It was a great job by the captain and crew. The woman at the reception was also very pleasant. I will be back in May next year, so I look forward to it.

I was able to do the water activities I wanted to, so I had a great time. Surprisingly, the time flew by.

やりたかった水上アクティビティができたので、とても楽しかったです。
意外にあっと言う間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。

It was disappointing that the sandy beach didn't appear, but there was an amusing staff member speaking in Osaka dialect, and I had a very enjoyable experience. The sandwich was delicious.

I participated alone, but the staff were kind, and I had a great time. It was quite challenging, but I think it was worth it. I really enjoyed Kailua. Thank you!

Dan and his wife were great! We would do it again with them.

The overall experience with this activity is good. I would put outstanding if snorkeling was better. Kayaking, canoeing and boat rides experience with nice live music is awesome. Just little lack on snorkeling in my opinion.

Nice and easy water cycling, first time doing it but caught on quick!

to escape into the woods of kauai was so much fun!

Worst part was getting up for a 5:50am shuttle pick-up. But it was well worth it. Our shuttle was full and there were more instructions at the top of the Bay, where gear rental was distributed and we were placed into manageable groups for the ticket office. But the organizers knew what they were doing, kept track of everyone, despite confusing looks on some of our faces (mine!). Plenty of room at the beach; clean basic facilities. Information booth was staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful guides. I noticed a long line at the locker & gear rental. In the past 10 years of 4 snorkeling trips (I'm obviously not avid), Hanauma Bay comes in 3rd as far as plentiful ocean life.* Maybe because of climate change, 10 years ago was the last of the best of snorkeling? Glad I went though. I was going to skip it because of the tourism. But the agencies in charge struck the best balance possible for an endangered reef and we humans who want to pay our respects to Kanaloa and Pele, for the beautiful gifts they bestowed.
*(1st: Boracay; 2nd: St Lucia; 4th: Kauai)

The Japanese guide provided commentary about Hawaii during the transfer, making it enjoyable from start to finish without any dull moments!

However, there are no breaks, so it might require some stamina...
(Of course, the guide will suggest going to the beach together if it gets too tough, and you can take a break from there.)

If you're not confident in your English or have concerns, I absolutely recommend this plan!

日本人ガイドの方が、送迎中もハワイのガイドをしてくださり、
飽きることなく、最初から最後まで楽しかったです！

ただ休憩とかはないので、体力はいるかも、、。
（もちろんガイドの方が、厳しくなったら一緒に浜に行って、そこからは休憩してくださいとは言ってくれますが）

英語苦手とか不安がある方は、このプランは絶対おすすめです！

Our guide, Justice was awesome! A wealth of knowledge and so enjoyable.

The all around experience from the charter boat crew to the sandbar was amazing.

The crew was so lively and made you feel welcomed. The options for activities was great!

Everything is well explained and all the activities are well organized with a dedicated life guard at each activity!

Boat ride is very stable with minimal rocking motion and kick ass live band, being on a sandbar in middle of ocean is once in a lifetime..

The explanation about handling the paddle was good. For those who are not accustomed to handling the board, it is difficult to climb back up and stand after sinking in the sea, so I would have liked more time for thorough explanations and demonstrations in shallow areas where one can stand. I believe that practicing the basics before going out to sea would make better use of the time. I thought the price was high for the content of the activity.

パドルの取り扱いについての説明は良かったのです。
ボードの扱いが慣れていない人は、海に沈したあと這い上がるのも立ち上がるのも難しいので、足がつく浅瀬などで十分な説明と手本を見て反復練習する時間が欲しかったです。
基本の練習をしてから海上に出れば時間が有効に使えると思います。
アクティビティの内容に対して料金が高いと思いました。

I was worried because it was drizzling lightly, but as we headed out to Kaneohe Bay, the weather cleared up, and it turned into a refreshing cruise. There was a sudden change with some intense ups and downs along the way, but it felt like a bit of a show. The only disappointment was that there were large clouds hanging over the mountains, which prevented us from seeing the full view of Kualoa Ranch.

