I had a fabulous time I recommend doing it atleast ince in a lifetime.
I think the schedule will change quite a bit depending on whether the free time comes before or after kayaking. Since we had free time first, we were able to enjoy shopping and lunch at a leisurely pace. The pizza for lunch was surprisingly large, something you wouldn't see in Japan.
Kayaking can be moderately tiring depending on the wind, but for those who really can't do it, the guide will tow you, so I think even those who aren't confident in their physical strength will be fine.
The uninhabited islands and the sea are beautiful, and the guide's stories are enjoyable. I think it's a great tour packed with a lot in just half a day.
A waterproof case for your phone and camera is essential!
The guide was having so much fun that we almost missed the bus back, so I deducted one point for that.

説明を受け、顔が濡れないとおもってたのですが実際スクーターに頭を入れる際潜って潜らなければならないのでメイクやコンタクトは対応した方がいいです。

Had a good time overall on cat cruise-sail...crew was friendly & professional . We did not like the music played during cruise....not appropriate & too loud...could have done without....it made the people on this cruise talk louder to drown out the music. The staffers; on the phone-reservation, at the check-in desk, & photo gal were VERY nice, too. A fun & beautiful part of our vacation.
Everything ran like clockwork. The pickup from the hotel was on time and everything was ready for us to go when we arrived. As a new Kayaker I found the instructions helpful and really enjoyed the Kayaking. It was not only good fun but has given me the confidence to do a lot more kayaking in the future. As a part of the tour we also did some snorkelling in between kayaking. While snorkelling I saw five turtles and just before going out to snorkel we also saw a sting ray. I had high expectations for this tour and it managed to exceed them!
I must say thank you to Kevin who was our guide who was willing to answer all out questions and guided us around expertly making us feel at home on the water.
The lunch provided was great after having spent so much energy. It really hit the spot!

We were greeted by a van and taken to the organizer-operated adventure center near Kailua Beach. We rented bicycles as an option and extended our trip to Lanikai Beach, which took about 15 minutes to reach. This time, my husband and I experienced parasailing, something I had wanted to try for a long time. And despite it being our first attempt, we went for the longest option at 150 meters! The weather was clear and sunny! The beautiful sky-blue ocean sparkled in the sunlight! It was truly perfect parasailing weather!
At first, I was nervous because of the height, but the moment I floated gently with the wind, my excitement shot up to the max! We drifted further and higher from the boat. To my right, I could see the endless sparkling ocean, and to my left was the center of Waikiki, with Diamond Head in the distance—what a breathtaking view! I got to see all the wonderful things about Hawaii.
We were in the air for a long time, which was fantastic. Also, since I could hang my phone around my neck, I was able to take many photos from the sky, allowing me to relive the fun of parasailing.
Additionally, while it was just the two of us, there were other participants, including a family of five spanning three generations. I thought they would fly separately, but they had special equipment that allowed all five of them to fly together, which was great for family fun and meant they didn't have to split up even with an odd number.

そして左側にはワイキキの中心部、そしてその先にはダイアモンドヘッドとまさに絶景！！(^^)！！
ハワイのいいところ、全部見れました。
飛んでる時間もすごく長くとってくださっていて
かなり堪能いたしました(^^)
また、首から携帯電話を下げても大丈夫だったので空からの写真もたくさん撮ることができ、見返しながら楽しかったパラセイリングをまた思い出す事も出来ております。
あと、私達は夫婦2人でしたが
他の参加者さん達で親子3世代の5人で参加されてる方達がいらっしゃり、
別々で飛ぶのかと思いきや、特別な器具をつけ、5人一気に飛ぶことができていらっしゃったので
家族みんなで楽しむことができ、奇数でもバラバラにならずにできるのはすごくいいなぁと思いました(^^)

１２０ｍをチョイスしたので８分飛んでいたのだと思いますが、十分なような、物足りないような。いや、もっともっと、やっていたいなｗ
撮影サービス（３０ドル）を頼むと１００枚くらい撮影してくれるっぽいです。
ボートから降りる際、チップと写真データの購入について説明があったのかもしれませんが、全部英語なので全く理解できませんでしたｗとりあえず、チップは１０～２０ドルを支払っている人が多かったです。
カメラは、乗り合わせた日本人の方に頼んで下から撮ってもらい、自分たちはスマホを防水ケースに入れて持参し、上からも撮影をしました。いい思い出になりました☆
今度は１５０ｍにも挑戦したいです！

After receiving explanations together, I practiced one-on-one with Teacher Chieko, who kindly encouraged me to relax, and before I knew it, my fear of the water disappeared. Once I got used to it, it was really easy!
I quickly got comfortable and joined everyone else, swimming with my husband holding my hand. I swam in the ocean for the first time in my life. The beauty of the underwater world was truly amazing!! I was able to see many fish and even a sea turtle♡
The only ones who swam energetically until the end were those wearing wetsuits (including me). I highly recommend wetsuits for sun protection and managing your health! Even though I was so anxious about not being able to swim, I wanted to keep swimming forever, and it was the best tour I had in Hawaii! My husband and I talked about wanting to do it again.
Teacher Dan was fluent in Japanese and great at making jokes, which made our time really enjoyable♫ Thank you for the wonderful photos!! I'm grateful to both of you☆ I want to try diving next time (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))

みんなで説明を受けた後、最初は泳げない私とチエコ先生とマンツーマンで練習し、その間優しい声をかけてリラックスさせてくれて、いつしか水に対する恐怖心はなくなってました。慣れたらとても簡単でした！
すぐに慣れてみんなと合流し、夫に手を引いてもらって泳ぎました。
…生まれて初めて海を泳げました。海の中の綺麗さは本当に素晴らしかったです！！たくさんのお魚にウミガメも見る事が出来ました♡
最後まで元気に泳いでたのは見事にウエットスーツを着てる人だけでした（私も）。日焼け防止と体調管理にウエットスーツは本当にオススメです！
あんなに泳げなくて不安だったのに、ずっとずっと泳いでいたいくらいで、ハワイに来て１番最高のツアーだったね！またやりたい！って夫と話してました。

Many of our customers express a desire to try snorkeling even if they can't swim. We provide snorkeling jackets, so you can comfortably float on the surface and observe the fish. As long as you get used to breathing, even non-swimmers can kick slowly with fins and enjoy the experience. It really depends on your determination!
