Great time!
Reviewed by: Kim A, 2023/12/13We had such a great time! The crew was so nice. We had a great snorkel day, saw lots of fish. The water activities were a great bonus. The slide and platform were fun too! We went as a couple but great for families/children also. Had pastries and yogurt for breakfast, burgers for lunch, and cash bar open the entire time. I do wish for the price at least 1 drink could be included, but it was still a great time. We even saw some dolphins following our boat shortly before docking at the end

Kona Sunset & Moonlight Wild Manta Ray Snorkel Tour - Wahine Charters
Great Fun!
Reviewed by: Rich(Lawrence KS), 2023/12/06I was not sure what to expect but I was very pleased with this experience. The crew was very pleasant, patient and knowledgable. They were very patient with some older guests and made sure they were safe and comfortable.
We ended up meeting several other boats so we had a lot of plankton for the Manta. Those beautiful fish did not disappoint! Although touching the manta is prohibited, they come close enough to touch! Bring your underwater camera for some great pictures and video memories!

ハワイ島に来たらするべき！素晴らしい体験

参加者は12名で多国籍で、日本人は私たちのみでした。ガイドさんは女性2名でした。
英語がほとんど話せないので不安でしたが、ガイドのジャッキーさんが親切で、ジェスチャーを使ってゆっくりと話してくれたり、時折日本語を混ぜて、気にかけてくださいました。同意書も日本語版がありました。
乗馬経験に合わせて、相性が良い馬を選んで貰えます。私は長谷川潤さんも乗ったことがある、ストーミーに乗りました！初めにレクチャーを受け、馬に水を飲ませて、出発です！
乗馬は、とても広大な土地で歩いたり、走ったり、途中和牛がいたり、杉の木があったりガイドもして貰えました。天気も景色も良くて、とても気持ちが良かったです。本当に広い土地でしたが、2.5時間があっという間でした。走るのが怖ければ、ゆっくり歩くこともできます。途中景色が良いスポットでグループ単位で写真撮影もして貰えます。
走らせる時は馬を蹴り、止まる時はロープを引っ張り、馬に乗っている時に踵を下にすることを気をつければ、ある程度大丈夫だと思います。
本当に充実した2.5時間で、ハワイ島のような広大な場所でしか体験できないような素晴らしい体験でした。また絶対にやりたいです。
ガイドのお二人と参加者の方とお馬に感謝です。ありがとうございました。
また、ベルトラの方が時間変更や日程調整などとても丁寧に対応してくださり、ありがたかったです。

Amazing experience! Great tour guide!
Reviewed by: Harish , 2023/11/24We had an amazing experience and time on this trip. Our tour guide, Stefan, was deeply knowledgeable, fun and friendly. The tour started on time and went out perfect. They provided mitts and coats which kept us warm along with hot chocolate. It was a great evening with no clouds. The views were unforgettable. Five stars, would book again!

Once in a lifetime!
Reviewed by: L in Az, 2023/11/22This was on my bucket list. My guide was very informative. He took pictures, individual and group pictures of us during sunset and during the stargazing event. Be prepared to bounce around on the dirt road to the summit. Totally enjoyed the hot cocoa and BLT sandwich that was provided.

Show was outstanding and food was excellent!
Reviewed by: Ann, 2023/11/19From the moment of arrival the staff was friendly and very attentive (we did pay for the VIP section and it was worth it for the service). The were almost too many food choices to choose from and it was all very delicious. The host was engaging and entertaining, the music wonderful, and all the dancers were great. We enjoyed that they were telling stories in their dance, not just there for show. Overall it was a wonderful experience, the only negative I have is location because you can't see the ocean from the luau venue and it does help the ambience we feel.

His knowledge and captivating way of presenting things were amazing. I also highly appreciate his deep respect towards the Hawaiian culture.
The trip was organized very professionally. The warm parkas were also highly appreciated.

