I loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone coming to Kauai for their 1st or 10th time! This tour is the perfect level of activity with the 2 mile kayak breezing by and the 1.5 mile hike not feeling very strenuous. Izzy was so kind and accommodating towards everyone in our group regardless of our fitness level. She made the tour feel more personalized, which was so special. The waterfall is absolutely beautiful, and words don't do justice to how refreshing the water feels. Izzy also provided our group some recommendations for Farmer's Markets and restaurants on the island, which I will keep in mind for myself and others' future trips!

A first-time experience. My 6-year-old grandchild was very satisfied! My 70-year-old grandfather was also very satisfied! The boat staff were hospitable and full of humor! The experience of viewing Waikiki from the sky was amazing!

It's helpful that there is a plan with transportation included. So, it's better to wear a cover-up over your swimsuit before going. The voucher mentions that you need to download and bring a consent form, but it will be provided on-site, so you don't need to bring it.

On the boat ride to the location, they will perform and sing for you.

You can enjoy snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking!

For snorkeling, you can go near the coral reefs and observe the fish! The water is clear, so you can see well! I thought there would only be small fish, but there were also large fish and eels. However, be really careful as there are stones and coral fragments on the bottom, and the coral is spiky, which can easily cut your feet.

You can also do stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking, but there are limited numbers available, so you can't go until someone returns one. I wish they had a few more stand-up paddleboards available.

By the way, there are light snacks (only donuts), but I didn't have an appetite before playing, and when I went to get some afterward, they were all gone. It's a shame they didn't prepare enough.

Also, the bus drivers for the outbound and return trips are the same, so it's a good idea to remember their faces! (laughs)

船で現地まで行く道中、演奏しながら歌を歌ってくれます。

シュノーケリング、サップ、カヤックが楽しめます！

シュノーケリングはサンゴ礁の近くに行って、魚を観察できます！
海が澄んでいるので良く見えます！小魚だけかなと思っていたら、大きな魚やウツボのような魚もいました。
ただし、石？やサンゴの破片？などが落ちている上に、サンゴもトゲトゲしているので足を切りやすいのでマジで注意です。

サップやカサックも出来ますが、台数に限りがあるので、誰かが返すまで乗れません・・。特にサップはもう少し用意して欲しいです。

また、軽食（ドーナツのみ）があるのですが、遊ぶ前は食欲無かったので、遊び終えた後に取りに行ったらもう無くなってました。十分な数を用意してないのが残念でした。

ちなみに行きと帰りのバスは運転手の顔が一緒なので、顔は覚えておいた方がいいです！(笑)

The pickup at the hotel was painless. The trip there was good. When we arrived we were greeted and they made sure we knew where to do, and answered all of our silly questions. The people at the ranch were awesome. Racheal our tour driver was awesome. She was funny, entertaining, and she knew all kind of fun movie location info. We watched 50 First Dates when we got back to the hotel and got to see a lot of the locations used. We did the bus tour and the cruise with the buffet. The food was great, and they honestly didn't care how much you ate. They had cookies and lemon bars for a quick dessert. Their on site restaurant had amazing looking burgers, will need to try if we ever go back. We also tried to the local chocolate bars with coffee beans and the banana bread. It was a bit pricey but we devoured all of it. The ride back to hotel was comfortable. Using Veltra was an awesome way to do the trip, to have nothing to worry about except where to show up, was excellent. We even used them to book our Luao after our trip because of how well they took care of us.

Everything is in English, but the instructions for filling out the agreement and how to use the lockers are clearly posted on the counter. The agreement can be accessed via a QR code on the web. I don't remember if there was Japanese, but you can manage with the translation feature in various browsers.

The instructor speaks only English, but they make an effort to communicate effectively.

During the surfing experience, the instructor will guide you on when to catch the waves, and if you trust their timing, you'll find it surprisingly easy to stand up.

Regarding the standing pose, if you pay an additional $65 on-site, there will be drone footage taken, which will be sent to you after the experience. It was a worthwhile investment for my future surfing progress and as a memorable video.

日本語があったか覚えてませんが、各ブラウザの翻訳でなんとかなります。
インストラクターは英語のみですが、頑張って伝えようと努力してくれます。

サーフィン体験中は、波に乗るタイミングをインストラクターの人が指示してくれるので信じて乗れば意外と簡単に立てます。

この立っている姿ですが、現地で追加65ドル払えばドローン撮影があり、体験後に送られ来ます。
今後のサーフィン成長や記念動画に価値ある支払いでした。

The boat ride to the fishing spot took nearly an hour, and we only fished for one hour, followed by another hour back, which felt unsatisfactory. We participated as a group of three, including a child, but they only provided us with two fishing rods. I wish I could get back the precious time and money spent in Hawaii.

