I used Roberts Hawaii for the airport transfer again because I had a great experience last time. However, since it was during the Obon season and the pickup was at the last hotel, there were no seats available, and my husband and I ended up sitting separately. At the airport, I felt anxious wondering if it was okay to get off here. I wouldn't recommend it for those who don't speak English.

空港までの送迎で、前回も利用し、とても良かったので、こちらのロバーツハワイさん利用したのですが。　　お盆の時期ということもあり、迎えが最後の場所のホテルということもありで、座る所がなく、旦那とは別々の席に・・。空港では、ここで降りて大丈夫？と不安を感じるものでした。英語ができない方には、あまりおすすめではありませんね。

I used this service from the hotel to the airport. I was scheduled to board a China Airlines flight at 11 PM, but Daniel K. Inouye International Airport serves both China Airlines and China Eastern Airlines, and they are located quite far apart, so it's important to avoid confusion. At that time, someone who was supposed to board China Airlines got off at the China Eastern Airlines location, and I informed them that they were at the wrong place. The driver is not at fault, but it's better to remember which airline you are flying with. (It's only a few minutes on foot, though.)

23時のエアチャイナ（中国国際航空）便に搭乗する予定でしたが、
ダニエルＫイノウエ空港はエアチャイナとチャイナエアが就航していて、
場所も離れているので間違えない様にする必要があります。
このときもエアチャイナに搭乗予定の方がチャイナエアの場所で降りて
しまい場所が違うことを教えてあげました。ドライバの方に責任はありませんが、自分の乗る航空会社は覚えておいたほうがいいです。（歩いても数分くらいですが）

They came to pick me up at the airport exit, and the company is well-known, so it was easy to find them. They quickly handled my luggage, and all I had to do was get in the car. We arrived at the hotel in about 20 to 30 minutes, and they also unloaded my luggage. If you're using a flight that isn't a direct flight, this service is very convenient since other companies do not offer this.

すぐに荷物を運んでくれて、あとは車に乗るだけ。
大体２０～３０分でホテルに到着し荷物もおろしてくれます。
直行便以外で利用する場合、他社では対応外なのでとても重宝します。

This is my second time using Roberts, and the counter was easy to understand. They arrived on time to pick me up, which was reassuring.

ロバーツを利用するのは、二度目になりますが、カウンターも判りやすく、時間通りに迎えに来てくれ、安心でした。

The staff helped with loading and unloading the luggage, which was very helpful. Also, since there were enough seats for everyone, we were able to sit comfortably on the way to the hotel. There weren't many explanations, but the driver calls out the hotel name, so as long as you pay attention, you should be fine. The vehicle isn't too big, so you'll be able to hear it clearly. It was convenient, and I would like to use this service again next time.

荷物の積み下ろしをスタッフがやってくれたので、助かりました。
また、席は全員座れるような人数で出発でしたので、ホテルまで座って行けました。特にいろいろな説明はありませんでしたが、ホテル名をドライバーが叫ぶので、それを聞き逃さないようにすれば大丈夫です。車はそれほど大きくないので、聞こえるので大丈夫です。
便利でした。次回も利用したいと思います。

The driver had a somewhat stern demeanor and wasn't very friendly, which made me feel tense during the ride. When we arrived at the airport, the place I was dropped off seemed a bit different from where I should have gotten off. After getting out and feeling lost, the driver yelled "Hey!" at me from behind, which confused me. I ended up getting back on the bus and was dropped off at the correct place. (It seems there was a mix-up between China Airlines and Air China.) I think I would have felt more at ease if the driver had been a bit friendlier.

やや強面の運転手さんで、愛想も良くなく緊張しながら乗りました。
空港に着いておろしてもらった場所が、降りるべき場所と少し違ったようで、
降りた後迷っていると、後ろから大声で「Hey！」と運転手さんに怒鳴られ、わけがわからずもう一度バスに乗り、本当に降りるべき所で降ろしてもらいました。（China airlineとAir chinaを間違えたとのことでした）
もう少しフレンドリーに接してもらえると、もっと安心できたと思います。

When I exited the airport, there was a staff member holding a board with my name on it, who guided me to the microbus. I was a bit anxious since I was alone and the communication was in English, but they used gestures to help me understand. After a short wait, they provided transportation to the hotel along with other guests. I felt relieved that tipping was not required.

