We had a blast! Took the 8 minute ride and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The views were awesome, the crew was fun, and overall would highly recommend it. We did purchase the pictures, taken by the crew, for $10 after, typically I don't purchase things like this post activity, however the price was fair and the pictures were very good. I also liked the fact that the entire experience didn't consume our entire day or afternoon. We took advantage of their transportation, hotel pickup, which was also entertaining. Greg was an excellent driver, courteous, and very friendly. Overall was an excellent experience and well worth the money/time. Thanks!

This was a great experience. It was our first time and my boyfriends first time being in Hawaii. He definitely enjoyed himself. Our service was great since the beginning when trying to get a date to parasail. It was a last minute thing and they squeezed us in perfectly. As soon as we get there they're all welcoming as I hurry to get paperwork done. Then we took off and our instruction guys were awesome very energetic and made us comfortable. We were nervous at first as our adrenaline rose watching the first couple, but then I just couldn't wait to get up there. We're up and again I become nervous we take off and get up there boom we're up high a little scary but a great feeling. We both enjoyed the scenery and just each other even more. Great experience a MUST do especially in beautiful hawaii.

We went parasailing with Hawaiian Parasail during our vacation in Hawaii. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is going to Hawaii. We were picked up right on time. We arrived at the boat and were given brief instructions, after which we set off in the boat. Although we were all slightly nervous, the staff did a great job of setting us at ease and explaining what to expect. Soon thereafter, we were in the sky and getting a great view of Hawaii. We also had the opportunity to get pictures taken.
Overall a great and fun experience.

This was my first time parasailing, and I didn't know what to expect. It was a windy day, so I was worried that I would swing in large arcs. Since I was by myself, the crew told me that I had to go with the other girls on the boat, which I was more than okay with. Once I was in the air, it was peaceful and the view was amazing. Although it was windy, we didn't swing too much. However, since it was windy, the crew did not dip us in the water. I guess I'll have to go again on a calmer day for that experience. All in all, it was an amazing experience that I will always remember.

I had my scuba dive with Dan and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I was rather nervous about it, but he was very patient and allowed me to take my time getting accustomed to the breathing and teaching me all the basic safety procedures. The dive itself was great, saw lots of fish and a sea turtle as well. Would highly recommend this for anyone that is doing their first dive!

It was my first kayaking experience, and I challenged myself without a guide! As a result, we were able to reach our destination island (Free Island) quite quickly, and paddling while chatting back and forth was a fun memory.

Although we didn't have a guide, we were able to watch some explanatory videos beforehand, and we could also observe other people kayaking (like foreign couples) to use them as examples. If there's a man around, you can manage without a guide (laughs).

It became the most exciting and fun memory I have in Hawaii!

We participated as a couple. I was worried because I could hardly understand Japanese, but it was good that they used a projector with explanations mixed in Japanese. We did some stretching before entering the sea, but I almost gave up paddling out. The female instructor helps the women, but the men have to do it on their own. Do your best! I was able to stand up multiple times while surfing, and it was really fun. If you get seasick, be careful because you might get sick while surfing too.

That was my first surfing lesson and I had a great time! The coaches were very nice, helpful and tried hard to choose the best waves for us to go on. We were registered to come in the early morning but they called and told us that there was no wind at the time and no good waves for surfing. Instead they suggested to come a bit later. We arrived later in the day when waves were pretty good. The place is really well suited for starters. I really enjoyed the experience and had a wonderful time surfing! I really recommend this surfing lesson because it was beyond my expectation.
My father asked for advanced board and they easily accommodated his request and helped him to advance to the level of driving such a board.

We chose 120M and went up side by side. The staff skillfully handled the ropes, and we splashed into the water violently once, and there was also a splash during landing. It seems that the splash during landing can vary depending on the height chosen. It was a lot of fun. All the staff spoke English, so I didn't fully understand everything, but it was enjoyable. For $30, you can also request a photo package.

There is no space to change, so you board the boat as soon as you arrive. I strongly recommend wearing a swimsuit.

it was fun paddeling up the Wailua river and hiking to the waterfall. Very good instructions and guided tour. The guide showed us a lot of things and explained to us. It was awesome to swim in the warerfall pool but also pretty cold! Great tour - I recommend it to everyone!