釣り場までの船の移動で1時間近くかかり、釣りは1時間、また帰りに1時間で物足りない感じでした。

We participated with two adults and two children aged 10 and 9. We set sail on two boats in pairs of adults and children. It was fulfilling to see the caves made of volcanic rock and to go snorkeling in the coral reefs. I would like to try it again.

大人2人と子供10才9才で参加しました。大人子供のペアーで2隻で出航。火山岩でできた洞窟をみたり、珊瑚礁でのシュノーケリングをしたりと充実していました。またトライしたいと思っています。

We had a great time with Jake and Brewski! They were a blast to hang with and we each came home with a fish. They answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of insight into fishing around the island. Highly reccomend going on this charter!

I felt it was a bit expensive due to the strong yen, but I had a great time. Since my three children are now over 20, I thought this might be our last trip together as a family of four, so it became a wonderful memory. However, perhaps because we went in the afternoon, we didn't see any islands.

Our first kayaking experience as a mature couple! Contrary to our initial worries, it was incredibly fun! Tomo's guidance was entertaining and provided excellent advice! Tomo, Natsue, and all the staff were kind and helpful!

The cruise and the breathtaking views from above were amazing! The weather was nice and the waves were calm, but motion sickness medication is a must! I brought my GoPro, but when I was asked if I wanted to take pictures on the boat, it cost $40, and it was worth it. During our time, 3 out of 4 groups ended up buying it! You can check the photos after getting off the boat before making your final decision. They also provide the data on an SD card and your smartphone, so not buying it would be a waste!

I would like to first start off make sure you leave with plenty of time! We unfortunately got stuck in traffic. And I was so upset thinking we would lose our trip. I ran to see if there was any hope and I received a call from the pleasant captain Sandy asking if we were still joining them. She was sooo nice and eased me letting me know they are still there no problem. We got on and they were so nice to us. I was so embarrassed and flustered we were so late and they were just soooo nice to us. Honestly I wouldn’t have blamed them if they were annoyed but they weren’t (or at least didn’t show it). The whole ride was smooth, the music was amazing and the activities were so fun. I truly believe the service makes an experience and they totally made ours!! It was so fun! Also pro tip bring some adult beverages to relax even more :) maholo to the crew for an amazing time!

I enjoyed sailing, an experience that I can't have in my daily life, feeling the pouring sun, refreshing wind, and swaying waves. Although we were the only ones who couldn't speak English among people from America, the UK, and Denmark, we still had a great time sharing the same experience.

日常では体験できないセーリングに乗船して、降り注ぐ太陽・爽やかな風・揺れる波を体に感じ満喫しました。アメリカ・イギリス・デンマークなど日本人は英語が全くできない我々だけでしたがが、それはそれで同じ体験の中楽しく過ごすことができました。

Barbie is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced guide. She also makes sure you feel comfortable and prepared in the water. The scooters are easy to use, and I highly recommend paying a bit extra for the floatation wet suits (for ease and extra warmth in the water) and the go pro for must have videos!
We thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling with Barbie! We saw numerous fish, bright coral, turtles and a monk seal! It was a memory to last a lifetime. If you are inexperienced, do not hesitate to take this tour!

It was my first time parasailing, and the exhilaration was incredible—it was truly the best! The guy was also handsome, and the photos he took captured some great reactions, making for some amazing memories!

初のパラセーリングでしたが、爽快感半端なくほんまに最高でした！お兄さんもカッコよくて、撮って頂いた写真もいいリアクションのところを撮って下さっていて、すごい思い出のショットとなりました！

Good guides but didn't allow us any unsupervised snorkel time. Actual time in the water was about 1 hour and got us back to Waikiki much earlier than we needed.

We traveled to the dock by large bus and after hearing some simple instructions from the Japanese staff, we boarded the boat. The boat has changing rooms, but it's more comfortable to wear your swimsuit. We arrived at the sandbar in about 30-40 minutes. Since we had also reserved the banana boat activity, we started with that. The banana boat ride itself lasts about 5 minutes. The boat was relatively stable, so I wasn't thrown off. After that, we spent about 2 hours kayaking, paddleboarding, and playing with a ball. Due to the rain from the previous day, the sea was murky, so there was no snorkeling. After finishing, we relaxed on the way back while enjoying live music and snacking on donuts. One thing to note is that the air conditioning on the return bus was too strong, making it cold for our half-dry bodies, so I recommend bringing a jacket or an extra towel. Overall, I had a great time.

