It was an absolutely wonderful experience! They were kind enough to teach first-timers, and everyone had a great vibe, making it a lot of fun!
The pick-up was on time, and after about an hour of being driven through Waikiki, we arrived at the North Shore airport! At the reception, I noticed that the VELTRA voucher didn't have a BOOK ID, so I asked the receptionist for help, and she provided it. After entering the information, the check-in was complete.
The briefing was conducted in English, but it was straightforward and easy for anyone to understand! Since there’s some time before your turn to fly, I recommend asking how much longer it will be and then heading to the restroom.
After that, it’s all about the fun once you’re up in the air! You’ll be treated to some amazing views, so enjoy it!
The instructors were friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made it even more enjoyable! They mentioned that on busy days, they can fly up to ten times, so they are very experienced, and you can feel confident in their skills! They also put on an exciting performance!

The weather in the city was cloudy, but at the summit, the clouds were far below. As expected at an altitude of over 4000 meters, the air was incredibly clear, and the surroundings were beautiful. The sunset as the sun sank into the clouds was stunning and captivated my heart.
Regarding altitude sickness, I think as long as you follow the staff's advice and don't get too excited at the summit, you should be fine.
If you come to the Big Island, this is definitely a place you should visit. The day we went was almost a full moon, so it wasn't very suitable for stargazing, but the staff's stories about the stars were great, and I was able to see artificial satellites moving, which was also nice.

You can drive to the summit of Mauna Kea, which is higher than Mount Fuji (elevation 4,205m)! It’s a wonderful tour where you can also see the Subaru Telescope in Japan. I’ve always wanted to go someday, and this year my wish came true.
The sunset sinking into the sea of clouds at the observatory was extraordinarily beautiful. Although there were initial concerns about thin clouds during the stargazing, it cleared up completely by sunset, and the Milky Way appeared right in front of us. I was moved by the true "starry sky." We also saw satellites and shooting stars (though it was disappointing not to see anything resembling UAPs). The Southern Cross was just about to set behind the western hills, but we managed to see it. I was very satisfied.
Our professional guide, Sho, was friendly and shared a lot of interesting stories (bilingual). Sho is also a professional photographer. I’m looking forward to seeing the photos we each took afterward. If I participate in another tour, I would love to request Sho again. The sandwiches and cocoa we drank under the starry sky in the cold were delicious!
Since it was summer, I didn’t feel cold thanks to the warm clothing provided for the tour (especially the jacket). They also sell warm clothing at the visitor center, which could make for a nice souvenir.
I had previously experienced altitude sickness while climbing Mount Fuji, so I was a bit worried, but this time there were no issues. Once we reached the summit, my body felt heavy. Some participants felt unwell, but it was good that they could rest in the car.

天文台のあいまの雲海に沈んでいく太陽は非日常的な美しさでした。その後のスターゲイジングも初め薄雲が心配されていましたがサンセットまでにはすっかり晴れ、ミルキーウェイが真正面に現れこれが本当の「星降る満天の空」と感動しました。人工衛星や流れ星もみれました（UAPっぽいものはみれず残念）。南十字星も、ちょうど西の丘に沈みかけていましたがみれました。大満足でした。
今回プロのガイドさんであるShoさんはきさくでいろいろとお話をうかがえてよかったです（バイリンガル）。Shoさん写真もプロですよ。この後各自で撮っていただいた写真をみるのが楽しみです。いつかまたツアーに参加するならShoさんにお願いしたいです。そしてサンドイッチと星空の下寒い中飲んだココアはおいしかった！
夏だったのでツアーで用意されている防寒具（特にジャケット）で寒く感じませんでした。ビジターセンターでも防寒具売っています。いいお土産になるかもしれません。
わたしは富士山登山で高山病になったことがあり少し心配していましたが今回は問題ありませんでした。山頂についたらガクッと体が重くなりました。参加者のなかには具合が悪くなった方がいましたが車のなかで休むことができたのでそれはよかったと思います。

My husband was piloting, there was a pilot next to him, and I got to enjoy the scenery from the back seat! Since I tend to get motion sickness, they prepared extra vomit bags, gave me candies to help with nausea, and searched for routes with less turbulence. After it was over, they told me to "take your time to rest" and shared ways to alleviate my discomfort, along with providing plenty of drinks and snacks. I am so grateful to the local people who took such good care of me. My husband, who doesn't get motion sick, had the best time! Everything was communicated in Japanese, which made me feel comfortable participating. Above all, they were such wonderful people!

