The reviews were good, and it was the cheapest option I found, so I made a reservation! I think they had a sign at the airport, but I was a bit confused. However, a staff member who spoke Japanese helped me, and I was able to board right away. There were only three groups, including us, so the transfer to the hotel was very smooth, and I was very satisfied. I would like to make a reservation again next time.

It was a shuttle bus that could accommodate about 10 people both to and from the airport. I think it would be convenient for travelers who do not have airport hotel transfers.

行きも帰りも10人程度乗れるシャトルバスでした。空港ホテル間の送迎がない旅行の方は便利に使えると思います。

This time we used it for family purposes, but it might have been cheaper to use a taxi. $16 per person was a bit on the high side. With a taxi, it would be about half that price.

今回は家族利用だったのですが、タクシーを利用した方が安かったかもしれません。

The location was easy to find, and the service was very friendly. The prices were reasonable, and it was really great!!! I plan to use it again.

- However, right after applying, they pointed out a mistake I made, and their detailed follow-up eased my initial worries.
- My biggest concern after arriving at Inoue Airport was not knowing where the pickup location was or what to do if no one showed up, but when I asked someone around, I quickly found the tour desk and felt reassured.
- The person who guided me seemed to have Japanese relatives, and while I was talking to them, they escorted me to the vehicle. They were very friendly, which was great.
- In conclusion, I realized that there was much less to worry about than I thought, so I definitely plan to use this service again when I come to Hawaii next year.

・自分でインターネットで調べて申し込みをしたのは初めてでした。
・正直言ってどの業者が信用できるのかわからなくて上の方にあったベルトラさんを選択したが、不安はあった。
・しかし申し込みの直後にこちらのミスを指摘して頂いたり、その後の細かなフォローで当初の不安は薄らいだ。
・イノウエ空港に到着してからの最大の不安はピックアップ場所がわからないとか、来なかったらとかありましたが、その辺の人に聞いたらすぐにツアーデスクがわかり安心できた。
・案内してくださった方もお身内に日本人がいるらしく、そんな話をうかがいながら乗り物まで案内していただきました。とても気さくな方で良かったです。
・結論としては思ったよりも全然心配ないので、来年ハワイに来るときにも必ず使おうと思いました。

When I arrived at the airport and stepped out of the arrival lobby to stop by the restroom, I noticed someone calling my name. I confirmed my name, and it was fine not to show the voucher or anything. After that, I was happy to receive a shell necklace.

I waited for about 15 minutes on a bench outside, but it wasn't too much of a hassle. I was a bit anxious about whether I needed to give a tip when getting on, but since others weren't giving tips and we only had small bags, we loaded them ourselves. However, for the return shuttle, they explicitly asked for a tip, so it seems better to have some ready to give quickly.

空港に着いて到着ロビーからでてトイレに寄っていたら係りの人に、名前を呼ばれてるのに気づきました。名前を確認してバウチャー等は見せなくても大丈夫でした。
そのあと貝殻の首飾りをかけてもらって嬉しかったです。
15分程度、外のベンチで待たされましたが、そんなに苦じゃなかったです。
乗るときにチップいるのかな？と不安でしたが、ほかの人は渡してなかったし、自分たちは小さな荷物だけだったので、自分達で、載せました。
しかし、帰りのシャトルの場合は露骨に要求されたのでサクッと出せるように用意しておいた方がいいみたい。

It's been 30 minutes since I picked up my luggage at the airport and met the staff from Roberts Hawaii. I'm still waiting at the airport. I feel like asking when we're departing for Waikiki. I understand they want to pick up several people and transport us efficiently, but I've grown tired of waiting. The driver is unfriendly and hasn't provided any explanations. I've never experienced anything like this before. This is my first time using Roberts Hawaii, but I probably won't use them again.

