At first, my daughter suggested going without a guide, but I chose to go with an expert guide, hoping they would take us to areas where we could see many fish and even out to deeper waters that we wouldn't have been able to reach on our own. It was definitely the right choice. I think we wouldn't have seen any turtles or many fish without the guide. The guide was very kind, and I felt safe while snorkeling. Thank you very much. We used the service with three generations of our family. It was sunny, so we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the sea. The staff took a lot of photos for us. My child, who was snorkeling for the first time, struggled a bit, but they gave it their all. Despite being warned about the dangers of touching the coral, we fell behind the group and felt left out when we couldn't find our way back from the coral to the sandbar. It felt a bit harsh for those who aren't strong swimmers. Other than that, the staff was friendly. We also saw a sea turtle while snorkeling. The restroom on the boat was used by the kids, but I felt reluctant to use it myself. There are public restrooms near the boarding area (although we were told not to use them due to time constraints...). The return bus wasn't as cold as some reviews suggested. I'm glad we got to visit the sandbar, but I think once is enough.

それ以外はフレンドリーに接して頂きました。ウミガメもシュノーケリング中見れました。
船内のトイレは、子供たちはりようしていましたが、私はなんだか利用するのが億劫で使いませんでした。船乗り場付近に公衆トイレがあります。（時間がないので利用するなといわれますが・・・）帰りのバスは口コミで書かれるほど寒くありませんでした。
サンドバーに行ってみたかったので良かったです。が一度で十分だと思います。

On the day of the trip, unfortunately, the wind was strong, and the planned course was changed. Because of this, I couldn't reach the long-awaited Na Pali Coast (cry). I received an explanation beforehand, but I wasn't fully aware of the details when we set sail. We also departed about 40 minutes late. Once we got out to sea, we encountered a sea turtle, and shortly after that, we saw a humpback whale... Since one of my other goals for this trip was whale watching, that was still good. I was overwhelmed by the sight of the whale breaching repeatedly, and the three hours flew by. The finale was a cruise while watching the sunset with a pod of dolphins... There were unlimited drinks and light meals, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. However, since it was a meal on a small boat, you shouldn't have too high expectations... Next time, I definitely want to make it to the Na Pali Coast!

今回、乗客がみんな元気なほうだったのか、インストラクターの人が5回も海に潜らせてくれました。こんなこと、めったにないと言われたので、平均的には3回くらい潜らせてもらえるのかな？
4回目の潜りで疲れて、船の2階に上がって休憩していると、今度は船の周りにイルカがたくさん寄ってきました！しかも走行している船の真ん前をイルカの親子が一緒に泳いでいるのを見つけて、見知らぬ隣のおばちゃんとキャーキャー騒いでいました（笑）船の2階も舐めたもんじゃないです！
このツアーでは、インストラクターさんがイルカを見つけては船で近寄って、ツアーに参加している私たちをイルカに会わせようと必死に努力してくれました。そこが熱血的で良かったなぁ。
この日、波がかなり高く、船酔いするひとも見かけたので、舐めてかからないほうがいいです。酔いやすいひとは朝ごはんも食べないほうがいいと思います。パートナーが朝ごはんを食べて、船酔いして惨事になってしまったので、、苦笑
私は三半規管が強いので、このツアーを思いっきり楽しめました！！素敵なツアーをありがとう！
今度はもっともっと近くでイルカが見れることを祈って、参加します！

Sandbar. I was really looking forward to it! However, it was unfortunately rainy and cold in late March. I recommend bringing a jacket and a large towel. Nonetheless, the tour was really fun, I got to see sea turtles, and the food was delicious, so I was very satisfied. Next time, I want to go back on a sunny day!

