This was my second time parasailing, and the journey through the sky was really enjoyable! The boat rocked quite a bit, so I almost felt a bit queasy before parasailing, but once I was up in the air, all those feelings disappeared! There weren't many Japanese people that day, but I think it’s okay since you can communicate through gestures.

My friend who went to Hawaii with me couldn't swim, but we both wanted to see marine life. While searching for something to do, we came across this underwater scooter! We received an explanation on the boat, then put our faces in the water and hopped onto the scooter! After that, a diver accompanied us the whole way, taking us underwater! The water was clear and visibility was excellent★ Plus, there were so many fish that seemed used to people, swimming right up to us♪ They were so cute, and we even saw a sea turtle, which made for a happy time! We just had to straddle the scooter and gently press the accelerator at our feet (^^♪ They even took videos for us! It costs 3,000 yen, but I think it's worth it! It's so beautiful★ Once our time was up, we had free time. I wanted to swim, so I swam alone, and during that time, they kindly gave me bread to attract the fish! The staff were so nice, and we had a really fun time. I'm glad my friend who couldn't swim was satisfied too!

We left the hotel around 8:30 AM and returned around 3:00 PM. We went kayaking, hiking, and saw a waterfall, then did the reverse on our way back. The return kayaking was a bit tiring, but I think even beginners can manage. The guide was close to the slowest kayak, which was reassuring. Along the way, boats going to the fern cave were passing by, so we were busy avoiding them when they came. Perhaps because the weather was good, we didn't need to use rain gear, and hiking in the rainforest was easier than I imagined. The backpack with water and lunch was heavy, but I think two girls can manage it just fine. More than that, please enjoy the scenery of Kauai and try experiences you can't usually have. It was a fulfilling time.

I stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and the meeting place in front of the hotel was at the family restaurant (gathering in front of IHOP). The meeting location changes depending on the tour, so having Wi-Fi made it reassuring to gather.

There were people from other countries at the meeting place, and while we were showing our vouchers to each other for reassurance, a very flashy wrapped bus arrived! We thought, "This can't be it..." (we were expecting a regular tour bus or a van), and then the family we had been with waved us over, so we hurried to board!

As everyone has mentioned, there was a super lively guy who had us quickly fill out a waiver, and we arrived at the port in about 10 minutes. There were also people from a fishing tour on the same bus, and the paragliding check-in was at the far end of the port.

After a little while, the previous tour group returned, and we quickly boarded. Once again, two very lively guys used the Japanese they knew to get everyone excited. They were really great!

We set off with five groups: a Japanese family, a Chinese couple, and a couple of impressive English-speaking couples. The boat rocked quite a bit and went fast (motion sickness medication is a must), and once we got out to where we could see Diamond Head, preparations began.

The two lively guys moved quickly and seemed reliable! We were third in line, starting with the two Chinese participants. We also put on the parachute gear...

Even though I signed up, I’m actually really bad with thrill rides, and I was worried if it was stable enough. I thought, "This might not be good!" But then the two Chinese participants took off smoothly, and it was so moving! They were super excited, and we waved at them, creating a sense of unity on the boat.

The second couple was supposed to go next, but due to a lack of wind, it was moved up to our turn! Amidst the chaos, we floated up and quickly reached a decent height, and there was Maui Island! The horizon was incredibly beautiful!

Airplanes flew overhead, and I didn’t feel scared at all as we climbed to 150 meters. Looking down, the ocean was blue! I waved to everyone on the boat and was so glad I did this!!! It was so moving! I wanted to do it again! While sharing the excitement with my friends in the air, we gradually descended and splashed into the sea.

I thought I would be submerged, but it was just enough to wet my waist. I might have been better off bringing a waterproof case for my phone... After that, we floated back up for retrieval.

While the excitement was still fresh, everyone took their turns flying. I had requested the photo data before flying, so I received it afterward. The tour ended.

The photo CD was $30, and you might hesitate, but it was worth it! The photos and videos (they even captured the moment we splashed into the water and the airplane flying overhead) made us so happy when we got back.

I think it’s a good idea to have tips ready for the two guys on the boat and the bus driver. We had prepared tips for the boat but not for the bus driver, and I felt really bad since he helped create this fun experience... On the way back, we took a commemorative photo with everyone who participated in the paragliding. The bus driver took a great picture!

私たちは船の分は用意してたのにおじさんの分用意してなくて、この楽しい時間を作り上げる手伝いをしてくれたのに…とめちゃ申し訳ない気分になりました。

We had a great time with four girls.

Dan was amazing from introduction to the activities end. He really took the time not only to teach us properly, yet he was friendly and personable. This was my wife's and my first time diving and it was experience to a new world. My wife was a bit scared at the start, but once in the water she started to love the dive. I attribute this due to Dan's expert teachings and calm manner. When I'm in Oahu again, I'd love to dive with Dan again. Would and will recommend him to everyone and anyone. After this dive, my wife and I are interested in getting our divers licenses.