まだ、空港で待ってます。いつワイキキに出発するの？って感じです。
何人も拾って、満席で効率的に運びたいのでしょうがもう待ちくたびれました。ドライバーも愛想なくて、何の説明もないし。

ロバーツハワイは初めての利用ですが、もう多分利用しません。

I was picked up from various hotels, and I'm glad they arrived on time! When asked in English whether it's Japan Airlines or United Airlines, be sure to answer correctly, or you might be sent to the wrong one, so be careful! ⚠

色んなホテルからピックアップしていましたが、ちゃんと時間通りに到着できてよかったです！日本航空か、ユナイテッド航空か？と英語で聞かれるので、ちゃんと答えないと違う方に送られちゃうので注意⚠

Mr. Roberts' staff is cheerful, making you feel like you've arrived in Hawaii. The prices are reasonable, but the wait time is a bit long. I will be visiting Hawaii again, so thank you in advance.

The pickup to boarding was smooth, but the waiting time in the airport parking lot was long. We had to wait nearly an hour until the seats were full before departing. It felt like a waste of time, and since the tour price is not much different from a taxi fare, I think I will use a taxi next time from the airport.

ピックアップから乗車まではスムーズでしたが、空港の駐車場での待ち時間の長いこと。座席が満席になるとやっと出発で、1時間近く待ちました。時間の無駄で、タクシー代とあまり変わらないツアー代金なので、次回空港からはタクシーを利用しようと思いました。

After passing through immigration, there is a reception area at the group exit. I was sent off with almost no waiting time. The driver was also very nice. I plan to use this service again next time.

The pickup time was accurate. The car has a logo, making it easy to identify. There is also plenty of space for luggage. They asked for the airline and dropped me off at a convenient location. I plan to use this service again next time.

The locals were familiar with Japanese people and tourists, making the hotel pick-up smooth and easy. The flexibility with time was also convenient.

Honolulu Airport has very crowded immigration checks, and it takes quite a while to get outside after your flight arrives. Instead of getting tired looking for a bus or taxi, it's smoother to arrange for a shuttle service.

ホノルル空港は入国審査がとても混み合っていて、飛行機が着いてから外に出るまで結構な時間を要します。疲れてバスやタクシーを探すよりも、送迎を頼んでしまった方がスムーズです。

The employees were talking among themselves, and the response to us was slow! The bus stopped to pick up passengers along the way, and I wasn't sure when it would depart!

I was kindly assisted from the moment I was welcomed at the airport. The bus does not depart until it is full, so there is a bit of a wait, and it takes time as it stops at various hotels. If you're in a hurry, it might be better to use a taxi.

空港での出迎えから親切に対応して頂きました。バスが満席になるまで出発しないので、多少待ち時間がある事と色々なホテルを周るのでどうしても時間がかかります。せっかちな人は、タクシーを利用する方が良いかもしれません。

There was a slight confusion about the pickup location, but I had prepared to wait early, so it was fine! The bus arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time without any delays, which made me feel very relieved. I was using it from Hilton Hawaiian Village, and most of the passengers boarded there, with only one additional person at the next hotel, so it was very smooth.

Our driver and tour guide, Lola, made this tour such a great experience. Her local knowledge, historic information and passion for Hawaii made the tour for us. Unfortunately the Arizona memorial was off limits for us due to issues but we were still able to drive by and pay our respects.

During my first trip to Hawaii, I was excited and nervous, and I was welcomed by Robert, who is very fluent in Japanese. We had a great conversation while waiting, which made for a wonderful start to my stay. Thank you!

The pickup location was changed due to the parade. While that can't be helped, the driver was the worst. He didn't have a list, and even when I showed him the voucher, he didn't respond at all, which was terrible service. I was so frustrated that I had to complain before I could finally get on. To make matters worse, I was dropped off at the Hawaiian Airlines domestic terminal. Please make sure to convey my complaint to Robert Hawaii. I always felt safe with Veltra, but this time was disappointing.