We participated in this for our honeymoon. My husband speaks English, but I thought it would be reassuring to have a Japanese guide, so we signed up. Our guide, Takako, was a wonderful person who helped us a lot, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. The boat sways quite a bit, so it's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand. The sea was very beautiful, and we saw many fish. We were very satisfied to see three sea turtles up close, so much so that we felt like we were too close and had to back away from them. There was a slide from the boat into the sea, which was surprisingly fun, and I ended up going down it multiple times like a child! There was also a shower on board, and since the weather was nice, it wasn't cold at all. We had a delicious hamburger for lunch, and at the end, they served alcohol, which I thought was a great deal for the price.

We were able to take photos with the instructor and play with a ball, fully enjoying our time at the sandbar. It was also great that we were served freshly made hamburgers on the boat. I definitely want to participate again when I go to Hawaii.

The couple who are instructors worked together seamlessly. First, they took photos after we arrived at Hanauma Bay, and then we chose our fins. We rented wetsuits to prevent scratches from the coral and because the seawater was cold, which turned out to be a great decision! Thanks to this, both my child and I were able to enjoy snorkeling comfortably. I absolutely recommend it for sunburn prevention as well.

Before entering the water, they explained how to use the mask and snorkel in a very easy-to-understand way, and after we got in, they taught us how to move, which allowed my 6-year-old son to enjoy himself without any issues. They also took many underwater photos, creating wonderful memories for us!

After swimming, they prepared snacks and water for us, and we were grateful for it as we were craving hydration and salt! I would love to participate again when we visit Hawaii! Thank you very much!

I participated in a dolphin tour with my mother. I thought Dolphin Junior High would be a hard tour with boats that make you seasick, like banana boats, but it was actually a double-decker ship. I didn't get seasick, and we got to meet Dolphin Sensei and Professor Turtle. The weather was great that day, and we received word right after departure that Dolphin Sensei was nearby. We quickly spotted them swimming around. The group of Dolphin Sensei was so cute, and I was really happy to see so many sea creatures. There were about five staff members, including a funny photographer. The staff were friendly, and I'm glad I participated in this tour. My mother had trouble using the snorkel and said she couldn't breathe in the water, so I think it would be reassuring for first-time snorkelers to receive detailed instructions before entering the ocean. Next time I go to Hawaii, I would like to participate in Dolphin University as well! The waters of Hawaii were truly beautiful.

Maybe I was expecting too much. Since we went on a large bus and a big boat, there were a lot of people, and we had to line up for snorkeling, which made it difficult to move and we kept bumping into others. It was also disappointing that there weren't many fish; there were more at Waikiki Beach, haha. Snorkeling was hard because I didn't have fins, so it was tough to get around. Next time, I want to choose a different optional tour with a smaller group.

Very experienced and friendly guides who were also very prepared with hot beverages and rain coats when it got cold and rainy. Showed us lots of sea life including turtles. Nice spread of snacks and drinks. Comfortable and clean boat. We enjoyed their conversation and everyone had a great time! We hope to do it again.

AMAZING for my first time snorkeling! Perfect weather, clear water, ran into 3 turtles and a beautiful school of fish. Dan and Chieko are very sweet people. Would definitely have brought a waterproof camera if I had one.
Recommend hydrating beforehand, especially if you haven't swam in the ocean before.
We got lucky with the weather on a beautiful day!

I participated with my 2-year-old child. The instructor skillfully guided us to capture the child's interest. At first, my child was scared, but as they got used to it, they were able to feed the fish. The time spent interacting with the dolphins was longer than I expected (this might be because there were only two groups, including us, at that time), and for this price, both my child and I were satisfied. However, I think the photos are expensive (around 2000 yen each). If they were a bit cheaper (even if they were still around 2000 yen), I would have wanted to purchase multiple photos.

Entire family had a wonderful experience. The crew was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Plenty of time to enjoy the Kaneohe Bay sandbar and snorkel around the coral reef. Saw sea turtles and hand fed fish at the reef. They spent time teaching people who had never snorkeled before. And they provided all sizes of equipment from kids to oversize adults. Simple lunch of cheeseburgers with all the fixings, chips, bbq beans and fruit was plenty. Price was as reasonable as any other tourist activity on the island but a lot more fun.
