We were the only Japanese people, but the crew was kind and we were able to spend a comfortable time.
We saw whales right after we set sail, and we were able to see them several more times!
My elementary school son was very moved.
The morning cruise was refreshing, and we were able to enjoy the scenery of the Big Island.

日本人は私たちだけでしたが、クルーの方々は親切で快適に過ごせました。
出航してすぐにクジラが見れました。その後も何回も見ることが出来ました！
小学生の息子はとても感動していました。
朝のクルーズは爽快で、ハワイ島の景色も楽しむことが出来ました。

It was my first time on the Big Island and my first snorkeling tour. There were only our family and one other group of Japanese people. The check-in and explanations were all in English, but there were also Japanese instructions, and the staff was kind, so I felt secure participating. Since it was a morning cruise, we were first served delicious bread and fruit, and before we knew it, we arrived at the snorkeling spot. The beautiful bay had calm waves, and we saw plenty of fish, which made us very satisfied! There were also plenty of floatation devices, so we could enter the water without any worries.

For lunch, we had handmade hamburgers from the staff, and we got to make our own burgers. They were delicious! The boat also had a restroom, which was reassuring. It was a wonderful snorkeling experience where we could fully enjoy the great nature of the Big Island.

初めてのハワイ島で初めてのシュノーケリングツアーでした。日本人は私たち家族ともう１組だけ・・・。受付や説明はすべて英語ですが、日本語の注意書きもあり、スタッフが親切なので安心して参加できました。モーニングクルーズなのでまずおいしいパンやフルーツが出てきて、あっという間にポイントに到着。美しい湾で波も穏やか、魚もたくさん見られて大満足！！浮き輪や浮き具なども豊富なので、不安なく海に入れます。
　昼食はスタッフ手作りのハンバーグで、自分でハンバーガーを作ります。美味しかったー！！船にはトイレもついていて安心。ハワイ島の大自然を満喫できる、素敵なシュノーケリングでした。

My most favorite experience on Big Island with Sea Paradise! A great crew and we were taken care of from start to finish. You start by checking in at the shopping center, drive 5 minutes to Keauhou Bay to park your vehicle, get fitted for your wet suit, and get on the boat. The sunset on along the Kona Coast was beautiful. The crew were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the history of the manta rays, humorous and went out of their way to make sure we spent the most time with the manta rays. We were one of the first boats in and last to leave. Plus, we were given fresh pineapple, juices/sodas and hot chocolate.
I do not know how to swim but the guides took extra care to make sure I made it on and off the boat with flotation devices. I would definitely recommend Sea Paradise!

The weather was great, and I was excited for my first-ever whale watching experience! However, it was in English, so I didn't understand everything, which was a bit disappointing. The whales weren't very active, but I was satisfied just to see them jump a few times! My husband got a little seasick, but we definitely want to come back!

天気にも恵まれ、生まれて初めてのホエールワッチングに興奮しました！
ただ英語のガイドだったので、意味がよく分からず少しだけ残念でした。
クジラはそんなにアクティブではありませんでしたが、数回ジャンプを見ることができ、それだけで満足です！
主人は少し船酔いしてしまいましたが、また来たいと思います！

Our family really enjoyed this trip. The crew was informative, friendly and fun. The trip up the coast was beautiful and the music on the boat was quite nice.

This was a last minute booking so we were glad to get it. We did the 7:45-9:45 PM night tour. The set up is pretty standard. The crew was experienced and knew what to do when didn’t find rays at the first spot. We were towed gently to where we saw two! We had a couple of screamers which was a bit annoying but that apart, terrific trip

I signed up for the tour because I wanted to see the lava. Although I couldn't see the ocean entry, it was amazing to view the crater and the waterfall without a door, so it wasn't through glass. I was lucky enough to see a rainbow as well. I wore a thick hoodie, but I think it would have been better to wear a windbreaker or something a bit warmer since it was quite windy.

