I was able to see dolphins for the first time on this tour, but I felt a few things were complicated. First, there was almost no explanation on how to use the snorkel and fins, and during the actual event, we didn't have any practice before getting into the dolphin zone from the boat in the deep sea. Additionally, my husband's snorkel was attached the wrong way, causing seawater to flow back into the tube when he put his face in the water, making it very difficult for him to breathe and quite stressful. When we returned to the boat to ask questions, we didn't receive a solid response, so we had to figure out the cause and deal with it ourselves. We had mentioned that it was our first time, and everyone around us was inexperienced as well, so I felt that without a more careful approach, it wouldn't be surprising if an accident occurred someday. With 12 customers to one staff member and the captain, it didn't feel like a small group, and I was disappointed by the lack of attentive service.

Also, we participated without having breakfast, but we didn't receive the light snacks (like snacks) that were mentioned in the tour details; we only got one can of juice to share. Furthermore, at the location where the dolphins were, we didn't see any tropical fish or other marine life. Since it was just deep sea, I thought it would have been better to join another tour that mentioned stopping at a coral reef snorkeling spot on the way back.

While I did get to see the dolphins and had some fun, if I had the chance to go again, I wouldn't sign up for this tour... I would prefer to join a different dolphin tour.

ツアーに参加して始めてイルカを見ることが出来ましたが、何点か複雑に感じました。まず、シュノーケルやフィンの使い方の説明がほとんどと言っていいほどなかった上、本番、深い海で、船からイルカゾーンに降りるまで、一度も練習のようなものもしないということです。また、それだけでなく旦那さんのシュノーケルの筒❓が左右逆に取り付けられており、海に顔をつけると筒から海水が逆流してきて息が出来ずにとても焦りました。船に戻って質問してもあまりしっかりと応じてもらえず、自分たちで原因を考えて対処しました。初めてということは伝えてありましたし、周りの方も経験がない方ばかりだったのに、もう少し丁寧な対応がなければいつか事故が起きても不思議ではないと感じました。お客さん12人に1人のスタッフと船長で、あまり少人数制とも感じませんでしたし、きめ細やかな対応はなく、残念に感じました。
また、朝ごはんも食べずに参加しましたが、ツアー内容に記載されていたような軽食（スナックなど）はもらえず、缶ジュースを二人で一本もらえただけでした。
また、イルカのいる場所では熱帯魚や他の海の生物は見られませんでした。深い海が広がるだけなので、サンゴ礁のシュノーケルスポットに帰りに立ちよってもらえるとあった、別のツアーのほうに参加すれば良かったなと感じました。
イルカは見られましたし、楽しませてもらえましたが、もしもう一度いけるならこのツアーには申し込みません。。。別のイルカツアーで参加したいです。

I participated with my mother, who cannot swim. Thanks to the support from the captain and Daisuke, who helped my mother overcome her fear, I was able to enjoy myself to the fullest. Although my mother gave up snorkeling after a little while, she was able to see the dolphins underwater, and she was very satisfied watching the dolphins jump and seeing large groups of dolphins from the boat, while feeling the beautiful sea and breeze.

I saw dolphins playing with jellyfish, and when I thought one had stopped right below me, it created a bubble ring! There were dolphins coming towards us and suddenly appearing from behind... it was a dolphin paradise!

It was a very satisfying half-day, from cruising to swimming. Next time, I want to improve my free diving skills so I can play together with my mother and participate again!

私は、クラゲと遊ぶイルカをみたり、真下で止まった？？？とおもったらバブルリングをつくってくれたイルカがいたり。。。向かってくるイルカや背面からいきなり現れるイルカもいたり。。。そこはイルカ天国でした！
クルージングからスイミングまで大満足の半日でした。
今度は素潜りがうまくできるようになっていっしょに遊べるようになってまた参加したいとおもいます！

We participated as a family. The beach nearby was wonderfully beautiful and soothing to the soul. However, I underestimated the situation, and almost no Japanese is spoken on the Big Island. As a result, I could hardly understand the content of the show, and checking the parking lot of the hosting hotel was quite a struggle. If you're not confident in your English, please make sure to check the parking in advance. Even without understanding the language, the dance and music of the show were enjoyable.