小雨がパラパラとしていて心配しましたが、カネオヘ湾へ出ていくと晴れてきて、爽快なクルーズでした。途中で急にアップダウンが激しい状況になりましたが、ちょっとした演出のようでした。山側には大きな雲が垂れ込んでいて、クアロアランチ全景を眺めることが出来なかったのが唯一残念です。

An exciting adventure for all ages, lots of different activities and skill levels. I was happy to walk on the sand bar and relax on the floating platform while my young adult company enjoyed kayaking, volleyball, SUP and snorkeling. The crew was fantastic and even off the boat you could still enjoy the live music/tunes. Bring your own snacks so you won’t be hungry or buy from the mini store on the dock. We bought a bunch of breakfast items and they were delicious. I would absolutely book this again on our next visit… MAHALO

Calvin one of the staff members gave me a full history lesson on the 100 year history on this part of the island the jazz band was amazing entertainment was fun I wound do it all over again well worth it

Onboard, Hawaiian music played like a live performance, making the journey enjoyable.

Once we arrived, we could freely play in the beautiful sea or take a break on the boat.

You can enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling in the sea. There were also balls available for rent.
You can't wear shoes while paddleboarding or kayaking, but it might be good to have water shoes for snorkeling.

We were able to take turns using the paddleboards and kayaks.

船内はライブのようにハワイの音楽が流れていて、向かうまでも楽しかったです。

着いてからはとにかく綺麗な海で自由に遊んだり、船で休憩したり出来ます。

海ではサップやカヤック、シュノーケリングを楽しめます。ボールの貸し出しもありました。
サップやカヤックは靴の使用が出来ませんが、シュノーケリング時はマリンシューズがあるといいかと思います。

サップやカヤックは交代に使うことが出来ました。

This was a really great package that the whole family enjoyed! Snorkelling was amazing and the banana boat was a blast. It was very comfortable that the boat stays docked so you can find shade, drinks, and any of the items you need throughout the time on the sandbar. Highly recommend!

We participated as a couple to celebrate my 60th birthday. I felt secure participating in Japanese, and the experience exceeded my expectations in terms of satisfaction. Even though I'm not good at swimming, I had a great time fish watching in the water! It was a pity that we didn't encounter any honu (sea turtles).

還暦記念に夫婦で参加しました。日本語で安心して参加できて内容も思った以上の満足度でした。
泳ぎが苦手な私も楽しく水の中でフィッシュウォッチングできました！
ホヌに出会えなかったのは残念でした。

The friendly staff makes it easy for beginners to enjoy surfing right away, so you can feel at ease. After just 10 minutes of practice, we were able to try it in the ocean! Half of us were able to stand up on the first wave! The waves were great, and we participated in both private and group lessons with five people, and everyone was satisfied!

明るいスタッフで初心者でも楽しめるサーフィンが直ぐに出来るから安心です。
10分立つ練習したら海で実践！半数は1回目の波で立つことが出来ました！
波も良くで、5人でプライベートとグループレッスンと分かれて参加しましたが、全員満足出来ました！

Every member of the staff was phenomenal. The live music was perfect, and they had a great (DJ style) song list that played while we were out on the water. It was convenient to be able to grab hot food or snacks and beverages at the dock. There was plenty of room on the boat and we didn't feel overcrowded. The one thing I would improve is the size of the activity area. I specifically signed up to kayak, and found that the only option was to just row in a big circle (the area was identified by bouyies). My friend also snorkeled, but there wasn't much to see at that time of day. I think the best part of the trip was when one of the staff members offered to take a few of us out on a small speed boat around the reef. We found that it was affordable and convenient to pay extra for pick-up and drop off.

It was very beautiful. There weren't too many people, so it felt relaxing. The sea was incredibly clear, and the waves were calm. I put on my goggles and had fun snorkeling.

とても綺麗でした。人も余り多くなくゆっくりしている感じです。海がとにかく綺麗で波も穏やかでした。ゴーグルを付けて潜って遊びました。

I had some anxiety on my first trip to Hawaii, but the presence of Japanese staff made me feel at ease. Instead of breakfast, we enjoyed an all-you-can-eat donut feast on the moving boat! The ride was smoother than I expected, and we arrived in no time. The water level was higher than I thought, but the beautiful, clear sea was amazing. We had fun with SUP and snorkeling, and we even got some photos taken along the way. It gets quite cold after coming out of the water, so extra towels and a jacket are essential. Please be careful as the return bus can also be quite chilly.

初めてのハワイで不安もありましたが日本人スタッフもいて安心した環境でした。
朝ごはんは食べずに移動の船で食べ放題のドーナツ！
思ったより揺れずにあっという間に到着。
思ったより水位がありましたが綺麗な海で透き通っていて最高でした。
SUPやシュノーケリングで楽しみ途中で写真も撮ってもらえました。
海から上がるとかなり寒いので余分なタオルや上着は必須です。
帰りのバスもかなり寒いので注意して下さい。

Everything was so well organized and every member of the crew gave such great service. Will definitely be doing this again! They were on time and took the initiative to explain the different activities and provided everyone the opportunity to be involved.