溶岩が見たくてツアーに申し込みました。オーシャンエントリーは見られなかったのですが、ドアなしなのでガラス越しではない状態で、火口や滝、運良く虹も見られて感動しました。厚手のパーカーを着て乗りましたが、風が強いのでウインドブレーカーなどもう少し厚着した方が良かったと思いました。

This was my second time on a dolphin swimming tour in Hawaii, but the experience on the Big Island far surpassed my previous one. Following the guide's instructions, a pod of about 50 dolphins came close to us repeatedly. The location of the dolphins changes daily, and on the day we participated, the guide had confirmed in advance that they were near the harbor. Therefore, we didn't have to search for them by boat.

We encountered the dolphins shortly after departing from the harbor, allowing us to swim with them for a long time, even after other boats had left. I could clearly hear the dolphins' calls underwater.

Both the guide and the boat captain were very proficient in Japanese, so there was no language barrier. They provided wetsuits, fins, and masks, making it enjoyable even for those who are not confident swimmers. Our third grader had a great time as well.

I highly recommend this experience if you visit the Big Island.

ハワイでのイルカと泳ぐツアーは2回目でしたが、ここハワイ島での体験は前回の経験をはるかに凌駕する素晴らしいものでした。
ガイドさんの教えの通りにしていると、約50頭の群れが何度も何度も近くへ寄って来てくれました。毎日イルカのいる場所は変わるそうで、私たちが参加した日は、ハーバーから近いところにイルカがいることをガイドさんが事前に確認してくれていました。そのため、ボートでイルカを捜しまわることもありませんでした。
ハーバーを出港してあっという間にイルカに遭遇出来たため、そこから時間一杯まで、他のボートがいなくなってもたっぷりイルカと泳がせていただけました。イルカの鳴き声も水中でしっかり聞こえました。
ガイドさん、ボートのキャプテン共に日本語が大変お上手なため、言葉の心配はありませんし、ウェットスーツとフィン、マスクなど一式貸してもらえるので、泳ぎが苦手な方でも十分楽しめると思います。わが家の小学3年生も十分enjoyしていました。
ハワイ島を訪れた際には、ぜひ、経験されることをおすすめします。

The whole family really enjoyed the boat ride, the hosts on the boat were excellent and we saw a lot of fish, turtles etc. they were wonderful at engaging with the kids and answering all our questions.

The customer service of the people we met at the hut left something to be desired. Aloof and not very interested in engaging. Which is fine, but they are the first people you meet when you get there—so—it made me kinda nervous, but the actual ride was fine!

When I arrived just before the reception time, there was already quite a long line. There are reserved seats, and since I ended up in the back, I recommend arriving earlier if you want to sit closer to the front. The buffet food was tastier than I expected. Guests are guided in order from the front. It was very impressive to see the sunset over the ocean from my seat before the show started. The show features modern hula, traditional hula, Polynesian dance, and fire dance. There is a scene in the middle of the show to celebrate birthdays and honeymoons, so it might be good to let them know in advance. I felt that the talk between the dances was a bit long, and there seemed to be less dance time. I can't compare it to other luau shows, though... All the dancers were very beautiful. The fire dance was the highlight and very powerful. Children up to 5 years old were free. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

受付時間ギリギリに行ったら、もうすでにかなりの列ができていました。リザーブ席などもあり、後ろの方の席になってしまったので、少しでも前のいい席で見たい方は、受付時間よりも前に並んだ方がいいです。ブッフェの食事は思ったよりは美味しかったです。前から順番に案内されます。ショーが始まる前に、席から海に沈む夕日が見れたのがとても印象的でした。ショーは現代フラや古典フラ、ポリネシアンダンスやファイヤーダンスが見れます。ショーの途中でバースデーやハネムーンの人たちをお祝いするシーンがあるので、伝えておくといいのかも？と思いました。ダンスとダンスの間のトークが長くて、ダンス時間が少ないような気がしました。他のルアウショーとくらべていないので比較はできませんが…
ダンサーさんはみなさんとてもきれいな方たちでした。ファイヤーダンスが一番の見もので大迫力でした。
5歳までの子供は無料でした。全体的には、概ね満足です。

The water is so clear we could see many different types of fish in the water. The captain was great at helping us spot turtles swimming on the side of the boat and would stop for us to see them. It was a lot of fun.

Daisuke, our guide, was wonderful with his attentiveness.

The weather was drizzly and chilly, not typical for Hawaii, but we were able to see plenty of dolphins! We even got to see them jump, which was very satisfying.