We enjoyed the Keauhou Kayaking Adventure very much. The Staff was outstanding! They were patient and very capable kayakers. One led while the other stayed in the back for those that were a bit slower. We didn't feel rushed or exhausted, as Walter kept the pace based on the group's abilities. We had some pretty decent swells and were not able to get close to the Sea Cave, but the scenery was still incredible. The snorkeling stop was fun, and the Staff had enough masks/snorkels for everyone. There were some first-timers with our group and there were times when they struggled a bit, but in the parking lot afterwards said they had a great time. The Staff, again, was very patient with them and never made them feel like beginners. We own a kayak, so it was easy for us. . .but you may want to rent once on the mainland (or hotel) before you embark on this one, just to make the whole experience a little easier. We were late to the event (got lost), but the Staff waited for us to get

I participated in a tour on October 22.

That day, the wind was a bit strong, so the small boat jumped quite a bit, which was thrilling and fun, but it took a lot of energy just to hold on. I think it would have been better if we had been taught how to hold onto the boat properly in advance.

Now, regarding the dolphins, I was a bit anxious because we couldn't encounter a pod for a while, but once we did, it was an extraordinary gathering. It seemed to be a baby boom, as we got to swim with many dolphins with their young. Seeing the pod of dolphins in the clear blue sea was mystical and moving. I got a bit seasick halfway through and couldn't get in the water during the latter part, but I was very satisfied to see the dolphins jumping and swimming gracefully on the surface from the boat.

The swim guide, Daisuke, is a self-proclaimed dolphin lover. His sparkling eyes resembled those of the dolphins we encountered in the sea. His thoughtful attention and polite demeanor towards everyone, along with his full-on "I love dolphins and Hawaii" aura, allowed all participants to relax and enjoy a happy time. Thank you so much to the cheerful captain and guide Daisuke!

Depending on the condition of the sea, some people may not be able to fully enjoy it, so I rated it a "4 stars," but I definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Big Island.

その日は少し風が強かったのでやや小型の船は何度も大きくジャンプし、スリルがあって楽しかったのですが、船に捕まっているだけで体力を使いました。上手なボートへのつかまり方を事前に教えて下さればもっと良かったと思います。

さて、肝心のイルカですが、群れになかなか遭遇できず不安がよぎりましたが、蓋を開けてみればまれに見る大群とのランデブー。ベビーブームらしく沢山の子連れのイルカ達と一緒に泳ぐことができました。青く澄んだ海の中でみるイルカの群れは神秘的で感動しました。途中で波酔いになってしまい後半は海に入ることができませんでしたが、船の上からでもイルカがジャンプしている姿や水面を飛ぶように泳いでいる姿を見られて大変満足しました。　

スイムガイドのダイスケさんは自称イルカ好き。
目がキラキラと輝いているところが、海の中で出会ったイルカ達に似ていました。細やかな気配りと、誰にでも丁寧に接する態度、そして「イルカとハワイが大好き」オーラ全開で参加者みんなリラックスできて幸せな時間を過ごしました。
陽気なキャプテンとガイドのダイスケさん、本当にお世話になりました！

海の状態次第では、存分に楽しめない人もいるかも知れないので、総合評価は「☆4つ」にしましたが、ハワイ島を訪れる方には、是非お勧めしたいツアーです。

I am very satisfied.
I participated with a friend.
On the day, there were five of us: a couple and an elderly woman!
Since it was a small group on a compact boat, getting on and off was smooth.
During the three snorkeling sessions, we encountered large groups of dolphins each time!
The first time, there were about 150 dolphins in the group!
The second time, we even encountered a manta ray!
The water clarity at the third snorkeling spot was amazing!!!
It felt like a dream to see dolphins so clearly and so close. They were within reach (though touching is not allowed). The guide mentioned that such experiences are rare, so we were lucky to participate at the best time. I don't think this always happens... However, it seems that no one has ever missed seeing dolphins.
Our guide, Daisuke, was a very reliable and nice guy, and the captain was also quite a nice guy.
I really had a great time. Thank you very much.