We decided to try parasailing, and since we were at it, we challenged ourselves to the highest option at 150 meters!

The staff and the other participants were all foreigners, but everyone was incredibly kind, and they provided us with a Japanese instruction manual, which made me feel at ease (*^_^*)

I ended up being the first one to go, and without having mentally prepared myself, I was suddenly up in the air at 150 meters. The wind was quite strong that day, causing a lot of turbulence, and to be honest, I underestimated what 150 meters would feel like—it was pretty scary (laughs). However, the weather was nice, and once I got used to it, I was able to see the beautiful scenery of Hawaii!

Just a heads up, even though I took motion sickness medication, I still felt a bit nauseous up there, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious. I was really happy that the staff kept checking on me after we returned to the boat.

I had a great time taking photos with the other participants and joking around with the staff on the way back to the port. Thank you so much!!*\(^o^)/*

ただ、酔い止めを飲んでても上空から酔ってしまったので、酔いやすい方は注意かもしれません。
船に戻ってからスタッフさんがずっと気にかけてくださったので嬉しかったです。

一緒に乗った方たちと写真の取り合いをしたり、港までの帰りにスタッフさんとふざけた写真を撮ったりして、本当に楽しい時間を過ごせました*\(^o^)/*

I have experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), while my wife is a beginner, so we participated in a tour without a guide this time.

First, we arrived at Kailua Beach Center, listened to the instructions, and then loaded the boards onto a cart to head to the beach. It's a bit of a distance. We started around 10 AM and paddled to a nearby island. Since it was Kailua, I was worried about strong winds, but on that day, it was about 5 to 6 m/s, which I think is manageable for experienced paddlers. By the way, my wife fell down while kneeling about halfway through. We wanted to head into Kailua town in the afternoon, so we wrapped up at the beach early and returned to Kailua Beach Center by noon.

1時前に自転車（有料）をレンタルして、カイルアの街へ。15分程度で行けます。雑誌に載ってる人気店に行ったら定休日で、妻は残念がってました。事前に定休日は確認した方がいいですね。あと、ウィンドサーフィンのロビー・ナッシュさんのお店にも行けました。

I really enjoyed the 2 hour guided kayak tour with Tomo. As we were just three in our group we made faster progress than normal so Tomo took us for a visit to Lanikai beach first before we continued on to Flat Island. I enjoyed the walk on the island as Tomo told us lots of interesting facts about it. Time flew by and too soon we had to return to the beach. I definitely recommend this tour even to newcomers and Tomo was a great guide to have.

I enjoyed the lesson that I signed up for the night before, starting at 12 PM the next day. The instructor communicated in English and simple Japanese. I was able to rent shoes, so I could enjoy the experience without worrying about my feet. The other customers were also friendly, and I had a great time.

The instructor spoke really simple Japanese, but it was basically in English. But that was okay.
I received one-on-one instruction in the shallow sea and was able to stand on the board right away.
Since the pier extends out into the sea, parents can watch from there. I took a lot of photos.

I definitely want to recommend this to anyone going to Hawaii!

You can look out over Honolulu as if you were a bird! I chose the 150M option, but the height was the same as those who chose the 40M option; it seems that the length of the rope was different. The longer the rope, the longer the time spent in the air. Those who chose the 40M option returned in no time, but it didn't seem like they felt unsatisfied.

We flew towards the end of our stay in Honolulu, so we were able to enjoy the view while reminiscing about the places we had visited.

Motion sickness medication is a must. I had run out of motion sickness medication from another tour, so I only used a Sea-Band, and I was fine, but my partner felt a bit nauseous. Surprisingly, it sways more in the air, being pulled by the parasail, than it does on the boat.

ホノルルを鳥になったような気分で見渡すことができます！150Mを選びましたが、40Mを選んだ人と高さは変わらず、どうやらロープの長さが違うようでした。ロープが長いほど、空の滞在時間が長いみたいです。40Mの人はあっという間に帰ってきましたが、それでも物足りない感じはしなかったようです。

私たちはホノルル滞在の最後の方に飛んだので、行った場所を思い出しながら眺めることができました。

Zoe and Natalie were amazing guides. Both were friendly, patient and informative. We loved the kayaking and for me it was my first time snorkeling. We battled sun, wind and a rain storm-very interesting. Lunch at the end was just the icing on the cake. Starving after all our hard work! Only change I would suggest, would be to put in changing rooms, as not so nice trying to get dressed and dry in the toilets.

Fantastic experience with professional and fun guides. We booked this activity due to the diversity of the kayak-swim-zipline activities offered, which we thought would be perfect for our group of 6 ranging in age from 11 to 68. We were not disappointed. Easygoing and fun tour guides, great activities and a relaxed and fun atmosphere, coupled with a great lunch made for an overall epic day. Book it!

We were both complete beginners, but we participated without a guide. When going without a guide, there are no lessons on paddling or anything like that. After watching a video and putting on the life jackets, we were given the kayaks and had to make our way to the sea on our own. My husband and I managed to reach the uninhabited island, but I recommend going with a guide for first-timers.

