We participated as a couple. My wife went parasailing while I took photos from the boat. The staff was dedicated to providing good service and ensuring safety, and my wife was happy with the experience. There wasn't a good moment to retrieve our bag from under the boat, so I couldn't give a tip to the crew member and ended up giving it to a female staff member on land.

夫婦で参加。妻だけパラセーリングして夫はボートから撮影しておりました。スタッフはサービス精神と安全運航に努めてくれていて、いい経験になったと妻も喜んでいます。バッグをボート下から取り出すタイミングがなかなかなくて、船員さんにチップを渡せず、地上の女性スタッフに渡しました。

I experienced it for the first time. At first, I was a bit scared, but once I flew, it felt amazing. The staff were fun people, and the girls from the other group were nice too. My friends and their family were super excited and laughing a lot. However, the meeting place was a bit hard to find.

初めて体験しました。最初はちょっと恐怖だったけど、飛んでみたら最高に気持ち良かったです。スタッフも楽しい人達で、他のグループの女の子達も感じのいい人達で一緒に行った友達家族もハイテンションで大爆笑でした。ただ、集合場所が、ちょっとわかりずらかったです。

This was our second time participating as a family, following our first experience three years ago. It started well with three families, including two foreign families, boarding the boat in the morning and arriving offshore. However, when it was time to open the parachute and start, it seemed to get tangled, and we had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes while they worked to fix it (untangling and preparing another parachute). The waiting period was the worst; due to the large boat's rocking, more than half of the participants on the boat got seasick. Just as the first group finally took off, my son ended up throwing up. After that, our family managed to fly as the second group, but due to the initial delays, our flight time was much shorter than originally planned, and the altitude was lower, making it a very disappointing experience. Another foreign woman also gave up, and the third family ended up not flying at all and returned.

３年前に続いて家族揃って2回目の参加でした。外国人家族2組と我々、計3家族が当日朝船に乗り込み沖に到着した所までは良かったのですが、いざパラシュートを開いてスタートという所で、パラシュートが絡まったようで、そこから復旧作業(ほどいたり別のパラシュートを準備したり)で、10分～15分ほど待たされました。その待ち状態中が最悪で、大きな船の揺れのため、船にいた参加者の半分以上が船酔いに。最初の一組がようやく飛び出した所で、息子は吐いてしまいました。その後我が家も2組目で何とか飛ぶことはできたのですが、最初のもたつきがあってか飛行時間も当初予定時間(見込時間)と比べて大変短く高さも低く非常に残念なフライトでした。他の外国人の女性もギブアップしてしまい、3組目の家族は結局飛ばずに戻ることになりました。

I was able to go parasailing on a beautiful day, and it created the best memories. The staff was very energetic, and they even raised the altitude higher than planned. There was a little incident where my child ended up submerged in the water up to their head during landing, but that added to the fun. I definitely recommend it!

天気が良い日にパラセーリングができて、最高の思い出ができました。テンションが高いスタッフで、予定よりも高度を上げてくれたり、着水時に子供が頭まで水中にゴボゴボしてしまうハプニングはあったものの、それがまた楽しめた要因でしょう。ぜひ、おすすめです！

It was my very first time surfing, but I was glad that the instruction was easy to understand for beginners.

サーフィンをするのは全くの初めてでしたが、初心者にもわかりやすく指導してくれてよかったです。

We went parasailing because our child wanted to try it, but on the day of the activity, the wind was strong and the boat was quite rocky. All family members were able to fly at once, but the strong winds made some feel nauseous, and it seemed like they experienced discomfort from being tense and wanting to come down but not being able to. The tour itself went smoothly, and the driver was attentive, offering advice and showing concern for the child who was feeling unwell, so the staff's response was good. Since the wind strength is unknown until the day of the activity, I think those participating with small children need to consider an appropriate height.

子供がやってみたいという事でのパラセーリングでしたが、当日は風が強い状況で船の揺れは強めでした。
家族全員が1度に飛ぶことは出来たのですが、強風で気分が悪くなり、高さから体が緊張状態で下りたいけど下りられない事に苦痛を感じたようです。
ツアー自体は問題なくドライバーの方は具合の悪くなった子供を心配してアドバイスをくれたりとスタッフの対応は良かったです。
風の強さは当日まで分かりませんので、小さい子供と一緒に参加される方は適切な高さを考える必要があると思います。

It was more fun than I expected.
Even though I couldn't communicate in Japanese, I managed to get by with the vibe.
I purchased the photo data, and I'm glad they took so many pictures.
You can enjoy it even if you're not good with roller coasters!

There were no sudden rises or drops, so I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind! It was amazing to see Diamond Head right in front of me. I flew higher than the seagulls and enjoyed a walk in the sky.