空港から出ると、私の名前の書いてあるボードを持ったスタッフの方が立っており、マイクロバスの所まで案内してくれました。
1人なのと、英語なので不安もありましたが、ジェスチャーを交えて話してくれたので、理解することができました。
少し待つと、他のお客さんと一緒にホテルまで送迎してくれました。
チップが不要なので安心できした。

Previously, I had a driver who seemed to be Japanese, but this time I had a driver who spoke only English. Also, since I was coming from a domestic flight, I was the only Japanese person, but it wasn't a problem at all.

The departure of the flight was delayed by about two hours, which caused a significant delay in arrival, so I was worried about what would happen with the shuttle bus. However, Roberts Waikiki was waiting at the exit, and I was able to get to the hotel smoothly. The driver and staff were very kind, which made me feel reassured from the very first step.

約２時間飛行機の出発が送れ、その分到着も大幅遅れましたので、迎えのバスがどうなるのか心配でしたが、ロバーツワイキキは出口で待って居てくれて、スムーズにホテルに行けました。運転手・係の人も大変親切で、第１歩から安心できました。

I arrived at the airport feeling excited, and there was a woman at the Roberts information desk. She had no smile, didn’t make eye contact, and casually draped a shell lei around the necks of my family of four. I was taken aback when it got caught on my ear and thought, "What!?" I felt like my trip was starting off on the wrong foot and quickly took off the lei. Of course, the woman didn’t notice at all. She just told us to wait here for 10 minutes. I have no complaints about the bus driver, but I won’t be using this service again.

ウキウキで空港に着いてロバーツさんの案内所に立っていた女性。笑顔もなく目も合わせず、手に持っていた貝のレイを私たち家族４人の首に適当にほいほいかけていき、私は耳にひっかかって「え！？」とあっけにとられてしまいました。旅の出鼻をくじかれた気分でムッとして速攻でレイをはずしました。もちろん女性はそんなことには全く気が付かず。10分ここで待ってとだけいいました。バスのドライバーさんに文句は何もありませんが、もう使いません。

As mentioned in past experiences, during the peak summer season, there was a 10-minute wait for check-in and a 20-minute wait for the bus. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to reach the hotel.

過去の体験談にもありましたが、夏のトップシーズンでチェックインで１０分、バスで２０分待ち時間がかかりました。
残念ながらホテルまで１時間以上でした。

This was my first time using the service, and both trips were very comfortable. The seats were spacious, and the driver helped carry my luggage and load it into the car. I was really worried about whether they would come back for me, but they arrived almost on time.

Also, this time I stayed at a private residence instead of a hotel, but they were able to take me to a nearby hotel. When I registered the address of my accommodation, I received a request to change to a nearby hotel, and they made the change immediately after I replied, which was convenient.

帰りも本当に来るか心配でしたが、ほぼ時間通りに迎えが来ました。

また、今回はホテルではなく個人宅に泊まりましたが、その近くのホテルまで送って頂けました。
宿泊先の住所を登録すると近くのホテルへの変更依頼が届き、返信するとすぐに変更してもらえたのでラクでした。

The best I've ever experienced. The service was smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly. The shuttle bus was spacious. The air conditioning inside was a bit strong, but it's better than being hot.

It was my first time in Hawaii. Since I arrived at night and didn't know how to use the public bus, I decided to use a transfer service. In the arrival lobby, a young man was waiting for me with a tablet that had my name on it. When he put a shell necklace around my neck, I couldn't help but smile, even as an older person. It was a wonderful start to my trip.

到着ロビーには私の名前を書いたタブレットを持ったお兄さんが出迎えてくれました。貝殻で出来た首飾りをかけてもらうと当然老人の私もニッコリ。

The hotel pickup was the last one, so we were quite late for the meeting time. I called the tour company. The hotel staff was also worried and contacted them for us. We need to be somewhat punctual, especially since we have a flight to catch.

Last time I requested, the pickup location was unclear (the place mentioned by the driver on the outbound trip was different from the one specified in advance), which caused some trouble. However, this time I was given a map at the airport, so it was clear and I felt relieved. I would like to use this service again next time.

