This was a great experience for all. The natural beauty was stunning, and the staff was just as great. I wish the water was calm enough to go into sea caves, but the kayak tour did not suffer because of it. Sense of adventure and willingness to put in physical effort is required, but well worth it. Our group did end up with cuts and bruises.

As everyone recommended, the staff and other participants are all friendly, and basic English conversation is sufficient, allowing you to fully enjoy the vacation vibe on the Big Island. There are pamphlets with Japanese translations for snorkeling precautions, which is reassuring. Breakfast, lunch, alcohol, and snacks are all included, providing excellent service. Regarding the sea, you can encounter schools of dolphins, and they give you plenty of time for snorkeling, but the water is quite cold. For those who have snorkeled in other countries, the variety of fish might feel a bit lacking.

We were the only Japanese couple on board. The boat was full with couples and families (about 60 people), but it was spacious enough, and the staff were friendly, chatting with us and other tourists in my limited English. My husband and I couldn't swim without wearing rash guards because it was cold (unfortunately, it was a cloudy day), but the other Westerners enjoyed snorkeling in just their swimsuits without feeling cold at all. There was even a pregnant woman who was 10 months along, which surprised me! Even if you can't swim, there are various floatation devices available, so it's fine. The hamburgers on the boat were very delicious! During the return cruise, we were overwhelmed by sleepiness and ended up dozing off together in the sea breeze. Also, there were two clean toilets on the boat, so we felt comfortable using them. We enjoyed snorkeling at two points and encountered large groups of small dolphins at both spots, which excited everyone!

I highly recommend it. The sea is very clear, and there are plenty of fish. For those who are not confident in swimming, they provide floaties and other equipment on the boat, so you can feel safe. The burgers eaten on the boat were also delicious. The captain, who resembled George Clooney, and the cheerful staff were all very kind.

I was a bit nervous because there were mostly foreigners, but the staff were very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed snorkeling a lot. My wife kept diving into the sea from the boat with the kids who were participating... We even encountered a pod of dolphins along the way.

My wife did the early morning 3.5 hour trip and we loved it. This was the first time that me and my wife had ever kayaked, the tour guides show you how to do everything from balancing your kayak to getting in and out of your kayak in the open ocean. We seen a pod of dolphins on the way out of the bay, that was great, then we followed the shore line. at one point we were able to paddle into a small cave with a blow hole, and then several members of the tour jumped off the cliff over the cave. It was a bit too high for us so we watched. But we were able to paddle out before the rest with one guide and when we were just around the corner the same pod of dolphins swam under and by us. Several of the dolphins were within touching distance of our kayak. My wife was so in awe she could barely get the camera out! The snacks were yummy and the guides wonderful!. all I can say about this tour is "wow" if you have never ever paddled in a kayak befor no problem with on tour your guides will teach you how get in and balance yourself, how to hold your paddle, how to paddle toeghter, how to get in and out of your kayak in open water even if you have never done it before because that person was me. My wife and I had the best time toeghter trying to see everything thats going on around you. After they show you how to do everything you just start paddiling out of the bay with your guides along the coast line. Just as we rounded the corner a pod of dolphins swaw by us they were about 100 yrds away from us but what a treat. We stoped for a short break and they showed us how to get in and out of the kayak in the open ocean, then we went cliff to the blow hole paddled in and out of the cave jumped off the cliff then went around to another bay to have lunch and snorkle. We participated with our family on October 9. The sea in Hawaii Island is more beautiful than that of Oahu, and it's even more stunning than the White Sands and Keauhou in Hawaii Island, making it impossible not to get in. The boat is a catamaran, so there’s no rocking, and the kids jumped in dozens of times from the slide and diving board. It was also great to have fresh water showers available. The location is just a three-minute walk from the Sheraton where we were staying. I highly recommend it.

This was my second time in Hawaii, and I participated in snorkeling at Kealakekua Bay. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cloudy for Hawaii that day. I was worried about whether I would be able to enjoy the beautiful sea, but I was able to enjoy it nonetheless.

By the way, I tend to get very seasick, and that was my only concern, but I managed to get through the trip without any seasickness.

I have participated in snorkeling several times in Japan and Hawaii, but this was the most beautiful and enjoyable experience. Since it was a memorable trip, I’m glad I was able to create good memories. I definitely want to participate again next time.

　今回2回目のハワイで、ケアラケクワ湾の主ノーケリングに参加しました。残念ながら当日はハワイでは非常にめずらしい曇り空でした。当日は曇りで、きれいな海が見られるのか心配でしたがきれいな海を楽しむ事ができました。
　ちなみに私は非常に乗り物酔いがはげしく唯一それが心配でしが、船酔いもなく無事に過ごすことができました。

We participated as two women.
We were the only Japanese participants, and although we couldn't speak Japanese, the staff's thoughtfulness and cheerfulness made us feel completely at ease and allowed us to enjoy ourselves.

