The tour tour was as described. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and presented various flowers and other botanical specimens common to the island. The lunch was also very good.
We had a wonderful time exploring Hawaii on this tour.
this tour is not for the faint of heart, The road lives up to its' reputation! It is a bit long but worth every minute. The guide was knowledgeable and an excellent driver. The lunch provided was not very good and we recommended that be changed in the near future.
During my recent trip to Maui, I took a day trip to Lanai, a place I had always wanted to visit. Since there weren't any tours to Lanai that fit my plans, I used the ferry that departs from Lahaina Harbor. There is a paid shuttle available at the port of Lanai, which I used to explore Lanai City and the Four Seasons Hotel. Next time, I definitely want to stay on Lanai and enjoy a more leisurely visit.

The motorcoach bus tour was a bit longer than we expected it to be plus you can only see so much volcanic rock in one sitting before you feel like you've seen it all. But the views were unforgettable. The guides for both the helicopter and bus tour were informative, knowledgeable and made the trip fun. I highly recommend it!!

My husband, my sister and I just got back from Maui yesterday. The highlight of our week-long vacation was our trip to Lanai and our tour with Bruce. We have been sharing our wonderful experience with the family. The trip is well worth the price and Bruce gave us lots of information about the island. Lots of fun!
Although pretty expensive...this was an enjoyable outing! Very impressed with Hawaiian Airlines...We're mainlander's so it was our first time to fly with them. Our tour bus driver (just call him ED) did a great job and gave us a lot of great back ground information on each exhibit. It was a long day, but we can recommend this tour...
Ferry ride included whale watching going and coming. The tour guide was excellent as a long time resident who knew every corner of lanai. Best way to spend a day. This was our first trip to this island.

Overall the tour was well organised and professional. However due to low visibility from low cloud and rain, the helicopter part of the tour was cancelled and refunded. Since the hotel pick up was 6am, we had already flown to the big island before that decision was made, therefore the package became just an expensive day trip bus ride. We would have preferred to cancel the whole trip if we had known the helicopter portion was not gonig ahead, althought that is the decison of the pilots.
The bus tour and guide was very good and knowleldgeable and could not fault what we did experience.
I was able to experience a different kind of great nature compared to the Big Island and Maui. I felt very energized at Waimea Canyon and the Fern Grotto.

It rained continually all day which was disappointing so we could not see a lot so I will not at any comments on the actual tour. Pre ordered a cheese burger for lunch but this was not on our menu.
I have been to Oahu, Hawaii Island, and Maui many times, but I had never been to Kauai because I had a strong image of it being rural! However, I was surprised when I went! It was the most mystical island! There are many wonderful places to visit, but the breathtaking views of Waimea Canyon truly overwhelmed me! The guide provided detailed information, so I think even first-time solo travelers can enjoy it with peace of mind!

The tour itself was really good, interesting and informing. All of the employees that took care of us were helpful and kind. The problem was the scheduling from Oahu to Kauai. We had to be picked up at 4:30 a.m. At our hotel. The plane left at 6:00 a.m. We got to Kauai at 6:40 a.m. And had to wait until picked up by tour guide at 8:40 a.m.. There were others that left our hotel at 7:00 and arrived to have guide pick them up on time. We also were told (on the tour guide was told) the wrong place at the airport to pick us up. All of that was very stressful. If they could correct the scheduling then it is a worthwhile tour.

This tour was amazing and our tour guide was so fun! His name was Ernie. One thing people need to understand is that Pearl Harbor is a memorial to fallen men, not a loud tourist attraction! Be respectful.

My husband and I very much enjoyed the guided tour of Lanai. It's the best way to go. Our guide, Bruce, is very knowledgable about the Island and it's history (as he grew up on the island) and told us many, many interesting facts. He is very personable and accommodating. I booked the full day tour based upon the reviews I read and I was not disappointed. Garrett was our guide and he was fantastic. My sister and I are very inquisitive and he was able to answer all of our questions and maintained a running commentary about the island and its history. Lanai is very different from the other Hawaiian islands that I've visited (Oahu, Maui, Kauai, the big island) and I'm glad I had the chance to tour Lanai.
I visited Maui for the first time and decided to choose the Trilogy tour to visit Lanai, which only has luxurious resorts and can only be accessed through excursions. I stayed near Lahaina on Maui Island partly because it made it easier to participate in this tour. The price was a bit steep, but the boat's facilities were good, and the timing for snacks and fruit drinks was great! The staff was very friendly and professional! During the cruise, we even encountered a pod of dolphins, which was very exciting on board.
The reconfirmation, gathering, and everything on the boat was in English, but since we were the only Asians on that trip, they were quite attentive to us. The private beach on Lanai had a good state of coral preservation, and snorkeling from the beach was quite good. I read experiences from previous visitors and asked beforehand to be notified so I wouldn't miss anything. The island tour included explanations about Lanai's industries and historical sites, which were well done (it was in English, so I couldn't catch all the details, but with a guidebook or smartphone, it was manageable). At the end, there was applause in the vehicle. The local town felt like something out of a Western, and it was at an elevation just slightly lower than Takao Mountain in Tokyo, making it feel like a small highland. Enjoying both the highland and the beach was a double treat.
When we returned from the town visit, we had an early dinner? Or a late lunch? It felt like a 3 PM dinner, and the BBQ only had chicken, which made me think it didn't quite match the tour price, but considering it as a late lunch, I was fully satisfied! Notably, the sunset during the return cruise was spectacular! The town of Lahaina bathed in the sunset, along with Iao Valley and Haleakalā Mountain, created the most gorgeous sunset.

ラナイ島のプライベート感覚のビーチで、サンゴの保存状態も良く、ビーチからのシュノーケリングとしてはかなり良かったです。前の方の体験談を読んで、聞き逃すといけないので事前に声をかけるよう頼んでおきました。島内観光は、ラナイ島の産業や歴史名所など、説明もばっちりで（英語なので、細かいところは聞き取れませんが、ガイドブックや、スマホがあれば、大丈夫）最後は車内で拍手が起きてました。ローカルな町は、西部劇に出てくるようで、標高が高尾山(東京の）よりちょっと低いくらいのところなので、ちょっとした高原です。高原とビーチ一粒で２度おいしい。タウンビジットから戻ると早めのデイナー？遅めの昼食？が３時デイナーと思うとBBQが、チキンだけだったので、ちょっとツアーの値段と見合わないかなとは思いましたが、遅めのランチと思えば充分満足！！特筆すべきは、帰りのクルーズのサンセット！！

We had such a wonderful time snorkeling something I've never done before the staff was great and put you at ease about going out into the water. They were out there watching you making sure you'll ok. seeing the turtle was awesome. The lunch was good. Would definitely recommend this not to mention the beautiful scenery you will see. The staff is knowledgeable about the islands. Loved it!! Definitely do this!!