We were guided to the bus without much waiting at the airport. For some reason, it was just the two of us on a large bus, and we went straight to our accommodation! Along the way, the driver kindly provided various information and explained the pickup location for our return, which was very thoughtful.

空港でほとんど待たされることなくバスに案内してもらいました。なぜか大型バスに我々2人だけだったのに、そのまま宿泊先まで行くことに！ 途中、ドライバーさんがいろいろ案内してくれて、帰りのピックアップ場所の説明もあり、とても親切でした。

The price was certainly cheap, but the wait time was long and the bus was full. What disappointed me the most was that, despite staying at the Grand Waikikian, I was dropped off at the Grand Islander and had to carry two 24 kg suitcases to the Waikikian, struggling all the way. I asked to be taken to the Waikikian, but I was told that Hilton had decided to drop off at the Grand Islander. Although the distance isn't far, it took about 30 minutes to carry the two large suitcases over the cobblestone path, and I thought I never want to ride again. If there are such arrangements, I believe they should indicate that they cannot provide transportation to the hotel when the hotel name is written at the time of booking.

確かに値段は格安でしたが、待ち時間が長くバスは満員。
なによりも失望したのは、宿泊がグランドワイキキアンにもかかわらずおろされたのが、グランドアイランダーで自ら24ｋｇのスーツケースを2個持って、ワイキキアンまでフラフラになりながら運んだこと。
ワイキキアンまで送ってほしいとお願いしましたが、ヒルトンはクランドアイランダーでおろすことに決まっていると聞いてもらえませんでした。そんなに距離はないけれども石畳の道を大きなスーツケースを2個運ぶのは30分くらいかかり二度と乗りたくないと思いました。そういう取り決めがあるのなら予約時にホテル名を書いているのだからホテルまで送迎できないとその旨表示すべきだと思います。

Although the language barrier was an issue, the heavy traffic and one-way streets, along with the shared ride, caused it to take over an hour to reach the hotel. Moreover, I was initially taken to a different hotel with a similar name. If you're concerned about time, taking a taxi might be a better option.

日本語が通じないのはともかく、渋滞と一方通行の道が多い為と、乗り合いなので、ホテル到着までに1時間以上かかった。しかも、似た名前の別のホテルに最初連れて行かれた。時間を気にするなら、タクシーの方がいいかも知れません。

There were clear directions to the shuttle stop. I waited outside for about 5 minutes for the next shuttle, then another 5 minutes inside, and afterwards we went around to a different pickup location (individual exit).

We arrived smoothly in Waikiki. My drop-off location was at Hilton Hawaiian Village, Halekulani, Sheraton, Hilton Waikiki Beach, and since there were still people getting on, the last person would be at least the sixth stop. It's not just five stops.

In the past, there were about three stops, but it seems they have changed to wait until the shuttle is full. Last time, I encountered a situation where I was likely forgotten during the pickup for the airport return (I waited 15 minutes without the shuttle arriving, so I had to contact them, and then waited another 15 minutes before being picked up, but the shuttle was full and I ended up in the front seat), so I only used it for the outbound trip.

シャトル乗り場まではすぐ案内がありました。次のを待っててとのことで外で5分ほど、社内で5分ほど、その後別のピックアップ場所（個人出口）を回りました。
ワイキキまで順調に到着しました。
ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジ、ハレクラニ、シェラトン、ヒルトンワイキキビーチ、私の降車場所、その後まだ人が乗っていたので、最後の人は最低でも6箇所目になります。5箇所のみということはないですね。
過去は3箇所程度でしたが、満席になるまで待っているように変わってきたのでしょうか。
前回、帰りの空港までのピックアップで恐らく忘れられてたと思われる事態に遭遇し （15分待って来ないので連絡してもらい、その後15分待ってピックアップされたけれど、車内満席で助手席だったので）、行きのみ利用しました。

It's helpful that the pickup and drop-off are smooth with almost no unnecessary waiting time. The driver is also a kind person. The air conditioning in the car is quite strong, so it might be a good idea to bring something to wear over.

As soon as I got off the plane and arrived at the baggage area, the tour representative was waiting for me. It was really easy to get to the hotel!
