We went out about 30 minutes offshore to search for dolphins. The boat was a speedboat, which might be a bit confusing for those who have participated in snorkeling in places like the Okinawa islands. The snorkeling gear and life jackets were basic, so if you have your own, it's better to bring them along.

The staff were friendly, and there wasn't a photographer as mentioned in the reviews, which made for a fun experience. The Japanese staff were kind and took good care of the children! I wanted to buy some photos, but the original tour price was already quite high. I thought it would be better if the photo cost was included in the tour price, so we could board with peace of mind.

It seems that there were fewer Japanese participants, and there were many English-speaking guests, which allowed us to enjoy the overseas experience.

However, I would like to see improvements in the pickup process. A Japanese staff member came to confirm at 5:30 AM before the driver arrived, and we waited for 40 minutes. It seems there were some issues with the driver, and some Japanese guests were unable to join the tour.

I think it was a good tour since we saw dolphins three times.

I don't think all hotels have the same 5:30 AM pickup, so I would appreciate adjustments to the timing and more reliable pickups.

シュノーケルもライフジャケットも簡易的なものです。持ってる方は、自分の物を持って行った方が良いです。
スタッフの方はノリが良く、口コミにあったようなカメラマンさんは居なくて楽しく過ごせました。日本人のスタッフさんは、子ども達にも優しく面倒見てくださいました！写真買いたかったけど、元のツアー代もまあまあするし、高いなあと。それならいっそツアー代金に組み込んでくれたら安心して乗り込めるのにとも思いました。

かなり日本人の方の参加は少なくなっているようで英語圏の方が多く、それはそれで海外を楽しむことができました。

ただ、、、ピックアップの仕方は改良求めます。先に日本人スタッフの方が5時半に確認に来られてからドライバーさんが来ますが、40分待ちました。ドライバーさんのミス？でピックアップしてもらえず、ツアーに参加できなかった日本人の方もいるようです。

3回イルカにも会えたしいいツアーだと思います。

どのホテルも同じ5時半ピックアップはないと思うので、時間の調整や確実なピックアップをお願いしたいです。

We continued from last year. This time, we checked the tide conditions and made a reservation, so the water was very shallow and the weather was nice, making it really beautiful. It's a bit expensive, but you should choose the PM course. The AM course can be cold if it's not sunny. When it's cloudy or rainy, the water visibility is low and it feels cold. The snorkeling equipment is old and there isn't enough, so I recommend buying some at ABC Store before going.

Last time, I participated in a different sandbar tour with Veltra around the same time, but it was so deep that my daughter, who is nearly 140 cm tall, couldn't touch the bottom, and it was cold, so we wanted to try again. It was really great!! We saw a lot of fish and were able to do many marine sports, which was the best. Even my 9-year-old daughter, who can't swim at all, had no problems with snorkeling for the first time. The banana boat was also fantastic. I would love to participate again. If I had to say something, I wish there were a few more drinks available...

I saw many comments about seasickness, so I took motion sickness medication beforehand and participated. However, the time to reach the sea turtle spot was shorter than I had imagined, and the rocking of the boat wasn't too severe. The staff provided detailed explanations and kindly encouraged everyone to take photos on board. When we arrived at the spot, each person jumped into the sea, but before that, they checked our snorkeling masks.

We were able to see a total of five sea turtles. In the water, everyone could swim freely, and it felt like we each returned to the boat after fully enjoying the experience. Since I got cold in the sea, it was helpful that there was a restroom on the boat. Although the public restroom at the meeting point was unavailable, there was a notice indicating that we could use the restroom at the hotel right in front, which I appreciated.

The sandbar was not a beach but a shallow area that was about knee-deep. However, since I checked the tide data in advance, I was able to enjoy it quite a bit. Everyone had fun playing beach volleyball and practicing snorkeling.

The hamburgers for lunch were incredibly delicious. I was also amazed by the number of sea turtles we saw.

The final snorkeling experience was wonderful, with clear water and lots of tropical fish. Even for someone like me who isn't a strong swimmer, it was enjoyable.

All the crew members were fantastic, always keeping us entertained and paying close attention to safety, for which I am very grateful.

We participated with two children, aged 10 and 7, and three adults. There were only two Japanese couples in our group, along with people from France, Canada, and South Korea, making it a multicultural experience. They asked if we were okay with English, and when I replied that I could understand a little, they kindly gathered the Japanese group and earnestly explained safety points while reading from their smartphones in Japanese. I was really touched by their effort!