The sea was incredibly beautiful, and the view from the uninhabited island was amazing. During our free time, we borrowed snorkeling gear and had fun. It seems my husband has become quite fond of kayaking. Everyone at the shop was very nice, so I would love to participate again if I get the chance.

夫婦揃って全くの初心者でしたが、ガイドなしで参加しました。ガイドなしの場合、漕ぎ方などのレッスンはありません。ビデオ見て救命具着けたらカヤックが渡され、自力で海まで行きます。主人と2人で何とか無人島まで行くことは出来ましたが、初めての方はガイドありをお勧めします。
海はとっても綺麗で、無人島からの眺めも最高でした。空いた時間にはシュノーケルを借りて遊びました。主人はカヤックにはまった様です。ショップの方は皆さん良い方だったので、また機会があれば参加したいです。

My wife and I attended this combo excursion looking for the thrill of Jet Skiiing and Parasailing. However, we did not have a good experience. The customer service by the vendors before we left for the boat was horrible. They seemed to be servicing people like them first before getting to us. We are not racist people but it is discouraging when we were there first and serviced last just because we did not speak their language.

The jet ski excursion was boring, riding around in just circles. We have done other jet ski excursions before where we got to go around the lagoon versus just going in circles for 30 minutes.

The only bright side to this excursion was the parasailing adventure which was fun and awesome. But, overall the vendors and the jet ski excursion was horrible.

The view is breathtaking! The heights vary depending on the course, which made it a bit confusing, but I saw in other reviews that 150 meters is good, so I went with that. I don't know about the other heights, but I think 150 was the right choice. Lastly, there are photo sales at the end, so it's a good idea to bring a small amount of money.

With the instructor's signal, we paddled hard and rode the waves in the canoe. We even encountered a sea turtle along the way, which was a delight. During our third attempt, we were able to ride some really impressive waves, and it was a lot of fun!

Kayaking on the ocean with Kailua Beach Adventures might be one of the best activities we did for our honeymoon. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and give us some great information about the culture and islands.

My husband and I both have done kayaking before, but has never done it in the ocean. There were some waves and it can be a little challenging for those who have never done kayaking before.

One thing to be prepared is some labour work. You need to drag your own kayak to the ocean with a cart they provide. You also need to drag it back. It was not super far, but definitely energy consuming. Most staff members are very friendly. I had a little hard time jumping into the kayak with the waves, the person looked a little annoyed with that and had a bad attitude. She might just be having a bad day.

During the kayak, they have professional photographers taking photos of your group and you can purchase them at the end of your tour for $39. There were about 40 in the package. The lunch coupon gives you three or four lunch choices nearby. Mostly box lunches or pizza with a drink.

I forgot one of my my shopping bags at their shop and called them the next day, they had it sent to my hotel, which was very nice!

We had an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely do it again given the chance!

I want to try SUP that I saw on TV and at Waikiki when I go to Hawaii! If possible, I also want to eat pancakes in Kailua and look for places to do that in Kailua.

On the day, the wind was stronger than I expected, and as a first-timer, I was worried if I would be okay. However, thanks to our guide MIEKO, it became a very enjoyable and memorable SUP experience.

First, we received a lesson at the shop, and then we pulled our boards to the water and headed from the river to the ocean. Due to the strong wind and my weak core, I struggled to paddle while standing properly on the way to the uninhabited island, and I even fell into the sea a couple of times. However, I learned tips on how to get back on the board, so by the time we returned, I was able to stand and paddle properly.

After SUP, we had lunch (the pizza was delicious!), and during our free time afterward, we rented bicycles to go to Kailua town, where I was able to enjoy the pancakes I was aiming for. MIEKO was very kind, arranging for us to ride in a staff member's car to Waikiki at a later time than originally planned.

I definitely want to challenge myself to SUP here again next year!

当日の風は思ったより強く、本当に大丈夫かしら・・・と初体験の私は心配でしたが
ガイドのMIEKOさんのおかげでとても楽しく、思い出深いSUPとなりました。
最初、お店で講習を受けて、そのあと自分たちでボードのカートを引っ張って持っていき
川から海に出ていきました。
風が強いせいと、私の体幹が弱いせいか、行きの無人島まではなかなかちゃんと立ってこぐことができず、途中バランスを崩して海に落ちたりもしましたが、
自分でボードに上がるコツも教えてもらっていたので、帰りの最後はちゃんとボードに立ってこぐこともできました。
SUPの後はランチ（ピザ、美味しかったです！）を食べて、そのあとの自由時間にはカイルアの街までレンタサイクルも借りれて、お目当てのパンケーキも無事に食べることができたし
MIEKOさんの計らいで、帰りの予定の時間よりも遅い時間にワイキキまで行くスタッフの人の車に乗せてもらえたり、と
とても親切にしてもらえました。
来年もまたぜひここでSUPに挑戦したいな、と思っています♪