大型バスで船着場まで移動し、日本人スタッフの方から簡単な注意事項等を聞いた後、船に乗り込みました。船には更衣室がありますが、水着は着て行った方が楽です。30-40分でサンドバーに到着しました。バナナボードのアクティビティも予約していたので、バナナボートからスタートしました。バナナボード自体の所要時間は5分くらいです。ボートが比較的安定しているので、振り落とされませんでした。その後は、2時間くらいカヤックやsupやボール遊びをして過ごしました。この日は前日の雨の影響で海が濁っていた為、シュノーケリングはありませんでした。終了後は、軽食のドーナッツを食べつつ生演奏を聴きながらゆったりと戻りました。注意点としては、帰りのバスが冷房効きすぎて半乾きの身体には寒いので、上着や予備のバスタオル等を持っていくことをオススメします。
総じて、楽しめました。

The long-awaited snorkeling at Hanauma Bay was amazing! Although it was rainy in the early morning, by the time we arrived at the site, the rain had stopped, and the sky gradually brightened. By the second half of the snorkeling, we were greeted with beautiful blue skies!

Light was shining through the water, and I was thrilled to see a variety of colorful fish of all sizes! Unfortunately, I couldn't find any turtles, but I was surprised to see a large seal lounging on the beach! I thought it was wonderful that both the fish and the seals were completely unafraid of people. This must be due to the strong spirit of animal protection among the people of Hawaii!

The two guides were also very kind, which made for a reassuring experience. Thank you!

念願のハナウマ湾シュノーケルが出来て最高でした❗️早朝は雨模様だったのですが、現場に到着する頃には雨もやみ、だんだん明るい空になってきて、シュノーケルの後半には綺麗な青空が‼️
水の中にも光がさしてきて、色とりどりの、大小さまざまな魚がたくさん見れて大満足でした！
亀は残念ながら探し出せませんでしたが、大きなアザラシがビーチの上にドーンと寝転んでいたのにはびっくり‼️魚もそうですが、アザラシも全く人を警戒していないのは素晴らしいことだと思いました。
日頃からハワイの方々の動物愛護の精神が徹底されているからこそでしょう！
ガイドのお二人もとても親切で安心して過ごすことが出来ました！ありがとうございました。

This was a unique and fun activity! It was just the right amount of time and no big crowd. We would definitely do it again!

I found it difficult to make a reservation myself, so I joined a tour. The guide spoke English and worked hard to translate, which made me feel at ease. This was my fifth time at Hanauma Bay, and I was able to enjoy plenty of time playing with the tropical fish in the shallow waters among the coral reefs.

一生懸命　翻訳してくれて　安心できました。ハナウマ湾は、５回目でしたが
浅瀬がサンゴ礁のため　熱帯魚とたっぷり遊べました。

The weather is awesome! I got to see a group of honu (sea turtles) and dolphins, which was amazing! I enjoyed plenty of Waikiki and also got to see Diamond Head, which was fantastic!

This was an amazing experience! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this activity. They provided beautiful live music and some ono doughnuts + beverages! The sandbar was absolutely beautiful!

We recommend to bring water shoes if you want to snorkel…or in general, they come in handy! And don’t forget sunscreen! Also another tip is if you plan to use an Uber/Lyft as transportation that you pre book prior for pick-up especially! Because we were told that people sometimes waited hours to be picked up from that location. We pre-booked and waited probably 15mins.

I participated on Tuesday, and I had heard it was the most beautiful day, but the waves were high and the water was murky. There's nothing that can be done about luck, so it's unfortunate.

火曜日の参加だったので、一番きれいだと聞いていましたが、波が立っていて海中が濁ってしまいました。
こればっかりは運なので仕方ないですが残念でした。

The boat and crew were great. The snorkeling, not so much. Make sure you check the tide before you book! It's a sand bar and reef, so if the tide is out it will be too shallow to snorkel. We lost an hour of our two hours snorkel time waiting for the tide to come in, and when it did, it was still too shallow to snorkel over the reefs. And with all the ppl walking around stirring up the bottom, it was too murkey to see much anyway. Pretty mush a loss.
But did I mention the crew? Great music, helpful crew saved the day

When I mentioned I was going on a trip to Hawaii, I was strongly recommended to visit Lanikai Beach!

There isn't a tour specifically for Lanikai Beach, so I booked this plan that includes SUP at Kailua Beach!

In the morning, we had free time, and I borrowed a bicycle to head to Lanikai Beach, which was just a 15-minute ride away. I enjoyed the beautiful beach! (I also borrowed snorkeling gear.) For lunch, I had pizza surrounded by birds, which was hearty and delicious!

After that, we regrouped for SUP at Kailua Beach. There were four of us, including my husband, another person, and our instructor, and we went to a small island a bit away from Kailua. The sea was incredibly beautiful (we even saw sea turtles!), and the instructor's funny stories made the time fly by! By the way, the souvenir shop had cute T-shirts and many lovely items! I bought some as souvenirs, so if you have time, be sure to check it out!

Since opportunities to go there are rare, I was careful with my reservation, but it was so much fun and an invaluable experience! Thank you!