For those who are not confident swimmers, there are helpers available, and wearing a wetsuit increases buoyancy.
It was truly a tour that made me want to participate again.
If you're hesitating, I highly recommend it!

However, I went without a pickup and drove to the meeting place, but I mistakenly went to the wrong restroom and ended up being late.
Since there was no detailed map or communication regarding the location from the booking through Alan1, I recommend checking the tour company's website to confirm the location properly. It can be a bit confusing.
Also, it mentioned snacks would be provided, but there was nothing in particular; just drinks after the tour.

ガイドのダイスケ君はとても頼りがいのあるナイスガイですし、キャプテンの心意気もかなりなナイスガイです。
本当に楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。

泳ぎが苦手な方でもヘルパー的なものもありますし、ウェットスーツを着用するので浮力も増しますよ。
本当にまた参加したいと思えるツアーでした。
迷っているなら是非っ！！お勧めです。

ただ、当方送迎なしでレンタカーで集合場所まで行ったのですが、集合場所のトイレを間違えて時間に遅れてしまいました。
こちら（Alan1)からの申し込みですと、詳しい場所の地図等
連絡やメールがないので、ツアー会社のHPを見てしっかりと
場所を確認することをお勧めします。ちょっとわかりずらいです。
あとスナック付となっていますが、特になにもなかったです。終わった後のドリンクだけでした。

Just seeing dolphins from the boat was exciting, but being able to get in the water and swim with them was amazing! It's a must-see. The boat is small, so it's not scary to enter the water from a high position, and wearing a wetsuit keeps you warm and helps you float well. If you're not confident in your swimming, they also provide floatation devices that you can hold onto. We were really happy and had so much fun when we made eye contact with the dolphins and found ourselves surrounded by them! I wonder if they were thinking, "Who are these guys?" Luckily, we also got to see a manta ray that day. The guides were kind and really helpful, and I definitely want to come back to the Big Island. Oahu is urban and too crowded for me, so I really love the Big Island. See you again!

I chose to do this adventure for my birthday while we were in Kona. Melissa, our guide, was wonderful. She did a great job of sharing all of the history of the ranch and also the local sites. The horses were matched to us perfectly. I'm an experienced rider so really enjoyed having a horse that was spunky! We were able to trot and canter and Melissa was very attentive. If we go back to Hawaii we will definitely do this again!!!

I was able to fulfill my long-time dream of swimming with wild dolphins!

On this day, we found a pod of dolphins while moving. As we entered the water ahead of them and waited, I could hear their calls getting closer, and the dolphins swam right beneath me.

Although the sea was deep, they provided flotation devices, so there was no need to worry! My husband was able to tread water and dive freely without borrowing one. I borrowed a flotation device because I was anxious, but I think those who can swim on their own can get closer to the dolphins without one.

We entered the water three times that day and were able to see many dolphins. The small boat made it easy to get on and off, allowing everyone to enter the water at the same time, which was great.

Our guide Daisuke was in the water, and Mr. Nawata was on the boat, both working hard to guide us, saying things like, "Just 5 meters out! There! Stay right there! They’ll be coming in about 20 meters!"

I want to practice diving before our next trip so I can see the dolphins even closer.

I had a very enjoyable and precious time! Even after returning home, I look at the photos every day and remember the excitement. Thank you, Mr. Nawata and Daisuke.

I was able to take many dolphin photos with the digital camera I bought for this day.

この日は移動中のイルカの群れを見つけてくれました。
先回りして海に入りイルカ達を待っているとだんだん鳴き声が近づいてきてイルカが私の下を泳いで行きます。

足のつかない海ですが、浮き具を貸してくれるので心配は無用です！夫は立ち泳ぎもできるし、潜れるので借りずに自由に潜っていました。
私は不安なので浮き具を借りましたが、自分で泳げる人は浮き具なしの方がイルカに近づけると思います。

