshing drinks - the most wonderful meal. Don't miss this trip - it is 100% worth your time and the cost of the trip. We plan to go again when we return to Maui.