If you're coming to the Big Island, I highly recommend this tour! The summit of Mauna Kea had clear air and a beautiful, sunny atmosphere. Eating a BLT sandwich while watching the sunset at 4,200 meters is an experience you can't find anywhere else! And the BLT sandwich is delicious!
You can take photos in various styles, and during free time, you can capture pictures from different angles. There is also a stargazing tour, but I recommend going on a new moon day! Unfortunately, there was some moonlight, but you can still enjoy stargazing and be very satisfied! The warm cocoa was very tasty.
The guide primarily speaks English, but I was relieved to know they could speak some Japanese as well! Anyway, the greatness of this tour can't be conveyed unless you participate. So, I won't post any photos. Please join and experience this wonderful time for yourself!

I read the reviews and saw that it mentioned getting dusty, so I prepared by wearing a full rash guard, but we didn't get dirty at all. We were given helmets, goggles, and a neck warmer that could cover our nose and mouth, which we used as needed.
We chose a tour where we could enjoy the scenery by having the guide drive, and it was definitely the right choice. The guide shared stories about the names of plants and their history without pause while driving.

I visited before and it was so great that I'm coming back. It's more of a walk up a slope than trekking, so I think it's perfect for beginners and elderly people. The scenery while walking slowly was amazing. Especially coming down while looking at the ocean felt incredibly refreshing. I'm glad I came to Hawaii. The driver was very energetic and explained the scenery until we arrived at Makapu'u, and he even made a stop for a restroom break, which was very considerate. On the way back, I asked to stop at Ala Moana instead of the hotel (since it was on the way), and they accommodated my request. Thank you!

When I arrived, I entered the code sent to me on the day or the day before into the iPad for check-in, filled in my contact information, date of birth, and weight in pounds, then entered my emergency contact information, checked the consent form, and signed it to complete the process. When I returned from diving, they gave me a diving certificate and an envelope for tips. It was clearly written, which was helpful for someone from Japan, where tipping culture is not common. Once everything was done, the shuttle was ready for us, and we just got in to head back.

私は写真と動画のプランにしましたが、出発前に上手く色々撮ってくれました。
ダイビングから帰ってきたら、ダイビング証明と、チップ用の封筒をくれました。分かりやすく書いてあったのでチップ文化の無い日本人には助かります。
一通り終わったら送迎車が準備してくれていたので乗り込んで帰るだけです。
3時間後にはメールアドレスに画像と動画のリンクを送ってくれました。動画は素晴らしい編集で大満足です。

My family and I went on the 2 hour UTV raptor tour and absolutely loved it! Highly recommend it. The views are amazing and our tour guides were awesome. Matt and Noah were great! My 11 & 7 year old said it was their favorite part of our trip.

On the day of the event, I arrived at the designated location mentioned on the voucher 20 minutes early, but no one was there. It was so much fun to ride buggies through the great outdoors with my family! It felt like we were on a safari, with cows and birds walking nearby. The staff kindly took family photos at the shooting spots. I wanted to drive the buggy myself, but since the brakes were stiff, my husband drove the whole time. The area was larger than I expected, and we were able to explore for a long time, which made me very satisfied. While waiting, we also enjoyed the recommended hamburger at the restaurant. It was very large and delicious.

I've been to Kualoa Ranch a few times, but this was my first time doing the zipline! We were picked up at 8:30, and since our zipline session was around 11:30, we spent some time looking at souvenirs.
The zipline staff were very friendly and kind, and they helped us put on the harness quickly when we were a bit confused! The zipline was incredibly exhilarating when I let go of my hands, and I highly recommend it! At first, I was scared, but once I let go, the feeling of freedom was amazing, and the views were absolutely beautiful!
The staff spoke entirely in English, so I couldn't understand everything, but their charm came through, and I had a great time! Even after finishing all the courses, I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to do it again! I definitely want to participate again!