パレードの影響でピックアップ場所が変更になりました。それは仕方ないのですがお迎えの運転手が最悪。リストも持っていないしバウチャーを見せても反応なく最悪の対応でした。ぶち切れてクレームを言ってやっと乗れました。オマケにハワイアン航空の国内便の所で降ろされました。しっかりロバートハワイにクレームをお伝え下さい。いつも、ベルトラさんなら安心していたのに。

I was picked up at 7:30 from the Kahala Hotel for my flight at 12:10. It seems that the rotary at the Kahala Hotel had a weight restriction, so they came to pick me up right at the entrance of the rotary at 7:30. Along the way, we picked up two groups at hotels in Waikiki and arrived at the airport by 8:30.

It was from the airport to the hotel, and at first, I thought I would be alone, but as soon as the plane arrived, more and more people joined, and in the end, there were about ten of us when we departed. Since there were about three hotels, we arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

空港からホテルまででしたが、最初自分一人でと思ったら、飛行機の到着次第で次から次へと人が増えて、結果１０人程になり出発しました。ホテルとしては、３軒くらいでしたのでそれなりの時間に到着しました。

The driver was cheerful and pleasant. The pickup time was within a 10-minute margin. I would like to use this service again.

The round trip between the airport and the hotel can be costly and unpredictable on your own. I only used it for my return, but it was comfortable. If you specify the time, they will come to pick you up properly, which is helpful. Since it's a small bus, there are fewer pickups from other hotels, and we headed to the airport quickly. I would like to use it again when I go to Hawaii!

空港とホテルの往復は自力ではお金もかかるし、時間も読めないです。
私は帰りだけ利用したのですが、快適でした。
時間も指定しておけば、きちんと迎えに来てもらえて助かります。
小型のバスなので、他のホテルからのパックアップも少なくてすぐに空港に向かってもらえました。
またハワイに行くときは利用したいと思います！

They limited it to five hotels that can be visited with one vehicle.

Which ones? My hotel was the eighth one.

There was no explanation at all.

I chose this because it was supposed to be limited to just these five locations, so I was really disappointed.

Just getting back from Hawaii and had to rate this tour to help all of you out there, like myself, who maybe confused on which tour to take when u r in Hawaii. I definitely would recommend you this one with my experience with Larry as our tour guide. He was very informative as well as funny to keep the fun alive atmosphere (especially in the early morning). It included a great city tour visiting the famous palace too and then a chance to visit Pearl Harbor and The Arizona Memorial. The tour was not too long either so it’s perfect for us since we have two middle school aged kids and can plan to do something else later in the day. Unfortunately we did not get to step onto the Arizona Memorial itself due to a crack being repaired currently but it ensured a time slot for us to visit the site after watching a 20 min video clip on the event. Overall, excellent experience and great tour! Thanks Larry!

I have been to Waikiki more than 20 times, and Roberts Hawaii's shuttle service is highly recommended compared to other companies' services.

In front of me, there was a counter named Roberts Hawaii for picking up luggage, which was great. However, there were many other companies waiting with papers that had names written on them, so I was looking for those but couldn't find them. It was only after I called out to the counter that I was able to confirm. Other than that, there were no particular issues with the transportation.

荷物をピックアップしている目の前にロバーツハワイという名前のカウンターがあったのでよかったのですが、他に沢山、名前を書いた紙を持って待っている会社が沢山いたので、それを探していましたが、見当たらず、こちらからカウンターに声をかけて初めて確認できました。それ以外の送迎は特に問題ありませんでした。

On the last day, unlike just rushing back, we were picked up at the hotel, so we were able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast (at a pancake shop). Although we arrived at the airport early, we checked in with plenty of time, which seems to have allowed us to get good seats.

最終日、バタバタと帰るだけとは違いホテルまでピックアップなので、安心して最終日の朝食（パンケーキ店）をゆっくりと満喫することが出来ました。
空港入りは早めでしたが、ゆとりをもってチェックインしたので、良い席が取れたようです。