急上昇や急降下もなく、安心して楽しむことができました！ダイヤモンドヘッドが目の前に見えて最高でした。カモメよりも高く飛んで、空の散歩を楽しむことができました。

There was also an 86-year-old grandfather in another group, and he seemed to be having a great time flying. Everyone except us was experiencing the 90m flight, but they returned quite quickly. The 150m flight clearly offers a longer flying time and is more enjoyable, so I recommend it. You might feel a bit confused at first when you get on, but leaning back properly will provide more stability!

別のグループに86歳のおじいさんもいましたが、楽しそうに飛んでらっしゃいました。私達以外は90mの体験をしてましたが、結構あっという間に帰ってきてました。150mは明らかに飛んでる時間も長く、より楽しめますので、お勧めです。乗るときは初めは戸惑うかもしれませんが、後ろにしっかりと体重をかけた方が安定します！

I'm afraid of heights, but my husband really wanted to try it, so I challenged myself at the lowest height. It was higher than I expected and scary, but it was fun and over in no time. At the end, you splash into the sea, so it's best to wear something that can get wet! The transportation staff and the boat crew were also very kind!

高所恐怖症なのですが、夫が是非やりたいと言い、1番低い高さに挑戦しました。
予想より高く、こわかったですが、あっと言う間で楽しかったです。
最後、海にポチャンするので、濡れても大丈夫な格好がいいです！
送迎の方も、船のスタッフも親切でした！

We all had a fantastic time and will certainly do it the next time we visit!

We did several activities on our honeymoon. Since it was my wife's first experience with parasailing, I accompanied her, but to be honest, it was tough for me because I get seasick. My wife seemed to enjoy the 120 meters of the experience. If you're going to do it, I recommend going for at least 90 meters!

ハネムーンでアクティビティをいくつかやってきました。妻がパラセイリング初体験だったので、同行しましたが自分は船酔いする為、正直キツかったです。
妻は楽しそうに120mを体験してました。
どうせやるなら90m以上がオススメです！

All staff were very friendly from shuttle service to the parasailing crew!!! Can't wait to book for another activity

From 120 meters in the air, I had a stunning view of the beautiful blue sea and sky, as well as the magnificent mountains. The wind at that altitude felt very gentle and refreshing.

120mの空からは青く綺麗な海や空、美しい山々が一望でき最高の眺望でした。上空では風がとても穏やかに感じられ気持ち良かったです。

Everyone was awesome and the experience was great!

I participated with my mother, who is over 50. If you inform them in advance, you won't get splashed at the end, so we didn't get wet at all. It was a great experience! My mother enjoyed it very much!

５０歳過ぎの母と２人で参加しました。
事前に申し出ておけば、最後水の中に落とされずに済むので、まったく濡れることはなかったです。
良い経験になりました！母もとっても楽しんでいました！

I didn't understand the explanation in English. They take photos and sell the SD card for $30, but I should have skipped it because the photos were too bad. The view from parasailing is beautiful!

説明が英語でわからなかった。
写真を撮ってSDカードを30ドルで売ってくれるが、下手すぎて買わなければ良かった。

The weather was favorable, and I had a great time. I think the guide was very attentive as well. I am considering participating in another tour.

天候にも恵まれ、非常に楽しめました。ガイドも丁寧に対応いただけたと思います。また別のツアーも参加を検討していきたいです。

There was a bit of wind, but we were able to enjoy it as a family. The boat had only foreigners, which made me a little nervous, but everything went smoothly. All the foreigners were 120 meters away.

風が少しありましたが、家族で楽しむことができました。船は外人のみでやや緊張しまし他が問題なくいきました。外人はみな120Mでありました。

We went as a couple! There were couples and families there. A boy around 10 years old was flying with his parents and looked like he was having a great time☆

We were the only ones who did the 150 meters, but everyone said, "I should have done the 150 meters!" It was totally fine even for first-timers (о´∀`о)

私達だけが150メートルでしたが、みんな『150メートルにすればよかった』と言っていました！初めてでも全然大丈夫でした(о´∀`о)

On February 19, 2017, I went parasailing. During this time of year in Hawaii, it was the rainy season, and it was colder than I expected. The weather was unstable, with rain and sunshine alternating throughout the day, creating a whirlwind of weather conditions.

I was worried that the activity might get canceled due to the strong winds and somewhat rough seas, but they came to pick me up in front of the hotel right on time.

All the instructions were in English (which is to be expected), and they spoke incredibly quickly. The only things I understood were that I could get photos taken for $30 and that they would appreciate tips if possible.

As long as I understood that, there were no major issues. They helped me with all the equipment, and they communicated what to do through gestures.

Since it was my first time parasailing, it was both fun and a bit scary, especially when being carried by the wind. Overall, I was satisfied with the activity, but I wish I had done it during a warmer time.