I brought my iPhone in a waterproof case, but it didn't respond to swipes underwater. I was advised to start recording video on the boat, and when I tried that, it worked well.

While I was playing with the dolphins, I got a bit seasick (it's better to take motion sickness medication), but everyone was kind and helped me calm down.

According to Daisuke, "I am confident that we can get you closer to the dolphins than anyone else. If we couldn't see them, I believe other companies' boats wouldn't be able to either." His love for dolphins and constant attentiveness seem to help him know the best spots and share information with others.

If there’s a next time, I would definitely love to join again.

ガイド(インストラクター?)のダイスケさんの気配りが素晴らしかったです。

天候は小雨で肌寒くハワイらしくない日でしたが、イルカちゃん(ダイスケさん風)は沢山見れました！ジャンプ姿も見れて、大満足でした。

iPhoneを防水カバーに入れて持って行きましたが、海の中ではスワイプが反応しません。"船の上で動画を始めた状態にすると良いですよ"と言われたので実践したところ、上手くいきました^ ^

イルカたちと戯れている間、私は途中で波酔いしてしまいました(酔い止めは飲んでおいた方が良いです)が、皆さんが優しく対応して下さり気分を落ち着かせる事が出来ました。

ダイスケさん曰く、"どこよりも、イルカちゃんに会わせてあげる自信があります。僕たちがイルカちゃん達に会えなかったら、他の会社さんの船も絶対会えてないと思います。"との事。イルカを愛し、いつも気遣いをしているからこそ、遭遇ポイントも分かるし、他社の方々とも情報共有出来ているようです。

次回があれば、是非またご厄介になりたいと思います。

The location is easily accessible as it is on the main street of Kona. The parking lot is on the mountain side of the hotel. There are people lined up around the hotel’s rotary, so the entrance is easy to find. The show took place with the ocean in the background and a pleasant breeze, and it was really great! The sunset was beautiful too! There was a lot of laughter, and it was a very enjoyable time (even though I don't understand much English). The food was at the expected level, but I was happy to eat a lot of my favorite kalua pig. I have also been to the luau at the King Kamehameha Hotel (though it was quite a while ago, so my memory isn't clear), but I think the stage position and the host at Royal Kona were better.

場所がコナのメインストリートにあるのでアクセスしやすいです。
駐車場は、ホテルの山側にありました。
ホテルのロータリーのあたりに人が並んでいるので入り口はわかりやすいです。
ショーは海をバックにして、心地よい風の中行われ、とてもよかったです！
夕日もキレイでした！
かなり笑いもとても楽しい時間になりました（英語はあまりわかりませんが）。
食事は、予想通りのレベルでしたが、自分の好きなカルアピッグをたくさん食べれたのでよかったです。
キングカメハメハホテルのルアウも行ったことがありますが（ずいぶん前で記憶がはっきりしませんが）、ステージの位置や、司会者の感じがロイヤルコナの方がよかったと思います。

The waves were high, but we were able to see whales multiple times, which was amazing. The crew also provided explanations in English throughout the trip and frequently checked in on the drink service, allowing us to have a wonderful time.

波は高かったのですが何回もクジラが見られて最高でした。また船のクルーの人も説明(英語)をずっとしていたり、ドリンクサービスもこまめに聞いてくれて、楽しいひとときを過ごせました。

I participated with my wife. The reason we chose this activity, as mentioned in the reviews, is that the guides (Daisuke and Ryo) genuinely care for and love the dolphins.

After actually participating, I felt even more that they truly love dolphins from the bottom of their hearts. We encountered dolphins multiple times and were able to swim with them. It was moving to see them swimming comfortably in the natural sea, including family dolphins and baby dolphins. We could also hear their voices.

On our way back to the port, we encountered a manta ray, and although it wasn't included in the tour, we were given the opportunity to swim with it. Thank you so much!!

When we returned to the port, I strongly felt the desire to protect the natural dolphins. I definitely want to participate again next year!