We gathered at 2:30 and arrived right on time, but after checking in, we had to wait for 30 minutes because there was still time until 3:00.

I felt that the meeting time was a bit too early. I actually wanted to go longboarding, but since there were no waves, we switched to paddle surfing. It wasn't particularly difficult, so my wife got the hang of it quickly and was paddling out into the ocean with enthusiasm! The guide only spoke English, but he was very fun and friendly. There is a Japanese staff member at the reception, so it's reassuring.

The pickup staff's call was poor, and it seems like it took a long time at each location, which reduced our time on-site. However, the local staff were very accommodating, and we were able to have a great time. Kayaking on the river flowing through the resort area was also enjoyable. I highly recommend it. I would love to come back and take my time here.

There were three groups of participants, and we were the only Japanese. I was worried because the staff didn't speak Japanese, but there was no need to worry. Everyone focused solely on having fun, and we communicated just fine with gestures! We waved at the couple soaring in the sky, and when they returned, we high-fived! The weather was clear, there were no waves, and it was the best sky adventure. The tour lasted less than two hours, including transportation, so I was very happy to make good use of my time. This was my children's first introduction to surfing. I really liked how they could have a private instructor who rode the board with them. My son is 5 and my daughter is 7. She has high functioning autism and struggles with anxiety but she really wanted to give it a try. The instructors were really great with both of our kids. The waves were pretty minimal and we had the option to cancel, but the kids would have been so disappointed so we decided to go anyway. Both kids managed to stand up and my daughter did indeed ride a small wave. The pre-lesson on dry land in the office is really useful, especially since they use visuals which really meets my daughter's learning style. We would love to do this again, and next time mom and dad want to give it a try too.

This is an affordable tour that lasts about two hours from the beach near Hilton Hawaiian Village in the early morning. If there are many people, the wait time on the boat can be long, but during our time, there were only three groups, so it ended quickly.

It was 120 meters high, which was surprisingly high and a bit scary, but it was fun! I recommend it for those looking for an easy tour.

I participated in a private lesson during my free time. I had a scary impression of surfing, but since the water was shallow, I didn't have to worry about falling into the sea, and I was able to stand up on my first try. The staff were all wonderful people, and the time spent floating in the sea together felt like being in a movie. Although the water is shallow, there are many rocks, so you need to be careful of cuts depending on where you fall. However, including the photos I bought at the end, it was an experience that made me want to do it again.

I chose the 90m option. I was a bit anxious since I have a slight fear of heights, but I had so much fun! I didn't feel much fear of the height, and even though I was just strapped in with a simple belt and thought, "Is this really okay?" I felt stable and enjoyed the view from above the sea, with plenty of time to take lots of photos! The promised splash into the sea at just the right moment really boosted my excitement!

When I made the reservation, it said that the 90m flight lasts about 5 minutes, but it felt like we flew for much longer.

The photos were $30 for the data on an SD card, but I could check to make sure they turned out well before purchasing, which was reassuring. They took a lot of pictures and included the surrounding scenery, so even though it was a bit pricey, I thought it was worth it for the memories!

The tour lasted about 2 hours, so there was plenty of time to do other activities afterward, making it perfect for those who want to stay active!

I had a great time, so I highly recommend it!

Alan was a wonderful teacher! There were three of us in his group; a pre-teen boy, a 30 something Mom & me, the 50 something Mom. After straightforward and practical advice on land, we “hit the waves” and all three of us got up our very first time. The experience was exhilarating. I loved every minute of it. Alan was experienced, friendly, patient and had plenty of positive reinforcement. I would do it again in a heartbeat if I didn’t have to come back to Canada. It’s one of my best memories of Hawaii; thank you Alan!

My husband and I were disappointed with the tour guide. We felt he had a attitude about him and really didn't want to be there. At times we thought he was being rude in his manor and attitude. We went on another tour and the guide was so different and really acted like he wanted to be there. It made a big difference on the tour and made it much more enjoyable. The tour itself was great, but it could of been a lot nicer if the guide was more interested in the people on his bus and what he was doing.