The cruise to the snorkeling point offered a view of the Big Island from the sea, allowing us to see a different side of Hawaii. We were lucky enough to encounter a pod of dolphins!

The snorkeling experience was incredibly satisfying with the beautiful Hawaiian sea and fish! Even those who are not confident swimmers can borrow floatation devices, so there’s no need to worry.

For lunch, the staff treated us to homemade hamburgers. There were also desserts like brownies! Everything was very delicious. They took us to two snorkeling points, and we were very satisfied both in our stomachs and hearts!

The staff was a bit cranky at check in but once things got rolling, I think they woke up and all was good. I enjoyed the snorkle site but the sea cave exploration is little more than "here is the cave, it's not really deep, next please"......overall I had a good time but felt I paid too much for what I got. If you have never been kayaking in Hawaii and want to, then I would have no problem recommending this outfit. I just think you may get more value from a less green more motorized adventure.

The parking lot designated from the Hilton Hotel where we stayed was quite a distance away, but the traffic flowed smoothly, and we arrived without getting lost and with plenty of time to spare. After checking in at the counter, we enjoyed some delicious coffee that was prepared while we waited for departure.

Once we set sail, we moved along the blue sea (at quite a speed!) next to the lava fields. There were just over ten participants, and only two groups were Japanese, including us. When we arrived at the spot, the guide explained the swimming area, and everyone entered the water at their leisure.

My English is at a middle school level, but the guide explained things with gestures, so there were no problems. It was my first time snorkeling, and although I was a bit scared in the very clear water, I quickly became captivated by the colorful, beautiful fish, and time flew by.

After swimming at two spots, we enjoyed BBQ hamburgers grilled on the boat, which left us both satisfied in our stomachs and hearts. We also visited several sightseeing spots and took lots of photos. The restroom on the boat was spacious and clean, making it easy to change into our swimsuits, which I personally appreciated. This is a great tour where you can see various aspects of the Big Island in just a few hours. I would love to participate again when I go back to Hawaii!

出航すると溶岩大地と並走するように碧い海を（結構なスピードで!）進んで行きました。参加者は１０人ちょっとくらいで、日本人は私達入れて２組だけでした。スポットに着くと添乗員が泳ぐ範囲などの説明をして、各々好きな時に海に入って行きました。
私の英語は中学生レベルですが、添乗員の方がジェスチャーを交えて説明してくれたので問題ありませんでした。
初めてのシュノーケルで、しかもかなり透明感が高い海で怖さも少しありましたが、すぐに色とりどりの綺麗な魚に見入ってあっという間に時間は過ぎていきました。
２ヶ所のスポットで泳いだ後に船上で焼いたBBQのハンバーガーを頂き、お腹も心も大満足でした。
観光スポットにもいくつか回り、写真もたくさん撮れました。船上のトイレは広くて清潔感があり、水着の着替えをしやすかったのが個人的には嬉しかったです。数時間でいろいろなハワイ島の姿が見られるお得なツアーです。またハワイに行ったら参加したいです！！

Since it was a trip using a rental car, I had no trouble with transportation or exploring places. However, the meeting point at Keauhou Bay is located deep down a road, so it's advisable for first-timers to check a map in advance.

As for the English tour, there was absolutely no need to worry, as everyone pointed out. All the staff were friendly and spoke slowly and clearly, making it easy for me, who isn't very good at English, to understand even the jokes. They prepared the snorkeling gear before we boarded, and then we set sail.

At the designated spots, we were able to swim freely over the coral reefs in two bays suitable for snorkeling. The water clarity was high, probably around 30 meters. I was able to see various tropical fish, including butterfly fish. I had hoped to encounter sea turtles based on prior information, but unfortunately, that dream didn't come true. However, I did have an encounter with a large octopus about a meter long.

For lunch, we enjoyed freshly made big hamburgers and fruits, and I relaxed on the deck while sunbathing. The waves were gentle, so I don't think there was much worry about seasickness. Additionally, there is an option for a diving tour, but even just snorkeling and skin diving were thoroughly enjoyable.

On the return cruise, we were guided past the Captain Cook monument and the coffee belt area of Kona, as well as the nearby Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park, allowing us to enjoy a bit of sightseeing of the Big Island from the sea. The English during that time was at a natural speed, and I could only grasp the content vaguely. It might be good to prepare in advance.

Most impressively, we were able to encounter wild dolphins and even saw dolphin jumps. It became a beautiful and joyful memory.

This is a highly recommended tour where you can fully enjoy the nature of the Big Island. However, when the weather is nice, don't forget to take measures against UV rays.