妻と参加させて頂きました。今回このアクティビティを選んだ理由はリビューにも記載されている通り、ガイドの方(ダイスケさんリョウさん)が心からイルカのことを大切に思い愛されているからでした。

実際参加してみたところ、リビューの内容以上に心身からイルカのことが好きなんだな、と感じました。
何回もイルカとも遭遇し一緒に泳ぐことができました。家族のイルカ、
子供のイルカ等、自然の海を心地よく泳いでいる姿に感動です。
イルカの声も聞くことができました。
港に戻る際はマンタに遭遇し、ツアーの内容には含まれていませんでしたが一緒に泳ぐ機会を与えて頂きました。
本当にありがとうございました！！

港に戻った際は自然のイルカを大切に守っていきたいと強く感じました。
来年も是非参加させて頂きます！

The ride was too bumpy as there were many waves. We were able to spot only 1 manta ray. Too expensive for 45 min bumpy ride and the whole experience.

Our 10am whale watching cruise was cancelled but we were accommodated on an other cruise for 10:30am. This one included snorkeling. So it was a big win for us. We did get to see a few whales and dolphins. The crew was amazing. They were friendly and informative. They took the time to chat with us. They gave us some background on the whales and clear instructions before getting in the water for snorkeling. They were very attentive and ready to help everyone during the snorkeling. This was an awesome tour. I would definitely book this tour again and recommend it.

The live music and Mai Tai were fantastic. Cute dolphins swam alongside the boat, and the big sun dove into the sea!

The check-in process was slow, and after waiting for over 30 minutes, I was able to enter after 5:30 PM. As a Polynesian show, it was very enjoyable and wonderful, but the Hawaiian atmosphere felt lacking. The food was delicious, and with the all-you-can-drink option, it felt like a good deal. Although it's unrelated to the show, there was a huge traffic jam from Waikoloa to Kona on Friday, taking an hour and a half.

受付の処理が遅くて、30分以上並んで、入場出来たのが5時半過ぎ。
ポリネシアンショーとしてみれば、とても楽しく素晴らしいが、ハワイの雰囲気は薄い。
食事は美味しいし、飲み放題なのでお得感があります。
ショーとは関係ないが、金曜日はワイコロアからコナまで大渋滞で、１時間半かかりました。

家族で観ました。
オアフ島でも別のルアウ を観ましたが、ここのロイヤルコナのルアウ はとても良かったです。
サンセットも素晴らしかったです。踊りも素敵で、司会も上品でよかったです。
また、ハワイ島に行くときは是非行きたいです。

Every time I come to the Big Island, I participate in the Fair Wind snorkeling tour. I usually go in the morning, but this time I joined in the afternoon for the first time. Since lunch is not included, I had a meal before heading out.

While the volcano and star tours are great, I really want everyone to experience the beauty of the ocean around the Big Island. At Captain Cook's Point, there are more fish than anywhere else, even more than at Hanauma Bay on Oahu. This time, we were the only Japanese participants. My elderly father doesn't dive, but he always enjoys the cruise and feels satisfied.

When we arrived at the port, it was just in time for the sunset, and we enjoyed watching it for a bit after getting off the boat.

It's only about a 15-minute drive from Kona, where we're staying, to the port, so it's very convenient.

The weather was nice, and it felt great!

ハワイ島に来ると毎回このフェアウインドのシュノーケルに参加します。
いつもは午前中に参加しますが、今回は初めて午後に参加しました。
ランチはついていないので昼食食べてから行きました。

火山や星のツアーも良いけど、是非ハワイ島の海のキレイさを体感して
欲しいなぁと思います。
ハワイのどの島より、オアフのハナウマ湾よりここの
キャプテンクックのポイントが1番魚がたくさんいます。
今回も日本人は私たちだけ
高齢の父は潜りませんが、クルーズをいつも
気持ちいいね、と満足しています。

港に着くとちょうどサンセットで
船降りてから少し眺めていました。

滞在しているコナから港までレンタカーで15分くらいと
近く

I participated in a short course. The early morning sea is calm and feels wonderful. We paddle along the shore without going too far out, enjoying the scenery. After turning back, we stop at the snorkeling point and can enjoy snorkeling for a while.