2017.2.19パラセーリングをしました。この時期のハワイは雨季で、予想以上に寒かったし、天気も安定しないのか、この日は降ったり止んだり晴れたりと、目まぐるしい天気でした。
風が強く、まあまあ海も荒れていたので、キャンセルになっちゃうんじゃないかと心配してましたが、ホテル前に時間前にお迎えにきてもらえました。
説明の全てが英語で(当たり前ですが)、しかもめちゃくちゃ早口(^^;)すこーしだけ理解できたのは、30ドルで写真を撮ってもらえるという事と、出来ればチップ下さい〜ということだけ。
これさえ理解できれば特に問題ありませんでした。器具は全て付けてもらえ、ジェスチャーでどうすればいいか伝えて貰えたので。
パラセーリング自体は、私自身初めての体験だったので、楽しくて怖かったです(笑)風に流される時が特にです(^^;)
全体の感想としては、アクティビティ自体は満足ですが、もっと暖かい時期にしたかったです。

This has been on our bucket list for years. We had an amazing time. Crew were friendly and professional and we felt completely safe. Would fo it again!!

The rainbow colors reflected on the surface of the sea were beautiful!
I paid an extra fee for a photo shoot, but I wonder if that was necessary ^_^
Also, motion sickness medication is a must‼︎

We experienced this on our honeymoon!
The hotel picked us up on time.
The staff was very entertaining, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful, making it a lifelong memory!!
However, I took motion sickness medication beforehand, but due to my susceptibility to seasickness and the significant rocking of the boat, I ended up getting sick...
Still, I was very satisfied because I was able to have an experience that is hard to come by!!!
This time, there were four groups, and it was great that we could go and experience it quickly without taking too much time!

新婚旅行で体験しました！
ホテルにも時間通り迎えにきてもらえました。
スタッフの方もとても面白く、景色もすごく綺麗で一生の思い出になりました！！
ただ、事前に船酔い対策に酔い止めを飲んでいたのですが、
とても酔いやすい体質と、ボートのゆれがかなりあるのとで吐いてしまいました……。
でも、なかなかできない体験をすることができたので大満足です！！！
今回は4組でさっといってさっと体験できて時間もあまりかからない点もいいです！

It was really scary. The guide was trying to entertain us and was very enthusiastic! I'm glad I had a good experience! I was worried about the English guide, but the receptionist spoke Japanese, which made me feel at ease.

すごく怖かったです。ガイドさんは楽しませようとしてくれて、のりのりでした！良い経験ができてよかったです！英語ガイドで不安でしたが、受付の方が日本語で安心しました。

We joined a lesson around 8 AM on February 24, and it was pretty cold. (laughs)
In the end, we even received a free T-shirt, and we were very satisfied! Thank you!

カップルで参加させていただきました。はじめてサーフィンするのでかなり不安でしたが、十分に楽しめました！日本語のスタッフさんもいるので、英語がわからない方でも大丈夫でしたよ。
2月24日あたり朝8時からのレッスンに参加しましたが、かなり寒いです。笑
最後には無料のTシャツまでいただけて大満足です！ありがとうございました！

I was a bit anxious because the bus didn't arrive even after 10 minutes past the meeting time, but a cheerful man came to pick us up (laughs). Since the scheduled time was 4 PM, which was a bit late, there were no other customers, just us. The staff were really nice people, and it became a truly enjoyable memory.

For parasailing, I chose the 120m option. It might be a little scary for first-timers, but it's just for a moment. Also, since it was windy, there was a feeling of floating when the wind stopped. However, even my friend who can't handle roller coasters (like the Tower of Terror at Tokyo DisneySea) was able to do it, so I think most people can enjoy it!

集合時間から10分経ってもバスが来てくれなくて、ひやひやしましたが、陽気なおじさんが迎えに来てくれました（笑）
時間は16時と遅め指定だったからか、他のお客さんはおらず、私たちだけでした。スタッフさんがとても気のいい人達で、ほんと楽しい思い出になりました。
パラセーリング自体は、120mを選びました。初めての方は少し怖いかもしれないですが、一瞬だけです。あと、風が強かったので、風が止んだときに浮遊感がありました。ただ、ジェットコースター（TDSのタワーオブテラーなど）が無理な友達でも乗れたので、ほとんどの人が楽しめると思います！

It's a bit difficult to understand specialized vocabulary in English. But still had fun! The driver who picked me up said they will have Chinese version handbook very soon.

This was an awesome experience and my husband and I had a great time! We both felt very safe at all times and were provided with mandatory life jackets as a safety measure. From the hotel pick up to the drop off, everyone was pleasant, courteous and met all our expectations. I would highly recommend this company again!
