I had missed the chance to see manta rays in Palau and Ishigaki Island, so I joined the tour with the hope that this time I wouldn't miss out. My family was actually quite skeptical, thinking it might be impossible. However, I’m really glad I went! On that day, three manta rays came to us, and they turned around multiple times, which was just amazing! This was the best memory from my experience on the Big Island. I hope everyone can have a wonderful experience at Manta University as well. If I have the opportunity to go back to the Big Island, I would love to participate again.

This time, we were taken care of by a Japanese pilot named TOSHI, and I was very satisfied as I got to see wonderful scenery while listening to various stories. My 9-year-old child was with us, and TOSHI explained things in a way that was easy for the child to understand at various points, so it seems my child enjoyed it as well. The air conditioning inside the helicopter was well-functioning, making for a comfortable environment in short sleeves and shorts. I would love to do this again.

You can interact with the dolphins comfortably under the guidance of the trainers. However, all communication is in English. The trainers are very friendly and use gestures to express themselves, but it would be less stressful if you have a basic understanding of English.

The experience lasts for 30 minutes, but you won't be interacting with the dolphins continuously for that entire time. Depending on the dolphins' situation, there will be moments when you are separated from them, and then you will interact with them again under the trainer's guidance. However, it felt like the total time was more than 30 minutes.

The dolphins are truly adorable, and the experience of being able to touch them is very valuable.

Also, when participating in this activity, you need to bring a bath towel from your hotel room. I forgot mine and ended up purchasing a towel from the shop for $30.

Additionally, during the activity, you are not allowed to take any photos or videos. Each group has a dedicated photographer, and you can purchase the footage for $100 (the video lasts for 20 minutes). You need to request this at check-in. あと、アクティビティー中は写真やビデオの撮影は一切できません。映像は各グループにつききっりの撮影者が付き、100ドルで購入可能です（映像の長さは20分間）。チェックインの際にお願いしなければなりません。写真はアクティビティーの後で、画像データを全部購入や、1枚ずつの写真印刷等、色々選べます。画像データは40カット全部を買うと125ドルですが、個別で買っても6画像ぐらい買うと結局それぐらいになります。

When we arrived, there were about 7 or 8 boats gathered.
After the sunset, we held onto the boat and enjoyed manta ray watching for about 40 minutes.
During that time, we saw manta rays ranging from 50 cm to 100 cm about 10 times.
On the way back, we returned in the powerboat through the darkness for 30 minutes, but it started to rain and it was quite cold and uncomfortable.
I think a tour that meets near the Sheraton would be easier and quicker.

My 7-year-old son, who was experiencing the ocean for the first time, jumped in with a wonderful smile without any fear. Even for me, a first-time snorkeler, I was able to relax without a floatation device thanks to the guide's suggestion, "Mom, you'll be fine without a float, you can do it," and I entrusted my children to them, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful world of dolphins. I am truly grateful for being able to share such a happy experience with my children! I will not forget the smiles of the staff and the ocean of Hawaii, and I definitely want to visit the Big Island again.

I participated in a night snorkeling experience for the first time, thanks to an invitation from a couple of friends. I was worried about whether it would be okay to go at night since I had my child (a third grader) with me, but we had no problems and enjoyed ourselves.

There was a warning beforehand not to touch anything, but the manta rays came so close that they actually touched us, which surprised me at first. However, after a few encounters with the manta rays, we were able to observe them closely. My child was initially scared, but it seemed like they were able to observe them carefully and shared various thoughts, so I felt it was a good decision to take them along.

*I only captured the manta rays on video, so I don’t have any photos...*

Also, the sunset viewed from the boat was beautiful.

友人夫婦の誘いもあり、今回初めてナイトシュノーケルに参加しました。
子供（小学3年生）と一緒だったので、夜間でも大丈夫かと心配がありましたが、

The people at sea paradise were truly outstanding. They were professional, fun, and extremely accommodating. Let me preface this review by saying that I suffer from extreme motion sickness and had I not been heavily medicated then this would've been a truly awful experience, of course this was no fault of the crew, the waters are just that rough. The crew Heather and Troy and the captain did their absolute best to make me feel better, while entertaining my six year old daughter. We saw tons of mantas and they barrel roll right under you almost touching you. Truly a remarkable experience. Once we decided we had enough the crew got us back to the shore as quickly as possible as they could tell I was in distress. I highly recommend this experience, just be aware that you will need every form of motion sickness prevention if that's a concern. I couldn't be more pleased with the crew of sea paradise.

I participated in a morning tour. It took less than an hour on a larger boat to reach the snorkeling point. There were chairs and tables in the cabin on the first floor where we could have breakfast and lunch, and since there was only one snorkeling spot, we were able to relax and enjoy it. The water at the spot was clear, and there were plenty of fish.

The pilot who spoke Japanese was on vacation in Japan, and the commentary was in English. However, even though I couldn't understand much of the English commentary, the overwhelming power of the steam from the lava flowing into the sea and the crater was enough to enjoy the experience. The tour was quite expensive, but it provided an experience that was worth more. The day before, I was able to confirm the route to Mauna Kea from the air. In less than two hours, I was able to enjoy everything: Mauna Kea, the Kilauea volcano crater, the steam at the shoreline, the beauty of the valleys, and the waterfalls, which can only be experienced through a helicopter tour. For those who easily get motion sickness on planes, the constant G-force is reassuring. It feels like riding on a swing, making it enjoyable.

日本語の出来るパイロットはバカンスで日本に行っており解説は英語だった。しかし英語の解説は余り理解出来なくても火口や海に流れ込む溶岩からの水蒸気は圧倒的な迫力が有り十分楽しめた。遊覧の費用は結構高かったがそれ以上の体験が出来た。前日に行ったマウナケア山やそこへ続き道を上空から改めて確認する事が出来た。マウナケア山、キラウエア火山の火口、波打際の蒸気、渓谷美と滝を2時間弱で全て楽しむ事が出来るのはヘリでの遊覧でしか出来ない。飛行機に酔い易い人もGがずーと掛かっているの安心です。それはブランコに乗っている様な感覚で楽しめます。

Captain Morgan (ikr) was exceptional. This tour was very personal. It's 6 people tops. So you don't feel crowded on the boat. Not like some of the other snorkeling excursions. I highly recommend this company :) They also stop at 2 spots. Instead of 1!!! We got to see dolphins too. Great times :)

Swimming with rays

It was an amazing experience ! Like an underwater ballet with a bit of adrenaline because even you know that rays are completely harmless and gentle you are still swimming in the middle of the ocean at night .There were at least 25 of them that night passing sometimes within an inch of our biddies, it felt like gentle caressing. I think it was my favorite activity and we did practically everything there is to be done on the Island (from extreme to leisure ) Definitely recomend it