この日は３回エントリーしてたくさんのイルカを見ることが出来ました。船が小さく、乗り降りがスムーズに出来るので、全員同時に海に入れる点が良かったです。

ガイドの大輔さんは海の中から、縄田さんは船の上から『あと沖へ５ｍ！そこ！そのまま！あと２０ｍ位で来るよ！』と少しでも近くで私達にイルカを見せようと一生懸命誘導してくれます。

より近くでイルカを見たいので次回は潜る練習をしてから行きたいなと思います。

とっても楽しく貴重なひとときを過ごせました！
帰ってからも毎日写真を見て感動を思い出しています。
縄田さん、大輔さんありがとうございました。

この日の為に買ったデジカメでもたくさんイルカの写真が撮れました。

My husband and I participated together. I can't swim very well, but they provided me with a swimsuit and floatation devices, so I was fine. We were able to easily meet dolphins without searching for them. The staff member Daisuke took us close to the dolphins. He also took photos for us and made the experience very enjoyable. Dolphins came right up in front of us. The bubble rings created by the dolphins rose up from the ocean floor, and it was beautiful. I was truly moved. There was also a baby dolphin. My husband said he saw a manta ray as well. The captain was friendly, and since there were only a few of us, it felt very relaxed. The boat was small, but it was comfortable enough. I took motion sickness medication, but no one got seasick. It was a dreamlike moment. If I get the chance to go to the Big Island again, I will definitely participate again. I went in early October. The weather was bad, so it was cold, and I got out of the sea in less than 10 minutes. My friend endured the cold and stayed in the water until the last moment, but he was shivering the whole time until we got back.

This was a great purchase! It was a great experience, the guide was awesome, and it was definitely something that cannot be done back home! My husband and I went on our honeymoon and book this activity for our first day in Hawaii. The description stated, Sea Cave Kayaking Adventure, but we got so much more! We kayaked, went to the sea cave, swam with dolphins, snorkeled, got to jump off a cliff, fed the mongoose, had a nice lunch, and learned a lot about sea life, not to mention the hundreds of different fish and sea life we got to encounter. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and always kept safety a priority! No question about it we would return time and time again!

Ocean rafting was exhilarating, as we sped towards the waves, making me want to shout with joy. The snorkeling was fantastic, with so many fish that I never got bored. We enjoyed chatting while eating fruits and snacks on board. Later, as we approached the cliffs, they showed us the rock layers and explained the lava formations. It was a lot of fun. The meeting point was a bit hard to find.

It was my first time, so I was a bit skeptical about rafting. It was quite fast and bouncy, and our captain playfully took sharp turns, making the journey to the snorkeling point a fun activity. The tour guide spoke only in English, so I couldn't understand anything, but they provided a Japanese printout before boarding.

We saw sea turtles twice in different locations, and the dolphins came close enough to swim alongside us. We even got to see baby dolphins jumping, which was a rare experience! The speed made the wind feel really nice, and I didn't realize how strong the UV rays were... My husband ended up getting sunburned to the point of peeling!

I joined this tour on a friend's recommendation. It was a small group, which allowed for flexible movement to dolphin spots, and I felt reassured by the attentive guide. We were able to see dolphins in several locations, witnessing them flying, sleeping, and playing multiple times. Since we didn't have to use floaties, we could dive or swim like the dolphins, making it a truly mystical experience. The guides were all very kind, and I was completely satisfied. I had no idea such a marine world existed! I will definitely participate again.

My husband and I participated together, and I finally fulfilled my long-time dream of "swimming with dolphins"! A group of dolphins swam gracefully by, close enough that I felt I could reach out and touch them! There were also adorable baby dolphins. While we couldn't play with them, I was so happy to hear their voices.

The dolphins' performance is a must-see! They followed the boat and surfed, showing off impressive jumps with twists, just like Kohei Uchimura.

For those who share a dream like mine, I highly recommend participating. My husband joined reluctantly, showing no interest, but he ended up quite excited, snapping photos with an underwater camera. Later, he said, "That was pretty good."

Are you afraid of swimming in the ocean? No worries! You can borrow a float called a noodle. Plus, the guide holds your arm firmly, so you can feel safe (they took great care of both of us).