The children, who were snorkeling for the first time, were a bit anxious at first, but just five minutes in, they were having so much fun! A sea turtle surfaced right where my daughter was, and even though the crew told us to stay back, it came closer. We ended up face to face, just 20 centimeters apart, which was an incredible experience. We also saw a couple of turtles, and the underwater world was truly moving; it was such a wonderful place.

I thought that if you go to Hawaii, you really shouldn't miss this. I will definitely use this service again next time. Thank you very much!

With a crew of six, including Japanese staff, we set sail on a new boat with a capacity of about 40 people, under clear skies and gentle winds—perfect weather. After about an hour without spotting any dolphins, we received news of a dolphin sighting from another boat. We rushed to the spot and found the dolphins, and with the signal "GOGO," we took turns jumping into the sea. We were able to see a pod of five dolphins swimming together! After returning to the boat and moving a bit further, we encountered a large group of dolphins! With the second "GOGO" signal, we dove in again. Amazingly, more than ten dolphins swam close to us, including a baby dolphin! Everyone was able to swim with the dolphins. After that, we snorkeled in shallow waters. My wife and I had to retreat to the boat early due to seasickness. I wish we had taken motion sickness medication beforehand. I was expecting the sandbar to be on the beach, but the water level was higher than I thought. However, the water was clear. The staff were very friendly and took photos for us.

We were able to see manta rays and sea turtles, which was amazing.

The hamburger for lunch was delicious.

The snorkeling wasn't great at first because the water clarity wasn't very good, making it hard to find fish, but by the time I got used to it, I was able to see plenty of tropical fish.

After snorkeling, there were warm drinks available, and I enjoyed some cocoa.

Above all, the staff were fantastic, and I had a great time. Thank you!

I was a bit anxious about whether I would really get to see sea turtles, but I was thrilled to see several of them up close. The staff also entered the water and would point out where the turtles were when they found them. However, the clarity of the water itself isn't that great, so while you can see the turtles up close if they are near, it's hard to see them well if they are a bit farther away. In fact, it's better to take off the mask they provide and see the turtles with your bare eyes as they come up to the surface multiple times. It's moving to see their adorable faces at the same eye level underwater!

Also, from the boat, you can enjoy views of the streets of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and people surfing, showcasing the quintessential Hawaii scenery. It was a lot of fun, combining a bit of cruising as well.

During my long-awaited trip to Hawaii, I wanted to try snorkeling at Hanauma Bay even as a solo traveler in my 60s, so I signed up for a tour. As many have shared in their experiences, Chieko and Dan's hospitality was wonderful. They efficiently and kindly taught us how to put on the wetsuits and how to use the equipment and fins, making it easy for beginners to enjoy. I was worried about whether I could keep up at my age, but Chieko frequently checked in with me, asking, "Are you okay?" while guiding me along. I was thrilled to swim alongside sea turtles for quite a long time. I also got to meet a sleeping seal.

After signing the waiver at the meeting point, we boarded a larger boat. We were given fins and goggles there. The size of the fins can be adjusted after trying them on! That day, there was one Japanese participant and it was my first time in Kailua, but the female Japanese staff member kindly taught us everything from beach safety tips to how to enjoy the area, as well as how to rent and use equipment, making it easy for us to relax and fully enjoy the tour! Thank you very much! Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach were both much clearer than Waikiki and absolutely beautiful; swimming there was a lot of fun! There were also bike rentals available, which made exploring the town convenient.

The sea was a bit murky, but we were able to encounter sea turtles about 5-6 times. It takes about 10 minutes by boat to get there, and we snorkeled for a little over an hour. It's definitely a good idea to bring drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen, a rash guard, and motion sickness medication.

All the instructions are in English, so having a certain level of English proficiency would be reassuring. There were no other Japanese people besides us, but the crew members were very kind. Each person snorkeled, and when a turtle appeared, they would point out the direction. It felt like everyone swam to see the turtles, so I think being able to swim to some extent would enhance the experience.

We arrived at the snorkeling spot in no time after departure. Once we put on our gear and entered the water, I was amazed to see colorful fish swimming right in front of me. As I swam towards where the staff pointed, I was thrilled to see a sea turtle swimming gracefully!

All the staff were friendly and provided thorough explanations, so I felt secure participating in the tour. My elementary school-aged child also seemed very happy and enjoyed snorkeling the whole time. I would love to join again on our next trip to Hawaii.

I opted for a pickup service from downtown Honolulu, but on the way there, the driver almost left me behind without confirming my name.