Of course, the underwater world is a different realm. The guide was fluent in Japanese and very kind. The canoe operation is easy. If couples participate, it might deepen their bond? Well, in the end, it turns out that only the man at the back ends up paddling...^^

Since the tour ends at the spot, it's a good idea to borrow a restroom and shower at the nearby Sheraton. Although the meeting place might seem uncertain on the map, it's easy to find and parking is simple. It's reasonably priced and very satisfying. I highly recommend it.

短時間コースに参加しました。早朝の海は穏やかでとても気持ち良いです。そんなに沖には出ないで陸沿いを景色を楽しみながら漕いで行きます。折り返してスノーケルポイントでカヌーを止めてしばらくスノーケルを楽しめます。
無論海の中は別世界です。
ガイドさんは日本語堪能でとても親切にして頂きました。
カヌーの操作も簡単です。夫婦、カップルで参加すれば絆が深まるかも？まぁ結局は後ろで男性だけが漕ぐ羽目になりますが・・・^^
その場で解散なので目の前のシェラトンでトイレとプールでシャワーを借りると良いでしょう。
集合場所も地図だと不安ですがわかりやすく駐車も簡単で
す。お手頃価格で満足感高いです。オススメです。

Guides were great. Hard to see through glass, though.

We arrived at the Royal Kona Resort in about 15 minutes by taxi.
There’s nothing in particular that you need, but if you have sensitive skin, it's definitely a good idea to apply sunscreen!
The guide was cheerful and it was a lot of fun!
We took many photos, which became great memories.

ホテルはロイヤルコナリゾートでタクシーで15分ほどで到着しました。
必要なものは特にないですが、肌弱い方はかならず日焼け止めは必ず塗ったほうがいいです！
ガイドさんも陽気でとても楽しかったです！
写真もたくさん撮っていただき、思い出になりました。

We signed up for this kayaking tour with a young toddler with us and initially I was a bit sceptical of how well it would go. But Kevin was friendly, informative and really patient through out the activity making sure our first experience in Hawaii and of snorkeling was pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely recommend

Diese Tour fand mit ca. 18 Personen auf einem modernen Katamaran statt. Man befindet sich ca. 45min im Wasser, wobei man neue Neoprenanzüge trägt. Der Trip wurde professionell durchgeführt, es fanden sich neben den Teilnehmern stets 2-3 Sicherheitsschwimmer im Wasser. Wir sahen 5-6 majestische Mantarochen - selten was eindrucksvolleres erlebt. Ich empfehle Mittel gegen Seekrankheit, denn die Tour findet auf offenener See (Wellengang) und bei Dunkelheit statt. Kann diese Tour auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

It was my first time watching a proper hula dance show, and the performance was wonderful and very enjoyable. Before the show, I was entertained by the performance of a whole roasted pig for the buffet, and Kamehameha the Great made an appearance on a raft, along with traditional games to enjoy.

However, I believe the plan included photography, but they asked for $20, so I ended up not purchasing it. I was also disappointed that the lei was not made of flowers.

きちんとしたフラダンスショーを見るのは初めてでしたが、踊りも素晴らしくてとても良かったです。ショーの前にはバイキングに出る豚の丸焼きのパフォーマンスや、カメハメハ大王がいかだに乗って登場したり、伝統的な遊びをしたりと楽しめました。
ただ、プランの中に写真撮影も含まれていたはずですが、お金を要求されて20ドルもしたので結局買いませんでした。レイも花ではなくて残念でした。

Trip was great captain Jon was funny/informative. Chelsea and Rachael were both awesome would definitely book again and look forward to seeing them all soon

It was my first time kayaking, but I managed to move forward somehow. I went snorkeling, and I felt a bit anxious when I couldn't return to the kayak, but I somehow got back on board like a beached tuna. It was fun!

初めてのカヤックでしたが、なんとか前に進めました。
シュノーケリングをして、カヤックに戻るのができないので、一瞬不安になりましたが、打ち上げられたマグロのように乗り込んでなんとか戻れました。楽しかったです。

My girlfriend broke her ankle trying to go snorkeling so going again was out for us. The next best thing or better even was this tour; Kat, our guide, answered every one of our questions and it was super fun! We saw all kinds of critters and fish and it felt like you were under the waves yourself! Clear and colorful! I’d do it again, and the price was the most reasonable of all the activities we’ve tried so far on the Big Island ;)