ハワイ旅行に行くと伝えた時に、ラニカイビーチは絶対に行ったほうがいい！とお勧めされました。

ラニカイビーチ単体でのツアーはなく、カイルアビーチでのSUP付きのこちらのプランを予約！

午前中はフリータイム、自転車をお借りして15分でラニカイビーチへ向かい綺麗な浜辺を満喫しました！(シュノーケルのアイテムもお借りいたしました)
ランチは鳥さんに囲まれてのピザ
ボリューム満点で美味しかったです！

そこからまた集合し、今度はカイルアビーチでのSUP
私と主人、もうお一人とインストラクターさん4人でカイルアから少し離れた離島へ
とにかく美しい海と(海亀も見れました！)インストラクターさんの面白いお話とであっという間でした！
ちなみに併設されているお土産屋さんのTシャツが可愛かったり素敵なものが多くて！
お土産に購入いたしました！時間があれば見てみてください！

そう何度も行ける機会がないので、慎重に予約しておりましたがすごく楽しくてかけがえのない時間でした！

I was worried due to the strong winds and the sudden reservation the day before, but everything went smoothly. We ended up fishing in shallow waters, but it was still quite enjoyable. During the trip, we were greeted by a pod of dolphins. The rental equipment was reasonably maintained, but there might be some inconsistencies. The captain spoke a little Japanese, so there were no issues. There was a delay in gathering participants, which caused us to set sail later, but well, it's Hawaii time...

状況に合わせた浅場での釣りになりましたが、それなりに楽しく遊べました
移動中はイルカ群れのお迎えもありました

参加者の集合遅れなどがあり出航が遅くなったが、まぁHawaiiTimeなので、、、

On the first day in Hawaii (May), I participated from 5 PM.

I had a lot of fun and I'm glad I joined.

I forgot my towel and was a bit anxious, but I was helped by being able to put it down on the boat when I got off the parasailing.

Most of the participants fell into the sea and got completely soaked, so it's better to bring a towel if you can.

I think it would be great if there were a towel rental service, either free or for a fee, and also a service providing motion sickness medication, as about 2 out of 10 participants were feeling sick from the boat ride.

ハワイきて初日（５月）に、17時〜で参加しました。

楽しくて参加してよかったです。

タオル忘れて行ってひやひやしましたが、パラセーリングから降りる時に、ボート上におろしてもらえたから助かりました。

参加者のほとんどが海に落とされてビショビショに濡れる方もいたので、タオルはできれば持って行った方がいいです。

無料か有料でタオル貸し出しサービスや船酔いで吐いてる人も参加者約10人中2人くらいいたので酔い止め提供のサービスがあれば、尚いいと思いました。

This was the first time my family joined me trying SNUBA. Doug was the best instructor and guide ever, very patient with beginners. If you have ever considered trying it, this is the place to try. Being able to see the fish and coral up close is amazing. Thank you Doug and Josh for a highlight of our trip.

I go to Hawaii at least once a year but never knew about the sandbar until a year ago when friends took us out on their fishing boat. It was such a cool experience that this time I decided to book this excursion and it was the best experience ever! The boat they took us out on was big and clean with toilets. They had refreshments, doughnuts and a really good musician that played for us on the way out and back. Once we got to the sandbar, they had floating barge, kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling all set up and ready to go in waist deep water all around. It was perfect for my 6 year old. There was a staff member to help us at each station and they were really attentive and helpful. I've been telling everyone that a trip to Oahu is not complete unless they experience this.

I participated in the afternoon, and the weather was cloudy. I rented equipment because I wanted to experience snorkeling. The wind was strong, and I almost got swept outside the buoy, but the staff member quickly came to help and provided support, which was reassuring. While snorkeling, many fish were swimming around the coral reefs, making it feel like an aquarium. After getting cold, I returned to the boat for a light lunch with sandwiches. The staff's live ukulele and guitar performance was very good and added to the fun atmosphere. There were more foreign guests (Mexican, Spanish, and others) than Japanese guests on board, creating a lively ambiance. If the weather had been a bit sunnier and the wind calmer, I might have enjoyed it even more. It might also be good to check the low tide times before going.

午後からの参加で天気は曇り。SAPを体験したくてレンタル。風が強くてブイの外まで流されそうになったが、スタッフのお兄さんがすぐにHELPに来てくれてサポートしてくれるので安心でした。シュノーケリングでは多くの魚がサンゴ礁の周りを泳いでいて水族館のよう。体が冷えた後は船内に戻り、サンドイッチで軽くランチ。スタッフのウクレレ&ギターの生演奏がとても上手で、盛り上げてくれました。船内は日本人客より外国人客（ﾒｷｼｶﾝ、ｽﾊﾟﾆｯｼｭ、others）の方が多く、とても賑やかな雰囲気でした。もう少し晴天と風が緩やかであれば、もっと楽しめたかも。あと干潮時を調べていくと良いかも。