また英語ツアーですが、皆さんがご指摘した通り全く心配ありませんでした。スタッフの方々すべてがフレンドリーで、丁寧な対応でゆっくりと話してくださったので、英語のあまり得意でない私にもジョークも含めてよくわかりました。シュノーケリンググッズを乗船前に準備していただき、いざ出航となります。

案内された目的地では、シュノーケリングに適した湾に２箇所ほどで思う存分サンゴ礁の上を泳ぐことができました。透明度も高く３０ｍほどはあったと思います。バタフライフィッシュをはじめ熱帯地区特有の様々な魚を観る事ができました。事前情報から海亀と出会えることを期待してましたが、残念ながら夢かなわず…。しかしながら、１ｍほどの大きなタコと遭遇することができました。

ランチには焼きたてのビッグハンバーガーとフルーツをおいしくいただき、日光浴をデッキの上で楽しみました。穏やかな波でしたし、船酔いの心配も特にないと思います。また、オプションでダイビングも１本楽しめるツアーですが、シュノーケリングとスキンダイブだけでも存分に楽しめるツアーです。

クルージングの帰路では、キャプテンクックの記念碑やコナ地区のコーヒーベルト地帯とその近くのプウホヌア・オ・ホナウナウ国立歴史公園の案内があり、海からのちょっとしたハワイ島観光も楽しめました。そのときの英語はナチュラルスピードで、なんとなくでしか内容の説明はわかりませんでしたが…。あらかじめ予習しておくといいかも知れません。

そしてなんといっても印象的でしたのが、野生のイルカと出会うことができ、ドルフィンジャンプも見ることが出来たことです。綺麗な嬉しく楽しい思い出となりました。

これぞハワイ島という程に自然を満喫できるお勧めのツアーです。でも、天気がいいときは、紫外線対策を忘れないように…。

This was an amazing experience to witness. You are probably five minutes off the shore by the sheraton resort and are left to swim with huge manta rays that swim right up next to you. It is a little scary at first but after the first few minutes you get used to it. The staff on the boat are very friendly and pretty humorous. You definitly get your moneys worth on this activity because you are in the water for about 45 minutes and they dont let you get in until a manta ray shows up so your time with the manta rays isnt wasted. The only bad things I have to say about this activity which was kind of a personal problem was that I got stung in the butt my something. It hurt pretty bad but the stinging went away in about a hour. I dont think anyone else had this problem though so I wouldnt be too worried about it. I would definitly sign up for this activity is I was you!

I was at first a little hesitant to do this activity because I thought that I wasnt going to enjoy it very much but it ended up being me and my boyfriend's faviorite activity that we did! This activity is definitly worth the money that you pay. Not only do you kayak in beautiful clear water, but you get to jump off a 30 ft rock, go into a cave, and snorkel. What more can you ask for??? Everything about this activity was fun and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hawaii. Now that I know how much fun kayaking is I plan on doing it in the future. This is a must do!!

My friend Nancy and I purchased this tour on the Fair Wind as a Father's Day gift for our husbands, Jay & Jim. Jay & I had taken a similar tour in Kauai last summer. We were expecting a similar activity this time, but were pleasantly surprised to find that it was so much more. The catamaran was so much nicer, the snorkeling was wonderful, the crew was so attentive to our every need and the food was great also. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely do the same thing the next time we are on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was also great that the departure place was only a five minute walk from the resort where we were staying. The crew was very helpful in instructing us as to where to snorkel and find the most fish. My husband got some great pictures with his underwater camera. The boat was not over crowded. The meeting point was in a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from the Sheraton Keauhou Bay where we were staying. The catamaran was still new and very beautiful.

There were two of us and one other group of Japanese participants; everyone else was foreign. My husband is experienced with snorkeling, but I had only swum in a pool (where I could stand), so I was a bit scared at first. However, after being given a float, I was able to see many fish and was incredibly impressed! After seeing the lava tunnel, we dropped anchor in front of the Captain Cook monument, which apparently cannot be accessed by car. I was able to snorkel again. When we got out of the water, there was a wonderful smell...

It was the barbecue being cooked by the staff. We also enjoyed some wine, and the hamburgers were huge—probably three times the size of Japanese patties. It was a pleasant voyage with the sea breeze. Neither of us speaks English, but we had no trouble at all and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would love to participate again.

主人はシュノ−ケルにもなれているのですが、プ−ルでしか泳いだ経験のない（足の着く所）私は始めは、こわかったです。しかしうきを貸してもらってたくさんの魚を見ることが出来て大感激！！溶岩トンネルを見た後、キャプテンクックのモニュメントの前で碇をおろし、ここは車で来ることはできないそうです。もういちど、シュノーケルをさせてもらえました。海からあがると、とてもいいにおいが・・・
スタッフが焼いてるバ−べキュ−でした。ワインもいただき、ハンバ−ガ−の大きいこと日本のパテの３倍はあると思います。潮風にふかれて気持ちのいい航海でした。私たち２人とも英語が話せないのですが、まったく不自由なこともなく、十分に楽しませていただできました。また、参加したいです。