All of the crew are great high energy and full of local information, you can feel their pride and excitement to share story and inform visitors about native culture and history, wonderful. They prioritize safety and everyone’s comfort, and the views are amazing! The trail is adventurous and a bumpy ride! Definitely the best Utv experience, don’t miss out! You’ll see the ocean and cliffs, , we got to see Maui from afar, small waterfall picnic stop with a taste of fresh guava. Overall would definitely do again!

We thought we would be the only ones there with a baby but there were other families with young children. Baby made to feel welcome. The food had a great variation with possible allergens noted at dish. Very thoughtful as my daughter can not eat dairy products while breast feeding her son. The maître D was lovely with a very soothing voice and good story and history teller. The dancers were very good and were smiling the whole time. It made for a happy time. Setting was beautiful. The fire dancer was very talented. I worried he would get burned, but he didn’t, thank goodness. All in all, the food, company of others beside us we got to meet, and the show was well worth the money spent. Thank-you

すべて英語での説明で、ほかに参加されていた方も外国の方のみでしたので、全部は聞き取れずちょっと不安もありましたが大変楽しむことができました。
馬に乗り草原を歩いたり、途中走らせたり、
坂道を登ったり、ハラハラしながらも大変楽しかったです。
牧場の横を歩き牛や馬を眺めていると、遠くには野生のブタも見えました。
天気が良かったこともあり、景色も良く最後、海側や山をバックに写真も撮っていただき良い記念になりました。空と草原の色のコントラストがとてもきれいで最高でした。（日焼け注意・・）

Above and Beyond!
Reviewed by: Sandra McCaffrey, 2023/11/01Our guide Gabe (I think that was his name - sorry if I’m mistaken!) was superb.
He picked us up near our condo and the van was very nice and spacious. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable.
The drive up he pointed out things of interest, answered any questions and was just overall very upbeat, fun and informative.
He was great up to this point but he crossed over to superb when my mom got altitude sickness. He was constantly checking on her, giving her sickness bags, anti-nausea meds and overall just very attentive.
He very professionally handled both her and the rest of the guests.
Will definitely book with this company and guide again.

Deluxe Big Island ATV Tour & Waterfall Swim at Umauma Falls
Great experience!
Reviewed by: AnnL, 2023/10/28My hubby and I wanted to try this ATV experience since we enjoyed a similar one on Kauai the previous year and it did not disappoint!
Going through the trails and seeing the sites were completely beautiful. The private little waterfall/lagoon was also refreshing after being covered with the dust from the trail.
The one thing I would have liked is a bandana to cover the lower half of my face because the dust got all up in every crevice.

Hawaii Manta Ray Sunset & Night Time Snorkel Experience from Kona - Iruka
Amazing guides, lots of mantas and fish, beautiful scenery, and fun learning experience.

I was that person who forgot their motion sickness meds. If you get motion sick/sea sick definitely take them so you can enjoy the whole experience without feeling queasy. If you come from colder climates you may not need wet suits. My husband and I didnt get them as we come from a cold climate and did fine temperature wise. The captain and his crew, Diego, were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also helped out a bunch when I wasn't feeling well. Would recommend this tour to anyone!

Reviewed by: ゆっきーマウス, 2023/10/26約3時間のルアーショー、素晴らしい踊りと歌に酔いしれてました。ハワイの伝統文化を舞台近くで鑑賞できて感動で一杯です。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔で対応されていて、印象も良かったです。
観光客をショーの間に入れて、コミックな踊りに皆さん笑いが広がってました。
参加者の中に、日本人が少ないのは残念です。私が参加したショーには、数名かなと思います。もっと日本人が気軽に参加できるようにと希望します（料金が高い設定かなと）
最後の写真も最高出来栄えで大変嬉しく思ってます。ハワイ島に来ましたら、是非参加したいと思います。マハロ。

大自然の中で乗馬体験

英語での案内で、ゆっくりと分かりやすく話してくれます。
最初に流れと書類記入、注意事項などの案内があり、その後乗馬の仕方についてレクチャーしてくれ、最初から最後まで一緒に付いてくれます。
最初はゆっくりと歩き、途中スピードを出して良いスポットでスピードを出して楽しめました。
草原、山、海と大自然を見ながらの乗馬は最高の体験でした。