The wind was a bit strong and there were waves, but the weather was good and we had a great time. The initial explanation was easy to understand, which eased my worries and allowed me to smoothly confirm any questions I had. I left the kayaking to my husband, which made it very easy for me. When we went out to sea, I thought the waves were strong and it would be difficult, but with the assistance of the staff who were there, we were able to smoothly get out to the ocean. Although the wind was present and the waves were somewhat high, it was still enjoyable.

In the morning, we kayaked, and after working up an appetite, for lunch my husband had pizza and I had loco moco. Both were hearty and delicious, exceeding our expectations. The pizza is served warm, so I recommend eating it right away.

In the afternoon, we rented bicycles and enjoyed Lanikai Beach as well. It was a luxurious day.

As a couple celebrating our 60th birthday, we were able to enjoy the beach in swimsuits, and we are grateful for the friendly assistance from the staff, who were accommodating even though we don't speak English. Thank you very much.

風がやや強く波があったのですが天気は良く充分楽しめました。
初めの説明が分かりやすく不安がなくなり聞きたいこともスムーズに確認できました。カヤックの移動は主人に任せ私はとても楽でした。海に出るときは波が強く困ったと思っていたらそこへ居てたスタッフの介助でスムーズに海に出ることができました。風がありやや波も高く理想的な環境ではなっかたと思うのですが気持ちよく楽しめました。
午前がカヤックでお腹のすいた後の昼食は主人はピザで私わロコモコ。どちらもボリューム満点でおいしくて予想以上の満足。ピザは温めて提供してくれるためすぐ食べることをお勧めします。
昼からは自転車をレンタルしてラニカイビーチも楽しめました。贅沢な１日でした。
還暦の夫婦ですがビーチでは水着で楽しめショップでは英語のできない私たちにもフレンドリーに対応していただいたスタッフの対応に感謝です。ありがとうございました。

Last year, I had a wonderful experience with Dan and Chieko, so this year I made a reservation without hesitation, and I was able to meet them again. I am truly grateful. This year, I was also moved to meet the unexpected Honu (sea turtle). Of course, for us who can't swim much, the two of them were like sea gods, providing reassurance. I definitely want to rely on them again. Thank you very much! I highly recommend them to everyone! ✨

We had a fantastic time and our guide Izzie was awesome. The hike and the falls was so beautiful. We had a great time, this is a must do excursion!

After taking a shuttle bus from Waikiki for about 50 minutes, we arrived at Kualoa Ranch. Once everyone got off the bus, there was an announcement saying, "If you would like to hear the explanation in Japanese, please follow the Japanese staff." While we were sitting with the rest of the group, others were being called by name and receiving their tickets and schedules, but we were not called... In the end, our tickets were with the Japanese staff, and there was a bit of a delay there. It would have been clearer if they had said, "Those with Japanese names, please go over there."

Thanks to our cheerful driver guide, we enjoyed visiting filming locations from Jurassic World and LOST, but just before the afternoon Ocean Voyage Tour, there was a sudden downpour! Everyone else had ponchos and umbrellas ready, but we were left unprotected and got completely soaked from head to toe. There was a poncho vending machine at the meeting point... I should have bought one without hesitation. Well, it's a good memory now.

ワイキキから送迎バスに乗って約50分ほどでクアロアランチに到着。全員バスから降りたところで、「事前説明を日本語で聞きたい人は日本人スタッフについて行って下さい」と案内があり、そのままその他大勢と一緒に座っていたところ、他の人はどんどん名前を呼ばれ、チケットとスケジュール表をもらっているのに呼ばれず・・・結局私たちのチケットは日本人スタッフさんが持って行っていて、そこで少し手間取りました。「日本の名前の人はあちらへ」と言ってもらったほうがわかりやすかったです。
明るいドライバーガイドさんのお陰でジュラシック・ワールド、LOSTなどの撮影場所を楽しく見学、まではよかったのですが、午後オーシャンボヤージツアー直前に突然の大雨！！皆さんポンチョや傘などを用意されていましたが、私たちだけ無防備で頭から足まで全身びしょ濡れになりました。集合場所にポンチョ自販機があったのに・・・迷わず買っておくべきでした。ま、いまではいい思い出です。