Worried about not seeing well underwater? No problem! You can borrow a prescription mask. My husband has terrible nearsightedness, but he enjoyed it.

Both the guide and the captain were very cheerful and kind. They seemed to find purpose in making sure we had a great time.

We also observed an activity at the hotel where you can interact with dolphins, but I thought that if you're going to spend that much money, this experience is definitely the better choice.

I created wonderful memories for a lifetime. Thank you!

First, I was told that I needed to reconfirm my reservation, but when I called, they said that if I had questions about directions or anything else, I should call, but if not, there was no need to call. I felt a bit let down by that. Since it was a morning tour, I parked my rental car at the free parking lot past the nearby ABC Mart. There are restrooms at the pier, and while it's possible to change there, as others have mentioned, it's better to come dressed for the occasion. On the day of the tour, staff members came under a green tent, and after handing over the voucher, I received a colored card that corresponds to the boat we would be taking. Groups were divided by the color of the card, and we signed a liability waiver, but there was no Japanese version of the form available when we went. After signing, we boarded the rubber boat by group and set off. Until we reached the bay, we made sudden turns and sped along at an incredible pace. We stopped at a spot where there were lots of dolphins, and they took their time there, providing excellent service. It was really fun, but my 70-year-old mother kept saying how scared she was. On the way back, she seemed to be enjoying it more, perhaps because she got used to it. The snorkeling was just okay. The clarity wasn't as good as I expected, and there weren't a huge variety of tropical fish. Still, I had a great time. The staff were very cheerful and fun, and I felt a bit guilty for needing their support for my elderly mother.

I had heard that the Kona area has little rain, but it seems this year has been quite rainy, and the day we attended the luau show was a disaster (crying).

First, we checked in at the luau desk in the hotel. It was popular, so there was a line, but it was completed smoothly. However, when we went out to the beach, there was a long line. The host was speaking amusingly, but those in the back couldn't hear at all. After entering, I purchased a women's dendrobium lei for $6 and a men's kukui lei for $5. We took a commemorative photo here, but due to the chaos from the heavy rain afterward, photos were not available for purchase anywhere.

We were seated at a table with Americans, greeting and shaking hands. Drinks were free, but since there was only one lady serving, there was another long line. The meal included poi and about three types of meat. The taste was American-style, which I liked.

Just as the meal began, it started to rain... what began as a light drizzle quickly turned into a decent downpour, and everyone was given bath towels to cover their heads. The tablecloth, the trays with food, and everything got soaked from the rain. The drinks were diluted by the rainwater.

Originally, there were supposed to be various activities before the meal, but as the rain intensified, everything was cleared away in about 15 minutes. We couldn't participate in anything. There was no whole roasted pig either. The main show ended up being super fast-paced and finished in no time (laughs). It was supposed to end after 8 PM, but surprisingly, it wrapped up by 6:30 PM, and the band, food, and audience all cleared out immediately.

Despite this disappointing experience, only a few people left their seats, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves to some extent until the end. I had high expectations based on good reviews, and since it was my first day on the Big Island, I was really looking forward to it, but it ended up being a letdown. I'm unsure if I would want to see it again next time.

入場してから女性用デンファレレイを＄６で購入、男性用のククイレイは＄５。ここで記念写真を撮りますが、この後の大雨のバタバタで写真販売はどこでもされておらず買えず仕舞。

通された席はアメリカの方たちと同じテーブルで、挨拶したり握手したり。
ドリンクはフリーですが、おばちゃん一人で対応しているのでこれまた長蛇の列。食事はポイなどもあり、お肉の種類も３種類ほどありました。味もアメリカンな味で私は好きです。
さて食事が始まってすぐに雨が,,,小雨だったの束の間、そこそこの雨が降り出し、全員にバスタオルが配られ皆が頭からすっぽり白いタオルをずっとかぶってました。テーブルクロスも食事の入ったトレーも料理も全部雨でぐしょぐしょ。グラスのお酒は雨で薄まって水になってました。

本来なら食事前に色んなアクティビティがあったようですが、雨が強くなってどれも１５分ほどで撤収。何も参加できず。豚の丸焼きもありませんでした。
肝心のショーも超早送りであれよあれよという間に終わって（笑）２０時過ぎ終了予定がなんと１８時半には終わって、バンドも料理も観客も即撤収。
そんな散々な内容でしたが、席を立つ人は数名だけで、みんな最後までそれなりに楽しんでいました。

口コミも良く、初ハワイ島初日だったので期待していましたが、残念な結果に終わってしまいました。次回もう一回観るかは悩むなー

I participated in the first day of my honeymoon trip on September 20th.

It was my first time kayaking, but Noni, the female instructor, kindly taught me in Japanese, and Kevin, the other instructor, created a very enjoyable atmosphere in Japanese as well.

Kayaking while gazing at the beautiful blue sea and magnificent scenery was truly refreshing and an amazing experience!!!

The mystical experience inside the cave was also fantastic.

During snorkeling, we encountered large sea urchins and beautifully colored fish, and we even saw a sea turtle while we were there!! During the break, we dove in, lay on the lava, and took a natural lava bath nap. Above all, the pineapple we had after coming out of the sea was incredibly delicious.

It might require a bit of physical strength, but even beginners can easily kayak. If you are prone to motion sickness, it's definitely better to take some medication beforehand, as it could ruin the fun of the tour... I felt a bit nauseous myself...

On the way back, Noni kindly recommended some delicious restaurants near our hotel ( *^_^* ).

休憩では、ダイブをしたり、溶岩の上で寝転がり天然の溶岩浴でお昼寝。何より海からあがってから頂いたパイナップルがおいしすぎました。

ちょっと体力が必要かな？と思いますが…初めてでも簡単にカヤックができます。乗り物酔いをする方は絶対に酔い止めを飲んでおいたほうがいいです。せっかくの楽しいツアーが台無しになるので…。私はちょっと気持ち悪くなってしまいました…。
帰りはノニさんにホテル近くのおいしいレストランなども教えていただきました（*^_^*）

We participated as a family of three with our 10-year-old son. This was our first experience with snorkeling, and despite not being great swimmers, we wanted to swim with dolphins. After considering various options, we decided to join Mr. Nawata's tour! The reasons were the small group size of eight people and the five-star service from the staff.

Having actually participated, I can confidently say that choosing this tour was the right decision! Mr. Nawata took great care of our son, allowing him to see the dolphins up close, which made him extremely happy! We were also able to chase the dolphins without worrying about our son (though we were quite busy with our own excitement).

Here are the good points about participating in Mr. Nawata's tour:
- With a maximum of eight participants, we didn't waste time getting on and off the boat, which increased our opportunities to swim with the dolphins (larger boats tend to take longer).
- The boat was specifically for snorkeling, so we were close to the water's surface, making it completely non-threatening for us, even as beginners.
- The staff were very attentive. As mentioned, Mr. Nawata was dedicated to taking care of our son, allowing him to see the dolphins up close. Swim guide Michi and the captain also constantly pointed out where the dolphins were so that participants could see them well!
- Even as first-time snorkelers who couldn't swim well, we were able to use a floating device, which allowed us to chase the dolphins with confidence.

息子には縄田さんが付きっきりで面倒を見ていただけたので、誰よりもイルカを近くで見ることができ、大満足！私たちも息子を心配せずに（というか自分のことでいっぱいいっぱいでしたが。。。）イルカを追いかけることができました。

縄田さんのツアーに実際に参加して良かった点は、次のとおりです。
？定員８名なので、船のあがりおりに時間がかからず、イルカと一緒に泳ぐ機会が増える（大規模な船だとあがりおりに時間がかかるようです）。
？ボートがシュノーケル専用のボートとのことで、海面からの距離が近く、まったく経験のない私たちでも海に飛び込むことがまったく怖くありませんでした。

また来年も参加したいと思います。

My husband and I tried snorkeling first time and we are not even good swimmer. I know only basics of swimming and I can not even survive in a 6 ft swimming pool and still I had fun snorkeling with Fair wind. Crew helped us a lot and snorkeling area was also good. They have different kind of accessories like view box and board for childrens. we would defenately go for second time.
